Dutch Occupation Period (1849-1946)
The Dutch Colonial Government in 1849 built a high school of health sciences. In January 1851 the school was officially named as Dokter-Djawa School. This high school specializes in medical science, precisely the education of paramedics. Quoting USA Today (25/10), a study at the Cleveland Clinic studied more than 122 thousand patients who participated in treadmill testing between 1991 and 2014.

The study also said, the risk posed by not exercising is equal or higher than smoking or diabetes.
