Sunglasses Combines Music Player, Bluetooth Headset

Empty out your pockets and you are likely to have a Bluetooth headset, a pair of sunglasses along with a wallet and a phone. Now what if three of those four items could be combined together into a single gadget?

Tri-Specs packs dual microphones, speakers and Bluetooth connectivity into a pair of sunglasses with a set of retractable earbuds. To switch between calls and the MP3 player, users have to press the button on the rim of the glasses.

Extending the in-ear speakers turns on the power for the device. It can also do the usual voice dialing and prompts associated with Bluetooth headset. Oakley has had similar Bluetooth and MP3 player sunglasses for a while.

Tri-specs' glasses are yet to be available in retail but are expected to be priced around $200.

The Clicking Kitchen Grip brings the computer into the kitchen but not in the usual way. Sure the kitchen of the future may have touchscreen appliances and self-cooking gizmos but the fact is that pots are still going to be hot and they’re going to need to be moved off the oven or stove. Until we have robots to handle this, you’re going to need oven mitts. I’m pretty partial to tortoise frames where glasses are concerned, but environmental issues lie closer to my heart, which is why going for fake tortoise frames would be the better option. Here’s another gadget to make sure that all your other gadgetry manages to stay charged, even when you’re away from home. It will support over 1,200 devices and you can purchase plenty of tips for anything from your cellphone and iPod, to handheld game consoles. It has more than one way to get a charge, making it ideal for emergency situations or just when you don’t have your charger on you.
