We were not planning on selling our home, but we happened to come across a house that was coming on the market that we fell in love with. We made an offer on it and it was accepted. And without any prelisting preparations, we listed our house the next day. Within 24 hours we had 3 offers and the one we accepted wanted a 30 day closing (which is hectic in ideal market conditions). The week prior to settlement, the government started to shut down non-essential businesses. Melissa reassured us that everything would be fine...and it was. We closed on both houses as planned and everything could not have went more smoothly in such uncertain times. We highly recommend Melissa and her team! - Highly likely to recommend5.05.0
