Ran at 15:10 for 1 hour and 27 min for a distance of 14.08 kilometers at an average pace of 5'52" per kilometer while burning 904 calories.&lt;br /&gt;

Today's route was along Kamakura Kaido, then along Kanjo Loop No. 4 where I turned left and went past Ofuna Station to Prefectural Road No. 21. From there, I headed back to Kanjo Loop No. 4 and finally returned along Kamakura Kaido.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The weather was cold, dry, but sunny. Worked up a good sweat heading west, but on the return heading east, the sun had already set and started feeling really cold!&lt;br /&gt;

Ran at 13:55 for 1 hour, 5 min., and 48 sec. for a distance of 12.92 km at a pace of 5:06/km while burning 837 calories.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Today's route was along Kamakaura-kaido, then along Kanjo Loop No. 4, past Kasama intersection, back to the Kasama intersection, along Itachi River, back along Kanjo Loop No. 4, and finally back along Kamakura-kaido.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Weather was humid and sunny with a nice easterly breeze. Running west was comfortable, but during the return trip with the wind to my back, it was a bit tough. Had to take a short water-break at a park drinking fountain one time, and walked another for a short distance up a hill on Kanjo Loop No. 4. Slightly better workout than yesterday's run.&lt;br&gt;

Today's route took me along Kamakura Kaido to Kanjo Loop No. 3, past Hongodai (halfway to Ofuna), back onto Kanjo Loop No. 3, and returned on Kamakura Kaido under partly cloudy skies.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Felt so-so for most of the run. Although I had a faster pace that my last run, still had to stop and take a walk about five times because it was so humid.&lt;br&gt;
