This is our second crack at a Pilsner. The first time around was a great success. Despite some stressful brewing conditions when we made this on Saturday, I feel now that it should be a great beer. We can expect this one to be ready in about 6 weeks.

St. Patty's Day - Black-Out Stout

This year, for St. Patrick's Day, we will be unveiling the Black-out Stout. This is going to be a monster Stout which had an O.G. of 1.092, so be prepared to call a cab, or crawl back to your house. Production for this beer was limited so we will only be serving it to the first 30 people who sign up on this page. If you plan to bring anyone, they will have to sign up as well so we can have an accurate head count. Location for the event will be emailed to those on the signup list a week before the event.
