Although originally designed to make you sleep on your side thus helping in reducing the pressure on your airways, I have learned that there is no way this pillow prevents you from sleeping on your back and the only thing that it is doing effectively is to cause you waking up with a substantial neck pain.

Stop snoring nasal strips
These turned out to be the most ineffective of all. The stop snoring nasal strips are those sticky nose strips that you attach to your nose in hope of opening your congested airway. Maybe my snoring is caused by a condition other than a congested nose. Anyway, I got zero results.
Stop snoring spray
This was it. From all the stop snoring products, the spray worked the best. My wife has told me that she didn't wake up once and that I was quiet all night long. I was really surprised that after just a few sprays it actually worked. The only thing I regret is the fact it took me about 10 years until I discovered that a simple, inexpensive nasal spray was the answer to my dreams.
