He also serves as a technical resource for BASF customers and sales  staff with over 28 years of professional pest control-related experience.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hickman joined BASF in 2003 after working with  &lt;strong&gt;Termidor&lt;sup&gt;®&lt;/sup&gt; termiticide/insecticide&lt;/strong&gt; since its  introduction by Aventis Environmental Science in 2000. He spent 20 years with  Aventis ES and its predecessor companies (AgrEvo, NOR-AM, BFC), in various  functions including field development, technical support and sales within the  pest control, turf and ornamental and vegetation management markets.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hickman has also worked in the applicator end of the pest control  industry, as a branch manager for a Florida pest control company and was a  technical/regulatory representative for a Florida distributor/manufacturer. He  attended the University of Florida, where he earned his degree in entomology.  &lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dr. Bob Davis BCE, Market Development Specialist&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://termiteinstitute.com/images/Bob-Davis.jpg" align="left" height="162" width="145" /&gt;As a  Market Development Specialist for the professional pest control group of BASF -  The Chemical Company, Bob Davis provides research and development services  throughout the Southwestern United States for BASF's full line of professional  pest control products. He also serves as a technical resource for BASF customers  and sales staff with over 20 years of professional pest control-related  experience.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Davis received his education from the University of  Nebraska, earning a degree in Natural Resources, an advanced degree in  Entomology and later his Doctorate in Philosophy. His graduate work focused on  testing and evaluating termite control techniques.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prior to his graduate  studies, Davis held several positions in professional pest management, including  working as a pest control operator for Arrow Pest Control in Lincoln, NE and as  a pest control technician for Mid-State Pest Control of Lincoln, NE. After  completion of his graduate studies, Dr. Davis was employed as the Training &amp;amp;  Technical Director for ABC Pest &amp;amp; Lawn Services of Austin, TX.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px 0px 10px;" src="http://entnemdept.ufl.edu/graphics/koehler.gif" align="left" /&gt; Dr. Philip G.
