Can ELECTRICITY pass through Flash light of the Digital camera to your body??? Yes it is 100% true..!This is a true incidence reported of a boy aged 19, who was studying in 1st year of engineering, who died in Keshvani Hospital, Mumbai. He was admitted in the Hospital as a burned patient. Reason ??????This boy had gone to Amravati (a place located in State of Maharashtra ) on a study tour, on their return they were waiting at the railway station to catch the train. Many of them started taking pictures of their friends using "Mobile Phones" and / or "Digital Camera". One of them complained that, he was unable to capture the full group of friends in one frame in the Digicam.This boy moved away to a distance to get the whole group.He failed to notice that at an angle above his head, 40,000 volts electrical line was passing through.As soon as he clicked the digital camera? 40,000 volt current passed through the camera flash light to his camera and then from his camera to his fingers & to his body. All this happened within a fraction of a second. His body was half burned.They arranged for an ambulance & his burned body was brought to Keshavani Hospital, Mumbai.For one & half days or so he was conscious & talking. Doctors did not have much hopes as there was a lot of complex issues in his body. and then He passed away later. Now how many of us are aware about these technical threats & dangers? Even if we are, how many of us are adhering??
Avoid using mobile phones / Digital cameras near high voltage electrical lines like in railway stations and avoid using flash.

Noida schools opened before 12-january despite DM's order

According to DM Hridesh Kumar there should no classes upto 8^th in any school till January 12^th. But making mockery of DM’s announcement, some schools are still forcing small kids to come to school in extreme cold mornings.

In many cases, due to lack of proper information and miscommunication many children came to attend the classes before 12^th even though the schools were closed till 12^th-January. And in some cases the schools have been declared opened for all the classes before 12^th-January. The concerned officials of the Noida authority have not taken any strict action in this direction. लिफ्ट देना फिर पड़ा महंगा

लूट की यह वारदात सेक्टर-43 में रहने वाले अक्षय अहलूवालिया के साथ हुई। इनोवा कार से घर लौट रहे अक्षय को 4 बदमाशों ने लिफ्ट लेने के बहाने गन पॉइंट पर बंधक बनाकर अगवा कर लिया। बदमाश उन्हें शशि चौक से दादरी रोड की ओर ले गए। सेक्टर-42 के एक सुनसान एरिया में बदमाशों ने अक्षय से पर्स और मोबाइल लूट लिया। बदमाश इनोवा कार लूटकर ले जाने की फिराक में थे, इसी बीच पीडि़त के शोर मचाने पर वहां से गुजर रहे राहगीरों की नजर पड़ी तो बदमाश फरार हो गए। घटना की सूचना मिलने पर थाना सेक्टर-39 पुलिस ने लूट का मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है।

सोमवार रात 10:40 बजे: इंजिनियर से स्विफ्ट कार लूटी
सोमवार देर रात स्विफ्ट कार सवार इंजीनियर की कार को पीछे से हिट करके इंडिका कार सवार बदमाशों ने रोडरेज के बहाने पिस्तौल दिखाकर उनसे कार और लैपटॉप लूट लिया। वारदात की जानकारी मिलते ही थाना सेक्टर-24 पुलिस समेत सीनियर अधिकारियों में हड़कंप मच गया। आनन फानन में पुलिस ने लूट का मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोपियों की तलाश शुरू की मगर कोई कामयाबी हाथ नहीं लग सकी। यह वारदात सेक्टर-34 स्थित नीलगिरी अपार्टमेंट में रहने वाले कुणाल चौधरी के साथ हुई। वह देर रात लगभग 10:30 बजे ऑफिस से घर के लिए निकले थे। सेक्टर-53 के पास बदमाशांे ने उन्हें कार समेत लूट लिया।

रविवार रात 11:30 बजे : बदमाशों का नहीं लगा सुराग
संडे को दिल्ली से ऑटो एक्सपो देखकर लौट रहे दो लोगों से लूट के मामले में पुलिस के हाथ अब भी खाली हैं। बता दें कि एक प्राइवेट कंपनी के सीनियर अधिकारी मनीष अग्रवाल और उनके दोस्त अजय कुमार को लेबर चौक पर इंडिका कार सवार बदमाशों ने रोडरेज के बहाने गन पाइंट पर बंधक बनाकर लूट लिया था। बदमाश दोनों को 5 घंटे तक नोएडा से गाजियाबाद रूट पर घुमाते रहे। सोमवार तड़के तकरीबन 3 बजे दोनों को नोएडा के पर्थला खंजर के पास फेंक दिया गया। बदमाश उनकी कार, सोने की चेन और अंगूठी, दो मोबाइल और एटीएम लूटकर फरार हो गए।

रेसिंग कार ने खींचा सबका ध्यान

सेक्टर-125 स्थित एमिटी यूनिवर्सिटी में मंगलवार से एक महीने तक चलने वाली स्पोर्ट्स मीट शुरू हो गई। यूनिवर्सिटी के चांसलर अतुल चौहान ने फुटबॉल में किक मारकर मीट का उद्घाटन किया। इस मौके पर रेड बुल कंपनी की ओर से आरबी-3 स्टैटिक रेसिंग कार का प्रदर्शन भी किया गया।

स्टूडेंट्स को संबोधित करते हुए अतुल चौहान ने कहा कि एमिटी पिछले 12 साल से इस खेल प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन कर रहा है। इन खेलों में भाग लेने से स्टूडेंट्स में न केवल फिजिकल फिटनेस बढ़ती है बल्कि उनमें अनुशासन और टीम भावना का भी विकास होता है। मीट में रेड बुल की रेसिंग कार सभी के आकर्षण का प्रमुख केंद्र रही। सेवन स्पीड के सेमी ऑटोमैटिक गियर बॉक्स की इस रेसिंग कार में रेनॉल्ड 2400 सीसी का इंजन लगा है। इस हेवी इंजन के चलते यह कार पलक झपकते ही 200 किलोमीटर से ऊपर की स्पीड पर दौड़ने लगती है। उत्सुक छात्रों ने कार के आसपास खड़े होकर फोटो खिंचवाए और कंपनी के अफसरों से इस कार की खूबियों के बारे में जानकारी हासिल की।

बने हैं गड्ढे, ग्राउंड है गीला, कैसे होगी रामलीला

शहर में रामलीला की तैयारियां जोरों पर चल रही है। नोएडा स्टेडियम में रामलीला मंचन की अनुमति पाने वाली श्री धार्मिक लीला कमिटी ने ग्राउंड में स्टेज बनाने का काम शुरू कर दिया है। करीब 2 दर्जन मजदूर स्टेज बनाने के काम में जुटे हुए हैं। इसके साथ ही मैदान को समतल बनाने का काम भी चल रहा है। अगले कुछ दिनों में कुर्सियां बिछाने और फन-फूड कोर्ट बनाने का काम भी शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।

वहीं प्रकाश अस्पताल के पीछे वाले ग्राउंड में श्री रामलीला का मंचन करने वाली सनातन धर्म रामलीला कमिटी ने भी सोमवार से करीब 45 फुट चौड़े स्टेज को बनाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी, लेकिन यहां ग्राउंड पर मौजूद अव्यवस्थाओं के कारण मजदूरों को काम करने में परेशानी हो रही है। ग्राउंड के जो हालात इस समय हैं, उसे देखकर नहीं लगता कि इतने कम समय में सभी तैयारियां हो जाएंगी।

बने हैं गड्ढे भरा है पानी

प्रकाश अस्पताल के पीछे वाले ग्राउंड का हाल बारिश के कारण बेहाल हो चुका है। ग्राउंड में जगह-जगह पानी जमा है। इसके अलावा कई जगह गड्ढे भी बने हुए हैं। पानी में मच्छरों के पनपने से डेंगू का खतरा भी बना हुआ है। सनातन धर्म रामलीला कमिटी के संगठन मंत्री संजय बाली ने बताया कि अथॉरिटी ग्राउंड की सफाई करवाने के मामले में उनके साथ भेदभाव कर रही है। ग्राउंड में अभी तक जलभराव, झाडि़यों और गड्ढों की समस्या बनी हुई है। हमने इस समस्या के बारे में 6 दिन पहले अथॉरिटी के अधिकारियों को लेटर लिखकर बताया था, लेकिन अभी तक कोई संतोषजनक कार्रवाई नहीं हुई है।

वहीं दूसरी ओर सेक्टर-12 श्री बजरंग संचालिका समिति ने अभी स्टेज निर्माण का काम शुरू नहीं किया है। समिति के अध्यक्ष शिवलाल ने बताया कि हमारी तैयारियां पूरी हैं। अगले एक-दो दिनों में मंच निर्माण काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।

सड़कों पर किया जाता है वाहनों को पार्क

सेक्टर-18 में पार्किंग के लिए बहुत ही कम जगह है। नोएडा अथॉरिटी ने सेंट्रल स्टेज मॉल और सोमदत्त टावर के सामने खुली पार्किंग कमर्शल कॉम्प्लेक्स के लिए अलॉट कर दी। अब यहां सड़क किनारे पार्किंग करने वालों से जुर्माना वसूला जाता है। इसके उलट फिल्म सिटी में अथॉरिटी के पास पार्किंग की जगह नहीं है, लेकिन सड़क किनारे पार्किंग स्पेस बनाकर इसे ठेके पर दे दिया गया। अथॉरिटी यहां से पार्किंग चार्ज ले रही है। शहर में 15 हजार कमर्शल वीइकल हैं, लेकिन इनकी पार्किंग की व्यवस्था नहीं है।

सेक्टर-8 में पुलिस चौकी के सामने सड़क किनारे क्रेन का कारोबार पिछले पंद्रह साल से चल रहा है। यहां तीन से चार क्रेनें खड़ी रहती हैं। सड़कों के किनारे बसों की भी लंबी लाइन देखी जा सकती है।

ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर की सिर्फ प्लानिंग

अथॉरिटी ने वर्ष 1980 के आसपास अपनी सबसे पहली प्लानिंग में सेक्टर-16 को ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर के रूप में बसाने की योजना बनाई थी। इसी के तहत यहां डीटीसी बसों का डिपो बनाया गया था। इसके बाद बाकी जगह पर वेयर हाउस बनाया गया ताकि बाहर से आने वाले ट्रकों की पार्किंग भी यहां हो सके। यहां अब ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर की जगह ऑटो मार्केट बन गया है।

नोएडा बस असोसिएशन के महासचिव अनिल दीक्षित ने बताया कि शहर में डीटीसी का डिपो है। यूपी रोडवेज की बसें भी यहीं खड़ी कर दी जाती हैं। पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट के रूप में चल रही लगभग एक हजार प्राइवेट बसों की पार्किंग की व्यवस्था नहीं है। असोसिएशन ने सेक्टर-37 चौराहे पर बॉटैनिकल गार्डन के निकट, सिटी सेंटर के निकट सेक्टर-33 में और फेज-2 एरिया में किसी एक जगह पर बसों के लिए रिजर्व करने का अनुरोध नोएडा अथॉरिटी के सीईओ रमा रमण से किया था। इसके अलावा सेक्टर-21 ए स्थित रामलीला मैदान में भी 20-25 दिन रामलीला मंचन को छोड़ बाकी दिनों में बसों की पार्किंग की इजाजत देने का अनुरोध किया था, लेकिन इस पर कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं हुई।

कई जगह हो पार्किंग स्पेस

अथॉरिटी ने सेक्टर -69 में ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर बनाया है। इसमें 3500-4000 के करीब माल ढोने वाले वाहनों की पार्किंग की जा सकेगी। नोएडा ट्रांसपोर्ट असोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष शिव कुमार शर्मा का कहना है ुकि शहर के मौजूदा कमर्शल वाहनों की संख्या के लिहाज से यह पार्किंग पर्याप्त नहीं है। इस बारे में नोएडा अथॉरिटी के चेयरमैन , सीईओ व डिप्टी सीईओ के साथ कई बार बातचीत हुई है , लेकिन एक जगह ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर के अलावा अन्य जगहों पर पार्किंग का प्लान नहीं बन पाया है।

हो सकती हैं दिक्कतें

लघु उद्योग भारती के जिला अध्यक्ष सुभाष चुग का कहना है कि जब नोएडा को औद्योगिक नगर बनाया गया था , तो सेक्टर -16 को ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर के रूप में छोड़ा गया था। लेकिन अब तक यह बनकर तैयार नहीं हो पाया है।

सहायक संभागीय परिवहन अधिकारी जयशंकर तिवारी ने बताया कि नोएडा शहर में लगभग 15 हजार के करीब कमर्शल वाहन हैं। पार्किंग की समस्या तो गंभीर है। ट्रांसपोर्ट डिपार्टमेंट के पास भी बस और अन्य वीइकल की पार्किंग की समस्या लेकर लोग आते हैं मगर इसमें विभाग कुछ नहीं कर सकता।

Rs. 1 lakh snatched from 75-year-old

Two motorcycle-borne robbers on Friday snatched a bag containing Rs1 lakh from a 75-year-old man in Noida, the police said.
Ramswarup, a resident of Sector 56, had withdrawn the cash from the Syndicate Bank branch in Sector 18 and was walking towards the parking lot, when the two men on a motorbike passed by him, snatched the bag containing the money, and fled.
"We have registered a case on Ramswarup's complaint and are trying to nab the robbers," said Inspector Vijay Prakash of Sector 20 police station.

Metro link to connect Ghaziabad with Noida

The process of linking Noida and Ghaziabad by Metro has started. The Uttar Pradesh government has approved the plan to connect the two cities, which are separated by a highway. Metro service is set to be extended to Ghaziabad (Vaishali) from Anand Vihar early next month. In an exclusive interview with Hindustan Times on Thursday, Noida Authority chief executive officer (CEO) Rama Raman said, “We have appointed Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) as consultant for a new Metro line from Noida City Centre (sector 32) to sector 62, bordering NH 24. Once we get there, we will go across the highway and link the Metro lines in both the cities.”

If one were to go to Noida from Ghaziabad now, one had to take the train at Anand Vihar, get off at Yamuna Bank and take another train coming from Dwarka. Currently, on the Noida line, the service ends at City Centre (sector 32)....READ MORE on Hindustan Times

Women burnt alive to death in Dadri area

A 25 year woman, named Archana Devi, was burnt alive by her in laws including her husband in Dadri area of Noida. Prakash Singh, the father of the dead woman, lodged a dowry death complain against Archana's in laws. He alleged that Archana's husband and In laws poured kerosene oil on her and set her in flames. Archana eventually died in Delhi Hospital.

One of the two sisters, rescued from their Noida flat after they locked themselves in following severe depression over their father's death, died at Kailash Hospital here Wednesday.
"Anuradha, the elder sister, died at around 7.30 a.m. A lot of factors led to the death," Superintendent of Police Anant Dev told IANS in this suburban city adjoining the capital.
The two sisters were found in a state of acute starvation Tuesday and immediately hospitalised.
Both sisters locked themselves up in their home for seven months and were left to fend for themselves and in a state of utter loneliness.
According to a police officer, the sisters - Anuradha Behl, 41, and Sonali, 38 - had shut themselves up in their house No.326 in the posh Sector-29 of Noida for seven months after their father Colonel (retired) O.P. Behl died two years ago.
They had lost their mother earlier.
However, Superintendent of Police (City) Anant Dev said their father had died in an accident in 1992 and their mother shortly afterwards.
Anuradha suffered multiple organ weakness due to insufficient vitamin intake, said Sarika Chandra, the attending doctor at Kailash Hospital.
Sonali is also in a state of deep depression, she added.
Police, acting on information from neighbours, had to break open the door when the sisters -- both unmarried -- refused to open the door, Anant Dev told IANS.
Their younger brother Vipin Behl, who lives in Sector-50 of Noida with his wife and children, and a maternal uncle used to look after them. But after falling into depression, the two sisters were not cooperating with them, said inspector Vijay Prakash of Sector-20 police station.

UPDATES: Cops point fingers at RWA
Leaving many a question mark hanging over the civil society's apathy towards emotionally destitute women, 40-year-old Anuradha Behl breathed her last on Wednesday.

When the door of their Sector-29 flat in the Capital's satellite township was broken open by policemen on Tuesday, the overriding emotion of Anuradha's younger sister Sonali had been: "Let her die." Sonali is currently lying in hospital under the close watch of doctors.
The sisters had been found living alone in an acute state of starvation because of self-deprivation and depression. The pitiable state they were in has sent waves of shock and outrage among the public.
A case in point of the society's indifference to the women's existence is Poonam Singh, a neighbour of the Behls, who failed to notice anything amiss in their house. "I never noticed anyone coming in or going out," she said.
Though there has been one death in the case so far, police have no ground to file a criminal case.
They have done precious little beyond holding society members responsible for the incident. "We have spoken to Anuradha and Sonali's brother, neighbours and society RWA....The society should be more sensitive," Sector 20 police station's additional SHO R. K. Sisodia said.
"There was a diary in the house, in which Anuradha states that she doesn't want to take any (phone) calls or meet anyone. She also writes that nobody should disturb her and Sonali," he said.
Blaming the RWA, he added, "These RWAs collect moneyâ€¦ Even if they didn't have the power to do anything directly, the RWA members could have at least informed the police or an NGO."
