The residence

The residence is located 50m from the village center and 100m from the nearest beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The apartment has a private parking space. There is a private children’s playground and bicycle parking under a luscious pinewood.

The apartment

The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful ex seminary dating back to 1800. It is composed of an open plan living room kitchen and dining area, bedroom and bathroom. It surrounded on three sides by a large terrace (150 sqm total) overlooking the sea and the countryside: at sunset, the view goes from the mountains of Calabria to S. Maria di Leuca. To the north you can see the hills of Oria, the castle, and Manduria.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful ex seminary dating back to 1800. It consists of a large 6m-high-ceilinged open plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen, balcony and bathroom. The two bedrooms are located up in the mezzanine. From the large windows and the terrace you can enjoy a view of the pine forest and the sea behind. The apartment is cool even in summer thanks to the high ceiling and the thick carparo walls.

The resort

Bari is a city on the Adriatic coast; the capital of the Italian region of Puglia. It does have an airport with budget flights from the UK, and as well as having a few sights of interest it is well-placed for exploring this attractive part of Italy.

The apartment

The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a modern building, and consists of a large living area with sofa, dining area, large bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The decor is modern, the rooms are spacious and light with large patio doors. There are three large balconies overlooking the sea. They are ideal for a romantic sunset dinner.

The apartment is quite central and offers all amenities including public services: bus, post office, pharmacy, shops of all kinds. Great for a holiday by the sea, it is ideally placed as a base for day trips around Puglia. The centre of the city is 10 minutes away and is connected by public bus and park & ride shuttle bus. The airport is 10 minutes away, the port 5 minutes.
