The children went back to school this morning. I survived March break! Last week both the kids were home from school and let me tell you all it really wasn’t a fun week. The weather was kind of crappy so the kids were stuck in the house most of the time so that made for a lot of fighting and not a whole lot of work got done. But early this morning they both walked down the road to catch their buses and now I sit here alone in my home in the quiet. I have so much work to get done today like finding auto insurance at cheapestautoinsurance.net but I really don’t mind as I have the time to do this. So… although I have a ton of work to get done today I’m still going to be in a great mood all day and all this extra work really doesn’t bother me.

Well, that’s what’s going to happen this weekend. Daylight savings time will kick in which will officially mark the end of winter and the start of spring. So… there’s a few things we are going to need to do to get ready for the spring season. One of the things we will need to check into is how much a rv repair is going to cost us. Plus we will need to insure our trailer for the camping season. So with these two things on the agenda it’s a sure sign that spring is finally on it’s way. Thank God!

To say I’m not impressed with this little idea is a mild understatement. I’m actually quite mad about the whole thing and my manager is well aware of my feelings on this matter. But since I’m not ready to leave my place of employment (yet), I have to take this stupid course. I told the manager I will be there, but I’m not happy about it! I think if this crap continues on I will be leaving sooner rather than later.

It’s not even 10 am in the morning and my youngest son is driving me crazy all ready. I really do think that it’s going to be a very long week. I know I’m not going to get much computer work done this week as it’s really too hard to concentrate on anything with a child around who insists on making as much noise as possible. I think maybe the only thing I’m going to get accomplished is trying to find some patterns to make military rings and other jewelry like that. Other than that, I don’t think a lot is going to get accomplished. Oh well, next week is coming.

The reason for this is because today will be the final day that I will enjoy a day of peace and quiet for a while. When the kids step off the school bus tonight, it was officially be the start of their March break. And if you spend any time in this blog at all, you will all know what that means. That means an entire week of fighting and no peace and quiet in sight.

If the past is anything to go by, I’ll have to set myself up for a week of fighting and not having any *me* time. I don’t even think I’d be able to sneak in a little time to enjoy a good Swisher Sweets cigar even if I wanted to. Oh well, March break will be over in a week and I can once again enjoy a quiet house. I just hope I last that long.

Last night he came home from work limping. So after finding out what he did (he fell off a machine) I suggested he go to the hospital to get it checked out. But will he, nope. You’d swear to god that I asked him to fill out a lot of Medicare part D plans or something. After I got home from work I noticed that it was swollen in two places and very red. Once again, asked him to go to the hospital and once again told no. Well this morning it was really swollen. Do you know where he is right now?? At the hospital??? No, back at work! This is why he’s driving me crazy.

That’s cold! It was so cold this morning that I actually had to pull on my boots and drive the kids to the bus stop. Normally they both walk but I couldn’t take the chance of their buses being late and them having to stand out in the bitter cold waiting for the bus. Holy crow, I really hope it warms up soon!

I have had it with all the snow, ice and cold. So I have decided to do something about the winter blues that seem to be hanging on forever this year. I am going to start my spring cleaning a little early this year. Over the weekend I purchased some green cleaning supplies and now am so ready to get this house cleaned out for spring. Usually when I start to spring clean I can manage to get my winter blues under control. So I’ve decided to start this cleaning and hopefully soon clean away all signs of winter.

A few months ago my doctor stopped practicing due to an illness. So we haven’t had a doctor for about six months. It wasn’t a real big deal at the time as for the most part we are all healthy and don’t really need to go to the doctor on a regular basis. Well now things have changed. My son’s eczema is really acting up these days and we really need to get him into see a doctor for his medication. We could take him to the outpatient department at the hospital but I really don’t want to wait around six hours to get this medication. So… I have to find us a doctor and find us one soon.
