I loved the colours that Deena picked for her weddings! Anything pink and black is amazing if you ask me! I was so excited when Deena came to me to get all of her wedding stationery done, invitations, place cards, thank you cards, seating chart, table numbers etc. Deena and I went to the same high school! It's fun to see your peers again in their wedding process!

Hand Painted Trees

When Leeanne asked me to create a few more items for her wedding this weekend I was more than thrilled! When I made her wedding invitations, we spent a lot of time together in the planning process to make sure everything was perfect! So we got together again to plan a wedding certificate for all of her guests to sign in lieu of a guest book and this seating chart, Photos here:

Leah & Cameron Favour Tags

Leah's wedding colours are so fun! Pink, Orange and Chocolate brown... and of course white!

We did half pink tags, and half orange tags. They will be alternating pink and orange on the guests tables.

The wording on the tags says:

"All you need is Love...

But a little chocolate

Never hurts!"

Bridal Shower Invitaitons

Robyne is planning her friends bridal shower this Sept. and asked me to make up some invitations that had a fall feeling to them. Together, Robyne and i found the right colours for the job. We used a sparkly green for the top layer, a beautiful chocolate brown and orange for the next two layers.

The envelopes coordinate with the invitations.

Kirtin & Paul Thank You Cards

Kirstin & Paul ordered Thank You cards to match all of the rest of their stationery.

We mimicked thier invitations with these, but rather than a black base,

we used the blue and used the same swirl with black ink.

Leeanne and Evan are having a tree themed wedding, complete with apples etc.!

Each tree is hand drawn & water-coloured.

I also water coloured a heart with their initials in it on the RSVP cards.

Elly & Bryan!

AIRPLANES!!!

This was such a fun wedding to create stationery for!!

Elly & Bryan came to me in Feb. 2010, over a year before their wedding date!

Right from the begining they knew that their wedding was going to be airplane themed!

Bryan is working on and almost finished getting his pilots licence!! How fun!

Ok, so here is a quick rundown of everthing they ordered!

The favour tags were made to look like little luggage tags, with the wording on the front to say:

"Thank you for flying with Air Small today!"

The Invitation was made to look like an airline ticket, with a perforated RSVP card :)

Here is the seating chart, We used the names of different airplanes to determine what table each person was sitting at!

Here are the table numbers, once you found which airplane table you were sitting at, you had to find the co ordinating airplane table number!

Programs

Place cards, these are airplanes cut out with each guests name attached to them.

These are created to hang on the side of each persons glass.

Here is the completed order, all done for Krista & Ryan! Krista sent me on the search for the brightest HOT PINK paper I could find! :) The theme for this wedding is butterflies!

I embossed butterflies and swirls on the front with silver.

I have transformed some of my wall space to show off all the pretty envelope I have to offer!

Today is the big day for Crystal & Ryan!!

These invitations are allll bling! We paired up silver bling papers with white bling!

With the Grooms last name being Easter and an April wedding we added the easter lily to the front and inside of the invitation. Kirstin and Paul are one of the sweetest couples!! When they came to see me they were a little frustrated with the invitation ordering they had encountered so far. Without any options to customize to get what they really wanted. I was happy to help them make their vision come true!

On the front of each invitation i added an embossed silver swirl.

Heat Embossing

It's ALL in the details!!!!

I love the look of embossing on stationery.

This technique can be done in any colour, as you can see in the following photos that silver is very popular!

in this photo you can see the embossing is done on the same colour of card stock for that extra textured look and feel. you can also see the texture in the beautiful bling cardstocks that Paper Romance uses.

This silver embossing really pops off the black cardstock!

Snowflakes are so pretty when the are raised off the paper, embossing gives them an extra shine too!

This photo really shows the how the embossing is raised up off of the paper, to add dimention and texture.

Embossing can be easily added to any invitation package!

I LOVE how these turned out! I coupled up the pure white prismatic cardsstock with pink bling cardstock. Invitation size is 5x7, includes Response card, 2 specialty envelopes & return address printing on both env.
