Traditional psychologies have placed greater emphasis on our personal history and human relationships than upon our connection with nature, while Ecopsychology tries to redress this balance bringing nature and the environment centrally intro psychology. In this seminar we use Process Oriented methods to approach our relationship with nature with a lightness of touch, exploring environmental issues, sustainability, physical & spiritual wellbeing, deepening our two-way relationship with the earth and sky, and discovering how we can ‘co-create’ with nature.
