Oil Pulling
Sounds bizarre, but swishing coconut oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes each morning will not only make those pearly whites whiter, it will remove toxins from your mouth and pull out the germs before they get a chance to spread throughout your body.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
INSTAGRAM REPOST & WIN PROMOTION – APRIL 2015
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to US/CANADA and KOREA residents who are registered as 'FOLLOWING' the official And B Instagram account and #ANDBWINNER during the time of the promotion or earlier.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. Multiple entries per person are permitted.
5. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. Promotion commences Thursday April 9th and will run until 11:59pm (PST) Thursday April 16th, 2015 (the promotion period).
7. The draw will be conducted at 1654 Tarleton Street, LA CA 90021 Thursday, April 16th.  Each week 1 winner will be chosen from the total entries received to win the ‘style’. Winners will be notified via the repost in the comments section (where they will be asked to provide info via direct message on Instagram to claim their prize and supply a current address to receive their prize). Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. To enter, participants must subscribe, or be subscribed, to the And B page on Instagram through ‘FOLLOWING’ the fan page and submit their entry reposting the allocated image to the entrants Instagram account and #ANDBWINNER.            
9. Weekly winners will be chosen, as drawn by the Promoter.
10. Entrants guarantee on submission that the contents of the entry will not be obscene or defamatory.
11. By entering, the entrant or entrants agree that And B may use entry materials for any promotional purposes.
12. By entering, the entrant or entrants also agree that they will receive information from the And B Instagram account for further marketing of the And B brand.
13. There is one (1) winner for four (1) weeks of the promotion period who will win the weekly prize pack outlined below.
14. Prizes will be sent to the claimant at the delivery address confirmed via email. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your prize.
15. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value from day to day during the promotion period. The clothing items are not for resale. The clothing items must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for Cash.
16. The Promoter may review further entries, at the same place as the original judging is held, as are necessary on 31st, 7th, 14th, 21st 2014 at 2pm in order to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date, subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA).
17. In the event that a prize, or an element of a prize, is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.
18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
19. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
20. Any costs associated with accessing the And B page on Instagram is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
22. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.
23. The Promoter shall not be liable for any merchandise that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
24. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotional database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
25. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. 1. Sun Protection. Sunscreen is an absolute MUST! After a day full of dancing in the crowd and walking to every stage to catch every act, you’re bound to sweat so make sure you’re packing a water resistant sunblock! Long days of dancing and walking around, you’re bound to sweat so make sure -  you get the water resistant kind! The sun is at its hottest around 3 or 4pm and that’s when you can get the most burned. Don’t forget to reapply throughout the day.  Not all sunscreens are created equal, we like the brand Coola. They have a weightless matte finish one for the face and a spray for the body. Nothing ruins the rest of the festival like red chapped shoulders after day one.
2.  Stay hydrated! If you’re imbibing in other substances, make sure to wash down every drink with a full bottle of water. Dehydration is a common occurrence at these fests and you don’t want the weekend to be a wash because you passed out early.
3. Photos. Take pictures, but be careful with your Iphone. We all know that girl that dropped her Iphone in the port-a-potty or that guy who got his iphone smashed because he raged too hard and it tumbled to the ground. We know you need to Instagram a picture of you and your girls, but try to keep your phone in your fanny pack as much as possible. Get your eyes off your phone and enjoy the music! 
4. Sunglasses. This is the perfect time to bust out your most trendy pair. Festivals have become one of the best places to spot street style and you never see a style star without her favorite pair of sunnies. We love the cat eye, a rounded frame or the classic Ray Ban Aviator.
5. Comfortable footwear.  With all the walking from stage to stage and the dancing to your favorite headlines, comfy gladiator sandals, tennis shoes, or short ankle boots are a non-negotiable.  
6. Stylish carryall. Bring something that’s easy to carry and lightweight to tote all of your essentials around festival grounds. An embroidered fanny pack, small leather backpack or bright-colored cross body bag is the ideal carryall for festival season. 
7. Take fashion risks! Lastly, if there ever was a time to take fashion risks, festival season is it. Throw some shocking pink streaks in that mane, cover your upper arms with gold flash tats, rock that fringe vest, because if you don’t now, when will you?
