When We Use GET() //Method

In Api we use Get() method for request/fetch the data/details from url/server and database
The get method is common use in http methods

GET() requests can be cached
GET() requests remain in the browser history
GET() requests can be bookmarked
GET() requests should never be used when dealing with sensitive data
GET() requests have length restrictions
GET() requests are only used to request data (not modify)

When We Use POST() //Method

In Api we use POST() method to insert the data into database

POST() requests are never cached
POST() requests do not remain in the browser history
POST() requests cannot be bookmarked
POST() requests have no restrictions on data length

when we use PUT() //Method

Put is use for update the resource but Post is also use for update the resource so
Why we use Put over Post

because When we call put method multiple time always produce the same result.
When we call Post method multiple time its has side effects always produce the same result.

when we use PATCH() //Method

HTTP PATCH() requests make partial update on a resource/server. If you see PUT() request are also modify a
resource entity
So lets make more clear

PATCH() method are the perfact choice for partially updating an
existing resource and PUT() should only used if you’re replacing a resource in its entirety.

A Application Programming Interface which use the communication many way like

GET--------------GET its work when you want to desire data from any server

PUT--------------PUT its work when you want to update the data of server but here you have to send mandatory Id which Id data you want to update

POST-------------Post its work when you want to save data on server

DELETE-----------DELETE its work when you want to delete the data of server ut here you have to send mandatory Id which Id data you want to Delete

First Understand How its work

For Use API you need to have permission to access the data

like if you working with any third party API then you Need to have Access-Token what party Provide for that

there have many security to use API like wise when you request for data to calling any API that will not provide full data but they provide section of data

like if you call you tube data API and mention subscription than YouTube will provide only subscription of particular Channel

Note :

Some Person tell me API is a application but its not a application just i told you this is the way by which you can communicate to database of any

particular website or application to fetching the data ,if you have a android application so no one can call that application by API but the Can call

the data base of application

All you are using PayTm but you know PayTm Provide Many Service like Recharge of All DTH ,Mobile ,Movie ticket,Train Booking,Bus ,Payment option so

PayTm call API for each Service to fetch the data just Mobile Re-chase Plane ,Train Time,Bus no, and many more

Near about all Company which deal on online service they provide API and also they Use API

If use trivago then there you will get all hotel details and rate ,room image so trivago call to hotel site database by the API and they get updated data

like channel name ,description total like ,total subscribe ,total Unlike and more

1>Fiest create new asp.net c# apllication
2>take one page with any name

3> first all youtube need to do download youtube expoder from nuget package manager or from visual studi Tool>Nuget package manager>package manager console
or Tool>Nuget package manager>package manager setting when you download this in your project soluation please rebuild your aaplication

4 now take one textbox in which you fill chanel Id and take one button
for display the message we take table and that table we display chanel info
