After hearing evidence with neither President Barack Obama nor his lawyers in attendance, a state administrative law judge on Thursday did not issue a ruling as to whether Obama can be allowed on the state ballot in November.

Late Wednesday, Obama's lawyer, Michael Jablonski, wrote Secretary of State Brian Kemp, asking him to suspend the hearing. "It is well established that there is no legitimate issue here -- a conclusion validated time and again by courts around the country," Jablonski wrote.

In response, Kemp said the hearing to consider the challenges is required by Georgia law. "If you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the [Office of State Administrative Hearings] proceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril," Kemp wrote.

Thursday's hearing was held before a packed courtroom with almost every seat taken -- except for those at the defendant's table facing the judge.

Obama Birther Case In Georgia Unlikely To Bring The President, Despite Judge's Order huffingtonpost.com

The White House appears prepared to ignore a recent ruling by Georgia Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi that would require President Obama to attend a birther hearing in Fulton County, Ga., on Thursday.

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney outlined Barack Obama's weekly agenda on Monday, noting that the president is scheduled to hit Las Vegas, Denver and Detroit on Thursday in a whirlwind tour to talk middle class job creation.

That's not likely to sit well with Malihi, who last week rejected an effort by Obama's legal team to quash a subpoena that would require president appear in court that day. The complaint, like many others of its kind, claims Obama isn't a natural-born citizen and therefore can't be president.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution spoke with attorney Melvin Goldstein, who is not involved with the case, to get some insight on what might happen if the administration simply turned a blind eye to the court order. While unprecedented, he said Malihi could possibly refer the matter to a Fulton County Superior Court judge, who could then decide whether to enforce the subpoena. If necessary, Goldstein suggested, the judge could hold the president in contempt.

The phrase "elephant in the room" is used to describe a very large problem that everybody knows about but nobody wants to talk about because it is either very uncomfortable to talk about or it is too controversial. According to Jack Graham, T.D. Jakes, Crawford Loritts, Mark Driscoll, Wayne Cordeiro, James MacDonald [pictured], and Steven Furtick, there is an "elephant in the room" of the so-called Christian world, and that elephant is 'non-unity'. So deciding that the time has come to deal with the Christian elephant of non-unity, they elected themselves to hold a conference where all the causes of division in the so-called church world could be hashed out, and called it the "Elephant Room".

There is a huge problem with this though, and it's bigger than any elephant. Reinterpreting the Word of God as a means of creating pseudo-unity is bad enough certainly, but that is really not the end goal. What this is really about is creating an organization over Christendom - the name Christendom signifying the outwardly visible professing church across the entire spectrum. The men named above, with their various organizations, represent a vast cross section of this so-called Christendom. These organizations are now autonomous, but autonomy is not 'sustainable' for the future global society. They must be partnered and networked, i.e. unified, for global-management purposes. This is what the "Elephant Room" is really about. It is a ruse of the global agenda. Wiring the system, so to speak, to begin establishing centralized control over the whole.

The false preterist-dominionist doctrine which makes the Book of Revelation a thing of the past [here] has prepared the unsuspecting masses of Laodicean church members to follow blindly, and they are. The very real blessed hope of the imminent coming of the Lord Jesus Christ for his bride is by them rejected. Likewise the judgment to follow of the Christ rejecting Jews and world - either deferred to the distant future or allegorized away completely. In it's place they have been sold a bill of goods about "building the kingdom of God" and "changing the world". Not going to happen. There is a kingdom being built though. see: kingdom of God, or Antichrist?

And who is it that has sold them this bill of goods? According to the apostle Peter [2Pet. 3:3-5] false teachers would come in the last days who would scoff at the idea of the imminent coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. The scripture is a prophecy and it describes the condition of things today. Those who 'sell' doctrines like preterism and dominionism are, according to the Bible, scoffers. According to them the imminent coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is a fantasy. "Where is the promise of his coming", they proudly scoff, but the Word of God notes this about that: "they willingly are ignorant".

Jack Graham, T.D. Jakes, Crawford Loritts, Mark Driscoll, Wayne Cordeiro, James MacDonald, and Steven Furtick all fall into this category of scoffers, having exchanged the 'blessed hope' [Titus 2:13] for the preterist/amillennial delusion of earthly dominion.

Jude also spoke prophetically about men who would in the last days make themselves out to be leaders over the entire Christian church, which in reality is exactly what the above group is doing. In a passage directly paralleling 2Peter 3:3-5, he first cautioned the "beloved" to "remember" that they had been told this would be the case, to expect it [Jude 17-18], and then spoke about the men themselves. Jude 19 reads: "These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit"

They "separate themselves", wrote Jude. In other words, they make themselves out as 'large and in charge'. The verse could even be seen as meaning that these would set themselves apart as directors over the entire Church. Something, perhaps, like a board of directors sitting in an "elephant room" thinking that they have the right to interpret the Word of God to fit their agenda and to direct policy for all churches everywhere. They might even tell that "your day is done" unless you go along with them [see "Furtick" at top]. Jude goes on to point out that they who do this are "sensual", which is to say fleshly and self-willed, and most importantly for the believer to understand, that they "have not the Spirit".

They have not the Spirit. Let that sink in. It matters not how much they may go on and on about the "Holy Spirit", He is not in it, or them. And it matters not who preached this or that because, since "they have not the Spirit", the whole thing is a wash. "That which is born of the flesh is flesh". The third person of the Triune Godhead, the precious Holy Spirit of God, is not in any way involved in creating false unity among those who hold every wind of doctrine and are ignorantly or knowingly helping to build the kingdom of Antichrist on earth. The Holy Spirit is about the work of calling the true church 'out' of this Satan-controlled world system, and that call is a heavenly call. [Heb. 3:1].

Judge Malihi just issued an order. Motion to quash my subpoena was denied. Barack Obama, President of the United States will have to appear in court on January 26 and comply with my subpoena and produce all the documents, that I demanded.

I will be also presenting a case, showing that elections fraud was committed by Barack Obama, that he is using a forged birth certificate, stolen or fraudulently obtained Social Security number and that there is no evidence to believe that the last name he is using is legally his, due to the fact, that in his mother’s passport he goes under the name Soebarkah and in his school registration in Indonesia he went by the last name Soetoro. There is no evidence of legal change of name.

Make no mistake about it. This is the beginning of Watergate2 or ObamaForgeryGate. I believe this is the second time in the U.S. history a sitting President is ordered to comply with a subpoena, and produce documents, which might eventually bring criminal charges to the President and a number of high ranking individuals.

Judge whacks Obama in eligibility case wnd.com

A Georgia judge has refused a demand from Barack Obama to quash a subpoena to appear at a series of administration hearings Jan. 26 at which residents of the state are challenging, as allowed under a state law, his name on the 2012 presidential ballot.

Hearings have been scheduled for three separate complaints raised against Obama’s candidacy. They all are raised by Georgia residents who are challenging Obama’s name on the 2012 ballot for various reasons, which they are allowed to do under state law.

The schedule for the hearings was set by Malihi of the Georgia state Office of State Administrative Hearings. In Georgia, a state law requires “every candidate for federal” office who is certified by the state executive committees of a political party or who files a notice of candidacy “shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.”

Citizens bringing the complaints include David Farrar, Leah Lax, Cody Judy, Thomas Malaren and Laurie Roth, represented by Taitz; David Weldon represented by attorney Van R. Irion of Liberty Legal Foundation; and Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell, represented by J. Mark Hatfield.

Hatfield also had filed with the court a “Notice to Produce” asking for Obama’s documents and records. He wants one of the two original certified copies of Obama’s long-form birth certificate.

Also, required are medical, religious administrative and other records about Obama’s birth; passports, applications and related records; college and university applications; bar association applications and materials; details on the citizenship of Obama’s father and other documents.

Those who argue against his birth in the United States note that numerous experts have given testimony and sworn statements that they believe Obama’s Hawaiian birth documentation to be fraudulent.

Evangelicals, Catholics, Mormons Sign Letter Supporting Traditional Marriage

“We are happy to add the national voice of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod to this thoughtful and articulate case for marriage between one man and one woman,” Harrison said in a statement Friday, a day after he signed the letter titled “Marriage and Religious Freedom: Fundamental Goods That Stand or Fall Together.”

Written to all Americans, the letter was signed by 38 other religious leaders from Anglican, Baptist, Catholic, evangelical, Jewish, Lutheran, Pentecostal and even Mormon communities in the United States.

Signers affirm that “the union of one man and one woman as husband and wife - is a matter of the common good and serves the wellbeing of the couple, of children, of civil society and all people.”

They also say in the letter that the “most urgent peril” is “forcing or pressuring both individuals and religious organizations – throughout their operations, well beyond religious ceremonies – to treat same-sex sexual conduct as the moral equivalent of marital sexual conduct.

“There is no doubt that the many people and groups whose moral and religious convictions forbid same-sex sexual conduct will resist the compulsion of the law, and church-state conflicts will result.”

“There is a need to act collectively with others of good will in this society,” he added.

The letter comes days before the presidential proclamation for Religious Freedom Day on Jan. 16 and weeks before World Marriage Day on Feb. 12 and National Marriage Week USA from Feb. 7 to 14.

(excerpted) The U.S. House of Representatives convenes for the first time in 2012 on January 17th, and they will be welcomed by the largest national unification of Occupiers to date.

All occupations are encouraged to bring a Petition for Redress of Grievances* from their respective camps and communities. Though our grievances are many, the common theme that runs through them will be amplified on the steps of Capitol Hill: corporations, special interests and money from the autocratic elite has created a government that is unable to govern for the people. We will be joined by those who agree with this from across the political spectrum. Those who can’t join us will Occupy Congress’ phone lines and email boxes, making sure their representatives hear their voice.

This event is still taking shape and Occupiers are building this national assembly in the spirit that collective action empowers people to govern themselves. First thing to notice is that the conferences are basically back to back and feature some of the same speakers so they must be considered as designed to complement each other. The "Code Orange Revival", presently underway, is described basically as the rumblings of a volcano threatening to erupt...with the 12-day "revival" being the stage just before the eruption. The "eruption" of course, when it does happen, is to be a new and powerful 'movement of God' in 2012. Big is easier to sell.

The second conference, the so-called Elephant Room, will then pick up right where the "revival" left off and begin to focus the energy and give it a tangible direction. What direction that will be is actually summed up neatly in their own mission statement, quoted above. It says "What if we created a new tribe?"

A new tribe. There it is, the whole thing in a nutshell. To make this happen the Elephant Room conference will bring in seven big names in Christendom representing a cross-section of different views and doctrinal beliefs and sit them down so all together now they can "reconsider what the scriptures actually say", because, "no one has a corner on the truth". With those ground rules agreed to, "the conversations" will begin and the different views will then begin to be merged and a pre-planned compromise reached. The new tribe concept will be birthed across the globe. The handiwork of the hegelian dialectic.

That very briefly is an overview of what is taking place.

"Transformation" is what it is all about. The transformation of the existing world system into a global society. That process is far advanced. Before it can be completed though the religions of the world must also be transformed so that they can be fitted into the new global system. This definitely includes the 'Christian religion'. It too must be "transformed" which will mean embracing the 'new way' of love, peace, tolerance, and acceptance, finding it's equal place in the "spiritual brotherhood" of mankind where "religious" is out but "spiritual" is in, because religion divides but spirituality is inclusive. Which is exactly what these conferences are for...moving old way old day Christendom into casting aside religious differences...and creating the new way new day characterized not by divisiveness but by inclusivity - the "New Tribe". With the big names involved in this, it must be considered as being very significant. The strong delusion will be far reaching.

There is still one big problem though, the one identified by Rick Warren a few years back - it is those nasty "Christian fundamentalists". They are just too religious. They just will not "embrace change"...and because of that are the "enemies of the 21st century" [see 'Warren' at top]

Christian fundamentalists as enemies brings up a very interesting connection to these conferences. That same sentiment expressed by Warren was recently expressed, and actually taken to a whole new level, by none other than Code Orange Revival/Elevation Church founder himself, Steven Furtick, in the release of a 'hissssss'-y fit video about ten months ago [3-1-11] called "Hey haters":

:09 Hey haters...I hate to break this to you but, your day is done...
:36 we're sick and tired of your pervasive propensity to pick a fight and hide the light...so scared to death of difference, shaking your fist in the face of change:
:50 I hear you hating on some people cause they're not deep enough...you're full of opinions but low on the spirit...cause the spirit is love...the spirit is peace...the spirit is kindness
1:20 you look like a toddler drawing lines in the sand...but for all your hating and pontificating...there is no change..
1:38 fall back...it's a new day...cause we're not looking for approval from you
1:48 are you going to criticize or create
1:58 are you going to exchange your hate, trade the pain of the same, embrace a new way to change the world
2:04 a new light has dawned..to still the tongue of the cynic...

Note that there is not a single mention of the Lord Jesus Christ. There is not a single mention of earnestly contending for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints...but on the contrary...a vitriolic tirade actually directed at those whom to the best of their abilities have in fact been rightfully doing just that - contending for the faith by voicing objections to what Furtick calls the "new way', the "new day", and the "new light". 'Fundamentally' unscriptural is the complaint. This does not make New Triber Furtick happy.

According to Furtick, these are "haters", and he declares that their day is done. According to Furtick haters are "hiding the light...scared of difference...shaking their fist in the face of change..."

And according to Furtick, haters are "full of opinions but low on the spirit...[of]...love, peace, kindness...like toddlers drawing lines in the sand..." [translated: scriptural accuracy (aka your 'opinion') is not crucial because no one has a corner on truth, so quit playing in the sand kiddies and get enlightened like us and come to the 'new light' where it's all about loooove and accepting whatever - it's all good]

And on and on, but to wrap this up for the time being...the crux of the matter for those who have not already bowed the knee to the likes of Furtick and his gang of new way new day new light New Tribers is found in these statements also pulled from the video:

"Fall back...it's a new day", orders Furtick [1:38], "...are you going to exchange your hate...embrace a new way to change the world..." [1:58]

Those statements need no translation, they are clear. The New Tribers, who are obviously not enemies but friends-of-the-21st-century, represented here by Furtick, have served notice. Either exchange your "fundamentalism" [i.e. biblical Christianity] and embrace the "new way to change the world", i.e. the evolving New Tribe inclusive spirituality, which these conferences are dialectically advancing, or "your day is done". And if not, then "fall back", demands New Tribe evangelist Furtick, channeling Warren now in essentially raising non-compliance i.e. 'hating' to the level of being an "enemy of the 21st century".

Funny thing about that dreamy concept of changing the world is that 'fixing' and/or 'saving' and/or 'changing' this present world is nowhere found in the Holy Bible. Absolutely nowhere is the Christian church instructed to "change the world". It cannot be found. The scripture is clear, but unbelief blinds the eyes.

The idea of the Christian church changing the world is as far from reality as could be. The Word of God gives us the exact opposite scenario. It foretells the utter corruption of the 'professing' church as being the final state of Christendom [Rev. 3:16-17], and tells us that at that time it will merge into and become part of the political-spiritual world government of Antichrist [Rev. 17:3]. The New Tribe concept is how that will happen.

Orange is the wrong color code for what is happening here. And it definitely is no "revival". But a warning does need to be put out...a Code Red for danger danger. If you are already involved but not yet fully mesmerized by the 'dawning of the new light' then it is highly recommended to get out immediately, and take as many as possible with you. Rev. 18:4

Narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it

There is only one standard of truth and error to which we ought to appeal. That standard is the Holy Scripture. Whatever is there written we must receive and believe; whatever cannot be proved by Scripture we ought to refuse. Can any reader of this paper subscribe to this? If he cannot, there is little chance of his being moved by any words of mine. If he can, let him give me his attention for a few moments, and I will tell him some solemn things.

Let us look, then, for one thing, at one single text of Scripture, and examine it well. We shall find it in Matthew 7:13-14. "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." Now these are the words of our Lord Jesus Christ. They are the words of Him who was very God, and whose words shall never pass away. They are the words of Him who knew what was in man—who knew things to come, and things past—who knew that He should judge all people at the last day. And what do those words mean? Are they words which no man can understand without a knowledge of Hebrew or Greek? No—they are not! Are they a dark, unfulfilled prophecy, like the visions in Revelation, or the description of Ezekiel's temple? No—they are not! Are they a deep mysterious saying, which no human intellect can fathom? No—they are not! The words are clear, plain, and unmistakable. Ask any laboring man who can read, and he will tell you so. There is only one meaning which can be attached to them. Their meaning is, that many people will be lost—and few will be saved.

Let us look, in the next place, at the whole history of mankind as respects religion, as we have it given in the Bible. Let us go through the whole four thousand years, over which the history of the Bible reaches. Let us find, if we can, one single period of time at which godly people were many, and ungodly people were few.

How was it in the days of Noah? The earth we are told expressly was "filled with violence." The imagination of the thoughts of man's heart was only "evil continually." (Gen. 6:5,11,12.) "All flesh had corrupted his way." The loss of paradise was forgotten. The warnings of God, by Noah's mouth, were despised. And at length, when the flood came on the world and drowned every living thing, there were but eight people who had faith enough to flee for refuge to the ark! And were there many saved in those days? Let any honest reader of the Bible give an answer to that question. There can be no doubt what the answer must be.

How was it in the days of Abraham, and Isaac, and Lot? It is evident that in the matter of religion they stood very much alone. The family from which they were taken was a family of idolaters. The nations among whom they lived were sunk in gross darkness and sin. When Sodom and Gomorrah were burned there were not five righteous people to be found in the four cities of the plain. When Abraham and Isaac desired to find wives for their sons, there was not a woman in the land where they sojourned to whom they could wish to see them married. And were there many saved in those days? Let any honest reader of the Bible give an answer to that question. There can be no doubt what the answer must be.

How was it with Israel in the days of the Judges? No one can read the book of Judges, and not be struck with the sad examples of man's corruption which it affords. Time after time we are told of the people forsaking God, and following idols. In spite of the plainest warnings, they joined affinity with the Canaanites, and learned their works. Time after time we read of their being oppressed by foreign kings, because of their sins, and then miraculously delivered. Time after time we read of the deliverance being forgotten, and of the people returning to their former sins, like the sow that is washed to her wallowing in the mire. And were there many saved in those days? Let any honest reader of the Bible give an answer to that question. There can be no doubt what the answer must be.

How was it with Israel in the days of the Kings? From Saul, the first king, down to Zedekiah, the last king, their history is a melancholy account of backsliding, and declension, and idolatry—with a few bright exceptional periods. Even under the best kings there seems to have been a vast amount of unbelief and ungodliness, which only lay hid for a season, and burst out at the first favorable opportunity. Over and over again we find that under the most zealous kings "the high places were not taken away." Mark how even David speaks of the state of things around him, "Help, Lord, for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men." (Psalm 12:1.) Mark how Isaiah describes the condition of Judah and Jerusalem, "The whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint. From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores...Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah." (Isaiah 1:5-9)

Mark how Jeremiah describes his time, "Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth, and I will pardon it." (Jer. 5:1.) Mark how Ezekiel speaks of the people of his times, "And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, the house of Israel is to me become dross: all they are brass, and tin, and iron, and lead, in the midst of the furnace; they are even the dross of silver." (Ezek. 22:17, 18.) Mark what he says in the sixteenth and twenty-third chapters of his prophecy about the kingdoms of Judah and Israel. And were there many saved in those days? Let any honest reader of the Bible give an answer to that question. There can be no doubt what the answer must be.

How was it with the Jews when our Lord Jesus Christ was on earth? The words of Saint John are the best account of their spiritual state, "He came unto His own, and His own received Him not." (John 1:11.) He lived as no one born of woman had ever lived before—a blameless, harmless, holy life. He "went about doing good." (Acts 10:38.) He preached as no one ever preached before. Even the officers of his enemies confessed, "Never man spake like this man." (John 7:46.) He did miracles to confirm His ministry, which, at first sight, we might have fancied would have convinced the most hardened. But, notwithstanding all this, the vast majority of the Jews refused to believe Him. Follow our Lord in all His travels over Palestine, and you will always find the same story. Follow Him into the city, and follow Him into the wilderness; follow Him to Capernaum and Nazareth, and follow Him to Jerusalem; follow Him among Scribes and Pharisees, and follow Him among Sadducees and Herodians—everywhere you will arrive at the same result. They were amazed—they were silenced—they were astonished—they wondered—but very few became disciples! The immense proportion of the nation would have none of His doctrine, and crowned all their wickedness by putting Him to death. And were there many saved in those days? Let any honest reader of the Bible give an answer to that question. There can be no doubt what the answer must be.

How was it with the world in the days of the Apostles? If ever there was a period when true religion flourished it was then. Never did the Holy Spirit call into the fold of Christ so many souls in the same space of time. Never were there so many conversions under the preaching of the Gospel as when Paul and his fellow-laborers were the preachers. But still, it is plain from the Acts of the Apostles, that true Christianity "everywhere it is spoken against." (Acts 28:22.) It is evident that in every city, even in Jerusalem itself, true Christians were a small minority. We read of perils of all kinds which the Apostles had to go through—not only perils from without—but perils from within—not only perils from the heathen—but perils from false brethren. We hardly read of a single city visited by Paul where he was not in danger from open violence and persecution. We see plainly, by some of his epistles, that the professing Churches were mixed bodies, in which there were many rotten members. We find him telling the Philippians a painful part of his experience, "For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things." (Phil. 3:18-19) And were there many saved in those days? Let any honest reader of the Bible give an answer to this question. There can be no doubt what that answer must be.

The sum of the whole matter is this—the Bible and the people of the world, speak very differently about the number of the saved. According to the Bible, few will be saved—according to the people of the world, many. According to the people of the world few are going to hell—according to the Bible few are going to heaven. According to the people of the world salvation is an easy business—according to the Bible the way is narrow and the gate is strait. According to the people of the world few will be found at last seeking admission into heaven when too late—according to the Bible many will be in that sad condition, and will cry in vain, "Lord, Lord, open to us." Yet the Bible was never wrong yet. The most unlikely and improbable prophecies about Tyre, Egypt, Babylon, and Nineveh, have all come true to the letter. And as in other matters, so it will be about the number of the saved. The Bible will prove quite right and the people of the world quite wrong.

Whether we like to believe it or not, hell is filling fast. Christ is daily holding out His hand to a disobedient people. Many are in the broad way that leads to destruction! Few are in the way that leads to life! Many, many are likely to be lost. Few, few are likely to be saved.

[excerpted] "Two years ago, a catastrophic earthquake shook Haiti and devastated its capital, Port-au-Prince...it is important to keep in mind that even before the earthquake, Haiti was the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. The 7.0 magnitude quake, the largest urban disaster in modern history, instantly reduced buildings to rubble, killed hundreds of thousands, and left more than 1.5 million people displaced.

Two years later, there are evident signs of progress, and President Martelly has declared that Haiti "is open for business."

The United States Government, in collaboration with the Inter-American Development Bank and the Government of Haiti, is building an industrial park on the country's northern coast, which has the potential to create 65,000 jobs and become the country's largest private source of employment.

Helping Haiti get on a sustainable path of development requires close coordination with the private sector. USAID has entered into partnerships with major companies, including a venture with Coca-Cola that will help increase production and raise revenues of 25,000 mango farmers. DHS Officers Armed With Semiautomatics Set Up Unannounced ID Checkpoint
Residents of Leesburg, Florida were shocked to see their local Social Security office turned into a random Homeland Security checkpoint Tuesday morning, as DHS officers armed with semiautomatic rifles and accompanied by sniffer dogs checked identifications of locals.

“With their blue and white SUVs circled around the Main Street office, at least one official was posted on the door with a semiautomatic rifle, randomly checking identifications. Thomas Milligan, district manager for the Social Security Administration office, said staff were not informed their offices were about to be stormed by armed FPS officers. DHS officials refused to answer questions asked by local media and left with no explanation at noon.

Hawaiian churches denied exemption

A court in Hawaii has refused to exempt churches from being forced to allow their property to be used for civil union ceremonies.

The Emmanuel Temple and the Lighthouse Outreach Center Assembly of God requested a restraining order to block a law that permits same-sex couples to enter civil unions. It exempts clergy from performing the ceremonies, which are the equivalent of marriage, but there is no provision to protect church property. They argued that they would face civil penalties and fines if they refused to rent their property for same-sex civil unions, but U.S. District Judge Michael Seabright denied the request.

Matt Barber of Liberty Counsel Action tells OneNewsNow that creates a clear conflict between government and the free exercise of religion.

"There is no exemption for religious institutions, for churches, houses of worship from being subject to fines and to sanctions as provided in the legislation for refusing to allow their houses of worship to be desecrated through the use of a so-called 'civil union' ceremony," he explains.

(excerpted) The U.S. House of Representatives convenes for the first time in 2012 on January 17th, and they will be welcomed by the largest national unification of Occupiers to date.

All occupations are encouraged to bring a Petition for Redress of Grievances* from their respective camps and communities. Though our grievances are many, the common theme that runs through them will be amplified on the steps of Capitol Hill: corporations, special interests and money from the autocratic elite has created a government that is unable to govern for the people. We will be joined by those who agree with this from across the political spectrum. Those who can’t join us will Occupy Congress’ phone lines and email boxes, making sure their representatives hear their voice.

This event is still taking shape and Occupiers are building this national assembly in the spirit that collective action empowers people to govern themselves. With that in mind, we plan to organize space and time to hold educational sessions, share ideas, collaborate, network, and discuss next steps and directions for the movement. We will also take direct action to bring change to our political system, though the specifics of the actions are still under development. We will host a creative after party featuring music to close off the day of solidarity.

On January 17th, we will create a forum for the people to take our future back from a Congress that, for too long, has placed financial interest above human interest.

NWO 2009 beginning to assert themselves openly. Here spokesman Obama is announcing plans to "work with congress to develop an appropriate legal regime" which will take unto themselves the power to detain people indefinitely...not for what they have done but for what they 'might do'. This is being called "prolonged detention". Note that this system would function completely independent of the U.S. Constitution and court system. Watch and listen carefully. Be informed.
