The event will be held Friday, June 30, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the CMC.

California Market Center (CMC) is partnering with prominent non-profit organization Red Eye to host the 3rd installment of its new Charity Shopping Event series, "Fashion With A Cause", scheduled for Friday, June 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Fashion With A Cause event will feature a curated array of Contemporary apparel, accessories and lifestyle products for women, men, children, and home, in addition to food vendors and family-friendly activities, with event admission fees and 5% of vendor sales being donated to the Red Eye organization.

Taking place to coincide with the LA Fashion District's traditional Sample Sale Friday, visitors can expect a juried marketplace filled with choice brands. Previous vendors have included For Love & Lemons, Fidelity Jeans, Kitsch, Vanessa Mooney, Spiritual Gangster, Crap Eyewear, DL1961 Denim, The Giving Keys, The Beach People, Eberjey, Poprageous, and many more.

The CMC first launched its Fashion With A Cause shopping event as a means to integrate community-building and social-consciousness into its public fashion events, teaming up to benefit the Wags and Walks dog rescue organization for its first two events held in 2016. This summer, the CMC is proud to partner with Red Eye, whose volunteers are dedicated to empowering local youth and communities in need through mentorship and various programs.

"Red Eye is excited to partner with the CMC for their Fashion With A Cause event," said Justin Mayo, Founder of Red Eye. "It is an awesome way for our non-profit to engage with culture creators, influencers and leaders within the fashion industry and Downtown Los Angeles community who might not yet be involved with Red Eye. Snap Studios, who will provide event-goers with complimentary treats, refreshments and photo booth portraits, along with additional food and drink vendors, plus fun activities for kids to enjoy at the event.

Nordstrom, Inc. announced today plans to open Nordstrom Rack at Chimney Rock Crossing in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The approximately 36,000-square-foot store is scheduled to open in 2018. The property is owned by Regency Centers.

When the new store opens, it will be the eighth Rack in New Jersey. The company also operates five full line locations at The Mall at Short Hills, Garden State Plaza, Freehold Raceway Mall, Menlo Park and Cherry Hill.

On Thursday November 17, 2016 Xposure Image Group PRESENTED Fashion Lounge ATL Hosted by Love & Hip Hop's ATL Ariane Davis took place at The Haven ATL. The Comedienne, Funny Pretty Chic Kiana Dancie opened the show with a hilarious comedic set that warmed up the crowd. DJ Toni K provided the music soundtrack for the atmosphere which set the essence of the Fashion Lounge.

Designer Klashaa's Closet opened the show with her fabulous designs. The models were a great accessory and brought her collection to life as they ripped the runway.

Next up was a performance by the Pharaoh of R&B Pearis J who serenaded the crowd with his hot single 'Down For Me.' The ladies adored him and wanted more, not only is his voice special but his talent is undeniable.

The showstopper of the evening Couture Designer Linda Bezuidenhout whose collection left the audience speechless and received rave reviews. Linda's designs exude high couture fashion and her FINALE featured LHHATL's Jessica Dime who wore a mouth dropping sequined piece.

Following Linda's showcase, the models and audience participated in the Fashion Lounge #MannequinChallenge.

To end the show there was a performance by Hip Hop artist International Nova who got the crowd moving with his hot single, 'I Can Tell.'

Nuvo Liqueur and Nuvo Models served the audience with a chilled Fashion Lounge specialty drink that flowed through the crowd all night. After the show, Ariane poured everyone in the audience a glass of Nuvo and we toasted to a successful event.

Love & Hip Hop ATL cast members MiMi Faust, Karlie Redd, Tammy Rivera, Tommie and Jessica Dime attended to support Ariane and the Fashion Lounge. Ariane & MiMi hit the stage to strut their stuff. Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc. announced plans to open a Nordstrom Rack at One Bloor in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The 38,600-square-foot store is scheduled to open in 2018.

The store will be located in Yorkville on the southeast corner of Yonge Street and Bloor Street, a well-known shopping district in Toronto. The new Rack will join Bloor Street retailers that include Holt Renfrew, Prada, Gap, Michael Kors, H&M, and Zara. The store will be approximately one mile north of the Nordstrom full-line store scheduled to open September 16, 2016 at CF Eaton Centre.

Nordstrom first announced plans to expand to Canada in 2012 and to date has opened three full-line stores in Calgary at CF Chinook Centre on September 19, 2014; CF Rideau Centre in Ottawa on March 6, 2015 and CF Pacific Centre in Vancouver on September 18, 2015. The company will open three additional full-line stores in the Toronto area including CF Eaton Centre on September 16, 2016, Yorkdale Shopping Centre on October 21, 2016 and CF Sherway Gardens, fall 2017.

For those of you that may live in Toronto but are not familiar with Nordstrom Rack, here is a bit of info that may be of interest. Macy's, Inc. announced that it has signed an agreement with Men's Wearhouse to open licensed tuxedo rental shops within 300 Macy's stores nationwide.

These Macy's-branded shops will be operated by Men's Wearhouse and staffed by its trained formalwear professionals in dedicated space located in or near the men's department in Macy's stores. They will be fully integrated in Macy's storewide wedding experience, and support Millennial merchandising strategies related to proms and other special occasions.

"Macy's is better able than any other retailer to assist customers with a broad range of needs related to special occasions, and especially wedding couples, their families and friends at this significant milestone period in life. Macy's and Men's Wearhouse will work together to provide additional convenience and simplicity for our customers while offering the latest trends in rental tuxedos, including prestige designer brands and some styles exclusive to Macy's. The customer shopping experience will be enhanced by Men's Wearhouse's specialized and expert service," said Tim Baxter, Macy's chief merchandising officer. The latest order for ladies’, men’s and children’s EU series AlvaForms, makes LC Waikiki Turkey’s largest user of the world’s leading fit forms and consolidates its commitment to apparel sales growth through its product sizing and fit strategy.

LC Waikiki ordered its first AlvaForm in 2008 and since that time has ordered and installed some 100 women’s, men’s and children’s AlvaForms across its product development departments at its head office in Istanbul, registered offices in Bangladesh and China, and key garment manufacturing suppliers worldwide.
