In many mythologies around the world, there is a Moon Rabbit who lives on the moon. It is based on seeing the pattern of a rabbit in the shadows of the near side of the moon.

In Japan and Korean mythology, the rabbit is pounding the ingredients for mochi or some other type of rice cake.

Harry Nilsson sketchnote.

Watched the documentary, “Who is Harry Nilsson and Why is Everyone Talkin’ about him?”

He was known professionally as Nilsson. An American singer and song writer. His peak success was in the early 1970s. He was often referred to as the American Beatle.

Apple Project Purple Sketchnote.
The project within Apple to develop the iPhone began in 2004 with a request from CEO Steve Jobs to Tony Fidell, Scott Forstall, & Jonathan Ive. It was a secret project called Project Purple.

Flash forward to today where that research lead to the iPad and many other technology breakthroughs. I’m creating a sketchnote on an iPad Pro with an Apple Pencil. It is an amazing world.

Sketchnote Tips Cheat-sheet.

I originally created this as a guide for a design thinking workshop. It was given to everyone in an effort to ease drawing fears, help them be spontaneous, and to capture their ideas.

The guide had to be modified a little. It was designed to be printed out and left on each groups table.

I hope this helps everyone as a quick reminder. It is about capturing IDEAS, not ART. You can always add color, details, and more drawings, after you capture important ideas.

Apple IPhone Event Jan. 9, 2007 sketchnotes.

Today,15 years ago, Steve Jobs announced the first-ever iPhone. I watched the original keynote and created this sketchnote. I remember watching it in 2007. Still amazing!
