DUTIES

Specific responsibilities include:&amp;amp;nbsp;Assisting&amp;amp;nbsp;members with account inquires and transactions, and researching and resolving issues with all account types as requested by members.Proactively promoting credit union products and services by capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities provided by routine daily transactions. &amp;amp;nbsp;Generating leads and scheduling members to meet with an&amp;amp;nbsp;Account Management Professional&amp;amp;nbsp;to establish new accounts or loans.Educating members regarding multiple delivery channels (such as online banking)&amp;amp;nbsp;and promoting their use for member convenience. QUALIFICATIONS

Education &amp;amp;amp; ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED). 6+ months of financial industry and/or retail sales experience preferred. DUTIES

Develops enterprise-wide web applications using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML).Designs, develops, and executes site architecture and navigation including redesigns and upgrade.Ensures servers and browsers are configured so that all Amplify web sites are visible to the largest possible audience. Configures network security so that publications are served only to the intended audience.Ensures presentation of a consistent visual image on the Amplify web site by promoting uniform fonts, formatting icons, images, layout techniques, and modularization. Promotes proper use of HTML language and stays abreast of developing HTML standards. &amp;amp;nbsp;Works closely with the credit union art director and communications specialist to develop creative for the website consistent with brand standards.Promotes the Amplify web site to appropriate internal and external audiences, leveraging SEO, PPC, and online advertising; establishes, maintains, and moderates an online community forum, webinars, podcasts, blogs, and related features.Establishes links from other relevant sites and develops relevant searchable content to drive site traffic growth.Maintains HTML template/image archives and related records as required.Manages Flash/video content for website.Owns site releases, QA signoff, and documentation.&amp;amp;nbsp;Ensures site is optimized and is cross-platform and cross-browser compatible.&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp; Advises internal groups on all issues relating to the web site.&amp;amp;nbsp; Reports on site analytics.
