வாழ்க்கைல எல்லாமே சந்தோசமா அமையாது. ஆனா நாம எல்லாத்தையும் சந்தோசமா எடுத்துக்கலாம். உலகமே ஒரு நாடக மேடைன்னு சொல்வாங்க. நடிக்க மட்டும் இல்ல, நடிக்கர மாதிரி நடிக்கவும் தெரியணும். அப்போ தான் இந்த உலகத்தில உலவ முடியும்.

பலவகையான மகிழ்ச்சி தருணங்கள் இருக்கு. ஆனா பிள்ளை பருவமும், பள்ளி பருவமும் எதுக்குமே ஈடாகாது. ஏன்னா அப்போ நாம இந்த சமூகத்தை பத்தியோ உலகத்தை பத்தியோ யோசிக்கவோ, புரிஞ்சுக்கணும் னு முற்படுறது இல்ல. ஒரு வேலை அந்த பள்ளி படிப்பும் பதின்மவயதுக்குள்ள முடிஞ்சா கூட உலகமே நம்ம கூட தான் னு நெனைக்க தோணும்..

அந்த சின்ன உலகத்தில நமக்கான உலகம் சின்னதாவே போய்டும், இனிப்பு சாப்பிட்டா சந்தோசம், தெருவுல விளையாடும்போது சந்தோசம், அம்மாவோ அப்பாவோ நம்மகூட நேரம் ஒதுக்கும்போது ரொம்பவே சந்தோசம்.. இப்படி நெறய சொல்லிட்டே போகலாம்.

பால்ய பருவத்திலே நாமாவே கத்துக்கற சைக்கிள், பள்ளி விளையாட்டுகள்ல பங்கெடுத்து பரிசு வாங்கறது, ஆசிரியர்கள் நமக்குன்னு பரிசுகள் கொடுக்கறது னு நிறையவே சந்தோஷத்துக்கு அளவுகளே இல்ல இந்த பருவத்திலே.

மழைல நனைறது வேறுவிதமான சந்தோசம், ஏன்னா கடவுளே நேரடியா சந்தோசத்தை மழையா நம்ம மேல பொழிவார்னு நான் கேள்வி பட்டிருக்கேன். ஆனாலும், அதெல்லாம் யோசிக்காம கடவுளோட கைகோர்த்து விளையாட மழையும் ஒரு விளையாட்டா மாறிடும். அவரோட விளையாட யாருக்கு தான் பிடிக்காது.

அம்மாவோட கட்டு சாப்பாட்டில் இருக்கற ருசி, நமக்கான அளவற்ற சந்தோசத்தின் கோயில் னே சொல்லலாம். எங்க போனாலும் அவளோட ஞாபகம், அவளோட ருசிய தேடறதுனு வாழ்க்கைல நமக்கான அடுத்த நிலைக்கு கொண்டு செல்லும் மகிழ்ச்சி. அவளுக்கு நிகர் அவளே தான்.

என்னென்ன மகிழ்ச்சியோ அனைத்திற்கும் அடித்தளம் அவளே.. ஊனே, உயிரே, உணர்வே னு அவளை பத்தி நினைச்சாலே சந்தோஷமும் நம்ம கூடவே பெருக்கெடுக்கும். அள்ள அள்ள குறையாத மகிழ்ச்சியின் புதையல்..

குழைந்தையின் மனமும், அம்மாவின் மடியும் கிடைக்க பெற்றவர்கள் பாக்கியம் பெற்றவர்கள்.. ஊற்றெடுக்கும் சந்தோசத்தின் வழிகாட்டிகள்..

புதுமைக்கு வித்திடும் கடைசி நாள்:

போனவை போனவையாய் இருக்கட்டும்,
மனிதர்களும் சரி, பொருட்களும் சரி..

நாம என்னதான் புடிச்சு வெச்சாலும் நம்மகூட பயணிக்கவேண்டியது நம்ம கூடவே இருக்கும். ஆனா நம்மதான், நம்மள மதிக்காத நமக்கு மதிப்பில்லாத விஷயங்களுக்கும் பொருட்களுக்கும் மதிப்பு கொடுத்து நம்முடைய பொன்னான நேரத்த வீணடிக்கறோம்.

இந்த நாள் 2019 வருஷத்துக்கு கடைசி நாளா இருக்கலாம். ஆனா 2019 கொடுத்த பரிசுகள், இன்பங்கள், உறவுகள் எல்லாமே நம்ம கூட பயணிக்கும்... 2019 கொடுத்த கஷ்டங்கள், துன்பங்கள், வேதனைகள் எல்லாமே இந்த நாளோட விட்டுடலாம்.

2019 கொடுத்த சோதனைகள், பாடங்களும் நம்ம கூட கொண்டு போவோம் நல்ல புது வருடமும் பொற்காலமும் இந்த படிப்பினை மூலம் உருவாக்கிக்குவோம்.

நான் யாருக்கும் ஆசான் இல்ல... என்னை உங்க கூட சக பயணியா நெனச்சீங்கன்னா நான் சொல்றது புரியும்.

நமக்கான வாழ்க்கையை நாம தான் வாழணும். எல்லாரும் எல்லா காலமும் நம்மகூட வரமாட்டாங்க.. உன் சுயம் தான் உண்மை... உனக்கே உனக்கு மதிப்பளிக்க பழகிக்கோங்க.. அதன் மூலம் மற்றவர்களும் உனக்கான இடத்தை கொடுக்கறது உன்னால உணர முடியும்.

சிந்தனைகள் பலதா இருக்கலாம் மனதால் என் உலகம், என் சமூகம், என் வாழ்க்கை அதோடு என் சுற்றமும் நட்பும் னு நினைச்சாலே நிறைய விஷயங்களுக்கு தீர்வு காணலாம்.

அன்பு, உழைப்பு, உறுதி, நம்பிக்கை, பொறுமை என எல்லாமும் இருக்கணும் .

வாழ்வு இனிக்க, புது வருடம் சிறக்க, 2019 வழியனுப்பி 2020 புத்துயிர் பெற வரவேற்போம்..

The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi made the declaration on 11 October 2015 while laying the foundation stone of the B. R. Ambedkar's Statue of Equality memorial in Mumbai. The year of 2015 was the 125th birth anniversary of Ambedkar, who had chaired the drafting committee of the Constituent Assembly and played a pivotal role in the drafting of the constitution. Previously this day was celebrated as Law Day.

After a long time back, my blog is waiting for my words.Though the time is moving very fast, the people of India taking numerous targets in their life and day to day life. As we see the more problems and getting solution for the basic problems in the needs of everyone is still pending.

But the system of Indian administration making everyone as wizards..

After that new regulations and enactments makes people more vexation, resentment, persecution...

Government and Legal gods should be read the mind of Indian people and making some clarifications with them before.

The law should give the protection and confidence to the mind of people whoever need it of. They should aware the needs of people and make the law to utilize the process properly..

Section - 377 of IPC.. Remarkable judgment by the Supreme Court of India

In July 2001, four staffers from a non-governmental organization in Lucknow working to fight HIV/AIDS among men who have sex with men (MSM) were arrested and charged with the stringent IPC Section 377 (unnatural offences) and for sale obscene material among other offences. They were jailed for 47 days, their HIV/AIDS- related material seized and the offices of their NGOs Naz Foundation and Bharosa Trust sealed.

Health workers in Chennai, Bangalore and Delhi endured similar harassment, noted Human Rights Watch in its publication "Epidemic of Abuse-Police Harassment of HIV/AIDS outreach workers". The document highlights a bitter reality of India's battle against HIV/AIDS—fighting the disease becomes an uphill task when criminality is attached to vulnerable communities.

Much of these challenges associated with fighting HIV/AIDS were overcome thanks to the Delhi High Court judgement decriminalising same-sex relations in 2009. But they have been resurrected with the Supreme Court's judgement on Wednesday. Activists fear the judgment will pose a huge setback for HIV/AIDS.
"It will have a devastating impact on the fight against HIV/AIDS. In the early days it was very hard to get MSMs to health units as they feared police action. This changed only after the Delhi HC judgement," says Dr. L Ramakrishnan of Solidarity and Action Against the HIV Infection in India. He pointed out that the apex court's judgement was likely to give legal backing to the biases of healthcare professionals and could fuel their discriminatory attitudes.
The issue is particularly pressing as MSMs are a high-risk category for HIV/AIDS. Roughly seven per cent of the estimated 25 lakh gay persons in India are HIV-infected, according to the Central government. Their marginalisation in healthcare was in fact the basis of the Public Interest Litigation filed by the Naz Foundation in the Delhi HC.

The National AIDS Control Organization too had admitted in its affidavit that Section 377 acted as a "serious impediment" to successful public health interventions. "Those in the high risk group are mostly reluctant to reveal same-sex behaviour due to fear of law enforcement agencies, keeping a large section invisible and unreachable and thereby pushing the cases of infection underground making it very difficult for public health workers to even access them," stated the NACO affidavit. It had pointed out that social stigma forced many MSMs to deny their behaviour, thereby marrying or having sex with female partners and subsequently putting them too at the risk of HIV/AIDS.
Ashok Row Kavi of the Humsafar Trust too echoed these concerns. "It will put us in grave trouble. But the NACO's progressive schemes have helped the community and we will continue that work," he said.

The negative impact
* Gay persons would be afraid to approach healthcare systems as they could be reported under Section 377.
* The judgment would make healthcare workers who work with LGBTQ (lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender, queer) communities vulnerable to police harassment for 'promoting' illegality.
* Social stigma could force MSMs to deny their sexual behaviour, marry women and have sex with female partners putting them at the risk of HIV/AIDS.
