Raikkonen Incar Gelar Kedua

Diam tapi menghanyutkan, itulah Kimi Raikkonen. Meski selalu terlihat dingin, Raikkonen ternyata menyimpan ambisi besar yang menggebu-gebu: gelar juara F1 2008.

Tahun lalu, driver Ferrari itu berhasil menyeruak di antara duo McLaren, Fernando Alonso dan Lewis Hamilton, di dua seri terakhir. Kumpulan 18 poin yang diperolehnya di Cina dan Brasil membuat pria 28 tahun asal Finlandia itu berhasil meraih gelar juara dunia pertamanya.

Kini jelang musim balap 2008, Raikkonen mengaku siap untuk mempertahankan gelar juaranya tersebut. Pembalap kelahiran Espoo yang biasanya terlihat tenang itu, tiba-tiba menjadi sangat bersemangat ketika ditanyai soal targetnya tahun ini.

"Orang-orang yang berpikir saat ini saya sudah bahagia dan merasa puas adalah salah. Saya tidak pernah senang membalap untuk posisi lima atau enam. Saya berada di sini untuk menjadi nomor satu," tandasnya kepada BBC.

Q: Hey, Scripting Guy! have a folder that has a whole bunch of files in it. Many of those files have a file name that includes an incorrect date; for example, the file might be named FGA Site Visit 2-14-07 204.jpg when it should really be named FGA Site Visit 2-14-08 204.jpg. (That is, it suggests the visit occurred in 2007 rather than 2008.) How can I replace these incorrect dates with the correct dates?

Pagi-pagi saya mengantar anak-anak saya ke sekolah. Sekolah mereka berada di belakang sebuah kompleks perkantoran di Cilandak. Jalan menuju ke sana cukup sempit. Sebuah peristiwa kecil menyadarkan saya akan gentingnya keadaan negeri ini. Bukan karena fenomena alam atau ekonominya, tapi karena fenomena mentalnya.

Jalan tikus sempit yang saya maksud di atas, memang seringkali dijadikan shortcut bagi mereka yang masuk dari Jalan TB. Simatupang dan ingin keluar ke Kemang lewat pekuburan Jeruk Purut. Lumayan untuk menghindari macet. Makin hari saya perhatikan makin ramai yang lewat sana. Dan peristiwa pagi ini cukup menggugah saya untuk memposting tulisan ini.

Dua mobil mewah berpapasan jalan. Di belakang mereka sudah antri puluhan kendaraan dari dua arah. Di titik tersempit dari jalan itu, kedua sopir mulai bertengkar tentang siapa yang harus lebih dahulu masuk dan menggunakan jalan.

Rupanya, salah satu dari mereka sudah diberi kesempatan tapi malah ragu-ragu karena ada sebuah tunggul batu yang memang diletakkan di depan sebuah warung. Ia khawatir mobilnya tergores. Saya tahu, pastilah pertengkaran itu dimulai dengan keluh-kesah tentang pagi ini.

Dari dua orang yang perang mulut, konflik "bicara" itu malah menular ke para pengendara lain di belakang mereka yang masing-masing segera membentuk kubu.

Keluarlah berbagai cacian dan makian yang sama sekali tidak enak didengar di pagi hari. Saya sendiri, hampir saja terlibat di sana. Saya sempat berdiri dan nyaris berteriak, "Kok malah berantem...?!!!".

Saya urungkan niat saya, dan pikiran saya pun melantur ke bulan-bulan belakangan ini. Saya ingat, bagaimana memasuki 2008 dengan berbagai keluh dan kesah. Minggu-minggu belakangan ini pun, saya sering bangun pagi dengan keluh dan kesah. Tentang berbagai tagihan dan rekening, tentang biaya operasional kantor, tentang naik dan turunnya bisnis, atau sekedar tentang cuaca yang sebenarnya terlarang dicerca.

Ternyata itu tidak hanya terjadi pada diri saya sendiri. Paling tidak, Jakarta sebagai salah satu kota yang paling emosional, juga menampakkan gejala yang sama.

Saat setiap orang ingin saling menyerobot di lampu merah. Saat salah pengertian terjadi di jalan raya. Saat ketidakcocokan terjadi di kantor atau di organisasi. Serasa semua orang mengeluh dan mengeluh. Saat orang-orang merasa ditindas di pasar dan di trotoar.

Saat padi petani tergilas oleh luapan air karena hujan tak kunjung henti. Saat kapal barang dan perahu nelayan tak bisa melaut. Saat Visit Indonesia Year tersendat akibat jalan ke bandara yang ikut berenang. Saat segala komoditas terhenti pergerakannya karena Pantura terendam air berpuluh kilometer panjangnya.

Saat air laut mulai merangsek ke daratan. Saat bunuh diri menjadi berita setiap pagi. Saat biaya sekolah, BBM, sembako, kesehatan, atau biaya produksi melambung tinggi.

Saat hampir setiap momen dan kejadian mampu memicu segala keluh dan kesah. Syukur Alhamdulillah, jika itu tidak terjadi pada diri Anda. Tapi jelas, ini terjadi pada banyak penduduk di negeri ini.

Kita mungkin perlu mengingat kembali, bahwa keluh dan kesah hanya akan memperburuk keadaan. Ia tidak menjadikan segalanya lebih baik, ia malah menjadikan berbagai musibah dan malapetaka makin menjadi-jadi.

Kita juga perlu mengingat kembali, bahwa orang yang sukses, organisasi yang sukses, negeri yang sukses, adalah orang, organisasi, dan negeri yang paling jarang mengeluh. Ingatlah kembali dengan memperhatikan mereka. Temukanlah dan buktikanlah.

Para pakar sering mengingatkan, ketimbang berkata "Jangan lakukan A" lebih baik langsung mengatakan "Lakukanlah B". Ketimbang menyebut "Anti korupsi", lebih baik menyebut "Cinta clean government". Daripada "Berantas kemiskinan" lebih baik "Mari kita sejahterakan bangsa ini". Daripada "Takut gagal" lebih baik "Insya Allah berhasil".

Keluh-kesah hanya akan membuat kita terjebak pada pertanyaan yang tak kunjung terjawab. "Why me?", "Why now?", "Why this?", "Why that?", "Why?". Mengurangi segala bentuk keluh-kesah, akan menciptakan pertanyaan yang jauh lebih konstruktif. "What now?", "What next?". Apapun itu akan lebih konstruktif kecuali "So what gitu loh!".

Untuk itu Bapak, Ibu, Saudara yang budiman, saya tidak mengajari Anda tentang semua ini. Saya justru hanya merefleksi diri, dan bisa jadi perilaku keluh-kesah yang saya akui di atas di awal 2008 ini, justru menjadi cerminan dari kita semua. Mari kita kurangi.

Mengurangi keluh dan kesah akan mengerem keterpurukan kita ke jurang dan lubang yang makin dalam. Mengurangi keluh dan kesah akan membuat kita segera tersadar betapa semua fenomena negeri ini membutuhkan apapun yang sifatnya konstruktif dan bukan sebaliknya.

Mari kita kurangi. Kurangi keluh-kesah dengan segala bentuknya. Kurangi keluh-kesah mulai dari umpatan, cacian, makian, ludahan, tarikan bibir yang nyinyir, atau decak dan segala cak-cek yang mengungkapkan ketidakpuasan. Yang ringan, yang berbentuk amarah, atau yang hanya celetukan. Kurangi ungkapan yang termasuk sebagai "ngedumel". Kurangi keluh dan kesah yang berteriak atau yang diam. Yang terlontar keluar atau yang hanya terbersit di hati atau pikiran. Kurangi. Kurangi semuanya.

Kita tidak ingin menganggap berbagai persoalan menjadi budaya atau kebiasaan. Kita tidak ingin melupakan berbagai ketidakadilan atau ketidakberesan. Kita tetap ingin hukum ditegakkan. Kita mau keadilan tetap jalan. Kita semua ingin segala disiplin positif tetap dipertahankan. Namun pada saat yang sama, marilah kita mulai berhenti mengeluh.

Bersama posting ini, saya sertakan sebuah gambar. Anda bisa memajang gambar ini di situs atau di blog Anda. Jika Anda termasuk orang yang terpana dengan keadaan negeri ini dan tak bisa berbuat banyak, setidaknya inilah yang bisa kita lakukan bersama-sama. Mari kita kurangi segala bentuk keluh-kesah atau "dumelan". Mari kita upayakan setiap hari, setiap saat ketika segala bentuk keluh-kesah hampir melompat keluar dari mulut atau terlukiskan dalam ekspresi di wajah kita. Katakan, "Stop!".

Mari kita canangkan tahun ini secara internal sebagai "2008: No Complaining Year".
