Not only being able to hold shortcuts dragged into it, the Winstep Shelf is also capable of displaying the contents of special shell folders such as the Desktop, My Computer, Control Panel, Recent Documents, and so forth... It's even able to display the contents of folders in your hard drive, which can then be manipulated via drag & drop as usual.

The Shelf makes it possible to have a 'clean', uncluttered, desktop with no icons on it whatsoever by having Nexus Ultimate hide the icons on the Desktop - icons that can then be quickly accessed via the Desktop tab. Tabs in the Shelf can also have keyboard shortcuts associated to them to make the Shelf simultaneously come to the foreground and open that particular tab.

Dark Agility and Dark Agility Blue for Windows 7

Download Dark Agility for Windows 7 first.

First step is installing the fonts.

Right click on the selected fonts and choose install.

The next step is the copying of the theme. Go into your just downloaded Dark Agility folder and open the theme folder.

You should see 2 items: 'Dark Agility' folder AND 'Dark Agility.theme' file

Copy these items to C:\windows\resources\themes

Now you need a patched system, that means you have to patch your system files.

Run UniversialUxthemePatcher, choose between x64 and x86, it depends on your system.

After done patching, restart your pc. Right click on your desktop and choose PERSONALIZE, choose your theme.

iPadian

iPadian is a nifty tool that simulates the interface of an iPad on your Windows desktop.

If you're a serious iPad fanatic, here's your opportunity to make your Windows PC take on the appearance of the iPad's graphically impressive interface.

iPadian consists of a Dashboard which displays several features: two widgets for Facebook, a search bar, a dock with common applications and a collection of icons for other programs. Included are popular apps like YouTube and Instagram, as well as games like Angry Birds.

Every time you open a program in iPadian, a browser window will open to show it. On the right side you'll find another list of applications you can click on as shortcuts.
