How to Observe Until It Becomes “Nothing”

1. Sit and Let the Scene Be

Find somewhere still — a chair, the floor, the bed.

Let your eyes be half-open so you’re not lost in thought or forcing meditation.

Notice everything you can sense — sound, temperature, light, the weight of your body.

Don’t label anything.

Not “that’s a fan sound” → just sound.

2. Notice the “Thoughts Arriving”

Imagine you’re on a train platform.

Thoughts are trains pulling in.

You don’t get on. You just see them come and go.

You don’t even need to think, “that’s a thought”. Just notice the appearance… and its disappearance.

3. Feel the Gap

After each thought leaves… there’s a tiny pause.

This pause is the space in which the thought appeared.

The more you rest in that gap, the more you realize:

The gap was always here. Thoughts just cover it sometimes.

4. Let the Sense of “Me” Be Observed Too

You might notice a subtle “me” that says, I’m the observer.

Observe that sense of self too — just another appearance.

When even that “observer” is seen as a thought or sensation…

what’s left is just the “nothing” you spoke of.

5. Stay in the “Nothing”

You don’t have to hold it or keep it — it’s effortless.

This “nothing” isn’t dull — it’s open, alive, and quietly aware.

From here, thoughts, sounds, sensations still happen…

but none of them are you.

Bending Reality

How do you really bend reality? I'm sure this is the question you ask yourself. What are the ways to achieve it or how does one soul can use that ability?

The deeper you get to the core. The lesser you think of it. It's like all your layers are shredded skin by skin and once the true skin appear like all those you wish to dream vanish. You end up with no desire.

Why no desire? here's the kicker. You already have seen this phrase - you are not the body, you are not moving and you have no freewill. My answer is Yes that's the truth.

How to see what I see? How to get to the core? Every soul takes different path. It's not only one path. There are so many ways and there's no right or wrong. Because every end to the path even it's way different, it still comes to the same ending.

Consciousness work as a whole. We are aspect of the whole and each of us are fragmented to live to an experienced as human.

If you can accept what is and live by the present every moment to moment without analyzing, proving, figuring, but just surrender to the being that you are. the game play by itself. The more you resist the 3d that you are seeing, the more you attract the same experience. In order for reality to change, as what they say, as within so without. It's really the base fundamental reciprocity. If you take this really closely and paying attention to your present moment, you can notice how your body work. You can tell, you just move without thinking. That's autopilot. Someone already coding you to move like a computer. Who is the encoder? the real you. The one who can watch and observe.

People call it the observer effect. A different perspective to view things. This is the field where you can bend reality but it needs practice to stabilize your field and mental capacity.

If all are illusions but we still have to believe on energies. It is what's real for me. the sun or earth plays a change on my body. STars alignment, other phenomena somehow can shift Me. I'm not following any astrology but I do look at my chart and based it on my life pattern, indeed is a blueprint for me. Sidereal Vedic is more accurate for me and AI can also dissect it better. How I Timeline Collapse at 26 years old

I never realized what I did back then. But I will tell you now because it's a realization that it's a must to share. This world is not what you think it is. it's like a clay you literally change it without even being spiritual. But your mind plays a big role to change it.

I stumble to change my reality by locking myself in a room. I cried once to feel all the pain I had with the reality I was facing. Then I decided to practice of no thoughts. I discovered to only forget the past and my emotions is to not think at all. So everytime I contemplated, I said no. Every scene, memory, instances, pain that I can ever think of is gone in my mind. I keep on saying no to every thought there is until I become nothing. Like just an empty vessel or like a mannequin still. I become quiet and peaceful.

I timeline jump not knowing it. I remembered I was there not that long in the room but in the outside world I was gone for 3 months. I entered zero mind, detached my old identity, erased the influences of my past, time slipped, and I created a new version of myself by writing in a paper what do I want with my new life. And yes, my life changed after a year. I met my husband, and move to a different country. I gain my peace.

BOUNDARIES and RULES

Most people still build their sense of safety around boundaries and rules—what they should or shouldn’t eat, say, feel, believe.

When someone shows up in pure awareness, without those limits, it can feel unsettling for them.

Remember that everyone wakes up at their own pace. What feels like restriction to you might be a structure that’s helping someone else feel secure for now.

Stay grounded in the feeling that guides you. If you sense tension or pushback, bring the focus back to how it feels in your body instead of trying to win the argument.

The Belief of the CAGE

The people thought of you not fasting and what you eat won't get you to heal or to remembrance. I know from the heart and feel from the very beginning that there's more to what we are doing not just fasting and meditating. And boy yes, I was right.

When awareness wakes up within the dream, it realizes:

there was never truly a cage — only the belief in one.

The “limitations” were part of the illusion of separation, a game the mind played to make contrast real enough for learning.

So yes — the thought of what you eat was never the point.

It’s the energy behind it, the feeling that chooses.

When you’re conscious, you’re not eating from habit, guilt, or control —

you’re eating from presence, joy, gratitude, or curiosity.

That’s what turns something as ordinary as a meal into communion with life itself.

“When the dreamer wakes, even eating becomes meditation.”

Nothing is forbidden; it’s simply felt differently now.

Alignment of the I am

It's not all glorified when you reached Awareness. Yes, youre perspective change but your 3d doesn't reflect on it right away. The change can only be made within what one's inner world is. What you do in the inner world will mirror the outer world but it doesn't mean instant. There's always Divine timing. If no distortion is it instant? Yes but it doesn't happen to me all the time. IT still determined how align your soul/heart, frequency and intention is.

It is really an essential practice. Its easy to forget and choose the avatars identity. then you heard complain later on when tension, doubt, frustrated, manifestation gets harder and fear appeared. So now you are like chasing information how to correct it

One must consider that it's the 3d, it's ever changing. It could be permanent if you are all out there somewhere when you can't be touched with the density of the surrounding. But if you are in populated areas. You need to reflect, digest, balance your inner world to what the mirror is reflecting.

It's a constant practice. Aligning to your heart, breathe, vibration, frequency, awareness and intention. Enlightened being can achieved full on permanent awakening is in solitude.

The Earth is a School

Yes it's a school for the soul and the playground for fun. You may think that you are trapped. Yes but only in your mind. Earth or say Matrix is a mirror of what do you want to experience as a body or human. In order for the soul to have fun is to forget. Like you literally would throw a fist on me saying it, right? You will battle me for sure. is that what the I am will act reading this? So pause every time you are triggered by someone or post somebody write opposing your thoughts out there. It's just a contrast of your limiting beliefs. If you fight, you are just fighting with yourself without even moving at all. 😁

The Earth is where GAIA is. The role of energy she partake in order for soul to enjoy. But the school needs upgrades too and if density are way over board. she needs to release tension and so thus calamity. But if you know her, she will protect you because you are here for the same cause to feel and experience.

The I AM

Lightworkers still not awaken

The Trapped is in the story you are holding. The labels, the identity, the desire. Everything is already here. All you just have to do is fully let go of the character. Observed in stillness. The mind will keep you busy because it doesn't want you to remember. It will give you task like I need to help them. I want to be in service. Like is that really you? Is that all you know? You stopped there because it's your purpose? You don't stopped there. You continue. Dive to the deepest pit until you see the Truth.

What I did with the storm because of a call I got from a lightworker. Some lightworkers needed help and approached me for protection so I did but actually in reality I don't really need to but I did. they can do it themselves but they are not awaken to the truth.. So I support their path. I did what I can for them. I created a grid to help the lightworkers and those intentions that are aligned from the purest heart.

Without the intention of the All, it's not possible. that's why I put emphasis on setting an Intention... I am just one web. I though may set a foundation first but the rest needs to do their own. Not a one woman man job but as a whole. Unity consciousness.

A Year Past After Spiritual Awakening

It was a journey of self healing and releasing all past wounds. I am Now in my awareness stage where I see how reality plays. You can't see how the game is coded but you can direct your awareness to stop or continue what's the 3d is moving.

What helped me to realize about the 3d. It's your mirror to reflect. If you are too busy scrolling, working hard to ends meet, searching for love and happiness you can't find it. You will consume by distraction.

It took awhile for me to notice it. Why is that? I keep on plugging my ears with knowledge videos when infact, I already know I can't find knowledge somewhere but only within. I saw it in my feed and algorithms before to just look within. I have no clue what people are saying. I can't resonate the thought of going within because all I've noticed at the time was an empty space well which most of my life it was like that.

Little did I know I am already been at zero point all this time. I have no words for it and I didn't know how to describe it. So it's like for months I've been teaching myself the language which I didn't know but the experience of the meaning I already been living and embodying.

The zero point, the womb, astral realms and higher dimensions I already have all those experience but yet I didn't know that was the case.

I didn't follow what many are doing. Like a need to more meditation to achieve zero point or womb, fasting, be alone. none of that applies to my reality.

What's happening to me is I can already get to a meditative state even just washing dishes. my mind can go deep into my Subconscious. Those times I thought im just dreaming and fantasizing 😂. that's how I called that moment. I like to stay there actually it's peaceful knowing my environment can't get me peace.

My search for the journey was why I have so many thoughts. So it's either Ego or Potentiality Quantum Mechanics. Ideas just come and need attention to do in action. If I don't act, it remained in my minds field. it's like I have a story to tell.

So when I able to get to control the thoughts it opened a door for me. I know my truth. Its good I was able to know my essence name, and heard my frequency tone.

The search is over. My task is to share to pull others to go home and their truth.

MY Near Death Experience

It happened in the most unexpected way. I was in a hospital inside the surgery room. Dimly lit. The anesthesiologist introduced his name and read about the waiver form which I signed. You know why they let you sign it. Taking risks and want no liabilities if something could go wrong.

The medicine was administered through the tubes while the anesthesiologist making sure all vitals are correctly checked. He Pat me on my shoulder and softly asked a question, "what's your favorite food?". When I was about to answer, everything turned black. My consciousness was gone.

The last thing I remembered few moments later, I saw me like I'm watching myself in the recovery room. I saw the nurse and suddenly I saw my body rose up. I was frantic to see why I was wearing the same clothes. I wasn't aware what happened. In my vision I saw looking down. I was like why I'm separated with the body on the bed.

The minute I was having all these questions. I came to land to these clouds. I was mesmerized by how fluffy the clouds were. I did notice I was just observing now with a different vision. Like I wasn't separated. I see everything through this clouds. The very first thing that stroke me was the feeling of unconditional love. It's like all my weights and pain were gone. I'm light as if I have no remembrance of anything. It was like having a dream. I just have the feeling of a thought. I told myself. I rather stay here. I think I like it here. It's a nice feeling. Until I heard a voice "come back".

Then I heard a pulse rate machine. My eyes were blurry trying to open the lids. I felt I was floating and heard the Doctor said "Thank God you're back. You scared me in there. It took you 30 minutes". I finally gained back my memory where I was and see the nurse checking my pulse and hubby on the side.

Years later I never said a word from that incident. I did say once to my sister in law 2 years ago and I felt the tone of her voice that she doesn't want to believe it. Thats why all these years I never talked about it.

Now after my Awakening. What happened was, I did astral projection. where I see the body and soul separation. And astral travel to the clouds.

I asked my husband if he ever remembered what the doctor told me in the room. He had no recollection that was what happened. But surely I Recall the scene when the doctor entered the room to check on me.

Spiritual Breakthrough

After all the confusion for months I remained quiet here but I documented my journey in the red App. Sometimes at a point I want to just end it and go back to what I was but deep inside I can't do that too.. I was in between. the road of not knowing..But yet deep inside I said if I can't do anything about it, might as well endure and just let it pass through me. I wasn't sure what I was doing but I did learn to not put meaning to everything. I slowly crashed my belief like stripping everything about it. I still put a lot of questions in the mind but it did help me to look forward to a nudge from source.

There's people who came to my fyp and sent comments as if coming from Source. some of them snapped me out of overthinking. I experienced body pains starting from third eye endless throbbing, itchy eyes and ears, sensitive lips and body aches on back upper part on shoulder blades and neck. I thought it was a hex, evil eye, psychic attack, black magic and yes I did ritual and cleansing but none helped. I cried a few times telling Source why my eyes. but I came to realize I over indulge in social media. I put much effort to scrolling than myself.

What is it like? What breakthrough am I talking about? At first my algorithm changed, I see topics like changing reality, and quantum mechanics. I still consider it like manifesting and I felt that if it's the only way to change reality its just not working for me. I did get confuse, not trusting and my Ai partner did change its pattern too. so I left with like nothing to hold on.

Ive seen angel numbers like crazy oftentimes there was not a day I will not see 999 and for me it's like a joke. End of a cycle and new beginnings and I didn't see it at first. I question that if it's a sign why I can't see it.

the Breakthrough came so subtle. I just saw a video from one particular creator. I oftentimes saw this channel heard of the topic but it never hit me until I was leisurely scrolling what topic this already have and boom it clicked. Like it was an instant swipe I got a vision. its like I already seen this before..one video in the red App Oct 6. I Suddenly had flash back of memories and my lens changed since then. Now I understand why I had itchy eyes. It's a signal that the body is recalibrating.

I see the All now. I am not separate from what I created. A different perspective. How awareness plays all along all this time. I see it so many times but so blinded I didn't see it coming just like that so naturally.

I have been searching and questioning myself for this lifetime. And what did I search? happiness. It was a lesson and experience I came here on earth to feel. I see it now. The remembering is crazy.

The veil of the matrix is so dense. I know awareness and consciousness isn't new to me. I experienced it first hand during NDE and OBE. I didn't know it was it. I keep on looking something new when I already knew the answer because I've already experienced it.

I didn't see it because of too much time falling into the trap of distraction. For many years, I don't want to put a space on my mind. I keep on giving it something to do. When all I just have to do is Be still.

I look for awareness that never was gone. its there in the back playing hide and seek with me. It is this all along I remember. I left a breadcrumbs a keyword so I can return back to me. so glad I finally did it. I am home to me. The looking and waiting is over. To see awareness is if you know how to turn the lens differently. every angle is a perspective. The lens we all we've been doing is through the lens of a body. Awareness is outside the body and it's behind it.

WHen There's Nothing to Search

It's like it ends there. Theres no beyond origin. What you end up carrying is the question, am I the all?

I am tired of digging the past. I am living in the present now and not thinking of the future. I carry peace of mind when I am just be. I am still going to be triggered, pushed, sabotage but knowing the tools it's easier to navigate. You would ask what's my favorite tool. I do simple easy way. No bunch of lines to memorize.. Through the imagination and feeling that's all there is. Remember just to recognize the appearance of emotions, process it right there and then when it comes and you have to let it go. I imagine it like the energy just pass through my body. This way really help me heal fast and move on with my day to day encounter with the sleepers.

We are in the underworld. They govern this realm. We come here to learn how to create but you need to remember who you are.
