Last week my photographer friend tells me that the Zapp families are here in KL. But then, yesterday I saw a vintage car and it seems it like a Zapp's family popular car that park on our apartment.

So, I took my camera from our unit and luckily Mr. Herman is around and preparing for his next journey in Penang. I got a chance to take photo with him. I didn’t see his family as they are resting for their next trip. I also took picture of their famous 1928 car as I really want to take this opportunity.

My wife use to shop online for her personal stuff while I prefer to go to the store for my stuff. I normally refuse when she tell me to buy stuff online. But last day, I was persuaded by her to try the convenience of shopping online. Last Saturday I had no time to go to the store, so I tried to purchase a memory card online. It’s the first item I have purchased something online and pretty well the transaction went well, just like when my sister in-law bought her nursing uniforms online for the first time. Just like her, I’m happy that the transaction went well and the item was delivered right on my doorstep within 24 hours. It was also my wife who convince my sister in-law to try shopping online, and thru her she was able to find a good medical uniform store online.

Now it looks like, that I will be having my next shopping online to avoid the hassle & bustle of going to the mall. I hope to find a good mens scrub pants the next time I shop online. Thanks to my wife, I should have done more online shopping before if you had convinced me to shop online early.

Thinking about Mountain Ski

Yesterday I just watch TV and it’s all about mountain skiing. I just amaze how great they are and wonder where they get their endurance for such a sport like ski. Watching them let me think that I need to learn more about mountain skiing. It’s dangerous but exciting! I need great equipment like Ski crampons marker baron. This could help me in mountain skiing. I also need to choose the best but cheap arrows too. In this sport I need to choose only the best.

I need to maintain my endurance and have a healthy diet exercise. Mountain skiing is a great sport but you need to exercise especially your upper body. I never done mountain ski before. My resistance maybe not enough but training with sparq power bands exercises can help to develop my power and speed. I do love ski but I need to be prepared.

In our country (Philippines) we call it as gumamela. I remember, when I was a child I used to play it as part for our bubble making game. We usually crushed the flowers and leaves until it will become sticky and some juices come out. We will mix it with a little amount of laundry powder soap and water. By the then, we used of hollow papaya stalks as straw for blowing bubbles.

Hibiscus Flower is also known as Bunga Raya in Malaysia. Bunga raya is Malaysia’s and South Korea’s National Flower.

The “A Run for the Pasig River – 10.10.10” made history last Sunday to show of unity by Filipinos from all the walks for life.

I would like to congratulate the organizers for the effort in this event and to all the people who participate. It really shows that if we Filipinos will only take the initiative to make a change and if we do it together, nothing is impossible. I pray that Pasig River can truly be cleaned. There is always a hope for us. I want to believe in it.
Another proud moment for the Philippines and the most wonderful things about this is that, it's for our Mother Nature. Initial figures from SyCip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV), the country’s biggest accounting firm, placed the total number of official race starters at 116,812.

The SGV figure, once authenticated, will break Philippine marks and the Guinness World Record of 110,000 runners at the "Bay to Breakers" race in San Francisco, California in 1988.

Pasig River (Ilog Pasig) is one of the most historical rivers in the country. The river, which stretches for 25 kilometers from Laguna de Bay to Manila Bay, serves as a major transport route, source of water, and lifeline of Laguna de Bay (one of the biggest freshwater lakes in the world) as such it is a vital ecosystem and an irreplaceable natural resource. Yet, for centuries the Pasig River has been used, abused, and neglected.

Since the early 1500s, commerce and day-to-day needs have pressed Pasig and its tributaries into tireless service. The river has now been declared a critical water body because of the unspeakable amount of waste dumped into it daily by households and industries. About 330 tons of industrial and domestic wastes are discharged everyday in this waterway, depleting the biochemical oxygen needed to support marine life. Until recently, little has been done to protect the river system. Past efforts to rehabilitate Pasig River were unsuccessful because they failed to take into account the larger context of the urban environment of which Pasig River is a part.

Our fellow Filipino makes a way to change our river and I hope all of us will continue to support this.
