Zilele trecute, Discovery România prezenta in emisiunea lor despre polititistii englezi, cum un agent i-a explicat unui sofer ce ar trebui sa faca, pentru a nu incurca traficul, daca acesta doreste neaparat sa ruleze mai incet decat ceilalti, apoi in fata camerei Discovery a argumentat ca nu l-a amendat pentru ca omul fusese foarte atent la explicatiile sale si politicos... la noi poate parea incredibil, dar aceasta este dovada de PROFESIONIST in deciziile sale a unui agent de politie englez.

Cu 20 de ani in urma vedeam cu ochii mei, in repetate randuri, cum in Slovenia ('94. tara iesita din fosta Yugoslavie, unde incepea razboiul), pe muntele (mie imi parea deal, dar ei asa zic) Maribor, politia - foarte activa - impartea amenzi pentru incurcarea traficului (!!) in cazul concret in care un T.I.R, pe urcare, nu intra imediat in prima parcare pentru a face loc masinilor din spatele sau, in cazul in care se adunau mai mult de 4-5 in spatele acestuia. Iar parcarile erau dese si relativ spatioase,,,, inca o data - dovada lor de PROFESIONALISM.

Din pacate, legislatia noastra nu prevede nici acum o norma in sensul acesta (al fluidizarii traficului).... si ar fi totusi bine daca ar lipsi doar atat...

Ieri dimineata am filmat cu telefonul o mostra de aplicare a legii, asa cum este inteleasa ea, de catre unii domni politisti... care teoretic sunt angajati ai statului in slujba cetateanului obisnuit...

In exemplul urmator - Soseaua Bucuresti-Ploiesti, Baneasa, zona Liceului Francez... Drum pe 3 benzi pe sens, viteza legala pe acel sector de drum 70 km/h, nu exista treceri de pietoni, semafoare, case sau gradini la marginea drumului...

In zona liceului sus amintit este instalata o restrictie de 50 km/h, pe ambele sensuri - lucru oarecum exagerat acolo (zona nu e traversabila, liceul e de alt nivel, are parcare si curte interioara mare, in afara sa nu am vazut niciodata lume, aglomeratie, cum se intampla frecvent pe la liceele din oras; nu exista trotuare).

Daca aceasta masura urmareste o oarecare logica in timpul zilei, cand s-ar presupune ca este activitate la liceu.... pe timpul noptii insa nu mai exista motivatii... Se pare ca unii politisti exploateaza astfel de locuri pentru a-si indeplini target-urile de amenzi, probabil... Posibil sa fie si felicitati pentru sacul de amenzi pe care-l strang in cateva ore, probabil... dar cata diferenta intre adevaratii profesionisti din alte locuri si mentalitatile celor ce teoretic s-ar zice ca sunt in slujba cetateanului...

Oare... alinierea legislatiei la normele europene n-ar trebui sa cuprinda si aceasta parte, a circulatiei rutiere?! ...Si alte multe altele?!... Nu mai zic nimic..
