Serbian Health Minister Tomica Milosavljevic has announced a swine flu epidemic in the country, meaning that nation-wide emergency vaccination can be carried out.

"This act.. is primarily aimed to establish legal requirements for emergency immunisations. Nothing spectacular that hasn't been happening these days will occur now that an epidemic has been declared," the minister said at a press conference Wednesday.

By declaring an epidemic, the government will also be able to prohibit public gatherings if deemed necessary, as well as give the power to authorities to carry out special epidemiological surveillance.

No, of course not, because the entire swine-production is just that...a production...a fabrication. There is nothing really happening. Israeli Rabbi Releases New Book/Manifesto On Killing Non-Jews; and The Talmud

Rabbi authors guidelines on killing gentiles

Bethlehem - Ma'an - Jews have the right to kill non-Jews in just about any circumstance, said Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira, the head of a religious school in the illegal settlement of Yitzhar, near Nablus.

"If we kill a gentile who has sinned or has violated one of the seven commandments [Noahide law; Ed]... there is nothing wrong with the murder," Shapira wrote, according to Hebrew-language Israeli newspaper Maariv.

"Those who, by speech, weaken our sovereignty" – deserve to die, the book explains. "It is permissible... even if they are not responsible for the threatening situation."According to Maariv, the book is a manifesto, "230 pages, no less, on the laws of the killing of gentiles, a guide to deciding whether and when it is permissible to take the life of non-Jews."

Shapira and his followers began selling the guide at Saturday's memorial in Jerusalem for Rabbi Meir Kahane, the Israeli Knesset member who urged the mass expulsion of Palestinians from Israel and the territories.

According to the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, Shapira based the majority of his teachings on passages quoted from the Bible, to which he added his opinions and beliefs. Several prominent rabbis have recommended the book to their students and followers, the newspaper reported on Monday.

Despite the general lack of understanding among most Christians, Judaism today is not a biblical religion...at all. It is based primarily on what is called the Talmud, which just so happens to be an incredibly blasphemous and 'anti-Christ' collection of rabbinical writings dating back thousands of years. It is also referred to as the "oral law". While not named as such in the above article, it is the Talmud that is being referred to in the statement about the "passages quoted from the bible [with] 'added opinions and belief'". These rabbinical 'commentaries', the Talmud, have been elevated to equal if not higher status then the actual bible itself. Here is an explanation of the importance of the Talmud to the Jews religion, from a Jewish source. As stated below, and this needs to be clearly understood, there is no Jewish religion apart from the Talmud. While all Jews are not radical Zionists, nevertheless, the Jewish mindset still comes from the Talmud, not the bible. This has not changed from the days when John the Baptist first appeared and called for the Jews to renounce these "commandments of men" (still unwritten at that time, hence the name 'oral law'; cf. words of Jesus; Mark 7:7,9), which of course they refused to do and cling to them tenaciously up until the present day:

Since the Talmud is the absolute authoritative source in Judaism, we do well to inquire as to what exactly it teaches. For that reason here a few quotes from the Talmud. Eye-openers they are. After reading these, you will be able to understand how it is possible for the publication of a book like the one released by Yitzhak Shapira just this past weekend, and how that it could be recommended by "several prominent rabbis" to their students and followers. [Note: These quotes are only a small sample, it gets even worse. A google will prove this true]:

Talmud: Baba mezia, 114b: "The Jews are called human beings, but the non-Jews are not humans. They are beasts."

Kerithoth 6b under the sub-head, "Oil of Anointing" and Berakoth 58a in which Gentile women are designated animals ("she-asses").

Sanhedrin 58b: If a heathen (Gentile) hits a Jew, the Gentile must be killed. Hitting a Jew is the same as hitting God

Erubin 21b: Whosoever disobeys the rabbis deserves death and will be punished by being boiled in hot excrement in hell.

Sanhedrin 43a: Jesus ("Yeshu" [this name is used as a slur] and in footnote #6, Yeshu "the Nazarene") was executed because he practiced sorcery.

Gittin 57a: "Jesus is in hell and is being punished by being boiled in semen. Christians are boiled in dung.

Coschen hamischpat 425 Hagah 425. 5: "It is the law to kill anyone who denies the Torah. The Christians belong to the denying ones of the Torah."

Rosh Hashanah 17a: Christians ("minim") and others who reject the Talmud will go to hell and be punished there for all generations

Shabbath 116a (p. 569): Jews must destroy the books of the Christians, i.e. the New Testament.

Zohar 1,160a: "Jews must always try to deceive Christians."

Schabouth Hag. 6b: "Jews may swear falsely by use of subterfuge wording.

Golf balls: 'Humanity's signature litter'

London, England (CNN) -- Research teams at the Danish Golf Union have discovered it takes between 100 to 1,000 years for a golf ball to decompose naturally. A startling fact when it is also estimated 300 million balls are lost or discarded in the United States alone, every year. It seems the simple plastic golf ball is increasingly becoming a major litter problem.

Course manager for the Danish Golf Union, Torben Kastrup Petersen, said the scale of the problem is unknown: "There has been very little research on the environmental impact of golf balls, but it's safe to say the indicators are not good. We are planning to collaborate with environmentalists in America to conduct more tests to fully explore the extent of the problem."

Golf balls...or golf courses, i.e. water rights?

Behind the ever increasing absurdities and outright deception that come streaming forth daily from the global 'Environmental Bureau of Propaganda' is always the easily discerned evil ulterior motive. This case is no different. It boils down to the draconian control system now being foisted on the global population (note the word "collaborate", i.e. global government). One means of acquiring this very powerful totalitarian control will be the controlling of water rights...or...that should probably be stated as the 'lack thereof' for the common man:

Golf courses take up a lot of land. Bottom line...golf courses are "not sustainable" for the global serfdom. The serfdom is to be tightly controlled in every aspect of their life, and in a large measure this is to be accomplished through all sorts of water restrictions, because, according to the UN, water is not a "basic human right". With that declaration the way is cleared for taking control of the earth's water. He who controls the water controls all life on the planet. Something Shadowy at 'Shadow Mountain'

This picture is of well known TV/radio pastor, evangelist, and author David Jeremiah speaking to his congregation at his home church in San Diego, California. The church is named Shadow Mountain Community Church. Jeremiah is widely accepted as a leading figure in the evangelical Christian world today, although his contemplative (heretical) leanings of late have been fairly well documented. Jeremiah's teaching is another subject for another time, Lord willing, and not the purpose of this post. The only comment at this time along these lines would be to say that while Jeremiah's teaching usually seems to be solid to most hearers, it is regularly interspersed with very subtle deviations from scriptural truth. But should any object to that evaluation as being offered without evidence, let them first answer the question(s) posed here, for this question is pressing, and it is the purpose of this post.

The question is this: Why does Jeremiah have an occult 'all seeing eye' mosaic as the dominating feature in the Shadow Mountain church sanctuary? If you have seen the broadcast you may or may not have noticed this. The people in the church are apparently completely unaware of the significance of the fact that he is 'preaching' virtually from underneath the occult 'all-seeing eye'. Something is very wrong with this.

First, what about this ubiquitous all-seeing eye? In the dark magic of the occult, symbols are always used to represent spiritual things. The occult practitioners believe that the symbols have powers, and they use them for this reason. Again, the intent is not to delve into a comprehensive study of symbols, but to bring out the simple fact that those who use symbols are doing so for a reason. Here are a few quotes from some of these practitioners themselves:

The inner meaning in this instance is that the 'image' of the ubiquitous all-seeing eye is not just artwork, but is the "eye of Horus" (Satan):

2. Albert Pike, Masonic Grand Commander admitted, "...the All-seeing eye,...to the Egyptian initiates was the emblem of Osiris, the Creator." Apart from those who would plead ignorance, the identification of the 'eye' is generally beyond dispute, but, what then is the occult purpose for the use of this symbol of the 'all seeing eye':

In the mind of the occultist then, the use of the symbol is in it's power to "illuminate" the neophyte, the unlearned, so as to bring them to the "religion of light". Which leads then to the next question: What exactly is the "religion of light"?

Understanding the statements of the two 'experts' quoted directly above, this "religion of light", emanating from ancient Egypt, is nothing less than the outright worship of Lucifer. It was back then, it is today still. The reality is that this 'religion' is Luciferianism, and the predominant symbol for it is the 'eye of Horus', aka Lucifer. Truly, this is a clear fact.

This 'one eye' is absolutely everywhere today, from corporate logos to an unceasing bombardment in movies and on television programs and commercials. On the television, clever camera angles and partially shaded faces are used to endlessly flash the 'one eyed' curse. If you watch for it, you will be astounded.

Generally speaking, according to the quoted masonic sources above, it is fair to say that the secret society/occultists are using the 'eye of Horus' in an effort to do what they would describe as 'illuminating' the masses, so as to bring them to the 'religion of light'. Much more accurate to say though, and the truth of the matter, is that in their minds it is to literally 'cast a spell' on the ignorant masses, subliminally flooding their subconscious minds with the power of their symbol, for the purpose of preparing the world for the arrival of their Anti-christ.

Back to the original question. Why is David Jeremiah preaching 'his message' from under the Luciferian 'all-seeing eye', and broadcasting it across the globe?

Another problem. The "Horned Hand", El Cornuto or The Mano Cornuto: It is a widely known Satanic salute of recognition. It is not a normative position for the human hand. The hand does not naturally take this position. It is no more of a normal hand position than is the universally recognized sign of 'flipping the bird'. It has to be consciously formed. Many people obviously do this without any intent of showing any allegiance to the Devil. To them it is basically "party on dude". Regardless of that, many, from rock stars to high ranking politicians to wealthy celebrities use the horned hand knowingly as a semi-secret sign to each other, and as a recognition of the source of their 'power' (for instance). A google of 'horned hand' will provide ample evidence for any who want to investigate the matter further.

Here then is the next question. And while it is not really a pleasant one to have to consider, at the same time, taking everything into consideration, it is a fair question: Is David Jeremiah, preaching here from under the watchful gaze of the all-seeing eye of the NWO Antichrist, as this sequence of photos show [clipped from video], making the 'horned hand' signal?

Shown kneeling in prayer is master mason George Washington. Above his head the banner states "This Nation Under God". Above that banner though, is the reverse side of so-called "great seal of the United States", with the 'Eye of Horus' radiating 'light', and holding the preeminent position in the Capitol prayer room. (The front side of the 'seal' is below Washington)

So we have George Washington on one knee in prayer, under the 'Eye of Horus', in the U.S. Capitol's prayer room.

Seeing this, should it not be presumed that a 'hidden message' could also be found in the symbolism of this stained glass window? Which begs the question: Is this symbolism revealing that the 'god' under which 'this nation' was founded is actually 'Horus' i.e. Lucifer?

Rather interesting, is it not?

This quote from the 'Masonic Lodge of Education' may provide some 'illuminaton' on the questions raised in this post:

President's address to the Ukrainian people on the occasion of flu epidemic in Ukraine

Dear fellow citizens! I address you in performance of my constitutional duty under the Article 106 of the Basic Law of the state. The reason is the emergency epidemic situation in the country.

Infections of viral origin, including the A/H1N1 flu, are rapidly spreading across Ukraine. The emergency is evident in the scale of the epidemic: the speed and the geography of its spreading, rapid progress of the illness and the exceptional number of deaths. People are dying. The epidemic is killing doctors. This is absolutely unprecedented and inconceivable in the XXI century.

All the limits have been exceeded - even those under the Constitution that determine my actions as the President.

Second. The A/H1N1 virus is easily mutating. It has travelled across half of the globe before coming to Ukraine. This means that the virus has become particularly pathogenic.

At the same time I instruct the Government and the Ministry of Health to immediately start preventive and promotional work in areas where there is no epidemic, targeting primarily the special risk groups. [mandatory vaccinations?]

We must change the system. We must change the entire system of government in Ukraine. But now, in this moment there is no time for waiting or remonstrance.

National Security and Defense Council should become the center of decision-making. Failure to comply with its orders will immediately result in application to the law enforcement authorities.

I remind all the responsible persons and draw attention to all of my orders, made in Lviv four days ago. In three days the deadline for compliance with these orders expires. With my decree I put Minister of Health and Chief Sanitary Inspector of Ukraine into the Council for National Security and Defense.

I appeal to all of you, dear fellow citizens, to show solidarity, mutual support, and strictly adhere to all the safety regulations regarding protection of your health and lives.

For not a single moment you will be left alone by the state.

This is a very dramatic development. The sitting president of Ukraine has officially declared that the so-called swine virus is mutating and has become "particularly pathogenic', made the statement that "We must now change the entire system of government in Ukraine", and issued orders to turn the government over to the 'National Security and Defense Council'. In addition he has ordered the "Government of Ministry and Health" to begin what appear to be mandatory vaccinations in certain regions. Remarking also that "All limits have been exceeded - even those under the constitution that determine my actions as the president", he is stepping aside, and, in an amazingly Orwellian statement has turned the people of Ukraine over to the care of "the state" [see last line].

Although not mentioned, it certainly follows that the upcoming presidential elections in Ukraine will be cancelled. Martial law is the only conclusion possible, and understanding the big picture, the harsh reality is that this "change in government" will be permanent .

The office of Emergency Response in the district of Desniansko, Kiev, are tonight (30th Oct.) strongly refuting reports that light aircraft were spraying a substance over the city intended to counter a “swine flu pandemic” in Ukraine.

It was reported that light aircraft were seen over the Forest market area of the city (close to the Forest metro station) and they were spraying an aerosol substance intended to “counter swine flu”, this of course would constitute forced medication of the population.

The editors of local newspapers in Kiev received dozens of phone calls from concerned residents and shop owners in the Forest market area of the city reporting they had observed several light airplanes circling in the sky during the day spraying an unidentified aerosol into the atmosphere.

Reports of helicopters and light airplanes spraying aerosols over Kiev, Lviv, Ternopil, and other cities throughout Ukraine are tonight flooding online forums and websites, hundreds of people have verified the reports with their own eye-witness accounts.

An order from President Yushchenko is expected soon that will effectively place Ukraine under “martial law”. “Due to the complex epidemiological situation in the western regions of Ukraine, where tens of thousands of people have become ill, thousands are in hospital, and dozens have died.”

Nine regions of Ukraine have declared a quarantine around the country and public events have been banned (including the elections).The Clergy have been ordered not to hold any Church or religious services on Sundays or to gather a congregation for any reason whatsoever. Ukraine Quarantines Nine 'Regions'

“Judging by the preliminary data, Ukraine is now in the global pandemic zone and we have epidemics of the ‘Californian flu’ or A/H1N1 influenza,” Health Minister Vasily Knyazevich announced.

“Express-tests cannot provide a hundred percent verification of the virus, they give only 50% accuracy. That’s why blood probes of those who died were sent to special laboratories for further testing. And only this morning it was confirmed that at least 11 deaths were caused by the A/H1N1 virus.” announced Prime Minister Timoshenko

Nine regions in Ukraine, which were most affected by the flu epidemics, have declared a quarantine. Schools and universities have been closed for three weeks and people are advised to avoid public places. Public servants were ordered to wear masks while on duty under penalty of fines.

The government may also limit traveling in the country to curb the spread of the virus, Prime Minister Timoshenko said on Friday.

This from another source: "Health Minister Vasyl Kniazevych [here] says that express diagnostics has not found that H1N1 virus has caused death of nine people who died of pneumonia in Ternopil region...The minister noted that the main objective is to identify the virus causing the disease, which is expected to take several weeks."

Testing for the new mystery virus will take weeks, says the NWO spokesman, as they begin to lockdown the regions and institute totalitarian control over the areas in question. Nine regions quarantined. Schools and universities shut for three weeks, people advised to avoid public places, limit on travel...and and and...we'll let you know after that.

This looks very much like the first large scale test run for planned quarantine efforts worldwide. Working out the kinks, that is. May possibly be used also as ammunition for the ever-creeping mandatory toxic-injection campaigns currently being toyed with in most countries across the globe.

‎"In a 30-page ruling, US District Judge David O. Carter of California said his court lacked the jurisdiction to rule on a case intended to unseat a sitting president. Australians could be banned from living on the coast
The National Sea Change Taskforce, a parliamentary committee, spent 18 months examining the effect that changing climate could have on coastal Australia and concluded that urgent action was needed to safeguard the coast from seas that are expected to rise more than 31 inches this century.

However, the sweeping parliamentary report urged authorities to consider "the possibility of a government instrument that prohibits continued occupation of the land or future building development on the property due to sea hazard".

The report also called for a national coastline plan, greater co-operation between the three levels of government and a revised building code to cope with storm surges and soil erosion.

Expert: U.N. Resolutions Would Create 'Global Blasphemy Law'
The so-called “defamation of religions” U.N. resolutions, proposed by the Organization of the Islamic Conference, would create a “global blasphemy law,” the chair of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom warned on Wednesday.

The resolutions are currently non-binding, but OIC has publicly stated that its goal is for the U.N. to adopt a binding international covenant against the “defamation of religions.”

Council bans parents from play areas
Parents have been banned from supervising their children in public playgrounds, because they have not undergone criminal record checks.

Only council-vetted "play rangers" are now allowed to monitor youngsters in two adventure areas in Watford while parents must watch from outside a perimeter fence. Councillors in Watford claim they are only following Government guidelines and cannot allow adults to walk around playgrounds "unchecked".

Parents already have to 'register' their child on arrival at the free playgrounds so staff have their contact details in the event of an accident.

But now only those who have been CRB vetted by the council can enter the sites, which are surrounded by six foot high steel and wooden fences.

"Due to Ofsted regulations we have a responsibility to ensure that every authorised adult who enters our site is properly vetted and given a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check by Watford Borough Council."

State Of New York Declares Swine Flu Emergency

ALBANY -- Gov. David Paterson declared a state of emergency, saying a recent rise in swine flu cases has created a "disaster" and that certain provisions of state law needed to be set aside to get people vaccinated as quickly as possible.

The executive order Thursday means that far more health care professionals -- including dentists, dental hygienists, podiatrists, pharmacists, midwives and physicians assistants -- will be permitted to administer swine flu and seasonal flu vaccines with only brief training.

"A disaster has occurred throughout New York state, for which the affected local governments are unable to respond adequately," Paterson states in the order.

The order states that the World Health Organization has declared the swine flu a pandemic and President Barack Obama has declared a national emergency. Obama's declaration is a precaution so if hospitals are overwhelmed, patients can be taken to other health care sites.

There it is in a nutshell. Deconstruction of the existing staus quo. New York is the second state, behind Maine, to position themselves to drastically advance the draconian ambitions of the NWO through the use of the invented 'Swine '09' pandemic production. Obama signs first major federal gay rights law

WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama on Wednesday signed the first major piece of federal gay rights legislation

Obama said. "No one in America should ever be afraid to walk down the street holding the hands of the person they love."

Legislation barring firms from firing employees on the basis of their sexual orientation could win passage in the House of Representatives by year's end, gay rights advocates said.

Obama has promised to push Congress to repeal the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy that prohibits being openly gay while serving.

Gay rights activists also hope for repeal next year of the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act, which would give federal legitimacy to gay marriages recorded in states that allow them.

They are not set apart for special treatment in the inerrant Word of God but are lumped in with other fornicators of every stripe, along with adulterers, thieves, drunkards, etc. This category is known as "the unrighteous".
