Become Queen of the Speedlights

Complete a 365 photo project

Photowalk at least once every 2 weeks

Get to know 2 new neighborhoods outside my own and Times Square

Learn to use my slow cooker

Eat less restaurant and packaged food, and instead eat primarily real food with pronounceable ingredients

Read a book recreationally each month.

Set and achieve SMART (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, and Time-sensitive) goals for Paper Swan Photography, my wedding photography business. (See Dr. Neil Hair? I was listening!)

Go out and meet new people at a social, recreational, or business networking event each week.

Reconnect with, or get to know more about, 5 people each week.

And bonus number 11...BLOG!!!

So there's the list. No resolutions there--certainly no grand plans to ban carbohydrates or magically become an early morning gym rat--just a few things to make sure I do over the next 12 months.

I think it's doable.

Happy New Year!!

<xhtml:img xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/AmyCham/~4/t5pViRBRhvU" height="1" width="1" />

This year, I am ecstatic to be on the speaker list. I and Michael Caccavano, our CEO at Tree House, will be giving a session on theming best practices. Whereas the Tree House talk at last March's DrupalCon was focused on enterprise-level Drupal and using its tools within a theming methodology, this session is less technical, platform-agnostic and includes a look at the different roles involved in a web project and how they impact site theming--and how your theming can affect your site. Here's the full description.

Join us at 11:35 on Thursday, September 18 to see how you can improve your site's theming health!

PS - Follow Tree House on Twitter! We'll follow you and watch for your questions and comments during our presentation. If we can't answer your questions during the session, watch for the when and where of our post-session theming chat where we'll have members of our internal team on hand for an informal open discussion on the theming process.
