Without any wish to propose anything to harm our economy nor civil disobedience, the article below found on the Internet does make some sense as a way to get the Congress and Senate, both of which totally ignore the will of the people they are supposed to support and follow instead of their own DESPOTIC wishes and preferences.

The Shah of Iran was toppled partly through daily strikes by certain organizations like the Power and Water Authority equivalent and the Oil Company, which supplied vehicle and heating fuel going on strike or cutting off electricty or supplies of heating/cooking fuels so that the populace paid attention to the protestors through the discomfort.

Here the target is not the people but the tone deaf Administration of Oba-Hussein and his radicals, both in the White House and Congress and Senate who apparently do not care a whit what "we the people" want or think and demand blind obedience from us for what Oba-Hussein imposes on us.

We need to do something more dramatic, more radical to attempt to get the Democrats to stop this destruction of our American system of government.

I propose we set up a national strike day which will also include a boycott.

So, we don't go to work on that day and we also do not buy anything at all that day.

We have the greatest impact we possible can on the economy that day. If we can get enough people to do this, it will really shake up Washington and our state governments as well.

It is the American people who make the wealth in this nation, we are the productive ones. We are always trying to fight these bastards on their ground, let's make them battle on ours!

We shut down the economy for a day, with the follow-up to do it once a week until they capitulate.

There is no travel required, missing work is a sacrifice, but really people it is comparatively a very very minor one.

Think of the soldiers fighting for us now risking their lives for our freedom...that is not very convenient for them I am sure.

Think of the millions who sacrificed everything to protect our freedom in the past. Now, it is our turn to sacrifice just a little to maybe make a real difference.

The left has mocked us at every turn, we protested with our Tea Party's...I did Chicago April 15th, Rockford in August, and the March On Washington in September. We were mocked or ignored.

Our leaders like Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Joe Wilson, or any outstanding conservative is humiliated, lied about, and mocked.

This is what tyrants do.

In the meantime, these bastards have control of our education system, legal system, unions, etc. and they now are taking over private industry.

They have no legal authority for this people!

They are forcing their will upon us. They are truly enemies to our constitution and to our country.

Join in this effort to get their attention and scare the crap out of them. Don't Feed The Pig Day...I propose we do this on Wednesday November 30th. And we do it every Wednesday thereafter until they capitulate.

The idea is Don't Feed The Pig!

Clearly this requires organization and to do it on a national scale right away may prove too big a step.

But, let's take a step out of the Ayatollah Khomeini book to confront the American Oba-Hussein-Khomeini and do this on a neighborhood by neighborhood basis, rather like the Neighborhood Watch groups, company by company among the employees themselves and then join these up as quickly as possible.

Churches or other regular group events can also help get this organized and work it as a true grass roots movement that allows the people to do more than show discontent and protest by simply gathering.

On a city by city, county by county basis, the action can quickly grow into a powerful voice for "we the people" that can no longer be mocked and ignored by Pelosi, Reid and Oba-Hussein-Khomeini, who are already passing counter-measure laws to prevent and nullify "you the people" from even demonstrating in the streets or following any freedoms the Constitutions allows you.

Watch them kick into martial law (using "general welfare" healthcare considerations) if the protest gathers strength and then watch America defend our freedoms, which these despotic and ever more dictatorial entities in the Administration are hurriedly stripping from us.

Only one third (not even a majority) of America supports what the Oba-Hussein administration is doing so they are now a TYRRANICAL tail wagging our dog.

What happened in Fort Hood and the reasons are encapsulated in the refusal of a Moslem to go and fight other Moslems and his attitude that he was a Moslem first and an American second.

This split loyalty is one of the reasons why the founding fathers insisted on a "natural born" status on anyone becoming president of the USA. Born of two American parents and within the confines of American borders.

This is different from a "native born" America that has been claimed for Obama and the Fort Hood event points to the worries about him and his loyalties to the USA.

Born to a reportedly atheist mother, the religious grounding after his initial Marxist mental upbringing was to Islam. His Kenyan father was a Moslem and his Indonesian step-father was a Moslem and Obama went to a mosque and attended Islamic studies in Indonesia.

He is clearly on record as saying the most beautiful sound in the world is the Islamic call to prayer. The Islamic part, just like with the Fort Hood event, has a built in disloyalty to flag and country.

And here comes the first major consideration: there is no moral equivalency between a devout Moslem and a devout Christian as one reporter stated in a newspaper article, where she said that Major Hasan being a devout Moslem could not be a reason for his actions. Anymore than being a devout Christian would trigger such harmful behavior.

Nor does the apologist comment that the Major spoke no Arabic and thus would not have known to say "Allahu Akbar" (God is great), as has been stated by witnesses, have any validity. He regularly attended the Silver Mosque and these words are part of Koranic invocation in prayers.

Though born in America, Major Hasan grew up a devout Moslem and had the Koran embedded into his mind as part of attending a mosque just as the Bible is embedded in a devout Christian who attends church regularly.

The difference which arises comes from the basic teachings of the Koran and the Bible.

The Koran teaches along the lines of thought and behavior and culture that existed 1,400 years ago and allows allegiance ONLY to Allah not to a nation, not to Democracy, not to any other religion (that's apostasy and punishable with death) but only to blind obedience to what was written almost a millenium and a half ago - failing which there is lethal consequence.

The closest analogy to this would be to follow the tenets of the Old Testament of the Bible and try to impose them on modern day society. Including the vengeful "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth" declaration.

While Obama surrounds himself with radicals of the Marxist kind, he also elevates fervent and devout Moslems to very high policy making positions in Homeland Security without consideration of what the split in loyalty aspect of their religion can mean to the safety of our nation.

Nor the publicly stated aim of Islam to create a global Islamic Caliphate to rule the world and to increase the number Moslems in high positions, while suiting the Obama personal aim of global government as appears to be his mindset, also endangers it.

Combining the Marxist and Islamic common desire for global power may seem an oxymoronic endeavor and trouble starts when they vie for dominance. Just as being an American and a Moslem conflicted inside major Hasan.

With this conflict already built into the Obama psyche from childhood, he can be comfortable about himself, while others then doubt his ability to protect the USA rather than other conflicting ideals similar to Major Hasan.

A Superior Court judge asked me recently how Islam can justify a claim to being a religion of peace when almost every action and tenet they preach is one of violence without any compassion built into any of it. How do people manage to believe this?

Easy. Islam is presented by Mullahs, who demand obedience and blind belief. They say the religion is one of peace so you must believe it. Or be killed as a heretic.

Do as I say or die is the main philosophy that emerges - clearly seen in how Islamic Iran treats dissenters and protesters every day.

There are tens of millions of Moslems, who do not subscribe to violence. Not because their religion teaches that but because of their own individual minds and living in countries where islam is not the official or ruling religion.

Sadly, they are not the ones who control how the Jihadists behave. And fearing their violence do not dare propose a change in the level of violence that is imposed - again as in Islamic Iran by the Mullahs.

Thirty years ago today, the American Embassy in Tehran was seized.

A sentence in search of a subject. Was seized, by whom? Did it seize itself?

The 444 days that began on November 4, 1979 deeply affected the lives of courageous Americans who were unjustly held hostage, and we owe these Americans and their families our gratitude for their extraordinary service and sacrifice.

Another subject-free sentence. Held hostage by whom?

This event helped set the United States and Iran on a path of sustained suspicion, mistrust, and confrontation.

What did Iran have to mistrust us for? Had we invaded their sovereign territory? Taken their diplomats hostage in violation of all of the laws of cvilization?

I have made it clear that the United States of America wants to move beyond this past, and seeks a relationship with the Islamic Republic of Iran based upon mutual interests and mutual respect.

What would those mutual interests be? Common friends and allies in the region? Common desires for the Iranian people? If an American is struggling to see these commonplaces, imagine how difficult it is for Iranian nutcases to see any.

We do not interfere in Iran’s internal affairs.

A pity.

We have condemned terrorist attacks against Iran.

Since -- in the American understanding of legitimacy -- the Iranian government could have no legitimate authority except by the consent of those it governs, an attack on the Iranian government could never be a terrorist act, any more than (say) an attack on the Nazi government by Partisans could be an act of terrorism.

Not that the current American government understands any of our own self-evident truths.

All they require is that a critical mass of thugs with machine guns hold the capital in order to be regarded as a "government."

The terrorists are in Tehran operating the country. Or is that what you meant?

We have recognized Iran’s international right to peaceful nuclear power.

A "right" Iran has by virtue of its adherence to the Non-Proliferation Treaty, since without the technology it stole from those who do adhere to that treaty Iran has roughly as much chance of harnessing nuclear power as, say, Mohammed did fourteen centuries ago.

We have demonstrated our willingness to take confidence-building steps along with others in the international community.

That I agree with, and so do they. You have given them every confidence that you are a squishy little invertebrate.

We have accepted a proposal by the International Atomic Energy Agency to meet Iran’s request for assistance in meeting the medical needs of its people. We have made clear that if Iran lives up to the obligations that every nation has, it will have a path to a more prosperous and productive relationship with the international community.

Since this putative "community" has given every indication that Iran will pay no price for its lawlessness at any time during its history, how could we make the relationship with Iran any more productive or profitable than it already is? Do we plan to fill C-140's with dollars (or better yet, euros) and dump them over Qom?

Iran must choose. We have heard for thirty years what the Iranian government is against; the question, now, is what kind of future it is for.

If you don't know what kind of future it's for, you need to pay attention when the whackjob they call a President is speaking at the UN. They have made their intentions clear: They want a future without the Little Satan or the Big Satan. "The end of both is coming soon." It's really not very nuanced. It's so non-nuanced even the cavemen hiding in Tora-Bora can understand it.

The American people have great respect for the people of Iran and their rich history.

Which richness ended when the Iranian Theocracy began.

The world continues to bear witness to their powerful calls for justice, and their courageous pursuit of universal rights.

Nice. I like the way you conflate the greatest enemies of the Iranian regime -- its people -- with the regime itself.

But you are right about the world bearing witness. The world is bearing witness as it did in the Ottoman Empire in 1915, in 1932 in Ukraine, as it did in Germany in the 1930's, and as it has done in China since 1949.

We are bearing witness, and doing not one damn thing else. We are enablers of this injustice, by "bearing witness." But we do sound ever so noble in our bearing of it.

It is time for the Iranian government to decide whether it wants to focus on the past, or whether it will make the choices that will open the door to greater opportunity, prosperity, and justice for its people.

It is well past time for that. I has been that time since 1979, when the Iranian government decided to focus on a past that began in 632 AD.

This is a fun site of "plausible" but conspiratorial analysis that practises a blend of likely truth and creative disinformation/information.

Claiming contacts inside the Russian Kremlin, there is a constant tinge of anti-CIA commentary woven into the articles.

What I find interesting is the underlying detail, some of which may, repeat may, have some basis in fact and could be useful indicators for intel analysts.

Somewhat like gossip columns often pointing to real facts but spinning their meaning in exaggerated ways.

There is little doubt that Dobbs had shots fired at his home. Nor that Glenn Beck would be a wishful target for the leftist loonies, reportedly requiring him being assigned some bodyguards.

And the article does underline the Oba-Hussein administration's quite OVERT efforts to suppress and control the Media in the USA and overseas to only show the most favorable views and ban, force to be deleted or scrub out negative ones.

One instance is one of the videos about the "damn America" Oba-Hussein preacher being scrubbed (lower down in one of articles posted below), where the video "no longer exists"! Scrubbed off the Internet, though a true depiction of the event and Reverend Wright's speech.

The frustrated cries of the freedom protestors pouring into the streets these days, in Islamic Iran, are "obama, yaa ba aanha , yaa ba maa " meaning "Obama, either with them (the Mullahs)" or with us (the people).They pay with their lives (often for the best compared to what agony they go through when arrested and often eventually die under torture anyway).

For those who were inside Iran prior to the original Ayatollah Khomeini power grab and part of countering it, countering the Soviet directed groups like the Mojaheddin (MEK) and Fedayeen, who carried out Soviet tactics and strategies, the Oba-Hussein actions can be recognized by them as the same steps the Marxist-Islamist Oba-Hussein-Khomeini is implementing in the USA to grab power and control of the populace.

It's a deja-vu for those who went through it and still live. The similarity is stunning. The only difference so far is the lack of bloodshed, which is not so easy inside America as it was in Iran.

With dissent to Oba-Hussein's policies rising in the USA, an under current is appearing of a call to the streets in protest. For now with Tea Parties but perhaps escalating into civil disobedience rallies.

If this happens and is put down by thuggery, official force or repression, unlike the unarmed Iranian populace, Americans are armed as a nation, many trained as hunters or in the military and though it will take a spark or two of an exchange of violence, the final result could be as bloody or bloodier than inside Islamic Iran.

Efforts to disarm Americans by Oba-Hussein and his Marxist-Islamist radicals and some very weirdo czars might quickly flare like the original revolt against the British who tried to disarm the American populace and triggered armed revolt.

Oba-Hussein appears caught in the dilemma of acting against the Mullahs then having to employ their suppression tactics (hopefully a bit diluted) inside the USA to retain his ever more shaky hold on power and allow globalists to take over our sovereignty.

With the ridiculous one month suspension of ACORN funding ended October 31st, look for more and more of this kind of thing.

For instance the New York 23 congressional race.

The so-called Republican Scoffa'assa who quit and then endorsed the Democrat instead of the conservative candidate Hoffman, who has mindsets closer to Republican ones than this RINO, (Republican in name only) also has strong ties to ACORN! She used them. And Hoffman lost.

America seems to be waking up and the Chicago thuggery did not succeed in Virginia and New Jersey, despite what the witness below says.

new video has surfaced of Rev. Jeremiah Wright's speech at the 60th anniversary celebration of the independent socialist magazine, the Monthly Review, in which his antagonsim for the United States is on display.

In the New York City speech Sept. 17, 2009, Wright, President Barack Obama's pastor for about 20 years, once again reveals his disdain and lack of respect for the United States of America as he identified his belief in black-liberation theology with the Marxist ideology that is central to the Monthly Review.

Calling the United States, "the land of the greed and the home of the slave," Wright's antipathy to the United States was clear from how he described his personal history.

"My background consists of childhood experiences in racist America; teenage years in a segregated country that has never apologized for slavery; college years which were molded in the cauldron of the sit-ins in Richmond, Va., the capital of the Confederacy; six years in the military which showed me the inside and the underside of the beast Martin Luther King called 'the Number One purveyor of violence on the planet,'" Wright said as began to explain his "social location" to the audience.

Most of the senior Islamic Iranian Mullahs attended Lumumba University in Moscow and were indoctrinated into Marxist principles by the then Soviet Union even though the atheist Communist society was in stark contrast with a repressive "religion" based on Allah.

In fact the two "isms" Communism and Mohammadenism (as the Islamists were named for manu centuries) closely resemble each other in methods of rule by force by an oligarchy of a few (clerics or Kommisars) and suppression of human rights and all freedoms, leaving only obedience, specially for women that would lead to democracy.

Islam recognizes no authority nor allegiance but Allah and thus is not capable of following democratic political policies, recognizing nationalities, sovereign borders nor any of the principles that are part and parcel of a free Western society.

Oba-Hussein, the American Khomeini, though still short of the Ayatollah Khomeini blood baths, is implementing the worst of both Islam and Communism inside the USA - BUT IN SMALLER INCREMENTS. We are just being choked in a slower fashion rather than being annihilated in a bloody putsch.

With a cowardly "marine" Judge Carter failing the country and history by caving to the Obama camp and refusing to address 300 million instead of 69 million, and defend the Constitution, the only recourse that seems to be appearing in people's minds is to "take to the streets in protest" - as did the protestors against the Iranian usurper president Ahmadi-Nejad in a parallel fashion.

Will Obama's riot troops he has been training, or foreign U.N. soldiers he has in mind to bring in to control "we the people" in Georgia also kill us as did the Ayatollah regime Revolutionary Guards in Iran for the past 30-years at every sign of protest? When suppression did not work as well as they hoped and hundreds of thousands preished at their hands and millions fled the country to the corners of the FREE world?

I know quite a few people, including ex-patriate Iranians, who having lived through the Iranian Khomeini's revolution and fled to survive - are now searching for somewhere else to find shelter from the American Islamic-Marxist Oba-Hussein-Khomeini.

They clearly recognize what is happening here while most of our citizens have no clue of the danger descending on them. They simply cannot envisage nor recognize it.

Some are waking up and the Tea Parties could be precursors to civil disobedience and resisance to the power grab and removal of our free speech and freedoms. Not far behind in the footsteps of what has happened in Iran.

Bloodshed or lack of it depends on the degree of oppression or even violence with which the rights of "we the people" are trampled by the Administration in their power grab of every aspect of our lives.

If you have never been gang raped in an Iranian prison, you cannot truly imagine the pain, horror and loss that follows. So when a possible gang rape comes at you, you have no way of evaluating it, or knowing what it is.

Thus "we the American" people have no bench marks by which to evaluate what Oba-Hussein is bringing down on us with his Marxist-Islamist Chicago thuggery. We simply cannot believe this is happening and so continueplacidly in full denial.

Those of us who were hurt, harmed or had their near and dear killed in the 1979 Iran Revolution or experienced the Soviet, Chinese, Cuban or even the still comparatively mild Venezuelan power grabs KNOW what is happening and weep for the imminent, on-going demise of the USA. Which so many of us love or in which we have found shelter from brutality elsewhere.

Just as Pesident teh idiot Jimmy Carter used the Ayatollah Khomeini to destroy sanity and life and structure in Iran, Globalization forces are using Oba-Hussein to destroy America, which stands/stood in the way of the global government under the United Nations or the Islamic Caliphate under Islam and sharia law. Or a hybrid of these two.

America, you are looking at this but NOT seeing, nor recognizing what you see.

We may already be past the point of rescue and a fearful Judge Carter has thrown us all under the bus by shutting down the only thin thread of salvation that could have saved us. Short of coming out in the streets and encountering deadly force.

Was this decision actually written for Carter by his new Law Clerk brought in by him from Obama's defense law firm?

I find the decision disappointing but there is something good to take from it. That is the conclusion that the Plaintiff candidates were harmed. I think the justiciability prong can be turned around since Carter created a false premise to justify his lack of justiciability. We all know he does not have jurisdiction to impeach Obama. What he does have jurisdiction and a duty to do is interpret the Constitution.

The Legislative Branch does not have the jurisdiction or ability to interpret the Constitution.

All Judge Carter should have done is apply Obama’s facts (after conducting a hearing) to the natural born citizen term in the Second Amendment. The district court has exclusive jurisdiction and the duty to interpret the Constitution which he should have done.

Then, the Legislative Branch would be required to take action based on whatever the court’s interpretation was.

On appeal, this distinction must be highlighted.
