John & Kerrie came together for a beautiful intimate wedding at Las Ventanas Resort in Cabo San Lucas. I love seeing a couple so happy together and so right for each other. They were so nervous, so excited and so passionate about the day and I was so lucky to see it all through my lens. I am so grateful to photograph such a variety of weddings in Cabo, from couples…to families…to large destination weddings. Irene and Omar really went for it on this Trash the Dress Session. After an amazing wedding the night prior at Villa Belissima in Pedregal, this couple got up early (or maybe never went to bed?) for this incredible shoot. The morning light was spectacular as we took advantage of the rustic Pacific landscape that is Capella Pedregal. I have shot at this location so many times but never this early in the morning. I would love to do it again but I think it may be hard to find another couple with the energy of Omar and Irene….

Villas Ballissima is a stunning location built on top of the rustic Pacific cliffs this villa overlooks Lands End and as much Ocean as one can see. Combining this backdrop with the homemade touches and unique feel that Irene and Omar and Rachel Hansen of Infinity Weddings, created for their day, was really something special. I loved Irene’s homemade bouquet and the soft tones that they used throughout. This intimate affair brought together family and friends from around the world and truly showed off what Cabo can offer. Amazing locations, stunning beauty, organic locally grown produce and endless miles of the Sea.

Carlos & Geysy Wedding at Las Ventanas, Cabo San Lucas Mexico

Thank you to the incredible planning of Karla Casillas and her team at Main Events along with the stunning setting of Las Ventanas, Geysy and Carlos had a dream wedding. Geysy’s beautiful spirit was evident throughout the day and the party went well into the night. The dancing began during dinner and went straight through to the performance of Geysy on stage. I was so excited to be a part of this day and thankful for the opportunity. I think that we were able to capture some great moments and this destination wedding will leave memories for all to cherish.

Capella Pedregal is quickly becoming the place to get married in Cabo San Lucas! As a Cabo wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure to shoot at Capella Pedregal on many ocassions. Each shoot is uniquely different as the light is ever changing. Stacey and Brent truly love Los Cabos. One Happenings Events put on this beautiful day at the Hilton Los Cabos. Thank you to Leslie Bost and her team! Ricky and Jie were extremely fun to photograph throughout each special moment and the details really told the story of their personalities. It was truly a super fun day to be a Cabo wedding photographer. I definitely smile looking back at these images. I especially love the moment when Ricky’s little nephew came running down the aisle to deliver the rings…such a cute little guy! Congratulations and best of luck to this great couple.

Words from Wedding Coordinator, Leslie Bost – Jiesun (Jie) is gorgeous, down to earth and has a gentle and loving personality. She wanted her wedding to be on the beach, yet conserve the classic essence of a more traditional wedding. I wanted her wedding to reflect a fun and young vibe, but also to have some conservative character. We chose a bright color – yellow for some fun and then kept the navy as a classic base. The guys all wore grey, which made everything work perfectly. The yellow and navy worked off each other on the table decor, having the color pop with some pinks too on the beautiful 3 piece centerpieces by Mazarte Floral. 

Ricky & Jie wanted their family and guests to have the time of their lives, so they made sure there was amazing food – anything you can think of, decorated beautifully by Hilton Los Cabos.  The music they chose was a reflection of their fun personality – Jie wanted her processional to walk into the ceremony with a song from The Little Mermaid! So adorable. And get this – the bridal party was introduced to the 90210 Theme song! To finish the night we invited all guests to the beach and lit wishing lanterns, to wish the newly weds happiness in their new life as one.
