Squeezing in your workouts

I'll try to add more as time goes on, but this is a great way to stay fit. Put some 3# weights in your bathroom, and every time you visit that room, wash your hands and pick up the weights and do 3 reps of 10 each (this can increase as you get stronger) upper body shoulder, abs, bicep/tricep excercises, and the same with lower body lunges, calves, butt, thigh excercises. Alternate upper body days with lower body days. You will fit in an entire week of fitness in these small increments of time. We all visit that room at least 4-5 times per day.

This works in an office too! Get your friends on board, and you can post a sheet to show participation and progress. Be sure to get your manager's permission. Depends how you spin it. Fit workers work better!! Keeps the brain cells active!!

LOWER BODY

This one is my favorite. Stand with feet apart (shoulder wide) on your toes and lean forward with your arms out and your hands braced on the wall, or a counter. Now, squeeze your butt cheeks and push your pelvis as close to the wall or counter as you can, all the time squeezing hard and staying on those toes. Count to 30, and rest. Repeat at least once.

This gets your entire leg and butt. First time I did it, I had a hard time sitting, I was so sore! Very effective.

THE BEAUTY OF COCONUT OIL

Anytime you need moisture on your skin, just rub a little coconut oil into it externally. I have little pots of it all over the house so I can moisturize anytime. I use it on my hair too. I use "expeller pressed" oil externally because there is no coconut smell. Sorry, I love coconuts, but I don't wish to smell like one!!

As you read above it is great for weight loss and cures all kinds of disease and illness. So the trick is 1 TBSP Coconut Oil (I use Gold Label Extra Virgin for this) 3 x daily taken internally. I'll be posting how I get my coconut oil into my diet 3 times a day and love it. It's a secret recipe that I made up, but once I post it, it won't stay a secret long. I'm still in the process of tweaking it to perfection.

While you wait for my secret recipe, you can try this with coconut oil. My favorite brand is Tropical Traditions, and I am their fan on Facebook. Aside from that, try these ideas.

Drink it in your coffee or tea. I love it so much, coffee without that coconut flavor is seriously lacking
Smear it on your toast instead of butter, and top with jelly or peanut butter. Gives your toast a tropical vacation.
Use it to saute meats and veggies instead of oil or butter. It has a high heat tolerance, so you can saute on high without the oil burning. Also it keeps forever and does not go rancid!

The above forum has posts from newbies and old timers. Many also oil pull. I do NOT recommend Oil pulling with Coconut Oil. Dr. F. Karach only recommends Sunflower Oil or Sessame Seed oil, so I stick with his recommendations because HE is the one who documented all the great results of oil pulling. Aside from that, you will get tons of ideas from that forum!

Oil Pulling is so easy to do! I wish I had known from a very young age. Instead I had to get old and search the web for all my little ailments to find it. It costs so little, and is so effective. You should oil pull 3 times per day, and I do it once before I start my day. I can't afford health insurance or dental, and it has been a while since a dental cleaning, BUT within 3 weeks of oil pulling huge chunks of placque came off my teeth, and they look very white now!
