I have technically been employed with then for a year but have been laid off for most of it. I moved cities 3 months ago and finally got transferred to a closer store. Now after fighting to be transferred for 3 months I have been informed that they are over staff and during the busiest time of a retail store, they have no hours to give be. I cannot fathom why they would approve a transfer if the didn't<var id="yiv1293871724yui-ie-cursor"></var> have the hours to fill. So this year for Christmas I cant even afford the trip home. Not that I have any gifts for them anyway.

Willoughby Printing

He is a cheap owner. He also has no compassion for people. With me he hired me in @16 an hour in 2010, I been there a year and about to leave soon. But I am only human and let me tell the story.

After the first week of working there things went from nice to mean. He started demeaning me and it continued as the months went by. In Nov 2010 I made 1 little mistake, I worked on thanksgiving and the day after without pay to make up for my mistake. I get my check a week later and they still docked me 15 hours for that week, even though I worked allot of time for free. Since Nov. my life at this job has been a living hell. This employer even went as far as cutting on my parents and insinuating I do drugs and I don't. He the owner and his wife are both the most arrogant people I ever met. I can say yes he is successful but he treats his employee's like garbage. They also don't pay for overtime either just straight time. With me I was cruising along and putting up with all his games and then all of a sudden he said he had to cut hours, cut my pay because he feels I am not as good as he thought I was. All this over 1 mess up and even though I apologized several times over and over. He and his wife are both the meanest employers I ever worked for. I think this is why they have a high turn over of employees, they treat everyone like crap I think the world should know how bad of employers they are. Stay away from them Willoughby Printing is the worst Employer I ever worked for, so bad I would cry almost everyday when I left there.

Kevin G

Fred Meyers

Florissant, MO 63033

I USED TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. HIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS COMPANY WAS GARBAGE WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT HALF THE SALESMEN ARE ON PROBATION. THE SALES MANAGER, JAMES BOCKCOCK IS A JOKE. HE LIES AND TELLS ME THE COMPANY IS OH SO BUSY AND EVERYONE IS MAKING A THOUSAND OFF EVERY SALE. I FIND IT FUNNY THAT THESE GUYS ARE MAKING ALL THIS MONEY, WHILE THEY ARE DRIVING A BUNCH A JUNK CARS. AVOID JAMES AND HIS CLAN AT ALL COSTS.

BRIAN TAYLOR IS THE FINANCE MANAGER AND A LIAR. IF ANYONE GOES INTO BRIAN'S OFFICE TO FINISH YOUR CAR DEAL, BEWARE! HE IS A LIAR. HE IS KEEPING MY COMMISSION MONEY THAT I MADE. BECAUSE I QUIT, THERE NOT PAYING ME MY MONEY. BUT THAT'S OKAY. I'M HIGHLY INTELLIGENT AND WHILE I WAS THERE, I RECEIVED JUST ENOUGH INFORMATION THAT I NEED. THEY WILL SEE DOWN THE ROAD WHAT I MEAN.

ONE OF THEIR SALESMEN IS JOE. HE'S AN ALCOHOLIC. I GET IN HIS CAR ON MY FIRST DAY AND HE HAS TO BLOW INTO ONE OF THOSE COURT ORDERED ALCOHOLIC THINGS. THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS DEALING WITH PEOPLES PERSONAL INFORMATION. ONCE AGAIN, AVOID THIS COMPANY. JOE BRAGS ABOUT MAKING "A LOT" OF MONEY, HE CAN'T EVEN STAY OUT OF JAIL. NOW, HE HAS TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT B/C HIS BABY MOMMA REALIZED HOW LAME HE IS. THEN, THIS IDIOT TRIES TO BE LIKE WESLEY SNIPES AND NOT FILE TAXES. SO NOW, THE IRS IS AFTER HIM. JOE MIGHT MAKE A LOT OF MONEY, BUT HE IS AN IDIOT. ONCE AGAIN, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

THEN, I MEET THE OWNER, GLENN MATTHEW TRAVERS. THIS GUY IS COMPLETELY LAME. I'LL GIVE HIM CREDIT FOR HIS MARKETING, BUT OTHER THAN THAT, HE'S A BUM. HE CAN'T EVEN BUY HIS SALES PEOPLE A DECENT LUNCH. HE BUYS SOME CHEAP SANDWICH FROM THE LOCKER ROOM. GLENN MICHAEL TRAVERS IS A CHEAP, RACIST OWNER. ONCE AGAIN, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

BACK TO THE LOUSY SALES MANAGER, JAMES, HE IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. JAMES DIDN'T GO TO SCHOOL, SO JAMES THAT WORD MEANS "UNQUALIFIED." HE TELLS EVERYBODY NOT TO TELL PEOPLE WHO THE OWNER IS BECAUSE THE OWNER, GLENN MATTHEW TRAVERS, IS A CON. ONCE AGAIN, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

THEN, THEY HAVE THIS NASTY GIRL NAME VONNA WORKING THERE. THIS GIRL DOESN'T EVEN WASH HER HANDS. 1515½ Park Street
Alameda, CA 94501

Hi,
I worked for this small (man and wife) publisher for 6 months, until my boss's (his name is Kiran Rana) harassment was just too much to take. He only hired women (except for one guy in the warehouse) and he hounded us all. At my interview, he asked to see the necklace I was wearing, and he came over to look at it. Although I was uncomfortable at the time, it was only later that I realized he had been looking down my blouse. He hired me as his "personal assistant" but by the time I started work, his wife had changed my position to editorial assistant, working in the office where she sat (thank goodness!)
He hired a young woman who was hard of hearing, put her to answering phones and then yelled at or made fun of her for getting messages wrong.

He owned the building, and when the crappy bar on the first floor got loud, he sent his middle-aged receptionist down to deal with the drunks. He once took me to meet with a neighboring business because they guy wanted to punch him in the nose and knew he wouldn't with a witness along. (Too bad!)

I'd like to warn other potential employees that the stress of the job was incredible, the pay lousy, the hours long, the facilities inadequate (no warm water & lousy heat and cooling) and most of all, the boss a total creep.

It's been ten years and I've never forgotten my lousy experience there.( I tried to contact the state employment agency to file harassment charges, but they never answered their phone and were unavailable by email.)

Hello,

I am writing to you to share the terrible experience that i had working for an Online Asset Managment Company, RAY ALLEN, INC- headed by the President Todd Ringleman.

In my years of employment at the company this man showed ZERO traits of a leader, only that of a scumbag salesman that lies to his employees, investors ( all 3 of them) , shareholders ( all 2 of them) , partners and clients.

It is unfortunate that large companies such as AT&T, Verizon, Orange Communications, Cisco Systems , etc- have been lured into the BS that this man promises. His sales process is based on a complete lie; during sales calls or demos , promises are made, false mock- ups of non existent services and/ or applications are shown and unreasonable prices are quoted. However, the customer will learn that once the signature is placed on the dotted line, the truth is unveiled. The service/ application that was promised and already demoed on the sales call, really does not exist and the price it was promised at has officially tripled. DONT BE FOOLED, Todd Ringleman will come up with the most complex explanation for why this happened , only to once again cover his rear end. This man is scum, not a businessman.

Now that i have presented only 5% of what is wrong with this company and how its unrespected president runs business, I think i should share the many 'crimes' that he has commited as an employer to his employees. To begin with, the man is clearly a sexist. He does not take opinions from anyone, however if you are a woman, forget about it!

You will not be allowed to complete a sentence without him shutting you down or labeling you as incompetent. In addition, i had the oppurtunity of working with several polish women at the company, whom he labeled as foreigners and blamed their slight polish accents to poor customer service.

These women were fluent in english and had slight accents ( like that of 50% of the immigrants that live in this country) , both of these women were excellent in the service and managment they brought to the company, however, Ringleman fired them both for no legitamit reason and allowed them no time to find new work. He simply fired them on the spot and told them to " pack up".

I highly recommend that no company makes any business/financial decisions with Ringleman or RAI. On a personal level, this man is everything wrong with this world; he is a liar, a cheater, and a completely unethical person.

TruGreen.

Also, I would work through breaks and shortened lunches but I could not get paid for them. I also was required to use my personal vehicle to drive my boss out to the property they managed, but did not get paid mileage or overtime for that.

My husband had left me less than a week before I was fired, and to justify an abscence that occured because of a panic attached I showed the hospital papers on it. Then they made up an excuse that I was not a fit even though all my work got nothing but praise from them and the quality of my work did not suffer.

Not only that, but I had to basically teach my immediate supervisor how to use Excel, one click at a time, while he sat there for hours asking me what to do next. I had jealousy from more than one coworker, who wanted the job I got and was far underqualified. There was also constant smoking groups right outside around the clock, including one very pregnant lady that no one ever even said boo about.

Primerica Financial Institute Company takes money to secure loans, will even have Pres.

             4601 Silver Star Rd
Phone: 866-322-3914

A loan fraud operation is in effect across the country that poses a significant danger to your financial health. This operation is fraudulently using the Primerica name to mislead consumers into wiring money to a designated address. It is not affiliated in any way with Primerica Financial Services in Duluth, GA, or Citigroup.
Here's the activity to which you should be alert:
A series of advertisements printed in local newspapers falsely offer personal loans, debt consolidation loans and other loan related services by misrepresenting that Primerica IN Duluth, GA is offering the loans, which is totally false. Other ads may read “LOANS” or “Previous Bad Credit? No Problem!” and list only a 1-888 or 1-866 telephone number. When potential victims call the number, they are generally directed by a recorded message to leave their name and telephone number and advised that a representative will contact them shortly.

Typically, the loan application is taken over the phone and approved quickly. The victim is asked to wire a sum of money to supposedly purchase an “insurance policy” to repay the loan ‘in the event of default.” The money is wired via Western Union to an individual in Toronto, Canada. The telephone number is operational for only about 30 days. Once you send your money to these companies, you never get your promised loan and you cannot get your money back.

In most jurisdictions it is illegal for a company to request an upfront fee prior to obtaining a loan. The real Primerica never takes money for loan applications and all loan transactions require a face-to-face meeting with a Primerica representative. If you believe that you have been victimized by this false advance fee loan scam, that misuses the Primerica name please contact the Task Force investigating this matter by calling PhoneBusters at 1.888-495-8501, or sending email to info@phonebusters.com
===============================

Please beware of the above company. My wife went to them to secure a $10,000 loan. She was working with a Mike Watson. He called her back on a wed and said that it had been arranged and that all she had to pay was an insurance fee to secure the loan of about $1300.00. Since this was a part of Citi group I did not worry too much about it so my wife sent her paycheck via western union and was told that the loan would be in her account within 12 - 24 hours. On Saturday morning when then money had not arrived she called only to be told that they needed the brokers fee first. They had never disclosed this but it did say that a broker's fee may be charged on the paperwork she signed. I spoke with them and still to this moment think that it is wrong to have her send money and then tell her later that she has to send more. (It appears the truth I leading dose not apply to them) Well the more was a $989.79 broker's fee.

Before she sent this I had them send her a letter signed by the president Ronald Tessmer that she would not have to pay another dime and that the $10,000 would be send after this fee was paid.

We received this letter and my wife released the funds to them via western union. They received the funds and per the letter were to deposit in my wife's account $10,000.00 within 6-12 hours. This was on the 5th of April 2007.

My wife received a call on the morning of the 6th from Mikes supervisor (Ms. McAlister) saying that they had made a mistake and that it was going to be for $15,000.00 and that my wife needed to send them another 700 plus dollars.

Now the letter we received did not have any wording for more fees the last paragraph on the letter from Mr. Tessmer is as follows:

"Upon receipt of payment for (MY WIFES NAME HERE) outstanding closing fee of $989.79, Primerica Financial Institute will transfer in the account of (MY WIFES NAME HERE), one fixed rate loan in the amount of $10,000.00. Funds will be made available within 6-12 hours. May this guarantee serve as verification that there will be no additional fees to be required of (MY WIFES NAME HERE) account beyond the outstanding closing fee of $989.79"

We have the Western Union numbers where they have received the above. Because of their mistake they will not honor this contract and we have been forced to contact the Attorney General of the State of Florida. We will not allow them to refund us any money (that takes 3 to 6 weeks) as we she needs the loan that was promised.

Please feel free to contact me before you do business with these people especially if they claim that this is false. I have all the paperwork and we are willing to show it to anybody at any time.

I got an e-mail from a recruiter (Greg Runyard) saying he reviewed my Resume and wanted to schedule an interview. On Careerbuilder I applied for the position of Customer Relations Representative. When I went in for the interview I was put in a room with at least 8 other people. We were made to wait for at least 15 minutes while the head interviewer Mr. Nicholson was on a call. He came in and gave us the usual bit about the company's wealth and made the job and position seem very attractive.

Fast forward to my first day of training. During the interview I was told that I'd be contacting potential customers and informing them of ways to stabilize their energy bill every month. I found out the position is ONE HUNDRED PERCENT commission. This means that if you come in and work 8 hours and make no sales then you make no money. On top of that, the position calls for door to door. The ad on careerbuilder makes no mention of any sort. They are misleading potential employees and wasting people's time. We were required to memorize a script and "appear" to be someone the potential customers could trust. We were to be wearing uniforms and hold clipboards resembling those that Comcast, Nicor, AT&T and other companies do when being called out to a property.

Moreover, they do not have you fill out any tax forms. This means that when tax season rolls around you will have to pay out of pocket for what didn't come out of your check. There is no direct deposit, you have to come and pick up your check personally.

Bottom line these people are time wasters. I won't even get into the scams that they have run. Just google "just energy scam" or go to the better business bureau's website and see for yourself.

Integrated Concepts Hartford CT

If your reading this you most likely stumbled on an ad or received a phone call from Jennifer at Integrated Concepts in Hartford and got the feeling like you weren't quite sure about what they did but were invited back for a second or maybe even a first interview. Did you go on the website? And still weren't quite sure about what they did but thought hey its a chance for a job. Did some research and came across this. If your reading this its because your one of the brighter ones unlike myself who actually went in and wasted my time. Well I'm about to sum it up for you in a nutshell.

In the ad on careerbuilder and on their website everything sounded pretty good. That they do consulting for an array of Fortune 500 clients, growth from with-in, management training program. All the things you want to hear but what exactly do they do over there at Integrated Marketing Concepts. That was the thing I had no clue about until the second round interview about to hop in a car with a complete stranger. They are a third party marketer who goes door to door selling electricity for Direct Energy; which if you google isnt a reputable Fortune 500 client anyway. If you were invited back for a second round interview it will consist of a day out of the office on the field where you will not be paid and watch what the job is all about. Basically you'll be going door-to-door around the state of CT trying to sell electricity, 100% commission, and Cold Calling.

Now if your the type of person who will settle for any job you'll definitely get it because they hire just about anyone. I definitely didn't go to college for four years to work doing that. But heres where Integrated Concepts tries to lure you. They make it seem as if thats not what your doing the opportunity is to run an office and make it into management. I asked the person who took me out on a second round interview how long they have been working there and they said to me that they were the ones interviewing me limit personal questions. They couldnt give me set hours. I was offered the postion and didnt take it. I continued my job search and found a better opportunity.

If it smells like a fish looks like a fish chances are its a fish . Dont swim in the water with sharks. It just seemed so weird to me so I did my research and found out all this information. A lot more than I can handle and thought if there was all this information written on the internet about this company than how can they still be in business, so I realized that I didnt do any research until after. Which is the case with most people. So awareness of the internet is key. So I wrote this to make sure that the same thing doesnt happen to you and you dont waste your time with this.

Truth is Integrated concepts is a pyramid multi level marketing scheme dressed up in a suit, they call it white collar crime.

The sad part is the its completely legal because of it parent company cydcor, and ds max, They prey on motivated individuals who are looking to be successful, Dont be fooled into joining this cult. Everything they do is only to get you to stay longer nobody really cares about you. They all seem nice. Its all about making money off of you and your sales. I just hope that I could reach some of the smarter individuals into making the right decision.

I guess they have to lie to you on the phone otherwise they would never be able to bring anyone in who would honestly work, 100 % commission going door to door.

605 Market, LLC Kristian Ericksson Employment Scam , Internet

Reasons
1) Unsafe workplace such as not removing unsafe ladders for maintenance workers in the building.
2) Docking pay to employees who worked overtime
3) Professional positions such as curators, developers managers are constantly turned over in this museum within every 6 months. The place employs about 50 people and goes through some 20 positions every year.
4) Unlicensed professionals operating equipment that requires proper city and state licensing.
5) Funding at museum calls for more employees than the museum employs in certain positions. These positions are not filled so where is the money from peoples donations going?
We had more hours than we could fill, they treated us well, recognized us when we went above and beyond, which was often, and generally made it a wonderful place to work.

About three years ago the top manager left and things went straight to hell in a handbasket. The day to day management was turned over to Pete Hatch and Brian Neeley and, although you will find some of this hard to believe, it is all true.

They will not talk to us, period. We work nights, and our supervisor obviously works the same schedule. There are times when I as well as others have had some issues to address and, because we knew our supervisor was sleeping, attempted to contact the office to take care of it. We were reprimanded and so was our supervisor. This after they told all of the new hires in a company meeting that "we maintain an open door policy and you can contact us any time." They actually wanted our supervisor to write us up for attempting to contact them. Luckily our supervisor is not that stupid.

We used to get our schedules by 11:00 AM every day, but since the new "management" took over, we are lucky if we get it by 2:00 PMand it has been as late as 4:30 PM. They expect us to just sit around and wait and hopefully there will be a message. It doesn't matter that we might be able to use that time productively by devoting that time to other responsibilities we might have. I pointed this out to them, explaining that I did not want to work all day around the house and then find out that I have to work, but be too tired to do so. Their response was "c'mon, you can't have THAT much to do", as if I don't have a life outside of my employment, which brings me to my next little story.

We get our work assignments by voicemail on a daily basis. When things slowed down earlier this year, they simply stopped leaving voicemails while expecting us to sit around until 5:00 PM, which is the cutoff time for voicemails waiting for the possibility that we might actually work on any given night. I asked them to at least leave a message at the beginning of the week informing us that there would be no work that week if in fact that was the case. They ignored that request, and did not leave ANY form of communication for 2 months, leaving us to wonder whether or not the place was still in business. When they finally did call, I had made a committment to someone for that week, and Paragon was UPSET because I did not let them know that I would not be available that week.

We have had an ongoing fight with the management because they routinely under-staff and over-schedule projects. We are never in the same location and the time it takes to drive can be as long as 4 hours one way for the work assignment. Last week was one such case and those involved had worked 19 hours the night before. When we saw that the project was under-staffed and would take anywhere from 12 to 15 hours plus the 4 hour return drive, we called them and told them that we were worn out and if we did this, we would not be in any shape to drive which was absolutely true. They FORCED us to do the project, and after 12.5 hours I had to leave because I had a doctor's appointment 3 hours away. The rest of the crew continued to work. I did some research and discovered what I already knew, that by driving in that condition, if we were involved in an accident, we could be held not only civilly liable, but depending on whether there were injuries or not, criminally liable. This had been pointed out to them before, but THEY DON'T CARE. The reason they gave for forcing us to start and complete the project that night was that there was not another available night during the upcoming week when they could reschedule it. NOBODY worked Monday night. There was no schedule for Monday, yet they insisted that we endanger not only ourselves, but possible others on the road, all for the sake of a buck! But wait, the story about these two caring and loving individuals gets better!

Last Friday I had some serious questions about my check, questions that could very well have prevented me from cashing it. I needed to get medication because, in addition to the lack of work, they were not scheduling me on the nights I was available, and I had been without my medication for a month and a half. I knew that my supervisor was sleeping because he had worked 20 hours straight, so I sent an email to Pete Hatch asking him about the problems, and making it clear that if there was a mistake that I would somehow need to borrow some money so I could get my medication and I was on my way to the doctor for an appointment. I asked him to please call me so that I would know what to do. HE EMAILED ME knowing full well that I was away from my computer, so I had to cash the check anyway to get my medication and pray that there were actually no problems.

These people treat us like dogs. They expect us to work 50 or 60 hours a week and drive sometimes as high as 30 hours on top of that to get to and from work. No matter how many times I have reminded them about my availability, which they agreed to, they still fail to schedule me on those days, or they will schedule just one day, knowing that I need to work to get my medication to live. Up until now, I have been 110% loyal to these people, doing anything and everything I could to make their reputation gold. No more. They have aboslutely no consideration for those who work for them, they (Pete Hatch and Brian Neeley) abuse their employees with no thought given to our health or safety, and, inspite of the fact that there have been many times when we have worked until we dropped, are of the opinion that we do not deserve a simple thank you, that to the contrary, we should be thanking THEM.

Pete and Brian, if you read this, and I hope you do, I refuse to thank you for the weekly and monthly abuse you heap on us. Furthermore, I will do everything I can to keep other unsuspecting people from falling into your trap. You are NOT a good company to work for anymore. You lie to prospective employees about the work available, so much so that one poor kid went off to college this year without any money because he turned down what he thought were worse offers than yours because you LIED TO HIM ABOUT THE AVAILABILITY OF WORK. He spent the rest of the summer trying unsuccessfully to get another job, because by the time he realized you had duped him, it was too late. You two ought to be ashamed of yourselves, although I know that will never happen, because you refuse to listen to anything your employees say and brush us off as incompetent boobs who couldn't possibly have a valuable opinion, thought, or insight.

Thanks guys for not scheduling me according to my availability again this week, you are true to form. For those of you who may run across Paragon Services, Inc., whose parent company is Serv-U-Success, run like the wind. Go work at Subway if you have to, but do not work for these guys. You will never be treated worse than you will be by these people. That aside, I have filed complaints with OSHA, with ADA, and with the Department of Transportatioin regarding their blatant disregard for our safety and health. I could go on and on, but I will leave it with this final comment; If there was a Worst Employer of the Year award, these guys would win, hands down!!

Kevin
Grand Rapids Michigan
USA

Money And Shopping

Smith My letter is exactly the same as the letter received by 'Mad in Texas' only the amount of the check is $4,958.80. New City New York

Money And Shopping
Phone:647-686-3243
Fax: 800-809-3045
216 Congers Rd E
New City, New York, 10956 U.S.A.

I am wondering if this is really to good to be true? Last night, I was opening my mail, and I found a check along with a letter stating that I have been selected to participate in a paid Consumer Research program in my area.

After the training assignment my salary will be increased to $500 per week for the first three months probation and $600 per week there-after. The training assignment and first evaluation is to take place at a MONEYGRAM, where I am to pose as a customer sending money to a relative of mine, SUSAN (My Last Name) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

After sending $4,558.80, I am to complete the market response form and fax it. The second evaluation I may choose from 8 different large chain stores where I am to spend $100, and fax in the form. The remaining $300 is for me to keep.

It says to deposit the check with my bank, wait 24 to 48 hours for the check to clear, once cleared, proceed with the assignment. On the bottom of the letter it said not valid after the 24th. I received the letter on the 26th of January. It was dated for the 12th. At first, I got really excited, and I used an ATM to deposit the check last night. Now I am attempting to research this and I am coming up with conflicting results.

To me this does sound to good to be true. Why in the world would they trust some stranger with $5000? Will this check bounce? Is this for real or not? What should I do now?

Is this to good to be true? in Kansas
Wichita, Kansas
U.S.A.

Dollar General
