Previous property management experience is required, we are looking for individuals who have a minimum of one year experience as a Property Manager.<br /><br />Primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:<br /><br />• Providing superior customer service to current tenants and prospective tenants.<br />• Conducting resident screening and approving all potential resident applications.<br />• Collecting deposits, rents and issuing receipts as necessary.<br />• Ensuring that all records are accurate, posted and stored correctly.<br />• Ensuring that all actions are district and federal laws compliant.<br />• Compose and prepare written correspondence, respond to home owners inquiries.<br />• Preparing and sending notice of returned checks, late rent reminders and other correspondence as assigned.<br />• Resolving resident complaints, answering resident questions and monitoring the resolution of problems.<br />• Assist in writing maintenance service requests performed by the maintenance staff.<br />• Performing other duties as necessary to meet the needs of residents and market properties.<br />• Processes evictions, which includes processing all necessary paperwork, serving notices, and attending court hearings.<br />• Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired.<br />• Processes move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.<br />• Ability to use a personal computer and has working knowledge of email, Microsoft Word, Excel and Property Management software.<br />• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.<br /><br />Normal Work Schedule: up to 25 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
