Miley Cyrus Covers 'Billboard', Talks Music and Growing Up (PHOTO)

Miley Cyrus opens up to Billboard magazine in which she covers about her upcoming album and transforming into Miley 2.0.

Now at 20, Miley says that she is far removed from who she was as a teen in those Hannah Montana days.

“Right now, when people go to iTunes and listen to my old music, it’s so irritating to me because I can’t just erase that stuff and start over,” says Cyrus. “My last record [2009's EDM-inflected Can't Be Tamed] I feel so disconnected from — I was 16 or 17 when I made it.”

She adds,

“When you’re in your 20s, you just don’t really know that person anymore.”

“I want to start as a new artist,” says Cyrus. “I consider my upcoming album my first, really.”

And on her new single We Can’t Stop, that has caused some controversy.

“I’m 20 years old and I want to talk to the people that are up all night with their friends. It’s based on a true story of a crazy night I had: When I heard the song for the first time, it captured exactly what I was living.”

As for her new style she says,

“A lot of people wanted to try to make me the white Nicki Minaj,” she reveals. “That’s not what I’m trying to do. I love ‘hood’ music, but my talent is as a singer.”

She says that she is always changing, not only by the years but even by the weeks.

“That’s been kind of a trip: It’s not like I’m losing who I am — I actually found out more about who I am by making this music. I’m going on a journey, and that’s more than a lot of 20-year-olds can say,” continues Cyrus. “And I’m still going to change so much. Because I’m not the same person I was six months ago — I’m not even the same person I was two weeks ago.”

Charlie Sheen Claims He Fired Selma Blair From 'Anger Management'

Charlie Sheen is back to his old antics. The Anger Management star even claims that he fired his co-star Salma Blair and as TMZ is reporting refuses to shoot if she comes to the set.

According to TMZ Selma complained that Charlie was hard to work with.

But sources close to Sheen tell us the actor did more than just complain ... he told everyone HE FIRED SELMA altogether -- although it's unclear how official it was.

Charlie then made it clear to "AM" honchos ... if Selma shows up to set Monday -- when the show is scheduled to shoot -- he'll refuse to work.

Oh Charlie, when will he ever learn?!

Miss Utah at Miss USA: We Need To "Create Education Better" (VIDEO)

Why does it seem like every beauty pageant there is one of the contestants that says something dumb when answering a question.

On Sunday night in Las Vegas, during the Miss USA pageant Miss Utah, Marissa Powell was asked a question,

“A recent report shows that in 40 percent of American families with children, women are the primary earners, yet they continue to earn less than men. What does this say about society?”

To which she responded:

“I think we can relate this back to education, and how we are… continuing to try to strive to [pause] figure out how to create jobs right now. That is the biggest problem. And I think, especially the men are… um… seen as the leaders of this, and so we need to try to figure out how to create educate better so we can solve this problem. Thank you.”

The Kardashians are interesting people. They have made a mint off of a show about their family, which has resulted in ancillary businesses like makeup, leopard print dresses, designer socks, and such. Without the show their platform for selling all this stuff disappears, which makes it hard to cover the cost of maintaining their fancy lifestyle. (You don’t think those Hermes bags and black lacquer furniture pay for themselves). But most of the interesting stuff in their life is kept off the show. You know, stuff like:

- The fact that Khloe is probably not their full biological sibling. Why does she look exactly like her mother’s long time hairdresser?
- Is Kourtney’s boyfriend the biological father of their son? He sure looks like that model that claims to be.
- Bruce Jenner obviously hates being married to Kris and would do anything to be released from whatever contract he signed under duress.
- When will Kanye and Kim admit he’s miserable and they will never get married?

But they’ve got commitments to the E! Network amongst others. So what do you do to maintain interest and spice up the show? Apparently they are outsourcing the business now to the Jenner relatives. It must be a gamble to Kris Jenner, who to date has profited greatly from her own offspring. Or maybe this is her way of punishing her long suffering husband, who for years has remained a silent punching bag who likes to fly helicopters and talk to walls? Because she’s now enlisted his sons for featured story lines. Bruce’s son Brody is a handsome guy. I am not sure what other things he’s got going on beyond his chiseled jaw line and head of hair. But I get the idea education is not really a priority for the Kardashian/Jenner families. And he’s got plenty of baggage when it comes to his old dad. His parents divorced and he soon after married Kris. It was sort of like the Brady Bunch except not really. Bruce and Kris lived together and raised her kids.

From the most recent of Keeping Up With the Kardashians/Jenners. “Bruce, my dad — I don’t know which one to call him — Bruce and my mother, they had some sort of messy divorce,” Brody explained in a confessional interview. “I was the one child who didn’t really have the greatest relationship with Bruce.” ”I grew up with my stepdad,” he continued. “Bruce was never around for me. I can’t even tell you how many birthdays went by where Bruce wasn’t there. And I resent him for that.” Later, seeing Bruce joke around with Brandon over lunch, Brody felt another twinge of jealousy. “The way I see Bruce with Kendall and Kylie and Brandon, I’m actually so happy for them,” he said. “I think Bruce is an incredible human being and I think that Bruce is an incredible father — he just wasn’t a great father to me.”

Nice.

How did Bruce react to this? “Now’s not the time to talk about it,” Bruce said curtly. Later, he blamed Brody for being distant and argued that his son had never really understood how his divorce from Linda Thompson affected their relationship. So it’s his fault for not wanting a relationship with his dad who moved in with another family and raised them like his own?

But then things turned around at the 53-minute mark when Brice began to realize that he blew it. “I certainly want to be part of all my kids’ lives,” he told Brody, who agreed to move forward and “work on establishing a better relationship. ”Regardless of what happened in the past, I want to have a relationship with my son,” Bruce said in a confessional. “And the bottom line is, I have to take the responsibility.”

Well, obviously, Bruce.

So it took a camera crew to come to this conclusion? He didn’t have this come to Jesus moment during season 2 when he was comforting his wife’s daughter about the sale of her sex tape? You know what would be great? Let’s bring in the ex-wife (who happens to be the ex-wife of Yolanda Foster’s face lifted husband David on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) for some family counseling. Just Bruce, the ex-wife, and the sons. Maury Povich could moderate and at the end we could also get some paternity answers for Khloe and Kourtney. It’s a win-win. You’re welcome, E! Channel.

Robert Downey Jr., doesn't have it all figured out. At least when it comes to certain fans. While on location shooting a new film in western Massachusetts, Iron Man happened upon a 1 and a half year old fan who was upset, because "Iron Man" wasn't in costume.. Boo!

The boy's mother Heather Denno told People of the incident:

"He was fine as soon as he talked to him, was so confused because I kept telling him it was Iron Man and he knew it wasn't. Well, not Iron Man in the suit."

Hey we're sure mom loved seeing Robert though...
