Vi ricordate la crema nesquik??? Oggi vi faccio vedere dove è andata a finire e cioè in una golosa ciambe&lt;/span&gt;lla.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;- &lt;/strong&gt;500&amp;nbsp;g di farina bianca;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 bustina di lievito di birra;&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 g di zucchero;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 bustina di vanillina;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cucchiaino raso di sale;&lt;br /&gt;
- scorza grattugiata di un limone;&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 uova;&lt;br /&gt;
- 80 g di burro;&lt;br /&gt;
- 120 ml di latte tiepido.&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingredienti:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 500 ml di latte;&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 g di maizena;&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 g di nesquik;&lt;br /&gt;
- 70 g di cioccolato fondente;&lt;br /&gt;
- 60 g di zucchero;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
In una pentola mettere il latte ed il cioccolato fondente.&lt;br /&gt;

Far scaldare il latte fino a che il cioccolato non sarà ben sciolto.&lt;br /&gt;

Togliere la pentola dal fuoco. Mescolare lo zucchero,la maizena ed il nesquik a parte.&lt;br /&gt;

La frittata di pasta può essere bianca (come la mia) oppure al pomodoro e la si può preparare con gli spaghetti oppure con le penne.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 400g di spaghetti (o altra pasta);&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 uova;&lt;br /&gt;
- 80g di parmigiano;&lt;br /&gt;
- sale e pepe;&lt;br /&gt;
- olio di semi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Scaldare la pasta in acqua bollente avendo cura di tenerla al dente, scolarla e farla raffreddare per bene.&lt;br /&gt;

Quando risulterà ben cotta dal primo lato aiutandovi con un piatto piano capovolgerla e farla cuocere dall'altro lato.&lt;br /&gt;

E' molto veloce da preparare (e in questa stagione non è mica poco) e poi accompagnato da un bel bicchiere di vino bianco è l'ideale dopo una giornata trascorsa al mare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;- &lt;/strong&gt;1 confezione da 12 scampi surgelati,&lt;br /&gt;
- 500g di pomodorini ciliegino;&lt;br /&gt;
- un ciuffo di prezzemolo;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 spicchio d'aglio;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 peperoncino;&lt;br /&gt;
- olio extravergine q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 bicchiere di vino bianco;&lt;br /&gt;
- 360g di linguine.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Far scongelare gli scampi e sciacquarli per bene con acqua fredda.&lt;br /&gt;

In una padella far soffriggere aglio olio e peperoncino.&lt;br /&gt;
Con un coltello praticare un incisione sulla testa di ogni scampo.&lt;br /&gt;

Far rosolare gli scampi per un paio di minuti e sfumare con il vino bianco.&lt;br /&gt;

Lavare i pomodorini e tagliarli a metà, quando il vino sarà evaporato versare i pomodorini nella padella con gli scampi, salare ed aggiungere il prezzemolo.&lt;br /&gt;

A metà cottura dei pomodori prelevare gli scampi dalla padella e continuare a cuocere solo i pomodorini.Quando i pomodor saranno cotti aggiungervi dinuovo gli scampi.&lt;br /&gt;

Scaldare le linguine in acqua bollente, scolarle e condirle con il sugo.&lt;br /&gt;
Decorare ogni piatto con uno scapo e del prezzemolo.&lt;br /&gt;

Di solito l polpette si friggono oppure si cuociono nel sugo, io le preferisco fritte, però per evitare grassi ho deciso di cuocere le polpette nel forno e devo dire che il risultato è davvero ottimo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 600g di macinato magro;&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g di parmigiano grattugiato;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ciuffo di prezzemolo;&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 uova;&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 fette di pancarrè;&lt;br /&gt;
- sale q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g di formaggio secco filante tipo galbanino o scamorza;&lt;br /&gt;
- pane grattato q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- olio di semi q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In una ciotola abbastanza capiente&amp;nbsp;mettervi il macinato, le uova, il parmigiano, il sale il prezzemolo e il pancarrè precedentemente bagnato e strizzato.&lt;br /&gt;

Prelevare un pò d'impasto per volta schiacciarlo in una mano e porgervi al centro un pezzettino di formaggio filante.&lt;br /&gt;

Rotolare la pallina nel pane grattugiato.&lt;br /&gt;

Disporre tutte le polpette su di una teglia foderata con carta da forno.&lt;br /&gt;
Versare un filino d'olio su ogni polpetta e cuocere a 160°/180° per circa 20 minuti avendo cura di girare le polpette.&lt;br /&gt;
Ed ecco le mie polpette dorate al forno.&lt;br /&gt;

La calamarata è un pasta tipica campana prodotta generalmente dal famosissimo pastifcio di Gragnano, a casa mia di solito si prepara la calamarata condita con sugo di pesce ma io ho optato per questa ricetta un pò pià casereccia sbirciata dal blog di Mysia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp; 500g di broccoli;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco;&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 salsicce;&lt;br /&gt;
- 360g di pasta calamarata;&lt;br /&gt;
. 1 spicchio d'aglio;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 peperoncino;&lt;br /&gt;
- olio e sale q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- 30g di parmigiano;&lt;br /&gt;
- 250g provola.&lt;br /&gt;
Lavare i broccoli e tagliare i gambi grossi tenedo da parte le cimette. Far cuocere in acqua bollente le cimette per 5/10 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;

Nel frattempo far cuocere la pasta in acqua bollente, scolarla al dente. Mescolare la pasta con il sugo.&lt;br /&gt;

La prima cosa che mi è venuta in mente è stata il risotto e così detto fatto mi sono messa all'opera.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;- &lt;/b&gt;360g di riso;&lt;br /&gt;
- una noce di burro;&lt;br /&gt;
- olio extra vergine q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- prezzemolo q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- mezza cipolla;&lt;br /&gt;
- sedano, carota e cipolla:&lt;br /&gt;
- sale e parmigiano grattugiato q.b..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare il brodo vegetale, io in questo caso ho preparato il brodo con il dado.&lt;br /&gt;
In una pentola far soffriggere metà burro e un pò di olio con la cipolla tagliata finemente, quando questa sarà imbiondita aggiungervi il riso e farlo tostare.&lt;br /&gt;

Aggiungere 2 bicchieri di vino al riso, amalgamare per bene e farlo asciugare.&lt;br /&gt;

Continuare la cottura del riso aggiungendo il brodo un mestolo per volta.&lt;br /&gt;

Quando il riso sarà al dente aggiungervi il parmigiano grattugiato, il prezzemolo e la noce di burro per mantecarlo.&lt;br /&gt;

Prima che mi sposassi spesso d'estate mia mamma preparava per cena le melanzane a funghetto accompagnate dal prosciutto crudo, oppure dalle polpette di carne, come erano buone!!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;- &lt;/strong&gt;3 melanzane;&lt;br /&gt;
- 10 pomodorini;&lt;br /&gt;
- sale e basilico q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- olio per friggere;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 spicchio d'aglio.&lt;br /&gt;

Lavare e spuntare le melanzane e tagliarle a cubetti.&lt;br /&gt;

Quando l'aglio sarà imbionfdito prelevarlo dalla padella e versarvi i pomodorini tagliati a metà ed il sale.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g di bresaola;&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 mazzetti di rucola;&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 g di parmigiano;&lt;br /&gt;
- olio e sale q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Pulire e lavare per bene la rucola. &lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 60 g di farina;&lt;br /&gt;
- 6 albumi;&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g di zucchero;&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 g di cacao amaro;&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 cucchiai di zucchero vanigliato;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 pizzico di sale.&lt;br /&gt;

In una ciotola setacciare la farina, cacao il lievito e lo zucchero vanigliato. Aggiungere lo zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;

La ricetta originale presa dal blog di Mysia prevedeva l'uso della pancetta e non quello dei fiori ma visto che io non posso mangiare la pancetta l'ho abolita.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 360g di gnocchetti sardi;&lt;br /&gt;
- 500g di zucchine con fiore;&lt;br /&gt;
- 20 g di parmigiano grattugiato;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 bustina di zafferano;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cipolla piccola;&lt;br /&gt;
- sale q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- olio q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 foglioline di menta;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lavare e spuntare le zucchine grattugiarle in una grattugia a fori larghi.&lt;br /&gt;

In una padella far rosolare la cipolla e quando sarà imbiondita aggiungervi 3/4&amp;nbsp;di zucchine e i fiori.&lt;br /&gt;

Lo so che sto riempendo il blog con le ricette a base di funghi ma mi piacciono sia per l'odore che per il sapore, ovviamente io ho usato quelli surgelati ma se avete a disposizione quelli freschi molto meglio.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 500 g di scialatielli freschi;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 spicchio d'aglio;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 peperoncino;&lt;br /&gt;
- 250g di funghi&amp;nbsp;pioppini;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 fungo porcino surgelato;&lt;br /&gt;
- prezzemolo q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g di scamorza;&lt;br /&gt;
- sale e pepe q.b.,&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In una padella far soffriggere aglio olio e peperoncino.&lt;br /&gt;

Quando l'aglio sarà imbiondito prelevarlo dalla padella e aggiungervi i funghi.&lt;br /&gt;

Far cuocere i funghi per 10/15 minuti fino a che non si secca l'acqua.Tagliare i funghi in piccoli cubetti ed aggiungere il prezzemolo.&lt;br /&gt;

Vi lascio la mia versione di insalata di riso, fresca e leggera.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;- &lt;/strong&gt;250g di riso( che non scuoce);&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 scatolette di tonno da 80g c.u.;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 limone;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 scatola di mais&amp;nbsp;piccola; &lt;br /&gt;
- 4 pomodori per insalata;&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 carote;&lt;br /&gt;
- sale q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- basilico;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sbollentare il riso in abbondante acqua salata.&lt;br /&gt;
Lavare i pomodori e tagliarli a cubetti. In una ciotola mescolare il tonno i pomodori e d il mais.&lt;br /&gt;

Quando il riso sarà al dente scolarlo ed aggiungerlo nella ciotola.&lt;br /&gt;

Allora visto che, a mio marito non piacciono tutti i salumi e a me non piacciono tutti i formaggi, ho pensato che potevo creare una variante al classico casatiello ed ecco la&amp;nbsp;mia ciambella. In effetti l'impasto è quello del casatiello, solo che ho apportato&amp;nbsp;una variazione alla farcitura.&lt;br /&gt;

Lavorare energicamente l'impasto fino a formare una palla, io non l'ho fatto lievitare ma vi consiglio di far lievitare l'impasrto per 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;

Far riposare la ciambella per 4/5 ore. ( Se notate che non è cresciuto molto potete anche farlo lievitare in forno, cuocendolo a 100° per 1 ora e mezza e successivamente a 160° per un'altra ora e mezza).&lt;br /&gt;

Per preparare questo pollo ho copiato un trucchetto dal blog di Mysia e cioè ho inserito nel forno un pentolino con l'acqua in modo che il pollo non risulti secco e stopposo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 Kg di pollo in pezzi;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 Kg di patate;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 spicchio d'aglio;&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 cucchiai di olio extra vergine;&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp;2 rametto di rosmarino;&lt;br /&gt;
- sale q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare un battuto con l'aglio, il rosmarino, il pepe il sale e l'olio. Far riposare per mezz'ora.&lt;br /&gt;

Lavare i pezzi di pollo sotto l'acqua corrente, praticare dei taglia sulla superficie e posizionarlo in una teglia con il rametto di rosmarino.&lt;br /&gt;
Spennellare il pollo con l'olio aromatico lasciandone un pò da parte.&lt;br /&gt;

- 1 mazzetto di rucola;&lt;br /&gt;

Spargere 2/3 cucchiai di parmigiano in una padellina antiaderente, cercare di formare un cerchio.&lt;br /&gt;

In realtà la ricetta prevedeva anche l'utilizzo dei gamberi di media grandezza, ma io avendo improvvisato questa pasta mi sono arrangiata con i gamberetti sgusciati.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 500 g di gamberetti sgusciati surgelati;&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 zucchine di medie dimensioni;&lt;br /&gt;
- olio extra vergine d'oliva;&lt;br /&gt;
- scamorza q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- 500g di trofie fresche;&lt;br /&gt;
- sale e pepe q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 spicchio d'aglio.&lt;br /&gt;
Lavare e tagliare a rondelle le zucchine. In una padella far imbiondire l'aglio nell'olio. Sollevare l'aglio e far friggere le zucchine.&lt;br /&gt;

Preparare la pasta frolla disponendo su di una spianatoia la farina a fontana, il lievito, la scorza di limone o vanillina,lo zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;
Al centro mettervi il burro morbido tagliato a tocchetti e le uova. Amalgamare tutto fino ad ottenere un panetto liscio.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Riporlo in frigo per mezz'ora avvolto nella pellicola.&lt;br /&gt;

E invece è così questa è la prima volta che faccio la crema pasticcera, e devo dire che mi è venuta molto bene poichè ho seguito la ricetta del blog di Mysia che trovate &lt;a href="http://www.misya.info/2007/05/03/crema-pasticcera.htm"&gt;qui&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
La crema pasticcera può essere mangiata in coppetta accompagnata da lingue di gatto altro biscotto oppure può essere utilizzata per guarnire torte o crostate.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;- &lt;/b&gt;4 tuorli;&lt;br /&gt;
- 400 ml di latte;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 stecca di vaniglia o la scorza di un limone;&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g di zucchero;&lt;br /&gt;
- 40g di farina.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In una ciotola sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;

Se avete scelto la stecca di vaniglia prelevarla dal latte( dopo un pò di tempo in infusione) e versate il latte a filo nel composto&lt;br /&gt;

Trasferire il tutto in un pentolino&amp;nbsp;e cuocere la crema a fiamma bassa girando con un cucchiaio di legno o una frusta.&lt;br /&gt;
Mescolare fino a che la crema non si addensa.&lt;br /&gt;

In realtà a lui piacciono anche senza macinato e cioè con il ragu napoletano, però ho pensato che ogni tanto è bello variare un pò. Comunque ha apprezzato lo stesso.&lt;br /&gt;
Io ho usato il tegamino di creta, però se non lo avete oppure non vi va di fare le monoporzioni ovviamente potete usare una taglia più grande.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp;1/2 carota;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 costina di sedano;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 cipolla;&lt;br /&gt;
- olio extra vergine;&lt;br /&gt;
- 350g di macinato di manzo;&lt;br /&gt;
- 360g di orecchiette;&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 g di provola o mozzarella;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1,5 lt di passata di pomodoro;&lt;br /&gt;
- basilico q.b.;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/ bicchiere di vino bianco;&lt;br /&gt;
- 80g di parmigiano grattugiato;&lt;br /&gt;
- sale q.b..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lavare il sedano la carota e la cipolla e tagliarli finemente.&lt;br /&gt;

Quando inizierà a cambiare colore sfumare con il vino bianco.&lt;br /&gt;

Quando il vino bianco sarà sfumato aggiungere la passata di pomodoro, il basilico e il sale.&lt;br /&gt;

Far cuocere per 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;

Scaldare le orecchiette in acqua salata, scolarla al dente. Tagliare la provola o la mozzarella a cubetti.&lt;br /&gt;
In una casseruola mescolare le orecchiette con 2 mestoli di ragu, 2/3 di provola e metà del parmigiano.&lt;br /&gt;
