<p><strong>SAGUENAY, QUEBEC&#8211;(May 17, 2012) -</strong> The management of Arianne Resources Inc. (&#8220;Arianne&#8221; or the &#8220;Company&#8221;)(TSX VENTURE:DAN)(FRANKFURT:JE9N)(OTCBB:DRRSF) announces that its Board of Directors has adopted as of May 10, 2012 a resolution to renew the Corporation&#8217;s Shareholder Rights Plan (the &#8220;Plan&#8221;) as initially adopted on January 13th, 2009. Renewal of the Plan will be submitted for voting at the next Annual shareholders meeting on June 19, 2012. The Plan encourages fair treatment of shareholders should a take-over bid be made for Arianne, and will provide the Board of Directors of Arianne (the &#8220;Board&#8221;) and the Shareholders more time to consider an unsolicited take-over bid for Arianne. The Plan is intended to discourage coercive or unfair take-over bids and gives the Board time to pursue alternatives to maximize Shareholder&#8217;s value, if appropriate, in the event of an unsolicited take-over bid.</p>
<p>The Plan has not been adopted in response to, or in contemplation of, any specific proposal to acquire control of Arianne. The Plan is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange and must be ratified by the Shareholders within six months of the effective date of the Plan. Unless otherwise terminated in accordance with its terms, the Plan will terminate at the close of the third Annual Meeting of Arianne Shareholders following the meeting at which the Plan is ratified by Shareholders, unless the Plan is reconfirmed and extended at such meeting.</p>
<p>The Board is of the view that the success of the recent exploration campaigns on the Lac à Paul property might have created an environment where an opportunistic take-over offer could be made for Arianne. Such an offer may not be in the best interest of all Shareholders. Consequently, the Board of Directors has adopted a Shareholder Rights Plan, the benefits of which extend to Arianne Shareholders should an offer be made for Arianne.</p>
<p>The Rights issued under the Plan will become exercisable only when a person, including any party related to it, acquires or announces its intention to acquire 20% or more of the outstanding shares of Arianne without complying with the &#8220;Permitted Bid&#8221; provisions of the Plan or without approval of the Board. Should such acquisition occur, each right will, upon exercise, entitle a right holder other than the acquiring person or related persons to purchase shares of Arianne at a substantial discount to the market price at the time.</p>
<p>Under the Plan, a &#8220;Permitted Bid&#8221; is a bid made to all shareholders of Arianne and is open for acceptance for not less than 60 days. If, at the end of such 60 day period, at least 50% of the outstanding shares, other than those owned by the offer or certain related parties, have been tendered, the offer or may take up and pay for the shares but must extend the bid for a further 10 days to allow other shareholders to tender.</p>
<p>The Plan is similar to other Shareholder Rights Plan recently adopted by several other Canadian companies and approved by their respective shareholders. The full text of the Plan can be viewed on SEDAR.</p>

<p><strong>SAGUENAY, QUEBEC &#8211; (May 8, 2012) -</strong> Arianne Resources Management («Arianne» or the «Company») (TSX VENTURE:DAN)(FRANKFURT:JE9N)(OTCBB:DRRSF) whishes to provide an update on the drillings that were conducted on its Lac-à-Paul phosphate project outside Paul Zone. Drillings were done in the Lise, Nicole, La Traverse and Lucie Sectors (see <a id="_GPLITA_1" title="Powered by Text-Enhance" href="http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/arianne-resources-inc-new-mineralized-sectors-for-the-lac-a-paul-project-tsx-venture-dan-1653969.htm#">map</a>: <a href="http://bit.ly/IjvAgU">http://bit.ly/IjvAgU</a>).</p>
<p>On March 20th 2012, the Company announced results for drillings in Paul Zone, which is now over 2 km in length. This winter, we did some exploratory drillings in new high potential sectors in order to <a id="_GPLITA_0" title="Powered by Text-Enhance" href="http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/arianne-resources-inc-new-mineralized-sectors-for-the-lac-a-paul-project-tsx-venture-dan-1653969.htm#">validate</a> our geological models and our field data. Those drillings were highly successful as significant phosphate mineralizations were found. Consequently, the resources growth potential on the property is not limited to the known zones such as Paul, Manouane and 2.</p>
<p><strong>The following is a summary of recent discoveries:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Lise Sector</strong> <strong>- </strong>Drillings totaling 1,401 meters have been done in the Lise Sector which is located approx. 7 km south of Manouane Zone. Some re-sampling was also conducted on two ancient exploration drillings that were done at this site (LAP-09-05 et LAP-09-10). Lise Sector has now a known strike length of 1.1 km.</p>

<p><strong>More exposure for Arianne!</strong><span style="color: #008000;"><strong> </strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Tom Regan becomes Strategic Advisor for Arianne</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Last January, the Company announced the arrival of Thomas J. Regan as Strategic Advisor. Mr. Regan has more than 40 years of experience in the fertilizer industry. He jointed PCS Phosphate in 1995 as Vice-President, Administration. He later became President of PCS Phosphate in 1999, then President of PCS Nitrogen in 2007 (both subsidiaries of Potash Corp.). He held both positions until his retirement in the summer of 2011. &#8220;The appointment of Tom is an important milestone for us. His main role will be to introduce the Company and the Lac à Paul phosphate property to potential clients and partners&#8221;, indicated Bernard Lapointe, CEO of the Company.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong></strong><strong>Louis Morin in charge of Investor Relations</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p>In February, Louis Morin took on the role of Development Advisor for the Company. Based in Montreal, Louis Morin is a specialist in Investor Relations. Mr. Morin has been involved in the Canadian public markets for almost 25 years, initially as a broker and more recently as a consultant. He worked as an account executive and investment advisor with major Canadian brokerage firms.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong></strong><strong>Phosphate 2012 and Global TraPs conferences</strong></p>
<p>Arianne Resources Inc. attended two conferences in Morocco from March 15 to 23. The first event was a meeting for the Global TraPs project in which the Company is involved. This multidisciplinary project focuses on the development of practical solutions to limit potential adverse effects of phosphorus throughout its life cycle. The second conference, Phosphate 2012, was organized by the main stakeholders of the fertilizer industry. During this event, Arianne Resources was able to meet with several important players and discuss the development of the future Lac à Paul phosphate mine.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong></strong><strong>Arianne ranks 4th on the TSX Venture 50® top ten list</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p>The management of Arianne Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that Arianne has been ranked the 4th best performing mining company in the TSX Venture 50® for 2012. The TSX Venture 50® lists the top ten performing companies on the TSX Venture Exchange in each of five major industry sectors &#8211; mining, oil and gas, technology and life sciences, diversified industries, and clean technology. Rankings are based on the following criteria: market cap growth, return on investment, trading volume, and analyst coverage, as of December 31, 2011.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Significant milestones for the Lac à Paul deposits</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Infrastructure development</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Over the last few months, the following announcements were made concerning important infrastructure developments that will facilitate access to global markets for Lac à Paul phosphate concentrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>The Québec government has committed to investing $10 million to connect the Port of Saguenay with Quebec’s railway network.</li>
<li>The federal government announced a $15 million investment to modernize the Port of Saguenay infrastructure for shipping Lac à Paul phosphate concentrate and other products.</li>
<li>Construction of a rail bridge to connect the road from Lac à Paul to the Dolbeau-Mistassini railway line.<strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Drilling results in the Paul Zone</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Overall, drilling results obtained in recent months show that the Paul Zone now has a confirmed length of more than 2 kilometres. The zone still remains open at a vertical depth of 400 metres. Additional drilling is planned to test the 4-kilometre-long magnetic anomaly that is associated with the Paul Zone. The NI 43-101 resource calculation included in the Lac à Paul project pre-feasibility study, published November 8, 2011, only considered the first 48 holes drilled over a strike length of just 1.3 kilometres.</p>
<p>“Given these recent results and upcoming work, we are now very confident of significantly increasing the confidence level and quantity of resources in the Paul Zone, within a relatively short time,” said the CEO of Arianne Resources Inc., Bernard Lapointe. &#8220;The potential of the Paul Zone is undeniable and suggests a much longer operational life for the latter.&#8221;</p>

This recognition of our accomplishments over the past year validates our business plan and strengthens our resolve to achieve even better results in 2012. I would like to personally thank every Arianne employee, our management team and Arianne&#8217;s Board of Directors for their key roles in earning this designation. I would also like to thank the TSX Venture 50®, the analysts covering our shares and our investors.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>2011 was a watershed year for Arianne accomplishments, including:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Metallurgical tests confirming that 39% P2O5 (30% higher than most phosphate concentrates), low impurity concentrate can be produced from Lac a Paul ore at a recovery rate of 90%</li>
<li>A Pre-Feasibility Study confirming the superior economics of a 2 million mt / 25-year phosphate rock mine &#8211; NPV8 of $684 million (pre-tax) with &gt;50% upside likely for the 3 million mt/yr expansion case.</li>
<li>Acidulation testing of the phosphate concentrate confirming 98% recovery from concentrate to MAP/DAP is feasible with low corrosion, reagent requirements and waste production and high process efficiency rates.</li>
<li>Confirmation that the Lac a Paul product is below-detection limits for Cadmium, Uranium and other hazardous elements, and thus be amongst the most environmentally friendly phosphate concentrates produced worldwide.</li>
<li>Drilling confirmation that similar and higher grade mineralization extends Paul Zone 50% further, to over 2 km length, and is highly likely to support a 3 million mt phosphate operation over a 25+ year mine life.</li>
</ul>

<p>SAGUENAY, QUEBEC&#8211;(March 20, 2012) - The management of <strong>Arianne Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DAN)(FRANKFURT:JE9N)(OTCBB:DRRSF)</strong> (&#8220;Arianne&#8221; or the &#8220;Company&#8221;) is pleased to announce new results from the fall 2011 and winter 2012 drilling programs carried out on its Lac à Paul project to test the eastern and western extensions of the Paul Zone. <strong>The analytical results confirm the presence of additional mineralization at excellent grade over a strike length of more than 2 kilometers, over 50% longer than that used for the NI 43-101 resource calculation published November 8, 2011.</strong></p>
<p>Since fall 2011, 34 holes have been drilled on the Paul Zone. The results of 11 of these (including PAU-11-62) were announced in the press release of December 12, 2011. Analytical results are now available for 23 other holes (PAU-11-59 to 11-61 and Pau 11-63 to 12-82).</p>
<p>Overall, the drilling shows that the Paul Zone now has a confirmed length of more than 2 km. The zone still remains open at a vertical depth of 400 metres. Additional drilling is planned to test the 4-kilometer-long magnetic anomaly that is associated with the Paul Zone (see figure at the following link: <a href="http://bit.ly/yL7mKE">http://bit.ly/yL7mKE</a>). <strong>The two figures compare the new results with those used in the NI 43-101 resource calculation, and shows future drilling to be completed in the next month.</strong></p>
<p>The NI 43-101 resource calculation included in the Lac à Paul project feasibility study, published November 8, 2011, only considered the first 48 holes (Pau-08-01 to Pau-10-48) drilled over a strike length of just 1.3 km. Taking into account the results obtained to date, the Paul Zone now extends over more than 2 km.</p>
<p>&#8220;We are now very confident of significantly increasing the confidence level and quantity of resources of the Paul Zone within a relatively short time,&#8221; said the CEO of Arianne Resources Inc., Bernard Lapointe. <strong>&#8220;The potential for considerable expansion of the Paul Zone is apparent from these results, suggesting a much longer operational life of the first zone to be mined.&#8221; </strong>The following table shows the intersections obtained along the holes drilled on the Paul Zone based on available analytical results:</p>

(&#8220;Arianne&#8221; or the &#8220;Company&#8221;) (TSX VENTURE:DAN)(FRANKFURT:JE9N)(OTCBB:DRRSF) is pleased to announce the following important infrastructure developments that will facilitate Lac à Paul phosphate product access to global markets:</p>
<ul>
<li>$10 million investment to connect the Port of Saguenay with Quebec&#8217;s railway network</li>
<li>$15 million investment to modernize the Port of Saguenay for shipping Lac à Paul phosphate and other products</li>
<li>Construction of a rail bridge to connect the road from Lac a Paul to the railway at Dolbeau-Mistassini</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Rail Network to Connect to Port of Saguenay</strong></p>
<p>On February 21, Serge Simard, Quebec Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife, announced an investment of $10 million from the Quebec government to connect the Port of Saguenay to the existing rail network. &#8220;This improvement in infrastructure could play an important part in positioning Port of Saguenay for development of Plan Nord. Everyone agrees that a rail link is needed to develop the North. We will do everything possible to achieve our goals,&#8221; said Minister Simard. The work, including construction of a 12.5 km rail link, a rail yard and storage areas, should be completed by 2014.</p>
<p>The announcement followed that of Prime Minister Stephen Harper on January 17, who announced an investment of $15 million to modernize infrastructure at the Port of Saguenay. He was accompanied by Denis Lebel, the Member of Parliament for Roberval &#8211; Lac-Saint-Jean and Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Québec. &#8220;Québec&#8217;s ports play a vital role in ensuring the constant flow of goods and linking Canada to global markets,&#8221; said the Prime Minister. &#8220;An important part of Québec&#8217;s maritime transportation system, the Port of Saguenay is no exception. By supporting its development, we are helping to create employment and economic growth in the region and in Northern Québec.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Heavy-Duty Gravel Roads to Connect to the Dolbeau-Mistassini Rail Network</strong></p>
<p>On January 28, <em>Le Quotidien</em> newspaper announced that construction of a railway bridge at Dolbeau-Mistassini is well underway. Feasibility studies are continuing to determine the exact location of the future bridge. The warden of the Maria-Chapdelaine Regional County Municipality (RCM), Jean-Pierre Boivin, indicated that his RCM is working to accelerate the studies and discussions with the companies involved. The bridge will connect the network of heavy duty gravel roads to Dolbeau-Mistassini&#8217;s rail network and thus facilitate the transport of concentrate while reducing initial investment costs for Arianne Resources to develop the Lac à Paul deposit.</p>
<p>Other product transportation scenarios continue to be evaluated, including a route running east of Lac St-Jean to the railway link in the town of Alma.</p>
<p>&#8220;These announcements signal a major benefit to the Lac à Paul Project. Once the infrastructural connections are completed, it will be possible to transport our phosphate concentrate directly from the mine to the railway and from there, to the Port of Saguenay for shipment to international markets. We are pleased with our government`s show of support for projects like Lac à Paul at the regional, provincial and federal level alike, as evidenced by these investments.&#8221; said Bernard Lapointe, CEO of the Company.</p>
<p><strong>Arianne Resources (</strong><a href="http://www.arianne-inc.com/">www.arianne-inc.com</a><strong>), </strong>through its wholly owned subsidiary, <strong>Canada Phosphate (</strong><a href="http://www.canadaphosphate.com/">www.canadaphosphate.com</a><strong>), </strong>is developing the Lac à Paul phosphorus-titanium deposit, which will produce high quality apatite concentrate grading 39% P2O5. <strong>Arianne Resources </strong>also explores properties highly prospective for gold, silver and other metals, in Canada and Mexico. The Company has 66 million outstanding shares.</p>

Highlights of the Prefeasibility Study, previously reported by Arianne on November 8, 2011, are as follows:</p>
<p><strong>Highlights of the Prefeasibility Study ($US):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Measured &amp; Indicated resources quadruple to 348 million tonnes of 6.50% P2O5</li>

<li>Combined Paul and Manouane proven and probable Mineral Reserves now total 307 Mt at an average grade of 6.59% P2O5 at an average stripping ratio of 0.83 (Cut-off grade of 2.43% P2O5)</li>
<li>Annual production to average 2 million tonnes of 38% P2O5 apatite concentrate</li>
<li>25 year mine life at 33,000 tonnes/day with average mill recovery of 89%</li>
<li>Average price of $175/tonne (comparable to 85 BPL FOB Russia <em>which is currently sold at $223/tonne</em>)</li>
<li>Cash operating cost $98/tonne concentrate (FOB rail Dolbeau-Mistassini))</li>
<li>Total Direct CAPEX Cost: $454 M</li>

</ul>
<p>A copy of the technical report, which was filed on December 22, 2011, is available for review on the Arianne website at <a href="http://beta.arianne-inc.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Lac_a_Paul_PFS_43101.pdf">http://beta.arianne-inc.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Lac_a_Paul_PFS_43101.pdf</a></p>
<p><strong>Potential for Enhanced Project Economics</strong></p>
<p>The study identified potential enhancements to project economics through expanded production rates, now feasible given the significant increase in measured and indicated resources. The Company has commissioned an initial economic assessment of these options for completion in Q1-Q2 2012, with the goal of determining the most efficient course of action. Scaled up production scenarios under consideration include:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Annual P2O5 concentrate production of 3.0 million tonnes (50,000 tonne/day ore processing);</strong></li>
<li><strong>Recovery and sale of titanium (ilmenite) concentrate.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>Preliminary results indicate that economics are expected to improve at these production rates, as estimates of pre-tax NPV8 increase to $ 1 B at a production rate of 50,000 tonnes/day, with requirements of additional initial CAPEX of about 20%. The Company will initiate a feasibility study in Q2 2012 based on the outcome of these studies.</p>
<p><strong>Qualified Persons: </strong>The following people have reviewed and approved the technical report and are deemed Qualified Persons under NI 43-101; Mr. Claude Duplessis, P.Eng., SGS Canada Inc &#8211; Geostat; Jeffrey Cassoff, P.Eng., Lead Mining Engineer, Stéphane Rivard, P.Eng., Director General Mineral Processing, Michel L. <p><strong>SAGUENAY, QUÉBEC&#8211;(Dec. 19, 2011) -</strong> Arianne Resources Inc (&#8220;Arianne&#8221; or the &#8220;Company&#8221;) (TSX VENTURE:DAN)(FRANKFURT:JE9N)(OTCBB:DRSSF), through its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bernard Lapointe, would like to express its satisfaction regarding the public&#8217;s involvement in the development of the Lac à Paul mining project located 170 km from St-Ludger-de-Milot, north of Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean. Nearly 90 people took part in the second round of public consultation meetings for the project, held on December 6 and 7 in the communities of Dolbeau-Mistassini and Saguenay in the Jonquière district. <em>&#8220;The public meetings were very productive and will help us improve our environmental and social impact study&#8221;</em>, commented Mr. Lapointe. Last June, Arianne announced it would keep the public informed about the findings of its Pre-Feasibility Study. This study has now concluded that the Lac à Paul Project, which would produce apatite (phosphorous) concentrate, is an economically viable world-class mining project.</p>
<p>Arianne&#8217;s public consultation process is jointly managed by the Eco-Council of the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi as part of a research project on a participative involvement process in line with the Company&#8217;s sustainable development policy. As part of its efforts towards the responsible development of the Lac à Paul Project, Arianne will continue to consult with all people and groups interested or affected by the project in any way, and these consultations will take place during all phases of the project.</p>
<p><em>&#8220;The discussion forum during the public meetings on December 6 and 7 proved to be a great brainstorming session, providing many positive suggestions for improving the project&#8217;s social, environmental and economic aspects so that we may work in harmony with those who live in the area and incorporate the best practices of sustainable development&#8221;</em>, explained Mr. Lapointe. The project is scheduled to enter the next phase, the Feasibility Study, in 2012.</p>
<p>Arianne&#8217;s Lac à Paul Project aims to mine two apatite deposits on the Lac à Paul property of the Chute des Passes area, north of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. The project would require an initial investment of about $650 million, creating 340 direct jobs during the mining phase and more than 400 jobs during construction. The mining project would also contribute substantially to local and regional economic development, in addition to creating about 400 indirect jobs and establishing the procurement of goods and services in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region throughout the life of the mine.</p>

<p>SAGUENAY, QUEBEC&#8211;(Dec. 12, 2011) - <strong>Ressources d&#8217;Arianne (the &#8220;Company&#8221;) (TSX VENTURE:DAN)(FRANKFURT:JE9N)(OTCBB:DRSSF)</strong> is pleased to announce partial results of drilling conducted during the fall of 2011 on its Lac à Paul project. The goal of this drilling program is to test the potential of new mineralized zones and extensions of the Paul Zone, one of two main deposits of apatite and ilmenite (titanium and phosphorus) in the Lac à Paul project. Drilling was conducted in the Paul Zone and Nicole, Lise and La Traverse areas.</p>
<p>Partial results of the analysis show that the Paul Zone now extends an additional 200 meters to the East and 450 meters to the West. The Paul Zone now appears to have a minimum length of 1,950 meters compared to 1,300 meters after the 2010 drilling campaign (see March 3rd, 2011 press release). Also very important is that these drilling results show the Paul Zone remains open in both directions. As noted in previous press releases, the Paul Zone also remains open to a vertical depth of 400 meters.</p>
<p>A total of 16 holes (PAU-11-49 to PAU-11-64) encompassing 4,664 meters were drilled in the fall 2011 campaign in the Paul Zone. The following table shows partial results of drilling PAU-11-49 to PAU-11-52, located in the Eastern extension and drilling PAU-11-53 to PAU-11-58 and PAU-11-62, located in the Western extension of the Paul Zone.</p>

<p>SAGUENAY, QUEBEC&#8211;(Dec. 6, 2011) - <strong>Arianne Resources (&#8220;Arianne&#8221; or the &#8220;Company&#8221;) (TSX VENTURE:DAN)(FRANKFURT:JE9N)(OTCBB:DRSSF)</strong> is pleased to announce two upcoming public meetings with the citizens of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. The first will be held at 6:00 PM December 6 at the Motel Chutes des Pères in Dolbeau-Mistassini. The second meeting will held at 6:00 PM December 7 at the Holiday Inn Hotel in the Jonquière district of Saguenay.</p>
<p>The primary purpose of the meetings is to update the public on the results of the Pre-Feasibility Study of the Lac à Paul phosphate mining project (the &#8220;Project&#8221;), which now concludes that the apatite deposit in the Saguenay-Lake-Saint Jean is world-class. The second round of meetings is a continuation of the participatory involvement process developed as part of Arianne&#8217;s Sustainable Development Policy. Secondly, the meetings serve as part of a research project jointly managed with the Eco-Council of the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi (UQAC), to consult with all community member and groups affected by the development of the Project.</p>
<p>Mr. Bernard Lapointe, Chief Executive Officer of Arianne, will present an update on the Project. His presentation will be followed by a workshop moderated by the Eco-council of UQAC.</p>
<p>The Lac à Paul Phosphate Project is being developed in the Chutes des Passes area in the northern area of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. The Pre-Feasibility Study projects an initial investment of $650 million, creating 340 direct jobs and as many as 400 indirect jobs over a 25-year mine life, and contributing substantially to the economic development of the local municipalities and the region.</p>

<p><strong>Arianne receives the AEMQ 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year Award</strong></p>
<p>Last November 24, Arianne Resources Inc. received the “2011 Entrepreneur of the Year” award from the <em>Association de l&#8217;exploration minière du Québec</em> (AEMQ) at the recent Quebec Exploration 2011 convention. The award was presented to Arianne in recognition of the exploration results achieved in recent months on the Lac à Paul project and for the general development of this project, which is situated North of the Saguenay–Lac-St-Jean area, Québec.</p>
<p>“We are delighted and honoured to receive this award,” said Bernard Lapointe, Chief Executive Officer. &#8220;Our exploration and development team worked hard in the last year to make this project feasible and now will be motivated by this recognition. We also wish to thank all of our shareholders; without their support, none of this work would have been possible.”</p>
<p>This award comes at a critical time for the Company and its project. The last few months have been marked by uncertainty and instability in global stock markets. The fertilizer sector in particular has been strongly impacted since September, resulting in an average 20% drop in the stock price of major North American fertilizer producers. Yet during this same period, Arianne&#8217;s stock sustained a more moderate 13% decline.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><img class="aligncenter" src="http://rblcommunications.com/img/Arianne/DANnewsdec2.jpg" alt="" width="580" height="215" /></p>
<p><strong>Pre-feasibility study on the Lac à Paul phosphorus project</strong></p>
<p>Last November 8, Arianne announced the preliminary results of the pre-feasibility study on the Lac à Paul project. The study will be available in full on our website in early 2012. In the meantime, the highlights of the study are presented here: <a href="http://www.arianne-inc.com/fr/lac-a-paul-project/prefeasibility-study/">http://www.arianne-inc.com/fr/lac-a-paul-project/prefeasibility-study/</a>.</p>

<li><strong>New website</strong><strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p>In an effort to enhance the company&#8217;s exposure and facilitate communications with investors, Arianne launched its new website last November 17. The new website truly reflects Arianne&#8217;s evolution over the past year and emphasizes the development of the Lac à Paul project. Investors are invited to visit our new website at <a href="http://www.arianne-inc.com/">www.arianne-inc.com</a>.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Conference</strong><strong> </strong></li>
</ul>
<p>The Company attended the Montréal Investment Conference (Cambridge House; November 18 and 19) and Québec Exploration 2011 (Chateau Frontenac, November 22 to 24). These two events enabled us to meet with many investors and discuss the highlights of the Lac à Paul pre-feasibility study.</p>
<p>Arianne continues working to promote the project to potential partners and customers. To this end, the Company invites all those interested to come meet us at the Vancouver Resources Investment Conference (Cambridge House, Booth # 603, January 22 and 23).<strong> </strong></p>
<p>Thank you for your ongoing support of Arianne Resources. Your comments and questions are welcomed.</p>
<p>Sincerely,</p>

<p>SAGUENAY, QUEBEC&#8211;(Nov. 8, 2011) - <strong>Ressources d&#8217;Arianne Inc. (the &#8220;Company&#8221; or &#8220;Arianne&#8221;) (TSX VENTURE:DAN)(FRANKFURT:JE9N)(OTCBB:DRSSF)</strong> is pleased to announce the initial findings of the Lac-à-Paul phosphate prefeasibility study (the &#8220;Study&#8221;) conducted by Met-Chem Canada Inc. The Study, in compliance with NI 43-101, considers the principal economic factors of building and operating the Lac-à-Paul phosphate rock mining project (the &#8220;Project&#8221;) and selling apatite concentrate for production of phosphoric acid and fertilizer products. The Project is located in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region of Quebec with easy access to rail and the deep water Port of Saguenay. The Study, which will be posted on SEDAR and the Arianne Website within the next 45 days, yielded encouraging results as summarized below.</p>
<p><strong>Highlights of the Prefeasibility Study ($US):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Measured &amp; Indicated resources quadruple to 348 million tonnes of 6.50% P2O5</strong></li>
<li><strong>Additional Inferred resources of 114 million tonnes at 5.46% P2O5 are not included in the Study</strong></li>
<li><strong>Combined Paul and Manouane proven and probable Mineral Reserves now total 307 Mt at an average grade of 6.59% P2O5 at an average stripping ratio of 0.83 (Cut-off grade of 2.43% P2O5)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Annual production to average 2 million tonnes of 38% P2O5 apatite concentrate</strong></li>
<li><strong>25 year mine life at 33,000 tonnes/day with average mill recovery of 89%</strong></li>
<li><strong>Average price of $175/tonne (comparable to 85 BPL FOB Russia <em>which is currently sold at $223/tonne</em>)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Cash operating cost $98/tonne concentrate (FOB rail Dolbeau-Mistassini))</strong></li>
<li><strong>Total Direct CAPEX Cost: $454 M</strong></li>
<li><strong>Indirect CAPEX Cost: $121 M and Contingency: $74 M</strong></li>
<li><strong>Total Initial CAPEX: $649 M</strong></li>
<li><strong>Pre-tax IRR: 19.2%</strong></li>
<li><strong>Pre-tax NPV 8%: $684 M</strong></li>
<li><strong>Pre-tax Capital payback: 4.7 years</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>&#8220;The results of the Study place our Lac à Paul project among the most attractive of the next generation of phosphate rock mines.&#8221; noted Bernard Lapointe, C.E.O. &#8220;The all-in cost (CAPEX plus OPEX) estimate of $118 per tonne demonstrates that Lac a Paul is a world-class phosphate rock project with robust economics. The Study also confirms that, due to the significant increase in ore resources, a 3 million tonne/year P2O5 concentrate operation could further enhance project economics by as much as 50%. And newly discovered mineralized zone nearby the proposed mill-site should provide even more resource for the Project. We are now evaluating an optimized production scenario which will include not only a 50% increase in annual P2O5 production, but also recovery and sale of TiO2 (titanium) concentrate.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Expanded Mineral Resource (complies with NI 43-101)</strong></p>
<p>A new resource estimate was calculated by SGS Canada Inc.- Geostat group following the completion of the most recent drilling campaigns in the Paul and Manouane zones in December 2010 and March 2011 respectively. The resulting increase in M&amp;I resource is incorporated into the prefeasibility study. <strong>The updated measured and indicated resource now total 348 million tonnes</strong> (see table for details). An additional <strong>114 Mt</strong>of inferred resource in Zones Paul and 2 are not included in the Study.</p>

<p><strong>Mining/Concentrating</strong></p>
<p>Mining will be a conventional open pit truck and shovel operation. Zone Paul will be mined first for 14 years Zone Manouane to follow. The average mining/milling rate at full production is 12.3 M tonnes/year. Metallurgical testing determined that an 89% P2O5 average recovery is feasible by conventional milling process, yielding concentrate production averaging approximately 2 Mt/y. The pit designs for the Paul and Manouane deposits resulted in combined Paul and Manouane proven and probable mineral reserves totalling 307.1 Mt at an average grade of 6.59% P2O5 and 8.51%TiO2, as indicated below.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone" src="http://rblcommunications.com/img/Arianne/dan8nov11b.jpg" alt="" width="518" height="177" /></p>
<p>Mining and concentrating costs are estimated at $2.24/tonne mined and $8.33/tonne milled. General &amp; Administration costs, which include costs to support the man camp, security, training, environmental and laboratory costs, have been estimated at $5.85/tonne P2O5 concentrate.</p>
<p><strong>Apatite concentrate</strong></p>
<p>The table below shows the chemical composition of the apatite concentrate produced from an eight-tonne bulk sample of the Paul Zone. The product quality is very high, with P2O5 content of 39% (85% BPL), very low contaminant content and a low CaO/ P2O5 ratio of 1.3. High P2O5content allows very efficient shipping ($/tonne P2O5 content). Low contaminant content yields non-hazardous gypsum by-products. Low CaO/P2O5 ratio means lower sulphuric acid use/cost in production of phosphoric acid, MAP and DAP.</p>

<p><strong>Phosphoric Acid, MAP and DAP Successfully Produced</strong></p>
<p>The Company is also pleased to announce that phosphoric acid and derivative fertilizers MAP (mono-ammonium phosphate) and DAP (di-ammonium phosphate) were successfully produced from Zone Paul concentrate by a leading global phosphate rock and fertilizer testing facility. No corrosivity was found during production of 28% P2O5 phosphoric acid, the standard grade feedstock for MAP and DAP production. Other features noted were high acid filtration rates, no need for froth control reagents and low gypsum by-product production. Most notably, the fertilizers produced exceed generally recognized industry specifications for DAP (18%N/46%P2O5) and MAP (11%N/52%P2O5) (see table below). <td>Analysis from Jacobs</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
<p><strong>Location</strong></p>
<p>The Lac-à-Paul project is located in one of the most dynamic natural resource-rich areas of the Quebec province. The Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean is well known for its world-class aluminum, niobium, timber, genomics and low-cost hydro-electric power generation.</p>
<p>Access to the Project is via well-maintained gravel roads (Chemin des Passes) presently used for the logging industry. The 165 tonne capacity bridges on this road will support trucks capable of transporting 115 tonne loads of P2O5 concentrate. A rail transload facility will be built at Dolbeau-Mistassini, approximately 210 km from the Project. Concentrate transport cost from the mine to FOB railcars in Dolbeau is estimated by Met-Chem at $10.90/tonne. The rail access at Dolbeau-Mistassini connects with the North American Rail Network (CN) and also provides access to the year-round accessible deep water Port of Saguenay.</p>
<p>Hydro-electric power is available to the Project just 35 km away, from the 750 MW Chute Des Passes Power Plant owned by Rio Tinto/Alcan. The Project is also only 60 km from 405 MW Peribonka IV plant owned by Hydro-Quebec. Both options are capable of providing sufficient power to the Project.</p>
<p><strong>Socio-Economic</strong></p>
<p>With a population of 300,000, a well-educated work force is available to the Project. Discussions with the First Nation of Pessamit and local authorities of MRC Fjord-du-Saguenay are currently in progress. The mine will create about 340 permanent jobs and more than 400 indirect jobs and generate substantial direct economic benefits to the region. Environmental and socio-economic impact studies are already underway.</p>
<p><strong>Potential for Enhanced Project Economics</strong></p>
<p>The Company believes the Project may be further enhanced by provincial government assistance to develop shared infrastructure under Quebec&#8217;s &#8220;Le Plan Nord&#8221; economic development initiative. The power line connecting the Project to the Chute des Passes power plant is located in the area eligible for consideration under this Plan. At the municipal level, the City of Dolbeau-Mistassini has already commissioned and completed a prefeasibility study for the construction of the railway bridge in Dolbeau-Mistassini. Government involvement in funding of these infrastructure components may significantly reduce the capital cost of the Lac-à-Paul Project.</p>
<p>The study identified potential enhancements to project economics through expanded production rates, now feasible given the significant increase in measured and indicated resources. The Company has commissioned an initial economic assessment of these options for completion in Q1 2012, with the goal of determining the most efficient course of action. Scaled up production scenarios under consideration include:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Annual P2O5 concentrate production of 2.5 million tonnes (40,000 tonne/day ore processing);</strong></li>
<li><strong>Annual P2O5 concentrate production of 3.0 million tonnes (50,000 tonne/day ore processing);</strong></li>
<li><strong>Recovery and sale of titanium (ilmenite) concentrate.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>Preliminary results indicate that economics are expected to improve at these production rates, as estimates of pre-tax NPV8 increase to $ 1 B at a production rate of 50,000 tonnes/day, with requirements of additional initial CAPEX of about 20% and mine life of about 17 years</p>
<p>A feasibility study will be initiated in Q2 2012 based on the outcome of these studies.</p>
<p><strong>Sensitivity of Project Economics to Concentrate Price and Operating Costs</strong></p>
<p>Project economics sensitivity was reviewed for concentrate price and operating costs on a pre-tax basis by Met-Chem. The analysis showed a break-even pre-tax NPV8 at $135/tonne, a price 23% below the long-term average price for 85 BPL concentrate of $175/tonne in constant 2011 $. For comparative purposes, the current price of 85 BPL concentrate FOB Russia is $223/tonne.</p>
<p>The sensitivity analysis showed that for each $1/tonne improvement in cash margin, either through higher price or lower operating cost, the pre-tax NPV8 increases by approximately $17 million.</p>
<p>Technical data of this news release has been reviewed by Mary-Jean Buchanan, Eng. (Met-Chem), Claude Duplessis, Eng. (SGS Geostat) and Daniel Boulianne, Geo. (Arianne), who are deemed to be Qualified Persons under NI 43-101.</p>
