Destruction of the Black Populace By Stifling their Education Attempts

She was about 13 years old when she read Terence Rattigan's The Winslow Boy. An English play from 1946 based on an actual event that happened in the Edwardian era, at the Royal Naval College, Osborne.
She did not know any piece of literature that altered her senses as did The Winslow Boy. She was going with him through the emotions of shame, helplessness and fear as he went through investigations and in and out of court.

What she did not know was that these emotions would be translated into my own in Ogden, Utah. Someone was involved in misconduct and they had to clear theirr name. That person was not the Royal College, but Weber State University. In order to clear their name, they use an African foreign student and single mother with no abilities to represent herself in court. Look at the plot for the Winslow Boy, remove the barrister and the attorney, and all the others in the boy's defense and leave him to defend himself. That is the case Victoria Sethunya vs Weber State University.

During this time, the adverb "stiflingly" became fresh in her mind.

Dr. Nelson Mandela on Education
Dr. Mandela warned during the apartheid era that there was an instrument boers would use to divide blacks and weaken their struggle against apartheid. That instrument was restricted education. He said boers would bar blacks from education liberties which would arm blacks with techniques on how to grow together against their enemy which was racism, discrimination and injustice.

In that part of the world and in several antiApartheid movements , uneducated blacks were used by boer ogranisation to harm the anti-racist movement. They spied on activist in order for activists to be locked away without due process. Dr. Mandela blamed this on lack of education.

That movement then in Southern African has not changed much in parts of USA where those who suffer injustice ironically work to support the same machinery that seeks to destroy equality. In parts of USA, education for the minority is "stifled" to dwarf possible activism towards injustice. It therefore does not come as a surprise when you hear one of the leaders of Arizona SB 1070 extols as achievement low Spanish student enrolment in Arizona.
That is precisely because he knows that an uneducated Spanish student is limited in what she can or cannot do to demand what is due. Dr. Mandela most likely not know President Senator Pierce, but he knows very elaborately the calculations of those who must abbreviate activists efforts to demand justice, he knows that they do so by "stifling" their education.

Dr. Martin Luther King

“The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically... that is the goal of true education.”

It should not be a shame for those who are educated to "think". Years ago when I read this statement I was not certain why Dr. King would suggest that "to think critically" is an excercise that ought to come as a result of education. It appears that many of us who have "education" take years thinking about one little small thing, many more to think about even a smaller thing, and a life time to think about the smallest thing! This certainly explains why it was imperative for Dr. King to pronounce correctly the thinking parts.

Many times in our lives there have been times when it seemed like the only job that ought to be done to solve the most seemingly complex problems is to think. Think.

As a matter of fact the methods that Dr. Mandela used to spread ideas against apartheid, did not "TELL" people what to do but instead they spread the seeds for those anti-aprtheid to decide in what ground to bury the seeds and under what conditions. That, was the thinking.

Even when schools are closed for minorieties, education for the grassroots movements against injustice still continue and this shall not be halted by politicians' selected interests.

The ultimate goal of an educated person is to think critically despite political barricades.

It was Dr. King's vision that brought us where we are. Ms Rosa Parks and others widened that view. Many of us who remain are committed to fighting injustice against minorities by mobilising all peaceful means possible to dwarf any seeds that tend to belittle any member of the human race. I think Dr. King would say we have a noble cause.

I leave it up to you to decide why the Mormon Utah government would do such a horrible and cruel thing to a single, African woman who had to defend herself from their Floridastyle superpack in Court.

The bigotry about separation of Church and State is far from over.

When it is a woman in Ohio seeking education for her children, the court has one verdict.
When it is a woman in Utah seeking education for herself, the court has yet another verdict.

They say the issue about Mormonism does not belong to the political campaigns. It belongs because Mormonism is founded on racism. Racism is a violation of a basic human right to be treated as equal. Racism allows for different treatment based on skin colour. Mormonism is founded on this way of thinking. There is a misconception that Mormonism is dragged into debates only because it it is a "weird' or "cultish" approach to God. In my view a US President can be as "weird" as he or she wants. There is no legislation against any of these attributes. To me Mormonism is an issue because the religion is founded on racism. If you believe that God is consistent and never makes mistakes. But if you believe in a God who makes mistakes then that is a different story. But what you believe may be irrelevant as it pertains to the racist Mormon doctrine which they now call "policy" due to political heat.

Kelly William-Bolar in Ohio is A White Mormon in Utah Who Does not Get Arrested

The difference between Kelly and the Mormon in Utah, is that she was
born black with a Curse of Ham while the Mormons are white and "delightsome".

They said she altered the school documents. White Mormons in Utah government altered my state and federal files. Kelly was arrested. Mormons were not arrested.

Why was it a crime in Ohio for a Black Mother to "alter" school documents
and yet not a crime in Utah when a Black Mother's documents are altered by Mormon Wigs in leadership positions?

Aha! It is a crime depending on who is doing what, or what, what you were born with and without?

Mormon Leaders in Utah Mishandle a Student's File by Mischaracterizing the Facts:

Let us admit that people make mistakes and sometimes others get arrested for mistakes of others.

That sounded like a line out of The Mayor of Casterbridge. Ha!

Now, can you tell me there was a computer error that screwed up the records that cannot be fixed? Do you know why my diploma has wrong dates even though the Mormon university attorney Richard Hill claims their system was messed up in 2005 or so? Do you know why I had to go to court to defend myself against their computers that had brains and operated themselves?

It is 2012. I am still black. They still promise to release a good diploma especially when my good friends call them up on my behalf or when other government officials call inquire. It is the Victorian thing to put on good airs. Just like promise and promised to fix Curse of Ham.

Yet if you read the story of Kelly Williams Bolar, the kind of activity to alter official document lands a person in Jail in Ohio. When Mormons foul a black persons record, it is not a crime. Why?

So, what do you think is the story in Utah?

Hill talks about what might have damaged my student files. You have as your major premise a probability and have a definite conclusion? Victoria might be a girl therefore she is a girl...Does anything here bother you? Richard said there were probabilities showing what might have happened to the status. But something DID happen to the status? Huh? Shouldn't the conclusion to his argument be that status "might' be damaged or that something "might" have happened so the status? But we know that it is damaged even as we speak. Is this weird to you?

2012. Files are still damaged leaving me in a legal limbo so that I would be forever be paralysed. Yet again, very fitting for someone born with a curse and experiencing bad luck in Utah.

So when a Utah Republican says "let us make them self-deport", ask for clarification.

When you read the US Constitution, do you see anywhere where it says that states can damage students' immigration files and then expect students to pay? I paid. I continue to pay. My student records were in essence my immigration files they adulterated but never corrected. Ever since this time, my record remain defiled at DHS/USCIS/ICE. When I say they should fix my files because I got this status by corresponding to US federal government for permissions that the state of Utah damaged. They say "Go to the Feds". But I was not attending school at the "Feds" and they admit they the state of Utah are responsible.

Why do they flip-flop and then treat me like a baboon? Why have they delayed for years before they could clean up after themselves?

Mark Shurtleff AG and Office says : "you are no longer in school." But the files are still damaged. My diploma is still incorrect and they agreed they were in error. Just like they agreed Curse of Ham was an error. Fix it. Ask the judge in Ohio. Let them go to jail for breading the law if they need to. Let them pay their dues as a big portion of their commitment to abandoning racism. What happened here in Utah with government officials "creating" documents is a crime in many places outside Utah as well as in other civilized nations of the world.

How Does Utah Respond to The US President?

For other people, President Obama is not good for the US for many reasons. They say: he made the economy worse, he apologises when he should not, he is not an American, etc. But for some in Utah, he cannot possibly do anything good even if he tried because of Curse thing.

When I was battling with the state of Utah and was writing petitions to state and federal officials to hear me, I sent one of the petitions to President Obama's office.

Here is my response to the letter that I got from US Department of Education in response to the White House Petition:

Exams) emails as well as other communications from Weber State University confirm this information. Several of my student records at WSU have incorrect dates.

In 2005, I was not enrolled as an undergrad. I worked for Fresenius Medical Company, for the Department of Education, and for the Department of Justice. These inconsistencies on my diploma( and other records) made it so that I could not obtain a valid work permit( Employment Authorization Document) in a legal profession. Weber State needs to simply release a diploma with the accurate date for Victoria 'Mamoeti Sethunya, Bachelor of Arts in English ( Minor in Chemistry) in 2004 so that I can take care of my family and move on with my life.

Having said that I, Victoria Sethunya, therefore, hereby authorize Kathleen A. Smith's Office, Kathleen A. Smith, Chief of Staff Policy, Planning and Innovation Office of Postsecondary Education U.S.Department of Education to request on my behalf any and all of my confidential and non-confidential records at Weber State University
(WSU) including but not limited to conversations pertaining to my requests for an accurately dated diploma from WSU via the Western Commission on Colleges and Universities President Elman's Office, or in any manner deemed appropriate by the US Department of Education's request.

About 2 months later, I got a letter that said I should contact Dr. Ryan Thomas at Weber State University and that he had assured the department of education that a correct diploma is mailed to me. I called Dr. Ryan's a few days after I got the letter. His secretary said they had been waiting to hear from me. "We are working on it she said."

Back and forth, back and forth no answer. About a week ago, I called Dr. Ryan's office and he said he would confer with other departments to see where they are on the process.

From 2004 to 2012 a black person waits for a diploma to be issued in her name?

Is it because the US President also inherits Ham's Curse and there is no reason to pay attention to his recommendations?

Racism is Still an Issue in Mormonism

Listen, if you think Romney is saying what you want to hear because he learned it for the race, you are joking. This behaviour is rooted in at least one or more of his lives in Mormonism: Mormon in office, at play, at home and any other place.

I have dealt with Mormons in Government office and they are good with fabrications, roundabouts, delaying tactics, stonewalling, avoiding answers and with telling you what you want to hear. Many of you agree with me that Governor Romney has been the athlete ahead of the microphone in these elections.

So does this mean all Mormons are this way? I never claimed that of Mormons or of any community. I am talking about Mormons in positions of power and government. Maybe this will help you decide what Romney's potential is. Maybe it will not help you. I am talking about what I know and I am using facts I have to present the information.

Sample Fictitious Stories on My Student Record

These two documents are samples of "computer" migration errors that Hill alleges might have occured to ruin my student files, which are my immigration database at the University and with the US federal offices. The first document says I was at the University in 1999 for Undergrad, which is true. The second statement claimed I was enrolled in Masters in Criminal Justice in 1999. This is false. Not only was I not enrolled in a higher degree at this time as you saw in the first record, this programme did not exist at the university at this time. That preexistence motif is up again.

If I studied Masters in 1999, I would have had to have enrolled in BA in around 1995 at which time I was still in Southern Africa.

The signature running across the second document is mine. I refused to sign the document because it is false. Against my conscience it was alright for Utah officials to twist my arm to do the wrong thing and the Utah Attorney General did not hold them accountable for it.
