used in the same sentence. I do however, believe that strength of conviction can be used. This is a man who says what he means and means what he says. He may not be perfect in how he speaks, but I do believe that he will stand by what comes out of his mouth.

During the recent South Carolina Debate, he was asked about torture, while most of the panel took the path of least resistance, Mr. Cain stood by his conviction and stated what a lot of us believe. A lot of Americans would rather "Waterboard" a terrorist in the hope of saving American lives then pussy foot around and hope that the information lands in our lap.

Our military have had their hands tied by Liberals and the ACLU. As a mother of a young man, getting ready to join the Marines, I can tell you that if I had to "Waterboard" someone to get the information need to save his life and the lives of others, I would be the first person in line with the hose.

Many of us are just damn tired of hearing the rhetoric that pours out of career politicians. We are tired of working hard, so others can receive so called entitlements. We are tired of bailing out large corporations. We are just plain tired.

Hopefully, Mr Cain will continue to speak his mind. Hopefully the media and those out to nail his hide to the door, will learn that he is not a coward and he will stand and fight. Just perhaps he is the real thing, a Real Leader.

Over time, the public listened to what he had to say and public opinion grew in his favor. People started to take notice of him and his message. His popalarity started to grow and he started to climb in the polls. Republicans and Democrats started to pay attention.

Suddenly, it was Romney and Perry people were talking about, it was Herman Cain. Then the dirt started flying, and things started to climb out of the wood work. The timing is definitly interesting to say the least. The media climbed all of this so called story and made more stories up as they went. This is what passes for journalism in today's world.

I really don't care what label you put on it, conspiracy, democratic plot or manipulation by an individual or individuals to acheive their 15 minutes of fame. It all distracts from the real story, which is the race for the Republican Nomination.

The media paints a picture of women wronged. Women, who for some reason, never came forward until now. As a woman, this doesn't make sense to me. It would take more than $35,000.00 to shut me up. Let alone if I felt I had been sexually assulted. I would have made sure that his butt would be in jail or at least out of a job. None of these occurred, why not?

Think about this possiblity, the Democratic Party wants to take out any Republican threat to the re election by President Obama. Why wouldn't they go after Herman Cain? If you make him unattractive to female voters, then his chances of being the Republican Nominee for President are decreased. The Democratic Party knows that if he goes head to head with Obama, he has a strong chance of winning.

There is not one media outlet that hasn't jumped on the bandwagon with this so called story. Herman Cain doesn't play the game, and that drives them crazy. Americans are really tired to being told what to think and many of us are starting to see through all the smoke and mirrors. American want real change and real economic growth. Americans want real strength of characters, no a rock star mentality.

So, it doesn't matter if it is a conspiracy or a plot. What it is, is a distraction from the issues. If these women have proof, then it comes down to "he said, she said". Here is another question for you, How did Herman Cain become such a successful businessman, if he acted this way?

It just goes to show how afraid they are of the man. It amazes me how people crawl out of the woodwork to bad mouth an individual, once they are in the public eye.

Sexual Harassment is a foul thing, when it occurs, but it is a perception. Individuals often see things differently and because of how gray this area is, it can make proving sexual harassment extremely difficult. If it does occur, you would expect the financial compensation to have several zeros on the check. From what I have read and heard, it does sound like more of an irritation that the Restaurant Association want to resolve then an actual sexual harassment case.

Let's be real, if an attorney thought there was a lot of money to be made, it would have been a court case or court cases, not a settlement. Now, it just seems like a crusade to bad mouth an outsider. Herman Cain is a businessman, not a career politician If he is guilty of sexual harassment, then yes, he should step aside. But if all he is guilty of is being a little flirty or not having these women understand his comments, then the crap needs to stop.

Americans can not afford to be side tracked from the real issues. The media needs to stop their hidden agendas and just report the news. Back in the early 1800's they had a name for this kind of journalism, it was called "Yellow Journalism". So, to the media, just stick to the facts and keep your opinions to yourself, otherwise, just get a late night talk show.

I grew up on names like Huntley, Brinkley and Cronkite. Those were real journalist. The thing that really bothers my soul, is that very little, if any of the information out there, talks about the religious information. It all seems to be about "shock and awe". If we scare people enough, then maybe we can control them.

Do I worry about 2012 and the possible End of Days, absolutely, but I have faith and a strong belief in God. This is what gets me through life. Do I believe in the Rapture? What I believe is that NO ONE knows when the end of the world will happen. I know what the Bible teaches, I know what my faith teaches. I know that I am not ready to meet my Lord, but I work and pray every day to be better. I put my faith in what I can't see but what my heart tells me surrounds my family and myself.

We have gotten away from what is important. We have but our lives in the hands of individuals, corporations, societies and governments that are godless and who care nothing for us. We live our lives in fear of what man may do to us. The world may end tomorrow, what do you have to show for it? Money, power? What good is it is you die and go the hell?

2012 may be the End of Days, but what if it isn't? What then?

I hate watching the news, because all you hear is "the sky is falling". Anyone who works, or is trying to find a job, knows that the sky fell along time ago.

Just walk in to any grocery store and look at the cost of food, not to mention the cost of gas. All we here is excuses for why our economy is in the toilet, but not one person can find a solution to the problems. Here is a radical idea, how about not outsourcing American jobs. Wow, what a concept!

Life right now in America sucks, but it could be a whole lot worse. So for now we need to be grateful that we can still believe in God, we can still honor our country and our warriors and we can still tell our leaders that they are idots. So, I will keep working and praying and speaking my mind (at least as long as I have one).

If you live in a major metropolitan area, you have options as to how you can get to work or to a store. But if you live in other areas of this country, you are tied to your car. So many of us most travel fairly large distances in order to work or purchase food and other necessities for ourselves and our families. There is no train or bus or other means of public transportation.

I am so tired of the media and public figures spouting off about the cost of gasoline in England or other countries. I live in America. I work in America and I don't give a damn about the Global Economy. I worry about how I can afford to drive to work each day. I worry about having enough money to pay my mortgage, to buy groceries, to pay for the basic necessities. I worry about my children and about my neighbors. I worry about other Americans.

In a way, I am lucky, I grew up hard in the mountains of Virginia. I know what it's like to do without. We raised our own food, we had chickens and pigs. We hunted, killed and ate wild game. We didn't have running water, or even an indoor bathroom for much of my life. So, I know how to survive. But, what about other Americans, who have no idea how to make it with little to no money? Will most American make it or will there be riots in the streets? Will there be mass suicides or murder?

People don't seem to understand that gasoline runs our country. I am tired of how dense some Americans seem. How long can you hide your head in the sand? We all need to wake up and demand that Obama open up drilling off shore, open up drilling in Alaska, or make it economically feasible to convert our cars to Natural Gas. We need to become INDEPENDENT from OPEC.

At one time, Americans were known for their "can do" attitude. Now all we seem to hear is excuses. We hear them from the media (along with their unwanted opinions), we hear it from our elected officials, and we hear it from each other. We need to stop this pony ride and get back to business. We need to demand that our employees (our elected officials) start working for us and not for special interest groups, for other countries and for themselves.

We need to take back our country and we need to do it before there is no country left. If gas prices don't start coming down, this once great country may be destroyed and we may be only a foot note in history.

How can anyone with the tiniest bit of human compassion, believe that this had anything to do with Free Speech? It is nothing more than a hate crime hiding behind the mask of Christianity.

I believe in following your heart and your beliefs, but carrying signs and spouting off hateful remarks at funerals is basically immoral and sinful. These so called Christians need to read their Bible more and remember Christ's teachings. Remember, we don't have the right to judge, only God has that Right. The members of the Westboro Baptist Church need to remember that we don't get to Heaven by Grace alone. I don't believe that God will approve of their actions. They all nothing but a bunch of media hounds, hiding behind the pulpit.

The ruling by the Supreme Court, just brings home the realization that our beloved country is failing and has become overrun by immoral hypocrites. So, as an American Citizens, I am utilizing my Right to Free Speech, by calling the Westboro Baptist Church a haven for liars, the immoral and unchristian. Their actions, and words are hateful and their actions are those of a hate group. I personally feel that they are a bunch of cowards, who hide behind their church walls. If they had been alive during the time of Christ, they would have given him up to the Romans on a silver platter.

The goal of a church, of any faith is to spread the word and teaching of their God. Nothing that this church does can be seen as loving or kind. They are hateful and remind me of the Nazi during World War II. Personally, I don't believe that they are a church, but are using the tax code and media to line their own pocketbooks. Oops, there goes that Free Speech again.

So, if you see this bunch of idiots picketing a funeral in the near or distance future, use your Freedom of Speech and maybe even your car to block them from getting any where near the grieving family. Myself and other God Fearing Americans will applaud your efforts. Any while you are in your church or synagogue, pray for the fools who belong to this so called church, they need our prayers. They have made a mockery of true faith and need to see how true believers act.

It wasn’t to long ago, during the health care debate, that Mr. Obama made a mockery of the citizens who participated in the Tea Party rallies. Wasn’t he the one who vilified those at the Town Hall meetings? Just ask Arlin Specter, I’m sure he will talk now after being thrown under the bus. I remember when Mr. Obama held a tea bag up, shook it with a smirk on his face, and referred to citizens of the United States as Tea Baggers.

What as he gotten away with? Well, I’m watching the news and he is giving a speech defending those who oppose Governor Walker. How dare he! Mr. Obama had no business mocking, vilifying , ignoring and embarrassing the Oval Office by insulting those who support the Tea Party Movement, and as sure as the sun shines he has no business sticking his nose into a business of the Great State of Wisconsin. Mr. Obama, how can you tell others not to vilify when you and your cronies do it when ever citizens protest against your policies. It seems that you talk out of both sides of your mouth.

It is apparent to me that you have low morels and scruples that while I respect the Oval Office, I have lost my respect for you! That is why I will no longer refer to you as President of the United States of America. Remember, you work for all citizens of this country.

I Pledge Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it Stands One Nation Under God Indivisible with Liberty and Justice for All.

I learned that in kindergarten some 42 years ago. I believe in that pledge. I believe that if you don’t believe in that pledge you are not an American and do not deserve to live in this great country. I wonder how many children can recite it today? How many of them even understand what it means?

Now, most of us, have the tendency to think that history repeats itself in the same manner, but that is not really the case. Muslims and Christians are involved in a New Crusade, a new religious war. The only difference in this crusade, is that Christians are under siege.

At one point, Faith was seen as a valuable assets. It shaped every part of a person's life. It directly impacted how one lead their life. Unfortunately, over time it became politically incorrect to even acknowledge that you had any sort of religious faith. So, while Americans allowed government to remove Faith and Pray from our schools and from our government buildings, other religions were growing in strength and numbers.

The Muslim Brotherhood is a prime example. Over the last few decades, this group has grown in strength and numbers. The New Crusades have begun and Christians have a target painted on their foreheads. The world needs to wake up and see what our future may hold, especially if the extremist Muslim factions gain in popularity.

Respect and understanding of the various religions in the world should be taught in school, minus political opinion. It is possible, that if we learn to understand different Faiths, that blood shed may be avoided in the future. But along with that must come pride in one's own Faith and Beliefs. It is absolutely possible to like a person and agree to disagree on personal religious viewpoints.

So, while the crisis in Egypt continues to grow and while the world watches, we all need to take a long hard look at ourselves and at our personal beliefs. The New Crusades are here and we all need to be prepared for the changes that we and future generations shall face.

It was reported that some didn't even read the whole Bill before voting on it. Another day in Washington, another day that politicans screwed the American People.

Now, it seems that another item contained in the Healthcare Bill has come to light. Hidden in the underbelly of the Healthcare Bill is the 3.8% tax on home sells which starts in 2013. Now some will just look the other way, and think nothing of the tax. But consider this, "Baby Boomers" will be retiring and downsizing their homes. This will have a direct impact on their retirement funds as well as other Americans.

What is really interesting, is that, they're are some in Washington that claim ignorance of this part of the Bill. I guess this goes back to their not reading the entire Bill. Ignorance is Bliss, I guess. What is really important to know is that this tax will affect all homeowners who will sell their homes after 2013. Isn't it interesting that this will go into effect after the 2012 Election?

The Tea Party had a direct impact on the recent Midterm Election. This small grassroots movement electrified Americans and for many it was a wake up call. But the work is not over. We most be ever vigilant for things that will directly impact our lives.

In fact "Change" was the word of the day. So what has changed? Unemployment has risen to a point that some people have actually stopped looking for work. Congress has bailed out the automobile manufacturing industry. The Federal Budget is growing at an astonishing rate. Gas prices continue to climb with no end in sight. Politicians continue to see Americans as stupid, but with deep pockets.

Americans are living in fear. Americans are not only afraid of terrorist and their threats, but we continue to live in fear of losing our jobs, our homes, our freedoms and our rights. We live in fear of elected and career politicians selling us down the river for their personal gain. We live in fear of Big Business jacking up prices on goods and services. We live in fear of becoming a Third World Country because of hidden agendas, lies and greed.

When the Tea Party Movement started, they were ridiculed and lied about by different politicians and media groups. Every day Americans, standing up for what they believed in and for what they wanted were seen as crazy or radical. But in the end their voices were heard and they did effect change. It was a start. But, the work has only started for them and for all Americans.

Hard times have been here for some time. Now is the time for hard decisions. No longer can politicians and elected officials on local, state or federal levels ignore the need to make "Change" a reality. Local and State Governments are running of deficits. The Federal Government is operating in the red and the debt continues to grow. Our leaders can not continue to turn a blind eye to the facts and continue as if nothing is wrong.

We need to make hard decisions. They won't be popular by any stretch of the imagination. Individuals and groups will complain, but if we don't do something soon, we may not have a country to call home. America and it's citizens are in crisis on a multitude of levels. We need our leaders to talk with us, not at us. We need our leaders to work together for the betterment of all of us, not just a select few. We definitely don't need "Politics as usually".

We are losing the greatest generation this country has ever known. They were born in and survived the "Great Depression". They fought in and won a horrific war. They rebuilt this country and now the remaining few are seeing their beloved country flounder and fail. What a sad comment on this once great country.

American families are making hard decisions on a daily basis. We have been tightening our belts and digging deep for quite some time. Now is the time for Congress and the White House to step us and follow our example. The same goes for state and local governments. Hard times call for hard decisions. Hard times are here and they won't be leaving any time soon.

People worked hard for what they got and handouts were only for those who were in dire need. Children respected their elders and if your child got in trouble at school, then they were in more trouble when they got home. You worried that your child might get in a fist fight at school, not if they would get shot. Where did we go wrong?

While this is only my opinion, I can and will speak my mind. Liberals and their agenda have destroyed this Country and our lives! When I was younger, I really didn't understand politicians and their agenda's, I had no idea what they could do to my life or my Country. I was too stupid to take the time to understand how decisions then could affect my life today.

We are losing are freedoms, one by one. Our way of life is being destroyed and our Country is no longer seen as a beacon of hope. Politicians and Big Business have sold America and it's citizens down the river, all in the name of greed and power. They have used our fears and our personal failings against us. They have taken over our lives and hurts all of us.

Welfare, has become a noose around our necks and is destroying lives, not building lives. Entire generations are drowning in it's mire and there is no way out for them. Why work or reach for anything when the government is giving handouts. How many writers, scientists, world leaders, doctors, lawyers, so on and so on have not seen the light of day, because welfare and liberal ideas have destroyed their potential?

Liberals and Democrats talk about the, "Redistribution of Wealth". It is just another way of keeping people under their thumbs and creating chaos. If they keep us at each others throats then they keep can control us. People in Washington talk about problems with Social Security and Medicare and how they need to trim the fat from these programs, but they never talk about Welfare and trimming those rolls.

Congress was discussing a 5% decrease in their salaries. How about this, STOP receiving a salary, or health benefits or the other perks. How about stopping lobbying and all of the back room deals. How about millionaires and others giving up their Social Security Checks? How about Stopping the million dollar bonus given to CEO's and all the other crap that goes on? How about making Big Business or at least encouraging Big Business to return to our shores instead of making excuse?

It's time for all of us to take a stand. It's time for us to voice our thoughts and opinions. It's time to stand together as Americans. It's time to be proud of having morals and values. It's time to bring prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance back into our schools. It's time to make prisons a scary place and not "rehabilitation place".

I really don't care if you believe in God or not, that's between you and Our Maker. But, if I can respect your beliefs then you should respect mine. Since 1776, Americans have had the Right to keep weapons. It was these weapons that were used to win our freedom from England. Personal weapons were used to tame the West and what Texans used to fight for their independence from Mexico.

Now, granted times have changed, and we are subjected to unwanted violence. But, losing our Right to Bear Arms is not the answer. Americans are slowly losing each and every personal liberty. There may come a time when we have lost all of our Rights and all of our Liberty.

Our elected officials like to use scare tactics on us as a means to control us and to pass their agendas. Oh, they say it's for our own good, but it's just another way to control us and change our way of life. Here's an example, Smoking. We all know that it's bad for us, but if you buy a pack of cigarettes, it is a personal choice. But, most states have taken away that choice for American Citizens. It is really any of their business if you smoke or not? They are really good at throwing statistics at you, but if you have ever studied Statistics, then you know that numbers can be manipulated. Statistics can be bent to provide the whatever answer a person or group is looking for. Bars and restaurants should have the right to provide service to smokers and non smokers alike. No one and no government body should have had the right to take that choice from Americans.

In the days and weeks to come we will be subjected to a mountain of comments and opinions on gun control. We Will hear celebrities, the media and political figures speak on how "guns kill". No, the person holding the gun kills! We will hear how guns are no longer needed to protect our self and our family against foreign or domestic threats. That's a crock! Now more than ever, we need to fight for our Right to Keep and Bear Arms. When, any government starts talking about repealing our Rights and Liberties we need to stand up and listen.

I can trace my family roots back to before the Revolutionary War. My ancestors fought for their freedom and so should all of us. We need to stand up for our freedoms and we must defend our Country and Our Constitution. We live in an imperfect world, and an imperfect country. But American has been and should always be a beacon for freedom. As individuals and as country men we must come together and say NO! WE WILL NOT LOSE ANYMORE OF OUR FREEDOMS! WE WILL NOT LIVE IN FEAR ANY LONGER! WE ARE AMERICANS! WE LOVE OUR COUNTRY! WE LOVE OUR FREEDOM!

Holiday songs speak about "Peace on Earth", Christmas Specials and Movies turn our minds to Peace between each other and around the world. It is a most beautiful yet hard to hold feeling. Peace is something that we all need to search for and strive to obtain.

Too often, man speaks of Peace without fully acknowledging that it is a difficult concept to obtain. Peace is something that should and must start from within each of us. Peace is virtue that even the most gentle and loving of man has trouble understanding and sharing.

So where do we start? We start with ourselves. We start first by accepting that we are a work in progress and far from perfect. We start with loving ourselves and then extending that love to our family and friends. We start with sharing ourselves with each other and those who need our love and understanding. We start with accepting others as who they are, not as we want them to be. We start by being kind and generous with our hearts. We start now, not tomorrow or next week.

Merry Christmas to all, and Peace to the People on Earth. May your lives be filled with true Peace and Love.

What does that mean for the majority of Americans? It means that the ass holes we voted out will try and ram crap down our throats that helps only a handful of individuals or groups. It means that they are taking advantage again of the American People. What else is new!

This recent Mid Term Election should have sent a clear message to the elected officials in Congress, but apparently many of them are too deaf and dumb to understand what we were trying to say! In very simple words. STOP THE BULLSHIT!

There are too many Americans out of work, too many fighting to keep afloat financially and too many who have just given up entirely. Until we get our manufacturing base back in this country, things will not change. The media and congress can talk about tax cuts to help boost hiring, but that is not enough. Unless things change this country is headed down a path of no return.

Maybe it is really impossible to put your finger on when we started losing Christmas and the Christmas spirit. It really doesn't matter when it started, all that matters is that we and the world are poorer for the lose.

There was a time that the Christmas Season meant Peace, Love, Faith and Fellowship of all mankind. Now, it is just a time of spending and buying. It is a time that you have to be politically correct and say, "Happy Holidays", instead of "Merry Christmas". Being political correct doesn't allow for celebrating the Birth of Christ, but it does encourage spending money and encourage ill will around the world.

In simpler times, we could share our faith with our friends and family, now if you are a person of faith and want to share the Miracle of Christmas, it is frowned upon by those who want to destroy Christmas and all that it stands for. You have to wonder why anyone would want to destroy a Season of Miracles that promotes Peace and Love.

If we continue down this current path, we will lose Christmas and all that it stands for. What a great lose that will be for the entire world and all of us that live on this Blue Marble. So what is the answer, it really is quite simple. We can't let political correction or liberal viewpoints rule and destroy a time of year that means so much to so many. We need to share our faith and love to all, regardless of our faith. Christmas is a time of Miracles and a time to pray for peace for all mankind.

Cities, towns, corporations, and individuals should not be ashamed of sharing symbols of the Seasons. Deck the Halls, Trim the Tree, Hang the Wreath and put out the Nativity. In this country, it has always been the majority rules, not the minority and this goes for Christmas.

So Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

If you take the time to talk with those who are fortunate enough to be working and to those you have yet to find a job, you will definitely get an earful. The debate will get heated and heated fast. This is just one of the major decisions facing our elected officials in Washington.

While many of us are concerned about fellow Americans being out of work, we also know that the Federal Government can not continue down this current path of spending. Unfortunately the hard choices must start here and now. It is unfortunate that we are heading into the Holiday Season, when we all want and desire to give our families everything possible.

Time has run out for the American Working Class. No longer can we sit around and wait for a better job to come our way. A minimum wage job, is better than no job at all. We may have to work a second or even a third job, just to make ends meet. This is a time where we must all pull together or we will come apart at the seems.

As hard as it will be for both Democrats and Republicans, we can not extend the unemployment benefits. Will they take heat, absolutely! But, now is the time for Real Leaders to step up and stand strong. Now is the time for Hard Choices and for all of us to Stand Strong!

Americans need to sit an example this Holiday Season. We need to tighten our belts and our pocketbooks. Our Holiday Spending must be realistic and reasonable. As much as we desire to buy that expensive present or presents for our children, we must think about the reality of what it will do to our bottom line. Purchase the things that our families need not just what they want. Make the Hard Choices for yourself and your family.

Unless you have been living under a rock, you know that unemployment is strangling our country and the lives of the American People. Unless you have been living under a rock, then you know that our Country is facing hard choices.

It is time for our elected leaders to stop sitting on their hands. It is time that our elected leaders step up and make the hard choices that may stop our slow spiral downward. If you take the time to talk with the everyday American, you may realize that common sense must prevail, if we are to save our economy and our country.

The first step must be to STOP SPENDING. If most American Families have done this, then so should our government. Second, Congressional leaders, past and present should give up their salaries and their pensions. Let's get real, none of them are poor or economically strapped for cash. If their were, then they wouldn't have been able to run for political office.

Next, then out the top heavy offices of the government. We don't need to pay high salaries to political appointees. How many managers do the various offices really need? Freeze salaries of government employees, until the economy turns around and we are moving in the right direction.

Now, we have to address the Welfare Rolls. We constantly hear how the government is going to cut Medicare and Social Security, but we never hear them address the welfare rolls. It is time that hard choices be made. Time limits must be set, without loop holes. Two years and you are off for good. That is enough time to learn a trade, skill or advanced education. Two years to teach someone to reach out an grab opportunity. Welfare does nothing but degrade our people and our country. It puts limits on individuals and our country. This will take strong leadership but is the right thing to do.

We must bring back our industry to our Country. If a company or corporation says that they are an American Company, then over 50% of their goods must be produced in this country. If not, then they should pay a higher tax to sell their goods or services to the American People. If the other countries don't like it, then too damn bad! We must be concerned about our citizens first and foremost.

At one time America was seen as a beacon of light. Our so called leaders have let this light dim to the point of it blinking out. How can we be a world leader, if we continue to let our citizens flounder? We must look to the past to find our future. We can not be afraid of what the world things of us. We must rebuild our country and we must do it soon.

The American People have spoken. We have let our voices be heard and heard loudly. While the media talk about the GOP and the Obama Agenda, they are also talking about possible gridlock in Congress come January.

Is it possible that the current political leaders in Washington don't get it? Is it possible that they really believe that the American People will just go about their business and let them block or detour our business? Could they really be that stupid? Maybe they just think that we will forget what we believe this country needs. Maybe they really believe that we don't matter.

Here is the simple truth. If the House and the Senate, do not conduct themselves as true representatives of the American People, then come the next election, we will Clean House, AGAIN! For too long, members of Congress, especially, career politicians, have ignored the WILL OF THE PEOPLE. They seem to thing that we are either children to be ignored or too stupid to understand what this country needs. I think that this recent election has shown them that we will not be ignored and that we know exactly what our country needs.

So, now it is in their hands, Congress needs to take a long hard look at what their future plans will be and whether or not it will be business as usual or if they will finally start working for the American People. They need to keep in the back of their minds that, if they refuse to work for the best interest of this country and it's citizens, then we will once again exercise our Right to kick them to the curb.

So, the American People, have put Congress and the leaders in Washington on notice. Shape up or we will ship you out. Come January we will be watching even more closely to see how you will conduct our business and the business of this country. Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid.

Scare tactics at their best. Here is the question, why do politicians never address the need to reduce the Welfare Rolls? Why is it, that politicians feel free to threaten Senior Citizens with changes to Medicare and Social Security, but they never once go after Welfare, which includes Medicaid?

To my way of thinking, it's about the vote and the fact that politicians don't have the balls to stand up for the Middle Class. After all, it's our money that funds these programs, we should have a say in how they are used. Medicare and Social Security provide for our Senior Citizens, they deserve and need these programs.

Medicaid and Welfare need to be changed, and if the people who are on these programs don't like it, then go get a job! Welfare payments should have time limits, 2 years and then you are off. No ifs, ands or buts. But, then they will cry that we aren't fair or that we are discriminating against them. That is a bunch of bull. They need to get off their butts and go to work.

The Democrats are afraid of losing their power in Washington and the Republicans are afraid that they won't get in back. The one think missing in both these equations is the American People.

I don't care how you look at it, both political parties are in it for themselves. It's all about power, money and prestige. If the parties gave a damn about the American People then they would not have sold us down the river. How did they do this, well it didn't happen over night, but over time. When they didn't step up and help prevent American Business from leaving our shores, when they threw money down the drain by not stopping Medicaid and Medicare fraud, when they bailout Frannie Mae and Frannie Mac, when they bailout Wall St.

It's not just one political party but all of them, that is to blame. It's their pocketbook and their bottom line that their care about, not us. America was at one time a force to be reckoned with, not we are over extended, under employed and failing fast. For some reason, the political leaders still seem to think that we have money in our pockets, or hidden under our mattresses.

Democrats would have you believe that they care about the poor and the down trodden, that's a bunch of bull. All they really want is to convince who ever they can that they are the one to vote for, after that, well you are on your own. Democrats and others have created generations of individuals who believe that the rest of us owe them something, because of where they live, what they don't have or who their great great grandparents may have been. They need to get over themselves and quick. No one owes us anything, it is up to us to built our own life and to reach for our own dreams.

I am sick to death of hearing about the global economy. All this has ever done, is hurt the American Economy and the American People. But wait, according to the media and our leaders, we are sheep to be lead and they can sell us anything and we will buy it. We are too stupid to see the truth, even when it is staring us in the face.

So, is there really any difference in the candidates running for political office? No, when push comes to shove, they don't give a damn about us. What they do care about is lining their pocketbooks at our expense. What recourse do we have? It's really quite simple, vote out the incumbent, but let who ever we elect know, that we will be watching and that we can do the same to them.

Fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters, all fought and died to allow the people of this land to live their lives freely. They could worship how they chose, they could eat what they wanted, read what they wanted and even smoke if they chose to.

Now, in this land of freedom, the people can't worship how they want for fear of ridicule. Pray and the Pledge of Allegiance can no longer be said in school, for those who have no belief in God, have overruled those with faith in God. Television, print and other media outlets have decreed that if your body isn't perfect, then you are less of a human being. Skinny is IN and normal is OUT! Starving yourself is the order of the day, you have to fit into whatever style is hot.

If you read the Bible, then you are a moron, who can't think for them self. It doesn't matter if you have a PhD or a 7th grade education, if you believe in a higher being in you are stupid. You most be made to conform to fit in to this new world order.

If you decide to light up a cigarette then you are breaking the law in some states in this once great land. While smoking may be harmful, as an adult, you should be able to make that decision for yourself. Being able to decide for yourself was part of the liberties and freedoms that this land was built on.

As personal liberties have been lost, this once great land, that our forefathers bleed and died for has diminished. If we don't start standing up to those who would walk over us, then we are handing them the keys to our destruction. We have to take back control of our schools, our jails, our borders and our government.

We need to put pray and the Pledge of Allegiance back in our schools. We need to empower our teachers and principals to discipline our children. Jails need have less privileges and more hard time. They need to place where people don't want to be sent. We have to secure our borders. We need to take control of our government and our so called leaders.

How many times have you spoken to some one located in the United States and how many times have you spoken to someone in India or other country?

I can remember when you would see an ad on television for a certain computer company illustrating how their technical support was there 24/7. The actors were English speaking, without an accent. Now, don't get me wrong, I have no problem utilizing the help centers when I can understand them, but too often their accents can be too heavy.

It speaks to another problem, computer companies, electronic companies and others out sourcing their technical centers to foreign countries. I know that we are in a global economy, turn on any news show or pick up a newspaper or magazine and that's all we hear. This is my point, shouldn't we be taking care of our own first, and then help out others? Now, it seems like we help out everyone at our own expense.

I know that this is not a politically correct statement, but I am tired of having to be politically correct. We need to rebuild this country and we can't when American Businesses keep sending jobs out of this country. We all need to let our voice be heard and let Big Business and Congress know that we are tired of the bull shit that keeps coming down the pike.

People became rich during Prohibition by making and selling alcohol. There were Speak Easy's and bathtub gin in small and large towns around the country. The one thing that we came out of all of the police raids, shoot outs and corruption, is that Prohibition DID NOT WORK!

This country has spent billions of dollars fighting the war on drugs. A large majority to that has been spent on stopping the growing and selling of marijuana. There have been study after study on the impact of "weed" on health, short term memory, so on and so on. How many times have you heard that, "If you smoke pot, it will lead to stronger drugs".

If you spend enough money to have a study done, then you can twist the numbers how ever you want, it's call statistics. It really can be outrageous how much money has been spent on these studies. Thank you Congress.

If you speak with an officer of the law, off the record, quite a few will tell you that busting people with small amounts of weed, is a waste of money, time and it ties the court system up. They would rather be arresting people out there who are committing more grievous crimes. They would rather be going after dealers of crack, heroin and other hard drugs. Some feel that if weed war legalized that we would be able to hurt the drug cartels. It does give you pause, when you thing that we could actually hurt the drug cartels.

What is the answer to the prohibition of marijuana? Is there even a real answer? What I do know, is that what we have been doing is not working. Maybe it is time to make the growing of marijuana for personal use legal. Maybe it is time to end the Prohibition of Marijuana all together.

We put our faith and trust in these individuals with the hope that they will stand up for us and make hard decisions. We hope that they will have our best interests at heart. But, here is the questions, Where have all our leaders gone?

These so called leaders seem more concerned with their own agenda and with there own pocketbooks then with what most Americans are facing. They have sold this country down the river. They throw words like global economy, climate change, and stimulus around. But, when do they stand up for us, the people who put them into office?

They want to take our personal freedoms away from us. Oh, they say it's for our own good, but it's still an infringement on our Constitutional Freedoms. Piece by piece they are tearing our country apart.

Real leaders stand up for and by the Constitution. Real leaders fight for us, even if their colleagues are against them. Real leaders put Americans first, not others countries. Real leaders wouldn't let American Businesses take their corporations and manufacturing operations out of this country, just to make larger profits. A real leader has the guts to make hard decisions. Real leaders would listen to the American People.

So, where have all our leaders gone? The hard truth is, that we don't have any. They are too concerned with putting money into their pockets. They are too concerned with lecture and media tours. They are too concerned about themselves to be true leaders.
