Strike by fuel tank drivers

The fuel providers, retailers and own-account owners have to start worrying because they can run out of fuel if the national strike of the fuel tank drivers takes place. Unlike the last strike which took place in 2008, this strike is believed to be lot more difficult to be settled. The congestion charge for Western Extension Zone has been removed which allows its residents to drive their vehicles by paying a nominal charge. People from places like Chelsea and Fulham can now drive throughout London after paying the annual fee. Although it’s a great relief to the citizens there are some odds too. The transport department will face a huge loss as people will stop using public taxi transport and there will be no money coming in from the congestion charge department.
