Corruption is a virus, whose mother is greed.
In India and in whole world,
It's corruption that's making stocks unreasonable, unpredictable.
Shot term greed and long term pain.
Let us get rid of this virus out of our system, out of our country,out of our beautiful world,
Lets clean the system, let's do it now.
Lets make it clear, we are not going to take corruption anymore.
Make it clear to your greed temptations,
And to govt. babu', to politician and to our short term perspective.
Needs are not much but greed have no limitation.
Greed is mother, root of all corruption.

Whenever in past we heard about censorship and even sudden disappearance of persons who write something controversial in China, we all felt lucky that atleast we are not part of such regime. But today in the name of censoring online world, every government including main democracies like USA, India are going towards same way. When there is technology to trace IP address of anyone who misuse the system to extreme then there is no need for censorship. It's just a excuse to control the freedom of individual and to give whole control of society in few hands. Freedom to speak is first and most basic principle of democracy. If we don't campaign in a big way right now, we'll lose our freedom. So it's high time to campaign against it and this you can do by commenting here, voting at vote.0987.in or tweeting, sharing this post. Let's do it now before it's too late.

Is it not right time for online voting system?

It's irony that inspite of so much debate over corruption issues we are not sure whether congress or even any other ruling party if come in power, will pass lokpal bill with full honesty and sincerity. And then after that whether it will get implemented effectively is another debatable thing altogether. That too when Annaji and their team have maintained so much pressure on govt. for so much time. The reason is very simple.

At the back of mind, every ruling party know that real people who have power to make or mar their five years career of power are not the people who debate on television or who splash their opinions through twitter, facebook. Rather people who don't have access to net or who are computer illiterate are their real voters. And to get their vote, they have simple formula of false promises, rhetorical speeches and cash, drinks at local level.

Though after social debates on television and internet, awareness has been increased ten fold times but this major chunk of population actually don't vote at same level. And Annaji campaign, support cannot be expected every time for every issue. So don't all of you think it's high time that we should make our voting system online and shift power not just in hands of naive population who are more concern with their immediate small gain or regularization of their slum but also to people who are well aware, educated.

Now as far security concerns, we can look at financial transactions system. Money is one area where security is prime concern and system has to be very robust and fool proof. Only because concern authorities all over world are satisfied with system, today online banking, online trading of shares, ATM are common thing. And now all banks are going for mobile banking for more penetration. So when in area like money, online system is possible then why not in voting where one can vote through website, mobile or ATM. It will not just bring upper and middle class but also large reach of those illiterate, rural people especially by mobile. As everyone knows penetration of mobile are much higher and deep. Yes there is possibility of misuse, fraud but that rare possibility is very much there in every system. But if one sincerely go for this system then this is very much possible reality in today's age.

And we have already seen the power of telecom revolution and now launch of Akash tablet will add much more to that in coming times. And when Kapil Sibal is so much concern about those 140 words on social network sites, then don't you think it'll be best answer to his censorship proposal for online world.

Inspite of software hub, we cannot able to give Google, Facebook to world, lets be pioneer in online voting system. And we can, not only vote for govt. but whole society can contribute while taking any major bill or decision of govt. And when ruling party will know that their career is just not dependent on rhetoric speeches, they will respect that voting. You can start this trend by giving your vote on vote.0987.in. Win heart & let everything follow rather than other way round.

What's most important thing in human relation whether you are dealing with any employee, spouse, customers or even yourself? We think it's salary, expensive gift, product specifications or plans respectively that works, but it's not. Because thoughts however logical, correct are nothing in comparison to power of emotions. Emotions mean when thousands of cells in our body has same opinion. And number of cells are thousand times more than few thoughts in neuron cell. So heart, emotions are always hundred times more powerful than head thoughts, logics in any circumstance. It's well known scientific fact that verbal words have just 5-10% effect rather non verbal signals like body language, facial and eye expressions and voice tone. They communicate & influence much more at emotional level. If you try to follow to do list, plan then it become too cumbersome but if you just follow your heart, dream that you love then everything happens automatically and you don't feel like spending any energy or doing any effort. Similarly in case of employees, customers or spouse, you might have won logically but if you lost emotionally then your have lost final war in exchange of winning just few battles of argument. So win heart and let everything follow rather than try to move trying to move aeroplane(heart) with cycle rickshaw(head).

School memories !!

School days are one of the best period of life when one does not have any tension of target, salary, budget, expenses and blah, blah of adult life. It's simple: go to school, play, study and then play again. Oh yes, no one forgets their teachers, their scoldings and exams. But then you get so many friends for whole life. And these friends were not chosen on basis of status, class or any other social criteria but on pure innocence of kids and may be destiny. Most of us think during childhood that once we will be out of school, we'll be so happy. It's only later that we realize the value of those innocent years.
So here I am sharing journey of those beautiful years through 1992 batch students of 35 Model school. Thanks to social networking sites like Facebook, Orkut, we have again came in contact with each other and all memories got refreshed in an instant. Hope we'll have more rememberable memories from coming get together after 19 years.

Significance of Navaratri.

In India, Navaratri is one of the significant period especially for Hindus. Most of the people know it for fasting, worshiping and dandiya, which is very popular among youth especially in Mumbai, Gujrat side. But apart from that mostly are unaware of significance of various poojas. So I am sharing this knowledge which even I was unaware and got it from newsletter of Art of living who conduct these poojas at various places all over world. The word Navaratri literally means nine nights in Sanskrit; Nava meaning Nine and Ratri meaning night. During these nine nights and ten days, nine forms of Shakti/Devi i.e. female divinity are worshipped. She is a form of energy, a manifestation of the Divine itself.

Ganpati Homa
The rituals begin with an offering to Ganesha, the Lord of Auspiciousness. Ganpati Homa is symbolic of removing the obstacles before initiating any new venture.
Navgraha Homa
This is followed by Navgraha Homa,performed to propitiate Nine Planets, which influence various spheres of life. It nullifies the negative impact created by the Nav Grahas.
Vaastu Shanti HomaIt is scientifically accepted that the directions possess the powers to affect our day today life. So the puja is offered to theVaastu Brahma by performing the Vaastu Shanti Homa to subside the negative impact on the surroundings.
Sudarshana Homa
Sudarshana Homa offered to Lord Narayana signifies the removal of ignorance & illumination of a new life enriched with knowledge. The legend has it that when the devotees are suffering from afflictions, the Lord Sudarshana dispels his fierce form and protects the devotees.
Chandi Homa
The day of Ashtami, eight day marks the pinnacle of all homas of Navaratri. The Chandi Homa is performed to remove any obstacles or blocks in growth – both internally and externally.And no one wants to miss this puja in the presence of Swami Sadhyojathah, with a sankalpa to bring,peace, prosperity, success and strength to the entire mankind. By performing the Chandi homa, the sufferings that are caused by hostile elements are eradicated.
Durgasaptashati
Durgasaptashati, 700 verses in praise of the goddess Durga, are chanted. With the recitation of each verse, 108 offerings are made in the sacrificial fire,invoking the goddess to bestow her grace. Chandi Homa is about recognizing the Divinity in the whole of creation.

In brief, the nine nights are dedicated to the three main goddesses of Hinduism - Parvati, Lakshmi and Sarasvati. Navaratri is a time for self-referral and gettingback to the source. Navaratri is a festival for one to take the mind back to its source. The seeker gets back to the true source through fasting, prayer,silence and meditation. While fasting detoxifies the body, silence purifies thespeech and brings rest to the chattering mind, and meditation takes one deepinto one's own being. The nine days of Navaratri are also an opportunityto rejoice in the three primordial qualities that make up the universe. Though our life is governed by the three gunas, we seldom recognize and reflect on them. The first three days of Navaratri are attributed to tamo guna,the second three to rajo guna, and the last three to sattva guna.Our consciousness sails through the tamo and rajo, gunas and blossoms in the sattva guna of the last three days. Whenever sattva dominatesin life, victory follows. The essence of this knowledge is honoured bycelebrating the tenth day as Vijaydashmi.

In my toddler age, I was not aware of any difference between people financially or otherwise and everyone was same for me. But I clearly remember even now when I saw first time beggar with his son, both without any single cloth on their body. And I became aware of so much disparity in this world, where someone is so rich and other is so poor. I felt really pity at that early age and that scene made strong impression on my mind. I got really disturbed and I thought at that time that one day I'll ask God, why so much disparity.

But later on, I began to realize and believe that those humans are beggars more by choice rather than by default. They rather than working, choose to spend whole day in begging and thus making that as profession. And as I grow up, in my ideal world, everyone should get support except beggars. I had formed strong opinion that they should be jailed or removed from society as they are nothing than eye soar for society. Especially in teenage, when most of us thought we can change the whole world and our view point are nothing less than gospel.

Later when I slogged through college and corporate world, gradually I began to realize that most of time we are asking, praying to God for good marks, admission in good college, getting good job and achieving monthly targets. And then wisdom drawn to me that we are nothing but bigger beggars. Those beggars are begging, praying for very basic needs like food, clothes. No human can survive without these needs. But we are begging our client for next order or praying to God for achieving next monthly target. Now these are important but not basic survival needs. Even if we fail, we are not going to die or remain without food for a single day. So in that sense we are much bigger beggars. More high status person has, more big beggar he is. He will beg, pray for acquiring next big company or doubling his money through investments or more money, name for his children.

Gradually my whole perspective for beggars have changed. Today when I look into the eyes of beggar, I see myself only. God bless them and we should be so thankful for our life. What's your perspective on this, kindly share here.

I’m using Google AdWords account for almost 1 year & never got any message for violation. On Sept.7, 2011 got shock of my life, when I got email that my account has been permanently suspended & prohibited from possessing or creating any AdWords accounts, both now & in future. They've not given any single warning in advance or pinpoint specific changes required where they think I’m violating their policy. On complaining to their help center they sent me email which is of no use as it's automatic standard reply.

Remember Google Adwords is a paid service & not free service. So automatic standard reply to suspend account without warning or telling specific reason isn’t justifiable. Whenever one creates any campaign/ads, Google approve that campaign, ads, keywords used & landing page/website. Only after eligibility testing, they run ads. It's clear case of Google misusing its monopoly powers.

Coming back to my tragedy, after that I have again complained to their customer support and also to BBB, Better Business Bureau(https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint). Company response (Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351) on BBB after 7 days was again of no use as it was standard automatic reply. Though Google Indian support team responded continuously but inspite of all the changes that was required from their sides, they have not enabled my account and I am just waiting for their "specialist" to respond.

Go through my emails with Google Indian team and see that even when I diligently followed all their instructions, they are not enabling my account for no valid reason. You can understand the frustration I have gone through. Since they have standard message (This email and the information it contains are confidential and may be privileged. If you have received this email in error please notify me immediately. You should not copy it for any purpose, or disclose its contents to any other person............) below in their email so I have removed few unnecessary details for legal reasons and also for privacy/aesthetic reasons. Also removed complete page www.0987.in/earn later rather than keep on changing it to comply with their policies.

I am sharing this because I was not expecting such thing from reputed company for paid service and do not want you to be the next victim.

My account has been suspended permanently without giving me any warning or any specific reason ? Reason given is repeated violation but I have not received warning even once. I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING ILLEGAL. So please explain me the reason behind this sudden shock to me. I can bring changes only if I know what specific wrong I've done. Please take back suspension as my whole livelihood is dependent on online business which cannot run without ad campaigns.

First I would like to thank that some human has come up to reply (The Google AdWords India Team) rather than automatic standard reply (as I got earlier) without warning for such major decision. Especially when someone's livelihood (as in my case) is based on only online business and thus fully dependent on online ads, in which google has monopoly. I have gone through your email & I have incorporated your suggestions wherever required. I think that the decision to suspend my adwords account was definitely unwarranted, so sending additional information supporting my case so that you can further research this issue & do the needful on urgent basis.

Complaint of get rich quick (egregious violation)
(Your reply was: Your site http://www.0987.in/ is currently in violation of our landing page and site policies. I can confirm that your site has been flagged for promoting Unacceptable business practices such as Get rich quick.) There is one page www.0987.in/earn that is related to Refer us & Earn. Like any other affiliates program we are offering commission/cut if someone refer us any client for creating website from us and here we are not selling any quick rich scheme. You can clearly see that we are giving part of payment received from clients by us to a person who refer that client (commission is from 33% to 50%).Given below are the plans which are clearly displayed on same page of website. Plans are for for client and earnings is commission that is earned who refer client to us.

Rs.900 /19$ plan for One page website, Your earning: (Rs.500 /10$)

Rs.4900 /99$ plan For 2-5 pages website, Your earning: (Rs.2000 /40$)
Rs.9000 /190$ plan For 5-10 pages website, Your earning: (Rs.3000 /60$)

So offer is very much valid & legal. And no simple or egregious violation has been done by me. Here we are giving commission out of client payment for referring us customer. What's wrong in that and earnings are clearly mentioned in all plans on same page.

Complaint of harvesting policy

(Check under YOUR EMAIL question in all forms at www.0987.in/earn, www.0987.in/jobs, www.0987.in/free, www.0987.in/q, etc.) So we are not collection information without any reason and clearly mentioning that we do not share their email/identity. Thus there is no violation of harvesting policy.

Complaint of arbitrage policy

Ads I have put only in right hand corner of pages (just 125 pixels allocated to them). Apart from that, I have inserted ads only where lot of blank space has left (because of long forms in one side or other such reason) But now on your suggestion, I have removed all such ads and nows ads are only of right hand side corner(125 pixels only). For last one year, total earning from ads are just 6-7$, so ads earnings are anyhow negligible.(You can check my adsense and affiliate account yourself)

Complaint of unclear and inaccurate claims

(Your reply was: Suggest you to please work on removing all unclear and inaccurate claims from your site. Please work on making your business model more transparent and comprehensible by the users at the first go.) All the information, I have provided on site is accurate and clearly displayed. One one of the page www.0987.in/free, we are providing free website within 48 hours. But I am not claiming anything false. Whenever anyone fill form completely, we make his website within 48 hours(you can try for yourself). And it is clearly mentioned in headline only that payment is optional after one month if satisfied. Through change in language, I have make it more clear after your suggestion.

So there is not a single false claim and everything is clearly displayed. Here we are giving service to customer and taking payment after one month on his satisfaction, what's wrong with that. I wonder if any of my competitor because of jealousy is sending you frivolous complaints, so that I cannot able to do my business. I think I am able to clarify my position and after changes incorporated wherever required in my site, my business model is compliant with your policies. So please let my adwords account be re-enabled on urgent basis. It's emergency for me.

I carefully went through all aspects and details pointed out in your email.
We haven't received any complaints from competing firms. Per our policies, we constantly monitor all possible violations and take appropriate actions from time to time. Anurag, please understand that since, it is only this site that is in violation of our policies, you can work on fixing this, post which we can have your account un-suspended. The reason why it was flagged for Get rich quick is because the 'Earn' tab does not accurately provide information as to how users will be able to earn the promised amount. For compliance with this policy, I suggest you the following; Be very transparent about your product. Mention the steps involved in using your product clearly in simple language. Add original reviews of the users who have benefited from your product. Make sure that users get as much information as possible, prior to their decision whether they should choose your product or not. I also suggest you to make sure you are being transparent to our users about any risks involved in using your product. Remove all superlative claims and tone down the language used throughout. Please make sure that you add disclaimers and let users know that results may not be typical. Please Explain the way in which they can earn the promised amount, in simple words.

Regarding compliance with Arbitrage policy, I still see that your 'Home' page, has too many ads. Please reduce the number of ads/the space taken up by ads in your site and add more content in the form of text. This content should be related to your ad text and should stand independently of the links on your page that redirect users to other sites. This includes any affiliate links on your site. Also regarding our Information harvesting policy, please understand that having a privacy policy is a must. This is because per our policies, if your website collects personal information (like email id), a link to your privacy policy must be included on your site and be easily accessible before entering personal information.

Your privacy policy should cover the following aspects: What personal information is collected from the user. How this information will be used by the company. How the company transfers data to third-party companies. How to modify or delete this personal information or opt-out. Unless necessary for the product or service that you're offering, it's best to not request personal information. Clearly explain what the information will be used for, and what a user can expect after entering their information and how they can unsubscribe from your service/interactions. All the links on Home page is not at all advertising, affiliate or irrelevant link in any sense as pointed by you earlier. The main job/concept of my website www.0987.in is that we create websites for others. So home page is like testimonial, so that customers can see various websites created by us. All these are my own websites/links. If you have any doubts, check out domain ownership of all those websites at any domain owner records/lookup sites (e.g http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp). So do you mean to say that I cannot display my own websites to customers so that they see our job quality? Conclusion

Even after so many emails and bringing changes required by them ,they have not enable account till now. And this is paid service from Internet leader, what you can expect for free service. So don't be surprised if you get closure of your gmail, orkut, blog, picasa album overnight without any single warning.

I am starting interview series with celebrity and not so celebrity, where question which mostly remain unanswered are answered here. So we are starting from most eligible bachelor Salman Khan.
Salman khan has given time of 11p.m at shooting of his next film, Mungari lal ke sapne at famous rock garden of Chandigarh but he is no where to be seen. So we are just waiting and seeing the hustle bustle of shooting. And after almost 3 hours, there is sudden buzz in environment as relaxed Salman entered the scene. Again after around 40 minutes, we got call to meet the Salman in his van. So here we are face to face with Salman.

Q: So how's you life going Salman?

S: Of, coarse, any doubts.....

Every FMCG personal care product whether soap, shampoo, perfume, shaving cream, lipstick is for attracting opposite sex and not just for personal care. Though that purpose is subtle or byproduct but essential one which is clearly depicted in advertisement of these products. In a same way dresses are made in such a way that make you presentable and attractive.

If that is not the case, then just go to any PG/hostel/room of single girls or boys and the co-educational places and one can see the difference by own. Mostly in single accommodations, comparatively they are not concerned for their attractiveness. So the point is, we do care about opposite sex presence and dress accordingly. And the way you dress, it effects the environment and your image in other eyes. Thats why different occasion like marriage, college, office, party, funeral demands different dress. and you cannot be in same dress.

So it is stupid to think that your provocatively dress will have no effect on other. Though no rapist, molester can put this logic for his act. And provocative dress does not mean invitation to rape but that yes, effects your image and the way the other person going to think about you.

So by slut walk, are females telling that their dress should not have any effect on you? By that logic, if some male is looking at pornographic images/video in public or in front of female, it should not be taken as sexual harassment. Everyone has read Newton's laws in their school. Sir Isaac Newton presented his three laws of motion in 1686. His third law states that for every action (force) in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction. In other words, if object A exerts a force on objectB, then object B also exerts an equal and opposite force on object A.

But Newton had forgot to tell that this law is applicable not only to physical objects but it is one of the most powerful law that operates in humans. And like all other grand natural laws, it's so obvious. If you love someone, you will get love from them. Since each individual is unique, their reaction may be different or delayed but sooner or later you will get similar vibes from him. Even for your biggest enemy if you have respect within your mind, same respect you will command from him. Its just matter of time.

Now it solely depends on you whether you want to be puppet of this law and go for - An eye for an eye (and the whole world be blind), if someone throws negative vibes, words for you. Or you may decide to use this law and be master of yourself and circumstances. So whatever positive, neutral, negative vibes or situation you are in, if you keep acting (rather than reacting) with positive emotions, sooner or later similar reactions you will get. So act rather than react is a key to be master, not puppet in your life.

And that exactly is the reason that Gandhiji had able to win over mightiest empire. Gandhiji had acted through non-violence and not reacted to violence methods of British empire. So they have no other way but to deal with him non violently. And same will be the reason for win of Anna. And I must add, this countrywide protest is against big disease of corruption and not just one bill which ruling party thinks and thus give silly reasons for arrest of Anna hazzareji.

Should India give Kashimr to Pakistan?

Is claim of Kashmir as their integral part right ?
Are Kashmirs want to live independently? Should India agree ?

These are few questions that have came up in my mind, when I have seen map in India in Google analytics, in which unlike our school textbook, head of India is not with us. So probably PoK (Pakistan occupied Kashmir) is consider as controversial region and not consider as integral part of India internationally? I also found hard liner views of map distortion by Google.

But I think, more important than map territory rights, it's human suffering that should we our main focus area. Rather than fighting for territory like dogs and thus killing so many lives. Just because of these animal instincts in us, we cannot see the bigger picture. Because of which so many humans are suffering, getting killed whether its people from Kashmir or Pakistan army or Indian army.

First we should put immediate full stop to these suffering, killings if we consider that we are civilized, have some evolutionary difference from animals. Then we should go for all other hard or soft options: discussions, international pressure, economic pressure, etc.and let it come to logical conclusion whatever it comes. And it can happen if civilized, evolved humans from all sides decided and we must do it now or should we remain dog adamant ?
