Beyond that disappointment, however, is the sheer dull-mindedness displayed by Corax and his Raven Guard. The ease with which they are fooled (I won't ruin the specifics), is downright ridiculous and makes what should have been a goddamn awesome read a boring slog. Overall a bummer of a book following the letdown that was Outcast Dead.
