This 1 week break is great. Away from work allow me to reflect on my plan and change for better. Although, it is a tired week but a enjoyable one. At least this week is not wasted. More gain than lost. I see the purposes and reasons to go back again. :)

Dragon-boating can be additive to everyone. Perhaps, it is. Not for the glory. Not because of the prize, the trophy. It's not about winning. I still feel it's because of the beautiful culture behind it, the friendship, the fun of working as a team, the passion. I believe it is the same for other sports.

Feeling despondent and miserable now. Argh....!!! I lost my diary during the selection. I am sure it drop of from my backpack when i reach the mainland. Just feeling sad about them. Why makes things complicated when it can be done easier, happier, and without any intention. Is this how the environment really shape human to react this way. I guess majority are trap in his race.
