The Adventure Begins.

From the brief outline I’ve given you (see History Part 1 and 2), you should now be able to appreciate the situation I find myself in. I’ve lived by choice amongst humanity, amongst you, as one of you and mostly I had forgotten my Archavian heritage. Of course I’ve had brief periods where I’ve been Archavian mostly on my own at prayer and reflection and sometimes with my brothers to commemorate Archavian festivals but these have diminished over the years; in fact it’s been over two years since last I thought of Archavia on the anniversary of my mother’s passing and I’ve had no contact with Archavians (apart from my brothers) since my initiation into humanity when I was only seven years old, well over forty five years ago (more of this later – if I have time).

So you can imagine my shock when Archavia contacted me, just over three weeks ago. This un-nerved me very much and I am still coming to terms with the dangerous situation that we all find ourselves in and the clock is ticking loudly.

Since my first contact I’ve learned that things I held as truths are not, some things I thought of as deceptions and lies are not at all and worst of all one of humanities nightmares is about to begin – unless it can be stopped and bizarrely it has to be me that stops it (with a little help from Archavia)!

It was a normal day in mid September somewhere in the Northern hemisphere (sorry but I have to guard my anonymity especially now) the first faint signs of autumn were whispering in the air. The day was cool but bright and visibility was excellent, I had taken the kids to school and was walking the dogs in the fields near where I live when suddenly someone tapped me on the shoulder. I hadn’t seen anyone else at all or heard them so I was startled and turned quickly round to see two people facing me.

For many thumping heart beats no one spoke, then the tall, blonde haired, bearded man smiled and spoke “may the fortunes of Archavia bless your spirit Wanderer in the wild” I just stood there unable to speak, my dogs completely and strangely ignored me and these people as they chased crows into the sky, happy in their games and blissfully ignorant of their masters potential danger. The lady who had shoulder length reddish blonde hair and large grey eyes and if human was maybe mid 30’s smiled and flashed her sparkling white teeth, and said “do not be afraid Waiven Too, we have found you after searching for many Moon cycles across this hemisphere.”

Before I could say anything; I was still taking in that someone had called me by my Archavian name, only my Parents and Brothers (so I thought had known it). I turned my head and watched my dogs still happily chasing crows as she spoke again “they don’t see us Waiven, only you can interact with us” I stammered a little “b-b-but why after all this time have you come looking for me?” So many other questions were bursting and tumbling around my brain but just that simple one struggled out. She just lowered her head, but not her eyes and smiled sheepishly at me and I saw how dazzlingly beautiful this woman was, my heart was still thumping and the blood was throbbing around my body and now I couldn’t take my eyes off her.

My reverie was interrupted by the man “My name is Rearden Wox” said the bearded blonde man who looked fit and angular and if human would have been in his early 40’s, “and this is Vaxen Ree” motioning to his partner, “(who I was still looking at) we come to talk to you about vitally important things that are important to Humans and to Archavians. Both our peoples are in great danger and it seems that only you amongst the billions of inhabitants living on this planet have the ability to save us all.” This was the first time I had heard this and to be honest I didn’t really take it in. I’ve heard it lots of times since then, not just from Rearden and Vaxen but also from other Archavians that have instructed me and explained concepts and ideas that are truly mind-blowing (even for me as half-Archavian),and yet even so I’m still not used to it. The burden (for so it seems to me right now) is I understand clearly, only mine and I have to make this thing work. Sad to say, I know how Frodo Baggins felt and yet this is real life and happening right now, not a complex fantasy epic from Tolkien. And I am scared by the immensity of what faces me.

This journal is one outlet for me to share (at least virtually) the load, although you the reader can do nothing to help. Just knowing at least that there are people from Humanity (and possibly Archavia) following what is going on as I update this journal helps.

Of course if you are reading this later than the human calendar date of 30^th April 2013 you know that I was successful, so you should keep reading to find out how I did it (as right now I’m still in preparation during early October 2012). It may also come to pass that this journal will be taken down if I say something that reveals the whereabouts of “Archavia” on planet Earth or something else sensitive to either culture, but I guess both security services have other things on their minds right now. . . . .

At that first meeting on that early autumn day in a deserted field, they explained who they were (undercover Archavian agents) and how they had tracked me down and then observed me discretely for a few days before taking a DNA sample (without me knowing) for analysis and then they had to wait for the results before contacting me in person.

This first conversation seemed to last for hours, but in reality the meeting was less than an hour. When my dogs got bored of scaring off the crows they settled down and stretched out on the grass about 3 metres from where we standing, not bothering themselves at all either with me, or with my “visitors” which for my Terriers is amazing. We three were in a bubble that was somehow distant yet part of the real world and was controlled by who? Was it Rearden or Vaxen or was it something they did together or was it a device that kept the real world at bay?

A Brief History. Part 2.

As you may have guessed there is a HUGE amount of information (I've summarised where-ever possible and not mentioned many things) that I have to get across to you, to get you up to speed with the amazing history and background, so that you'll understand when I start telling you what is going on right now and what has happened in the recent past that has made me decide to share this with you. And if nothing else, it at least it will last as a record for posterity for the future generations of both Human and Archavian who will look back at this period and say “that was the moment.”

Although the main group of Archavians departed and effectively disappeared from the human world and consciousness small groups remained behind and lived as humans. As the Archavian technology failed and customs and habits changed over the passing years the small groups gradually became indistinguishable from humans. In the end the only difference was their physical appearance, blonde hair, tall and with faces we now recognise as Scandinavian.
Occasionally visitors from the breakaway group would return to check on relatives and friends that remained and to repair broken items or bring new ones. They would also bring news of how the breakaway group were faring. It seems that the breakaway group flourished in their new home and their population was growing fast and so was their technological ability. Gradually these visits lessened over the years and eventually they stopped altogether. Full contact with the departed Archavians was finally lost I think about 6000 years ago.

I have recently discovered that the breakaway group have been watching over the old "pockets of Archavians" as they disintegrated into humanities great tide of life. They continued with their secret surveillance over the human population as it spread over the planet and increased its own technological abilities, including the worrying development of atomic armaments.
In the human race the memory of this great departure and of the period before is stories, legends and myths, of Gods from the North with special powers, (Odin, Thor and Loki just to name a few and now popular again) of Angels that can fly with blonde hair and visitors that arrive without warning, perform some miracles and leave some knowledge and wisdom behind. Many times to the then un-educated human mind these episodes and interactions must have been seen as "religious" experiences and have been passed safely down the historical record in various religious doctrines and held with great faith by vast numbers of humans.

The legend of Atlantis is really the human side of the story of the breakaway Archavian group, embellished by disaster stories and poetic retelling. Of course there was no disaster in the sense of massive explosions and disappearing islands, just a large group of people who took off with their technology thousands of years before the Greek civilisation wrote the stories down. Eventually their memory became just a faint and distant glimmer of some fantastic civilisation. Imagine if you turned up with your everyday technology in the ancient human world and what the result would be on the population? And of course present human technology is still millennia behind and on a different path (so far) to the Archavians.

I don't know much about Archavian technology except that whereas human technology is based on electron flow (electricity), Archavian technology is based on magnetic flux waves (called misa ammer, meaning universal always there power flow). Their devices don't have batteries and are so small and light. The devices work by interacting with any magnetic field they are in, like gravity on a planet, or even any living thing apparently. My Mother never spoke of the technology to me although I remember she had a ring that was different from her other rings. Soft bronze in colour and passed down the family (and yes I have it) as an heirloom to each generation. It was she said her power ring and it kept her safe, protecting her from harm. I know it’s some sort of communication device because that’s how the Archavians found me.

My Mother and her Brothers along with their Father left the Archavian colony in the human year of 1929. My Mother told me that her Father, who I never met as he died in a bomb blast during the human Second World War had a fundamental disagreement with the Elders and decided to take his family and leave and I still don’t know why. My Mother was five years old and her brothers were seven and ten at the time of departure. My maternal Grandmother seems to have died mysteriously before they left the colony and my Mother never spoke of her – at all.

A Brief History. Part 1.

First let me say that I will use English but in some cases, I will have to use words from the ancient language of my ancestors as there is no equivalent in any human language. I will try to describe these when they occur and then hopefully you’ll understand something of what is meant. I’ll also explain their words for things I know when they crop up in the journal.

About 80,000 Earth years ago my Mothers race (the Archavians) arrived on Earth (called Joo Llianus by them meaning with water) after spending a period of about 10,000 years on Mars (called Joo Kakarus by them meaning with mineral wealth). Sometime before arriving in this planetary system they had travelled amongst the stars for many, many millennia. Sorry I don’t know for how long they travelled in the vast voids of space; my Mother and her Brothers were not sure because their parents left the safety of the cluster when they were young, but I digress, more of that later. I know that some of my relatives live away from humans in remote areas and often underground; they know the entire history of the Archavian race and the integrations with humanity down the years. And more importantly they have managed to retain the science of their ancestors. My entire knowledge comes from my Mother her Brothers (my Uncles) and more recently from some Archavians who have come to find me, again more about this later.

If you know Arthur C Clarkes Rendezvous with Rama you’ll know how the Archavians managed to get to this planetary system. Sometimes the best fiction is true (especially Science Fiction), without the authors knowing . . . . unless of course Arthur C Clarke had some contact with my people? My Mum told me that the Home Ship was set in an elliptical solar orbit out beyond Saturn (Joo Mesana meaning with rings) when everyone embarked to Mars. It may still be there for all I know? It has probably been listed as a non-dangerous asteroid by Astronomers and its true nature is not (yet) discovered. She said one day we may need her again, so Caseallaria (meaning beloved travelling home) was parked out there waiting for the call.

Archavians look and behave in every way (detectable by present science) like Humans, there are some differences but I’ll cover these later. We (for I am half Human half Archavian) are white, fair skinned with blonde hair that ranges from near white to strawberry blonde. The life span of a pure Archavian is about 110 Earth years without support or intervention. With interventions I have discovered from my recent contact that some pure Archavians are over 300 Earth years of age and in the past some have lived over 500 yrs.

The temperate areas of “Earth” were already populated by uncivilised Humans when the Archavians arrived so they settled originally in the cold climate of the Northern Hemisphere; which my Mum said was much like the temperate areas of the Home planet (Krisis). So as you can see it was an ideal place to settle, having little or no impact on the “natives” and a huge fertile, largely unpopulated hemisphere to live in. The Archavians knew about living in cool to cold to deeply freezing environments and became very prosperous in the Northlands for thousands of years.

Gradually intermingling between Humans and Archavians occurred as the natives spread north in search of food and land and many Archavians lost their history and racial identity as they decided to go “native.” At some point the leaders of the main group decided enough was enough and they must preserve the purity and knowledge of the Archavian people. They effectively disappeared or rather took themselves and their technology to places where interaction with native humans and the Archavians who had joined with them, was virtually impossible, but not completely so, as I’ll explain later. The group was reckoned to be approximately 85,000 strong back then (the “escape” was made about 18,000 Earth years ago). But I cannot say where they are now, at least not just yet.
