Tracfone Service
Tracfone provides nationwide prepaid wireless service using the nation's leading cellular providers to create a national footprint covering 99 percent of the U.S. population. This gives you connectivity everywhere cellular service is available. You can use your Tracfone across the U.S. and if you move, you can relocate your wireless number with just a phone call.
You can buy bundles of minutes (which must be used within a set time limit of between 90 to 365 days) from the Tracfone web site on your home PC or directly from your phone's web browser. For example, if you purchase a block of 120 minutes of airtime, you'll need to use that within 90 days of your first use. When you buy additional airtime minutes, your Tracfone service is extended automatically by another 90 days. Excellent basic phone

This is a slim flip style phone that you get the basic description up above. I will concentrate reviewing what may help you decide if it's right for you.

First go to the Tracfone website to do several things. You will input your zip code to see what phones are available in your area (on the buy phone tab). After confirming your city, carefully check the web address page that will appear in your browser. Somewhere in the string of characters there will be either a GSM5AT (ATT and Tmobile), GSM5 (Tmobile), or GSM4 (ATT). Those are the two providers that Tracfone currently uses. This code will tell you who is in your area. If you are lucky to be in a dual provider area, select your W260g (or actually any other) carefully by looking at the white label on the bottom of the box (if shopping in a store). The phones (and sim cards) are specific to only one provider. The top line of the white label will have a string that will contain either TFMTW260SP5PSDM (Tmobile) or TFMTW260SP4SDM (ATT). Pick a phone for a provider that you have better coverage with in the area that you will be using the phone most often. You cannot swap a P4 sim into a P5 phone and vice versa. They are sold married to each other only.

Second, select this phone in a "Bonus Pack" package only. It is only a couple of bucks more and includes car and home charger, a case, earphone and most important "Free Double Minutes For Life" (FDML). That is what the last two digits in the code above stand for. This means when you buy a 60 minute card, you will get 120 minutes, etc.

Third, always Google "bonus codes" and Tracfone when buying air time for current offers that will add even more minutes to your card/phone. I typically buy a 60 minute card, get double minutes up to 120, then get 60 additional bonus code minutes. So a 60 minute card can get you 180 minutes.

Fourth, activate on line on Tracfone website. You will get 10 minutes free.

Fifth, when you first get assigned a new phone number, be aware that someone may have had it before you. They may have had a "history", such as bad credit. If you don't want to load up your voice mail with unwanted messages, do not set up the voice mail for a couple of weeks, or have Tracfone "unset it" up for you. You can also set the unwanted caller numbers up as "ignore a, b, c, d etc" in the directory. You then hit "ignore" soft button (the one on the right of select circle)when they call, and not lose any minutes.

Now the rest of the review. The phone looks nice and modern with a sleek shiny black surface. Feels good in the hand. The charging and earphone openings have plastic covers that swing out of the way when needed. Unfortunately when you unplug the charger you tend to grab the both the plug and the cover, and the plug feels like it does not want to come out, or worse it does come out with the plastic cover.

The battery life seems optimistic at 6.5 hours talk time and 18 days standby. While futzing with the phone and all its features (not on the air, but with screen on all the time) I managed to run down the battery in about 3 hours. Not using the phone much at all I had to recharge it in 4 days. That is still good for a GSM phone.

Keypad is just OK, the circular pad is a bit small and I wind up occasionally hitting one of the arrows rather than the center circle.

The screen quality is good. You can only set the contrast, not the brightness. The various W260s I saw, had a good degree of variation between them some bright with a bluish tinge, some dimmer and yellowish. Both are very acceptable.

The reception and voice quality are good to very good (not excellent). I had both the Tmobile and ATT versions, and in my case the ATT had much better signal strength.

The supplied earphone (bonus pack) is single ear, pretty good quality, the clip on holster is very good, and both home and car chargers fully recharge the batteries in about three hours (updated information).

PS Tracfone customer support has been excellent. They answer on the first ring, sometimes are a bit difficult to understand, but get the job done.

Good basic phone for the money, but ringtones were hard to find

I purchased this phone from another site. I have had it about 3 weeks. So far, it is a good basic phone, and the battery life seems pretty good. The Tracphone pre-paid rate is good if you have the double minutes, and they offer promotions that give you extra minutes when you purchase time.

The main problem I had with it is that the instructions in the manual for selecting a different ringtone were poor. Neither I nor a friend could figure out how to get to the advertised 35 pre-loaded ringtones. (Both of us have owned cell phones before.) After several failed attempts, Tracfone's customer service (both a tech rep and his supervisor) said it didn't have different ringtones. (They also said that feature wasn't advertised for the phone on their website, although it is.) I called back a second time to complain that the features listed for the phone on Tracfone's website were misleading. This time, the technical rep led me through several different series of steps, similar to what I had tried before and, finally, after several different attempts and conferences with her supervisor, it worked, and the ringtones were displayed for me to select from. I don't know why it was so hard to do at first, but I have never before had this much of a problem setting this on a cell phone. I am pleased with it now that the ringtone is set--you can set the volume for the loud ring so that it is fairly loud. The customer service has always been courteous.

(If you have a problem with the ringtones, here is what you do:

from main menu select Ring Styles -> Style -> Loud Ring -> Select.

The phone will display "changed style", then return to Ring Styles with "Loud Ring Detail" on 2nd line.

Select Loud Ring Detail -> Alarms, and an "Alarms" menu will be diplayed, begiining with "Silent". If you continue to scroll down, you can see (and hear) the ringtones. Seems straight-forward, but like I said, I made numerous tries with no success. Repeat for "Soft ring". Ringtones will not display if phone is set to vibrate.)

I haven't noticed any other problems. My needs are relatively basic, and I don't talk on the phone frequently, although I keep it on during the daytime. I don't text, so I can't comment on that.

btw This is my first experience with Tracfone. I activated the phone after purchase, was given a number, then started the process to transfer my phone number from my previous cell phone carrier. They said they would send me a new sim card for my new number. I assumed I would have use of the cell phone using the number assigned on activation, but instead I was without cell phone service until my new sim card arrived. They did FedEx the sim card to me, but in the past I have not had a disruption in cell phone service to transfer my old number. I don't know if this is their standard procedure, but it was unexpected and somewhat inconvenient.

Perfect Basic Prepaid Tracfone

We got rid of our land line, we hardly ever used it anymore and long distance was too expensive in our area. We chose the Motorola W260g Prepaid Phone (Tracfone) because it was affordable, and came with the proper accessories and it also came with a plan that everytime we bought minutes it doubled them. The minutes are easy to buy, either you go to the store and purchase them, purchase them online, or you can buy a plan that adds them every month. Its super easy to set up and use, adding phone numbers is a cinch, and its display is simple and direct. I didnt want any bells and whistles on this phone, we didnt want a camera, or internet capability, or whatever else all the more expensive phones have to offer. I wanted to be able to make calls, send texts, and recieve both. I also didnt care about different ringtones because to me thats not what is important in this product.

The battery lasts a long time, charging is easy also.

I would recommend this phone for anyone who just wants a plain, simple, product that works!

Motorola EX124G

I bought this phone direct from TracFone with triple minutes for life for $79. The phone is the same for TracFone and Net10, except for the minutes pay plan. I had it about three weeks before I sent it back for a refund. TracFone/Net10 only has two touchscreen phones -- the Motorola EX124G at $79, and the LG 800G at $49. I have evaluated both phones at the same time. In the end, I chose the LG 800G over the Moto EX124G because for my purposes it was a much better value.

PROS:

Music Player - Excellent sound (with high quality earphones), especially with the REVERB setting switched on

FM Radio - You must use a wire headset (wire acts as antenna), nine station presets, search and scan, good reception.

Camera - 3MP resolution

Video Recorder/Player -

Voice Recorder -

External Memory - 32GB microSD (not included)- one heck of lot of memory potential

Accelerometer/Position Sensors - A great feature, but unfortunately, there are no Java apps that take advantage of it, and even all the native features do not take advantage of the position sensor (landscape or profile).

Screen Size - 400 x 200 pixel resolution.

Alarm Clock - 5 separate alarms can be set at varying schedules

Stop Watch - Timer and laps

Bluetooth - Audio for earphones, phone to phone contact and file transfer, and PC to phone file transfer.

Call Reject - Rejected calls are shunted to voice mail.

Black List - Very handy option allows individual phone numbers to be completely rejected.

Task Pad -

User Manual - Nice 70-page manual comes with this phone, which is unusual for TracFone/Net10 phones

Manufacturer Support - This model listed on Motorola's web site, which is unusual for TracFone/Net10 models.

CONS:

The following cons are listed because a less expensive model (the LG 800G) has them, making a stark contrast to the EX124G costing almost twice as much.

No Included Games - this may be because there are no Java games that utilize the accelerometer and position sensors. Unlike the higher-end Android market with hundreds of thousands of apps and games, the lower-end Java market is scarcely populated.

No Memo Pad -

No Scientific Calculator - Only a simple arithmetic calculator is included

No World Clock -

No Units Converter - just a very simple currency converter

Clunky Interface - this is subjective, but the LG 800G at half the price has a very well integrated and smooth user interface, and the EX 124G does not. If you have never used the LG 800G, then you probably won't notice.

No WiFi - No cellphone in this price range has WiFi

No GPS - No cellphone in this price range has GPS

Loves touch screen

I had this new cell phone for about two weeks. I'm someone who practically hates to press the same button just to get that letter in order to text or spell something out. This phone, it's quicker to do when you use the phone's pen. It takes a while to get your finger or thumb to use the phone by touching it.

The phone has fast internet services and surely don't waste your time. As long you got good server bars, the internet is faster.

Not only that, I have hearing aids. Those who do wear hearing aids and they are one of programmable hearing aids. I suggest you should buy Phonak iCom which it makes easier to listen with your cell phone wisely. The bluetooth is making at work! :D I managed to get my cell phone to connect to both iCom and my laptop that contains bluetooth.

The memory is short if you're taking pictures or videoing. So, be sure to by a memory chip so you'd have more to store automatically.

The phone is simple, easy to use, and useful. I am able to follow up schedules, putting information so I wouldn't forget anything, and the phone is more optional.

I'd definitely recommend it to those who hates texting forever when you can text faster.

A keeper.

It has way better signal than my old phone. Now I see bars everywhere, even inside the buildings normally you can't get any signal from. It's small and easy to use. I don't have any problem with the features. This really helps lower my phone bill. I got $45 unlimited calling, texting and web browsing. When I said unlimited, I mean unlimited. I talk, text and go on internet all day long, and it's still $45 a month. I've never been happier.

Not bad at all!

Got this phone on the Black Friday deal at Wal*Mart...for the most part, I am really pleased. It took some getting used to a touch screen phone, but the included stylus is a great way to help initiate you into the touchscreen model. (Hint, that upper right thing is NOT an antenna. Pull it fully out and it's your stylus!)

The websurfing leaves much to be desired. You can't download a lot of free apps that I was hoping for. Unlimited text, web, and talk in the UNITED STATES ONLY. I can't text my friends in Canada, although you can get a calling plan to call them for fairly cheap (3 cents a minute, $10 to start with). The radio feature is kinda fun for when I need it, and you can store mp3s on there (although without a card, not all that much!).

The camera is 3.0mp and takes a decent picture for a phone. The camcorder is also pretty decent and picks up sound well. All in all, this was well worth the amount I paid on Black Friday and the $50 a month it costs for the unlimited plan (including tax). Not so sure I would say that if I hadn't gotten it for so cheap! ($35 for the phone alone)

The touch screen leaves much to be desired. I have to try 2-6 times just to unlock the phone. Texting is very frustrating on this model and I'm really underwhelmed by the features.

I have only used this phone for 2 days, but I can quickly tell its not the phone for me.

This phone sucks!

I absolutely hate this phone and hate that I actually spent more than $80.00 on it. Combined with the Boost mobile service it is the worst! The phone seems so "old school" compared to my last phone that I had for the last 3 years (LG Dare). It won't allow me to receive text messages in my apartment even though I have full bars on my service.

Motorola W408g

Want a cheap phone and inexpensive service?

Only use a cell phone for brief conversations?

Then I can recommend this phone with Net10 service.

I've had better phones, like the Samsung Gleam, however, I'm now paying $15.00 per month instead of $44.00 per month for the same type of usage.

The phone itself is very functional and the menus are adequate. My biggest pet peeve with this phone coupled with Net10 service is that the browser button is the same for the back key and exit key. Press it a third time and you get a charge for the Web browser. Seems like a cheap money maker for Net10.

Talking to people seems to be fine. I don't discern any problems with quality or quantity when talking to people.

I had bought the LG620G and hated it as the browser button was getting pressed even when it was in my pocket. I envisioned 3 or 4 hours of browser time without knowing it.

I switched that phone for the Motorola since it is a flip phone and must be opened to be able to get hosed by the browser button.

BTW: A Warning-if you switch phones with Net10 service, be prepared for an hour or two talking to customer service.

So, if you like an inexpensive phone with a cheap plan then I would recommend the Motorola W408g

CHEAP AND WORKS FINE

We were Verizon customers for many years because of their family plan and good service. We decided to switch to NET10 to save some money. We don't need to access our email or have any of the other services that the big 3 have to offer. We only need a phone to make calls. The Moto w408G phone is just OK. It is adequate for people that only make occasional calls like we do. The phone lacks a lot of features that the expensive phones have, but the quality of the reception is as good as my other phones. If you want to send a lot of text messages don't get this phone. The phones with a QWERTY keyboard is certainly much better. We signed up for the NET10 "Easy Minutes" for $15 month for 200 minutes, just what we need. Saves us about $50-$55 a month for 2 phones.

The phone is simple to use,has number keys that are easy to read and select. The phone has a fairly good camera and

takes very good video's as well. I would recommend this phone to anyone who does not like all the bells and whistles

First impressions

If I could, I would have rated it 3.5. The Theory is an impressive looking phone with a nice screen and an easy-to-use QWERTY keyboard, although the Call and End keys are awkwardly placed and sized. Calls are nice and clear, and my reception and data speeds (2.5G) are pretty good considering I'm on the very edge of Boost's coverage. Battery life is better than I expected too. However, there are several drawbacks. The web browser is bad. It's ugly, every page you view has a heavily pixelated advertisement at the top, and you get a bare-bones rendering of any website you go to. I would highly recommend downloading Opera Mini and using that as your browser instead. The camera also leaves much to be desired. Even at the Theory's highest resolution, photos are small and of poor quality when you get them onto a computer (USB cable is not supplied); I frequently have to override the white balance "auto" setting to get proper color correction; photos are often overexposed--even indoors with the exposure at -2--and there's no flash. Without a video camera and music player, this is a poor multimedia phone. If you just want to text/talk/surf (through Mini) on a phone that has that Blackberry style, it's a worthwhile buy, but only through Boost: the Theory is definitely not a phone you would want to get locked into a contract for, unless you were getting it for free.

Yay!

I got my phone today and I'm liking it alot more that any other boost phone I've had. I had the Clutch before and this is a bit like an updated version with some of the fail taken out of it. The web browser is much better and the over all phone looks nice and sleek, and it's very light. Oh and I'm really picky abotu how my QWERTY keyboards feel on my phones and this one is really nice and doesn't bum up your fingers. Screens nice too, so overall great phone so far.

Could have been better.

I got this phone just 4 months ago. The calls are nice and clear. Its very user friendly. Not much in the way of selection for ring tones and no micro sd slot. The camera is great if you are outside and have lots of light. If you don't it is horrible and dark. I also don't like that it doesn't automatically start another page of text when you reach the maximum 160 characters. Also you can't respond to emails through the preset location for email and im. You have to set up your email through the internet and save the page as a favorites in order to respond. Because of this you are not alerted when you receive an email.

All that being said it was still a functioning phone. Nothing fancy. After four months of use during a phone call my ear piece speaker went out. Zip, nada, zero, no sound at all. DURING A CONVERSATION! If I am going to talk to someone on the phone I have to remember to either answer the call through the speaker phone or turn the speaker phone on before dialing or I am listening to air.

Oh and another complaint. The battery life stinks. I sometimes am down to yellow one bar battery by one in the afternoon. I don't even turn my phone on most days until 10 to 10:30. I am not in any way abusive to my phone. I set it down, not thrown or dropped onto the counter or coffee table. I only plug it in when the battery is low. I realize I am odd in that I turn it off every night too! So I was very upset that my speaker went out and the battery is sucking the life out of itself so quickly.

My husband has the same phone and had it for one day longer then me. He works in a place that is very dusty and dirty with dry chemical ingredients flying about and his phone works okay. Though his battery life is beginning to decrease rapidly in just the last week or two.

So I guess if you need a phone for just a few months until you can get the Samsung Prevail or the BlackBerry, then this one seems to be fine. But four months seems to be its limits.

Boost service is fantastic though! We left T-mobile to save money and didn't loose any of the service that we had with them when we switched over. So very pleased with Boost service. Just not too thrilled with the Motorola Theory.

Great value on Virgin Mobile and an excellent phone.

If this phone came out a year ago, it would be among the top performing phones from any carrier on the market. Its very fast Snapdragon processor, vivid 4.1" touch screen, and rock-solid Android 2.2 performance were cutting edge 12 months ago. I don't say that in a disparaging way, but rather want to show where this phone fits into the spectrum of available devices. If you want the newest, best, phone, you'll still have to go to the contract carriers.

That said, this phone does everything I need very well, and at $300 upfront and $25 a month for service, can't be beat. It works even better than the Samsung Intercept that I replaced with it, and is reasonably priced. $25 a month, compared to what plans cost on the contract carriers, and you'll make up the $300 upfront cost in about 6 months. Brand new customers, may have to pay the $35 a month that they are changing their bottom plan to, but that is still a great deal ($35 a month for 300 minutes, unlimited web/text; $45 a month for 1200 minutes unlimited web/text; or $55 a month for unlimited everything).

This is my second phone on Virgin Mobile, and it made me realize that a lot of the problems that I was attributing to the network were actually the fault of my Samsung Intercept. This phone is more stable in every way. Wifi, GPS, 3G, Voice, the touch screen, applications, everything about this phone works better and is more stable than they did on the Samsung.

Beyond this comparison to my previous Virgin Mobile phone, here are a few comments about the phone:

+ very thin and lightweight. I miss the physical keyboard of my Intercept, but only slightly. The thinness makes up for it.

+ durable design. There aren't many cases available yet for this phone, but even without a case it seems durable. I already dropped it once, on concrete, and other than having to replace the back cover, there were no issues. The battery didn't even come out.

+ vibrant screen. The screen looks great on this phone. I almost say that it looks as good as the display on my wife's iPod Touch. The only concern with the screen is that it is 4.1 inches instead of 4.3, which has kind of become the new standard for Android phones, but I don't really think that .2 of an inch makes much difference.

+ very good touch screen. The touch screen on the Intercept had issues, compared to this phone. We are finally able to play games on it, and type quickly on the touch screen. Again, I think it is safe to compare it to the iPod Touch's performance. Very good.

+ fast processor. Cutting edge Android phones are now starting to have dual-core chips. The Snapdragon chip in this phone is single core, but that hasn't stopped it from doing everything that I've asked it to instantaneously. Very snappy.

+ Cameras. The main camera on this phone is awesome. Probably not as good as in an iPhone 4 or a real camera, but every bit as good as the stellar one in the iPod Touch. The pictures and video it takes are amazing. I don't think I'll ever be taking my real camera or my video recorder with me again. Even the flash works well and doubles nicely as a flashlight.

+ battery life. The battery life on this phone is very good. With any Android phone you can expect to have to recharge it daily, but this one at least uses its battery consistently and gradually. That might not seem like a lot to ask for, but even with Android 2.2 many phones have battery management issues. This one does not.

+ GPS. The GPS gets its signal pretty quickly and does a good job. Not perfect in that sometimes you have a wait a few seconds, but none of them are.

+ Vanilla Android. I really like the fact that Virgin Mobile doesn't "Skin" their phones or put a bunch of bloatware on them. This phone is pretty much stock Android 2.2 with a couple extra applications pre-installed. Much better than the experience with other carriers that fill the phone up with their own software and interface.

A few comments on Virgin Mobile:

+ Network. Network performance always depends on your location. In some cities Verizon is great and AT&T is terrible. In others they both work great. Virgin Mobile's phones operate on their parent company, Sprint's network. Sprint and T-Mobile's networks as a whole, are not as good as Verizon's, but that does not mean they are terrible. In my experience, this phone works very well in metropolitan areas, and pretty well in rural areas. If your cell phone is your life-line and you spend time in rural areas, you may want to check the coverage for your area on Sprint's website. Otherwise, I really having had any problems with the network.

+ International. Sprint and therefore Virgin Mobile only have network coverage in the US. That means you can't roam internationally, which is both good and bad. International roaming on any phone is very expensive. When I travel outside the US with this phone, and want to make calls, I connect to Wifi in my hotel or at a shop, and use Skype. It works perfectly and is much cheaper than international roaming, and is often free.

I very strongly recommend that you ditch your contract phone and consider this phone or other Contract Free carriers. AT&T especially, and Verizon to some extent, are trampling all over their customers, and people are letting them. The way to fix this situation is not archaic government regulation or laws, but rather consumers showing that they won't stand for it. Get a contract free phone because it is the best thing for your wallet and works very well, but also know that if enough people do it the big carriers will have to improve the way they do business.

I don't have much new to report on this phone, but wanted to provide an update after 3 months of use. They are still working great. Both my wife and I have had one from the beginning. Neither of us have it in a case, and it is holding up very well both to purse life and hip life. No scratches or anything despite normal drops and use. A few points:

+ Service continues to be great on this phone. Virgin works much better on this than it did on the Intercept.

+ I have had about 5 unexpected restarts in the three months of having the phone. That isn't bad for an Android phone that gets a lot of use. I think that some of those might have been caused by putting the phone 'power button side down' in the case, and inadvertently keeping it pressed. Either way, I don't think that 5 is bad, especially if 3 of them were caused by the case. My wife has never had an unexpected restart on her Triumph, though she doesn't use hers as much as I do.

+ Screen. The screen on this phone is great. You do have to push a little harder on this phone than on some others, but you get used to it very quickly, and in the long-run, it is better.

+ The camera is great (for a phone).

I continue to be very happy with this phone, especially after its first three months of real life use.

Triumph Means a Win for Users

The Motorola Triumph is a thing of beauty and comes closest to the handheld device I've been dreaming of. Ever since the days of the Palm T/X I've longed for a versatile PDA that could also make phone calls in a pinch. Using Wi-Fi to communicate makes so much more sense to me. Since then, I've watched communication devices increasingly become locked down money makers. (I get that you love your idroid, or whatever, but for me, I just don't see the value of paying a hundred bucks a month for what I always had for practically free.)

So for me, the biggest advantage of the Triumph is the very reasonable cost of ownership thanks to Virgin Mobile. VM has cut their service to the bone, but like other savvy tech providers, has set up a mechanized operation that works on its own. If you need help from Virgin, as a general rule for tech, stay away from the phone line and go to the forums, or use email. Virgin Mobile Facebook is all you need to get over the hump of confusion caused by new adoption.

I have had no problems with the Triumph once I got dialed in. The signal matches my LG Optimus V and both data and calls are clear even indoors in my suburb digs. The Triumph has a larger screen, easier to use data entry, longer battery life, and a front facing camera for those "free" video chat calls. All of that makes it worth the initial cost to me. Once the setup (rather challenging at times) is over, it all works like a champ.

Thanks to Motorola, Google, and Virgin, my dream of a handheld device that doesn't make me feel like I'm being gouged by the big providers has been comfortably sublimated. Every time I pick up the Triumph, I feel like I'm sending another kind of message: a wake-up call to the big providers. Triumph indeed.

A few key facts - UPDATED with Problems

[UPDATE: My initial review was posted after using the phone for 2 or 3 days. I've now used it for one or two more weeks, and numerous problems have been revealed, leading to me downgrading my review from 5 stars to 2. See my new comments further down.

UPDATE 2: I've had the phone for nearly a month now and it is getting returned. The final update is at the bottom.]

I won't do a comprehensive review of this phone because they're already out there. In general, I will just say that this phone is far faster and smoother than the LG Optimus V I was using. Download speeds are also greatly increased - apparently this has as much or more to do with the phone itself as it does with the network. It's easiest to see the difference in download speeds over your Wifi at home, where the speed should be the same as it was with a different phone yet in fact it's now much, much faster.

A few key facts then, both pros and cons:

Swype: The phone does not ship with the Swype keyboard pre-installed. Nevertheless, it is possible to get Swype for the phone easily, and without rooting the phone. Just go to Swype's official website and click on the "join" link to get access to Swype "beta" (I'm not sure what's beta about it, it's unbelievable and vastly improved over the version of Swype I was using on the Optimus V). Swype will then send you an e-mail with a link in it. Open that e-mail *on your phone*, click on the link, and the rest just happens.

Screen Protection: I'm 99% sure this phone ships with a screen protector already on it. I know this because 1) I saw a video somewhere (I think Howard Forums) of a guy who claimed that his came with a screen protector on it, and who then removed that protector on the video (he didn't like screen protectors), and 2) now that I have the phone myself, I can see that at the *very* edge of the screen, there is a line that can be seen that seems to divide between a layer underneath and something that's on top of it but doesn't *quite* perfectly cover every millimeter of the surface - though that's probably on purpose, so that you can remove it if you want to or it becomes necessary. With the factory screen protector on, the screen nevertheless looks vibrant and clear, and feels quite smooth. I'd think it was just glass if I didn't know better. It's pretty glossy and picks up a fair amount of glare, and is prone to lots of smudges and fingerprints. FYI, the guy on Howard Forums claimed that after removing the screen protector the screen was somewhat more vibrant but also had more glare. However, he was most impressed by how much more responsive the screen felt now that there was no separation between his finger and the actual glass. If you don't want a screen protector, or want to swap out the factory one for a different one (perhaps at a later time if the one from the factory gets scratched up), you can remove the factory one. The video guy pulled up the edge with a thumbtack.

Internal Memory: Initial reports indicated that this phone had only 512MB of internal memory, and as of now the Virgin Mobile site also indicates that. That appears to be incorrect. According to the App2SD app, I have 1.05GB of internal memory. By contrast, the Optimus V had only 140MB of internal memory, and for me that ran out VERY quickly. With Android Version 2.2 and above, many apps can now be "moved" from the phone's internal memory to an SD card. Nevertheless, how much usable *internal* memory you have is critical, because 1) many apps are not movable to the SD card, regardless of what version of Android you're running, 2) many apps only have full functionality if you're keeping them on the phone's internal memory (this most commonly comes up for apps that have widget functionality - the widgets cannot be used if the app is on the SD card), and 3) EVEN when you move an app to the SD card, all apps *still* leave portions of themselves on the internal memory. You can see how much internal memory an app is using by going to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications and looking up the particular app (if you want to see how much memory an app is taking up on an SD card, use App2SD). On the Optimus V, I had a number of apps that, even though officially "on the SD card", still left 2, 4, even 10 MBs on internal memory. Thus, having 7 1/2 times the internal memory of the Optimus V is huge.

Conclusion: I give the phone 5 stars because it not only does everything I expected of it but is also snappier and has more internal memory than reported. The addition of a factory-installed screen protector (without air bubbles!) is also, to me, a plus. The only negatives are that the screen is prone to smudges, and that the phone ships without Swype - but, as I explained, that's easily rectified.

UPDATE: After using the phone for another one or two weeks, numerous problems have cropped up. First, two additional positive points:

LED light - The Triumph has an LED light that is located behind the earpiece grille. It glows red when charging (green to et you know it's done), and pulsates when you have a new notification message. This is a handy feature that the LG Optimus didn't have.

Netflix - The free Netflix app is now available for the Triumph in the Android marketplace. Streaming to the Triumph over a Wifi connection works nicely. Last I saw the Optimus didn't have this app available, and maybe it couldn't because the phone needs more processing power to handle the streaming.

And now for the problems that have cropped up:

Restarts - The phone randomly restarts itself every so often. It was not dropped on the floor nor did it get wet.

Battery life/Reception - The battery life of this phone is decidedly worse than that of the Optimus. I can only say this anecdotally as I haven't done "testing" per se - the phone just dies way too fast, and this is with options like Wifi, GPS< and Bluetooth turned off. As further evidence, I have a widget from the "Juiceplotter" app. On a full charge for the Optimus, it would say I had something like 17 hours of battery life (presumably in standby conditions, not if you talked on the phone for 17 hours straight, obviously). On the Triumph, the same widget gives me a maximum of 10 hours on a full charge, but in practice the phone doesn't come close to matching that. The reception is also definitely worse than the Optimus was, but again I can only comment on that anecdotally.

Non-responsiveness - Sometimes the "back" button on the phone simply won't work for a while. I'll be using an app and won't be able to get out of it except by using the "home" button. The fact that the "home" button works indicates that the phone's CPU isn't just completely choked on something. The app and phone are working, it's just that the back button checks out every so often. The "menu" button does the same thing, but a bit less often.

Build quality - In the lower left corner of the phone, where the glass screen meets the outer hard plastic border of the phone, there is light leakage whenever the phone's screen is on. It's only in this one spot. I find it distracting and annoying and wonder what it says about the build quality of the phone.

NEW Conclusion: It's always possible that the problems I've had are isolated to my particular phone, but all I can do is report on my own experiences. If other people have the same experiences, then I think this phone's problems seriously outweigh its advantages, and you're better off going back to the more humble but more reliable Optimus.

FINAL UPDATE: I've had the phone now for almost a month. Its habit of restarting itself randomly has only increased, and the touch screen and touch-sensitive buttons remain unresponsive at times. In addition, the battery life has been revealed to be absolutely abysmal. In standby mode, the phone can lose up to 10% of its charge per hour, and of course loses it far more rapidly if it is actually being used. I've decided that even if a phone wipe could somehow clear the first two problems, it certainly wouldn't improve the battery life or poor signal strength, so the phone is being returned. Back to the Optimus V.

Motorola i1 (Boost Mobile)

I love my new i1 . Now you mat ask your selfs ."if you love this phone.Why not give it 5 Stars?

Well. here is my answer.

I really dint care about the 1.5OS . but the poor life battery it has. I KNOW, I KNOW. people reading this that know more about phones will say that it is because it is a small computer that if you play whit it using games,internet,Wi-Fi. and so on.It will deplete the life of any phone. and that is true. and i did not know till i got this phone. that is the only reason of a 4 star rating.

but i love it there is a nice fell when you grab your i1 for the fist time . for those that have been w Boost Mobile for years. this is one of the best moves the have done. introducing smart phones to the prepaid world.

REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CHARGE YOUR PHONE BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP. DISABLE THE GPS,Wi-Fi, BACK ROUND DATA,AND IF POSSIBLE TURN YOUR PHONE OFF BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP WILE IT CHARGES. TRUST ME IT WILL HELP.

VERY GOOD deal for price/value.

Purchased this phone a 2 weeks ago.

Voice is ok. Data speed is low. But...

I`m using google talk, google mail without any problem. If you are not itchy guy - you may just put web address and wait for some time when page is loaded. In most cases enough to take a look at 2-3 news pages per day. Usually - chat and mail.

If you do not need to take a look at different online videos and games - this unit works WELL for MOST business cases. There is no big difference between IPhone and I1 usage here.

About other things...

Built very well. Acceptable camera pics, not very good video, but this is not video capturing device.

OS version 1.5, but covers all you need and has friendly interface.

Average battery life 1-1.5 days with my settings. This is the same what others smartphones has.

Control your running application, screen brightness and other options, shutdown for night and you may get up to 3 days of usage.

Boost Mobile provide 35 cents per day unlimited web access, so I`m spending $15-20 per month for web and voice and I have all I need from cellular network. So I have much more reasonable solution than buying other sort of thing and spent up to in $100 monthly bills.

Right now I have only one question to myself. Why I didn`t buy this unit earlier?

Nice phone but..

Be warned that this phone runs on the Nextel network, it is a push to talk phone. If you are going to do a lot of texting, be aware that the incoming text messages may be delayed for hours before you get them!

And while the phone in an Android, it is slow and sluggish compared to other phones I have used. It also reboots itself a lot without warning, and it has locked up a lot when I have tried to make a phone call or text.

I spent nearly two hours talking to Boost Mobile customer support trying to find out why the text messages were showing up hours after being sent to me, also they could not figure out why the phone keeps rebooting. I am hardly running any apps on it, and always clear out old messages.

This phone was basically a waste of money.

If you absolutely must have an Android, skip over this one, and go look at one of the other prepaid services that offer Androids now. This cellphone will leave you frustrated, especially when it reboots in the middle of a phone conversation, or you are expecting an important response to a text message, and it shows up 5 hours after the other party sent it.

worst "smart phone" ever

I bought this phone when it was first released about 2 years ago. let me just say, worst so called "smart" phone ever. the fancy dandy clear flip screen that was such a draw turned out to be a flop. the only thing that you could do through that flip thing was either look at your pictures or use data and cost money if you didn't have the data package. the screen lock for the flip screen was on the side, so if the phone was inserted into your pocket, the screen lock could come unlocked and the next thing you know, there is a huge charge on your bill for data usage that you never incurred. the phone was slow and not user friendly at all. the interface was complicated and you had to go around your elbow to get to your thumb to complete an action. even something simple such as texting, this phone found a way to make it complicated with the word completion program. you could type 2 letters and it finds the most off the wall words thinking that they were what you meant. i would never recommend this phone to someone looking for a smart phone, unless they like being annoyed and want to smash their phones to bits everytime they use it. needless to say, as soon as possible i upgraded and took out my frustrations on that POS.

Brown Box Bonanza

However, I did not by a phone from them because I found another one. But the company I bought from did not have as good as costumer service, so I wished Brown Box Bonanza sold the one I wanted.

Love it, great phone just what I wanted.

great phone, works well and does everything expected. The import fee for the UK was higher than i expected but it still worked out as a fairly well priced product. Have been using non stop since purchase and have only had minor issues which a quick google search have been able to fix.

arrived in time and in good condition. Unlocked as stated. Very happy with my purchase.

Not a smartphone.

No es un smartphone. Partamos de allí. Para compararlo con un smartphone debemos gastar varios cientos de dólares más. Lo compre por ser un teléfono dual simcard, no chino, no marca X. Y realmente no tiene mayores pretensiones. Como tal cumple. Cosas que le he encontrado:

Después de leer un msm se pierde la información de por cual simcard entró.

No todas las funciones trabajan con el touch, a veces hay que dar clic en la barra inferior.

Nunca lo manipule mientras conduzca, se requieren dos manos, varios clics y mucha atención para responder una llamada perdida.

Por tener doble simcard algunas operaciones requieren muchos clics.

Cuando se empareja con un speaker bluetooth, queda bloqueado para otras opciones, al intentar ir a cualquier menú se interrumpe el bluetooth. Malo esto.

Lo tengo hace dos meses y no logro que funcione con mi simcard de internet móvil. Mi idea era tener una simcard para internet y otra para voz porque me favorecen los contratos, pero nada. Tengo dos simcard para voz y el internet móvil solo para uso con PC.

La batería tiene buena duración teniendo en cuenta que posee una pantalla grande.

El tamaño y el diseño me gustan.

3 Megapixeles, pero las fotos quedan oscuras y poco nítidas, aun a plena luz del día. Mi viejo Nokia de 1.3 Mpixeles toma mejores fotos.

Al hablar, muchas veces se escucha un zumbido. El interlocutor se escucha claro y fuerte, pero el zumbido molesta.

Cables: El jack universal de 3.5 es gran ventaja, muy bueno. El cargados con plug fácil de conseguir. Bien.

Sincronización a PC: Mala, se sincroniza para datos, con la tarjeta de memoria, pero no viene ni he conseguido los controladores para sincronizar el teléfono. Mis contactos están en riesgo.

Es un aparato para hablar y tener la comodidad de doble simcard en un solo aparato y utilidades de norma: tarjeta de expansión, bluetooth, cámara, radio. No pretenda más que eso.

Sí quiere otra cosa, compre otra cosa. Le costará más $$$.

Algunos teléfonos chinos tienen el mismo desempeño y tienen TV y WiFi !!!! Por el mismo precio.

Not a smartphone. Let's start from there. To compare this with a smartphone should spend several hundred dollars more. I bought it because it is a dual simcard phone, no Chinese, no brand X. And it really has no further claims. As such compliance. Things that I found:

After reading a msm is lost simcard information which came by.

Not all functions work with the touch, sometimes you have to click on the bottom bar.

Never handle while driving, it takes two hands, a few clicks and attention to respond to a missed call.

By having dual simcard some operations require many clicks.

When paired with a bluetooth speaker, is blocked for other options, trying to go to any menu is cut off bluetooth. That bad.

I have it two months ago and I can not work with my simcard mobile internet. My idea was to have a simcard for internet and another for voice because I favor the contracts, but nothing. I have two simcard for voice and mobile internet use with PC only.

The battery life is good considering it has a big screen.

The size and design I like.

3 Megapixels, but the photos are dark and not very sharp, even in broad daylight. My old Nokia from 1.3 Mpixels take better pictures.

When speaking, many times you hear a buzz. The caller is heard loud and clear, but the annoying buzz.

Cables: The universal jack advantage of 3.5 is very good. The plug loaded with easy to achieve. Good.

PC Sync: Mala, Data is synchronized with the memory card, but it comes and I get the drivers to sync the phone. My contacts are at risk.

It is a device to talk and have the convenience of dual simcard in a single device and Utilities standard: expansion card, bluetooth, camera, radio. Do not expect more than that.

If you want anything, buy anything else. It will cost more $ $ $.

Some mobile Chinese have the same performance and have TV and WiFi!! For the same price.

I used this phone during my recent visit to Pakistan. It worked perfect right out of the box. The vendor even send me flat pin plug for charging here in the USA.

do not buy

Do not buy this phone i bought it about a year ago from tmobile and was supposed to be my "upgrade" from my old motorola razor. I've had this phone for a long time it really only worked well for the first few months, and i was trying to be really careful with it because it was a new phone i think to this day i've dropped this phone 5 times (not bad falls either) and it does not work properly, the screen turns off if you light tap it or if the if you try to use the keyboard, the keyboard at this point does not function correctly, the screen doesn't turn on half the time when you type on the screen some keys don't work, and yes i've tried to get it changed but when i got it through the company they told us that we couldn't get insurance on this phone. Honestly if this can help anyone to just not buy this phone then I'm happy.

Verifying that phone was unlocked from Amazon

The Cliq I've bought is unlocked. I tested with different sim cards and it was able to acquire signal with AT&T sims and of course T-mobile. Once you upgrade to Android 2.0 the phone is awesome.

Seller was Amazon (didn't feel like gambling for a couple of bucks with a 3rd party seller.

A Perfect Dual-Sim Phone!

I buy this item from Chile, cause here the big telecommunications providers doesnt support dual-sims phones. I really dont knew nothing about the product, but I saw others reviews at amazon. UnlockedCellPhone sent me this phone before I expected, and it works fantastic. So happy with my first experience shopping at USA... Highly recommended!

About the phone itself, the camera works just fine, but the sound is great with good headphones, and the touch screen system it's really fast (in comparison with a Nokia C6). Also, has a 3.5 jack (Good thing). Since I open the box, I was enchanted. Besides, it's very light, and quite slim. Simply, It was putting the sim card, and start talking right there! (I have doubts, cause is not a phone made from my country) Obviously, the dualsim system works perfect, giving you the oportunity of selecting which Sim you want to use at right time, every time.

Bad: You can change the tone for incoming calls, but not set diferent messages-tones. Really, just a detail

Hope this encourages latin-american people to buy at USA.

Compré desde Chile, porque acá las grandes telefónicas no apoyan los equipos doble sim. No sabía nada del teléfono en realidad, pero vi otros comentarios en Amazon. UnlockedCellPhones me envió el teléfono antes de lo esperado, y funciona fantástico. Muy feliz con mi primera experiencia comprando en USA. Altamente recomendado!

Sobre el teléfono mismo, la cámara es buena, pero el sonido es genial con buenos audífonos. El sistema de pantalla táctil es realmente rápido (en comparación con un Nokia C6) También usa un jack 3.5 (buena cosa). En cuanto abrí la caja estaba encantado. Además, es muy liviano y bastante delgado. Simplemente, fue poner la sim, y comenzar a hablar ahí mismo! (Tenía dudas, porque no fue hecho para mi país) Obviamente, el sistema dualsim funciona perfecto, dándote la oportunidad de seleccionar qué Sim quieres utilizar en el momento adecuado, cada vez.

Do not buy to this seller !, unless you can convince them to test the phone before shippment.

I just bought two Motorola EX128 Unlocked Phone with Dual-Sim and Touchscreen - International Warranty - Black on September 7.

The shipment arrived to my hotel on September 14 and I had to send back both phones to Amazon and ask for a refund because:

1. SLOT 1 (SIM1) didn't work properly (no matter how much different SIM cards I tested; you can make and receive calls, but you get no audio !!!!!).

2. The same bunch of SIMs worked with no problems on SIM2.

So, even when I was looking for months to by a couple of Motorola EX128, I had to return them after 4 days of trying everything I know about cellphones to make them work (believe me, I am not the average user. I have lot of experience with CDMA, TDMA and GSM phones).

3. The firmware is just the same crap that my current DualSIM phone has.

4. It is pretty obvious that whomever takes care of the cellphones, didn't tested them before they were sent to me.

5. From the calls menu, it was impossible to access SIM2 call logs

6. The original item said "Sold by: Amazon.com LLC", but now it says "Sold by BLUTEKUSA and Fulfilled by Amazon."

So, I don't really know who actually sold me the phones.

So, I am sorry but I cannot encourage anybody to buy this phones.

Forget about Motorola brand.... I used to be a Motorola user since ever, but doing this Motorola just lost another Customer (they are burning their brand by doing this crap on china).

An okay phone

This is a basic phone. It comes with no software cd. It makes calls, receives calls, texts. If you are used to a smartphone, this will be a major disappointment. While it has a the touch screen, it is not a smartphone. The screen is not very interactive. The touchscreen is basically for texting. I find texting to be particularly frustrating. You have to use the stylus because the keys are so close together, so automatically that slows you down. Trying to use your fingers is just as frustrating....

You can't select the widgits from the home screen. You have to go thru the menu. Of course my gripes might be because I had a Nokia N97 before this phone, and that has a lot of bells and whistles. But I got this phone for the dual sim feature. I'll keep looking for a dual sim smartphone....

Run away!

This phone is the biggest load of crap I was ever overcharged for. Every time I touch this peice of garbage it infuriates me. It's SEVERELY underpowered for the Android OS. I've never seen a more lothargic phone. Just about everything you try to do with it takes so long to load you give up half the time and just end up mashing the home key a million times to try and get it to stop. It's like trying to get a 90 year old man to do you a favor. It get's to it in it's own sweet time.

One of the other reviewers was talking about how it will randomly shut down and reboot in hte middle of whatever your doing. Yep. Confirmed. In fact, my phone will randomly reboot in my pocket when I'm not even trying to use it. And when it reboots, you'd better start a movie. Because it takes a full 2 to 3 minutes to boot up and figure out where it is. I know that doesn't sound like a long time, but when you're in a hurry to make a call it's the longest 3 minutes of your life.

And how's this for being born under a bad sign? I can no longer get into my contact list. Anytime I try to open it, it fails and dumps me back on the main screen. The only way I can call someone from my contact list is to look through my recent calls and hope they're on there.

Besides that, the contact list is permanently affixed to motoblur which is a big pain in the butt. My contact list has every person from my facebook/myspace/yahoo list on it. And if I want to get someone off of it, I litterally have to remove them from my facebook/myspace/yahoo list online. I can't just block specific users that I want on facebook, but not on my phone. I weep for those freind collectors that have 900 freinds on their list.

I'm horribly, horribly dissatisfied with this peice of junk. I highly reccomend that EVERYONE avoid it like the plague. I absolutely cannot wait to get anything else.

Motorola Backflip review

The piece i have received from the OEM store did not have proper packaging and looked like i was being sols a used piece. The important accessories like USB cable, SD card, driver CD were not provided with the pack.

Coming to the phone- I can see green dots on supposed to be black background screen. The phone is very slow and takes so much time even to save a contact. The facebook, gmail apps or email clients won't let you define more than one mail ID from a particular domain. The camera though 5 mp gives an impression of a VGA camera. Sometimes i even can't receive call as the on screen touch control button for that hangs. The way you can store contacts is very bad.

On an overall at $ 190 it is value for money piece, but when it comes to quality does not look like someone like Motorola has manufactured it. At first i thought it was inexpensive phone, but now i can say it is a cheap phone!!!

Neat, but SLOW!

Don't pay for this phone! I got a Backflip through work, and I although find it more fun than the otherwise offered Blackberry Curve, the Curve is much better at being an actual PHONE. I do love the recently upgraded Andriod OS, with the free Google Maps GPS Navigator and rather accurate Voice Search, but the Backflip's CPU is just too slow to handle even simple maneuvers. Tap... wait, tap... wait, woops, wrong app, back, back, wait... Also, the battery life is horrid. Find another Android phone.

Nice phone, very light, bad speaker, micro SIM

Just got this phone and paid 680 USD. Prices are falling, so if you wait a bit it should be cheaper. The one I got appears to be an "import" from the UK. A couple of complaints: not so good single speaker on the back which sounds plastic-like similar those cheap clear-membrane loudspeakers, but headphones are better. And, the battery life is very short if you play games or watch movies. I have to charge it everyday. Hopefully, Moto will get enough complaints about the battery life and design a better battery for future phones. It takes the micro SIM, so I had to cut my old one to "fit" into the smaller slot - I did not want to change my number and micro SIMs are a bit harder to find in China. Overall, a good phone, thin and light to carry, and wide screen (I can't imagine what the Galaxy S2 LTE HD at 4.65 feels like - huge maybe in comparison). Video in low light is good, but nothing to write home about. So, you will pay a premium for a skinny mobile and keep the charger with you... Cheers!

Great Buy!

This Droid X was a fantastic find! I bought it for my wife, and she loves it. Can't get it out of her hand! It looks brand new, and the best part is that all the downloaded songs from the previous owner are still on the phone. Probably a couple hundred dollars in downloads!

Good phone at first...

I switched from the iPhone 3G to this phone after seeing someone with it and getting to play with it some. The screen was nice and large. The phone was super responsive. It's a cool looking phone. There were so many great things at the surface.

Things that make this phone better than the iPhone 3G/4G/4Gs:

- Ability to tether w/apps on the marketplace w/o having to jailbreak your phone.

- Legit GPS ability with turn by turn directions w/o having to buy an app.

- Ability to customize the phone to your needs (add widgets on the home screen).

Things that make this phone worse than the iPhone 3G/4G/4Gs:

- Camera.

- This phone randomly reboots on its own.

- Sometimes will freeze and you'll have to pull the battery.

Here's the deal, it's a good phone but after it's last major update (late September/early October) the phone pretty much blows. The phone lags. Sometimes I'll hit the call button and it'll take over 30 seconds before it'll start to dial. When I exit an app and go to the home screen, it takes 5-8 seconds for all the shortcuts on the home screen to show up. It's a terrible terrible phone. When it works... it's a good phone. For those looking at this phone... don't. It's not worth its money, even if someone offered you one for free. Stay away. I'm waiting for the release of the Samsung Nexus Prime whatever from Verizon to update.

didnt buy on amazon

the phone is well built.....milspec android if you wanna call it that....the internet is easy to navigate and the motoblur is rather handy for people with accounts on virtually everything facebook myspace yahoo etc.......i have never had a problem with the system on the phone nor with it randomly cutting off i have the otter box on it and the phone to be truthful is bulky with the case but other than that i have no complaints....i use this phone excessively and bout 8 to 10 hours through work it still has half battery by the end of the day if you dont run useless crap all the time then the phone will not die and the 3g is actually functioning unlike alot of verizons phones but all in all its worth the buy even after seeing the price on amazon...(which is much less than what i paid) i wouldnt consider it a waste of money android worth the money by far

OS Seems Unstable

This isn't a bad phone. I like the fact that it has the little touch pad as well as a slide out keyboard. These features, I think, give it an edge over my friends who have Droid X phones. It makes it easier to type as well as navigate around the screen without accidentally clicking on things.

Things I don't like so much:

I have had to do a factory reset on my phone about 5 times now... and I've had it since July (7 months). Every once in a while, all of the applications that aren't preinstalled will force close like crazy and you have to uninstall and reinstall all of them... Or I'll notice that my lock feature and home button refuse to work. Because of the design of the phone, I get stuck on screens if I cannot hit "Home." Also, the only way around this and the lock issue is to download apps which override the phone's lock and home features. Then the buttons magically start to work again, but this usually triggers all of my apps to suddenly corrupt and force close.

Also, because it's a touch screen and maybe the shape of my face is weird, while I'm talking on the phone it will randomly hit the speakerphone key.

In conclusion; they need to patch the OS or something because it's obviously not stable and I know I'm not the only one who has had the same issue. The crashes are something I can live with. The factory reset leaves all of my contacts and since all my personal info is stored in my Google account, all I lose is the installed apps and data from them. For me, it's no big deal. Just annoying. Otherwise, it's a pretty good phone. The speakerphone thing is something that I can overlook, be more careful, and maybe see if there is an app to lock the button or something.

Really Feel like i deserve a refund...

Well the Apps are great, the battery life is terrible, I know three other ppl with the same phone, constant need for updates, turns of ALL THE TIME BY IT SELF FOR NO REASON. And its VERY VERY easy to send a txt to the wrong person. THe internet is great and easy to navigate. The camera is terrible.
