9 Feb, 6:58 PM The NAND flash memory market is starting to get crowded, as Windond joins Taiwanese peers Powerchip and Macronix in stating it will begin making NAND chips. The aggressive capex plans of existing players, often looking to cut their DRAM exposure, has stoked fears of 2012 oversupply among SanDisk (SNDK) and Micron (MU) investors. 9 Feb, 6:46 PM Halozyme Therapeutics (HALO) falls 4.3% AH after filing to sell 6.8M shares, good for proceeds of $74.8M based on today's close. Halozyme, which in October announced positive results for its breast cancer treatment, says it will use partly use the proceeds to "build commercial inventory for anticipated product launches," and to fund its R&D efforts. 9 Feb, 6:41 PM Lehman (LEHMQ.PK), which recently said it would finally begin paying its creditors, is filing a $2.5B suit against Citigroup (C), with the goal of recouping funds Lehman says it transferred to Citi prior to its 2008 bankruptcy filing. Citi calls the move "an unjustified attempt by the Lehman estates to renege on their obligations to Citi." 1 Comment [Financials]

9 Feb, 6:40 PM More on Brooks Automation (BRKS): FQ1 beats on its EPS as an 87% Y/Y drop in the semiconductor-equipment maker's product revenue was offset by gains in service revenue and better margins. The company also issued an upbeat forcast for the current quarter, now expecting to earn $0.15 - $0.20 per share on revenue of $132M - $140M. 9 Feb, 6:31 PM More on True Religion's Q4: International sales were flat Y/Y, a drastic change from Q3's 30% increase. U.S. wholesale revenue fell 20% Y/Y, slightly worse than Q3's 18% drop. Jobs is "a visionary and charismatic individual who at the same time was shallow and callous to people in his personal relationships.” He lived a "spartanlike and at times even monastic existence." The company, typically referred to as FXall, estimates it generated 2011 revenue of $117.5M-$118.5M (up about 19% Y/Y) and net income of $25.6M-$26.4M.
