			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>June 7 2011.</strong></span> Because of the success of Villa Aroha we have decided to down scale our New Zealand operation in favour of Indonesia.</p>
<p>This will mean a smaller base in New Zealand. You can see the building/business listing on <a href="http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=334900451">Trade Me</a>. We have open minds as to how we structure this but certainly are happy to offer ongoing support and supply to a new owner.</p>
