David Berridge Architect has designed Otama beach house located in Coromandel, New Zealand. Located on the knuckles of the curve in the road, with a slope like a hill climb from the road. Using the material elements of urban wood exterior is rough sawn timber with a horizontal screen using a standard batten farm fencing. The size of the rooms must be minimized to develop space, efficient flexible life that connects easily to outdoor areas. It aims to maximize the views, either towards the sea during the reserve across the road, and climbed back from the hill that dominates the site to residential Otama.

RDR Arquitectos has designed La Hilaria House. Located in Punta del Este, Uruguay. Hilaria is building a modest home and holiday weekends. Showing the exterior appearance of irregular, curved metal wall height is the result of bulk plane restrictions and the need to provide privacy from the public decks of the adjacent three-story triplex. There are elements of the unusual exterior, partially brought into the house with the help of wooden blocks, some of them bent.
