É necessário decantar por pelo menos uma hora para apreciar toda a sua complexidade. Na boca é intenso e impactante. É um vinho concentrado, forte, encorpado, lembra vinho antigo, do tempo das ânforas, mas com muita qualidade e força. Taninos fortes, mas muito bem domados. Um grande vinho que empolga. É senso comum que aí se produzem os melhores Chardonays do mundo, com forte característica seca, ácida e mineral metalizada, e isto não é pouco, tendo em vista que esta é a uva branca mais cultivada no mundo. Mas como sempre, comprar um Chablis não é sinônimo de consumir todo esplendor da bebida, pois existe toda a classe de produtores e resultados, também neste lugar icônico.&lt;/div&gt;

No nariz demonstrou aromas suaves cítricos, predominando limão e ervas frescas. Na boca tem forte presença, leve amargor, acidez viva, boa persistência e bom equilíbrio. No entanto quando se prova um Chablis se espera um algo mais que eu não vi aqui. É um bom vinho, agradável e não compromete, mas também não trouxe aquela mineralidade e complexidade esperada. Achei um bom Chardonay comum, daqueles que por um preço menor no Brasil se encontra por aí com muita facilidade.&lt;/div&gt;

Na boca é estruturado, elegante, tem taninos firmes, notas amadeiradas, certo amargor, harmonioso, médio corpo, muito persistente, intenso e concentrado. Poderia ser um pouquinho mais frutado. A temperatura de serviço sugerida do pinot noir normalmente gira em torno dos 13º C, mas este eu recomendo os 16º C. É um pinot noir com mais força que o habitual. É inegável que ele mostra porque veio, tem personalidade. Este rótulo é seguramente um dos chilenos desta cepa que valem a pena conhecer. Excelente qualidade.&lt;br /&gt;

Na boca é muito agradável com bom equilíbrio, álcool na medida, tem sutileza, suavidade, pois não agride, aliado com boa intensidade e personalidade. Tem uma leve doçura que lembra um pouco o sabor de frutas cristalizadas, ou doce de limão, seguido de um leve amargor, que está muito bem colocado. Talvez um pouquinho mais de acidez no paladar fosse bom, mas isso está longe de depreciá-lo. É um vinho que pede outro gole, já que o prazer é a marca deste exemplar. Um dos vinhos brancos mais agradáveis que provei ultimamente. Vale provar e apreciar. Relação custo-benefício favorável (principalmente no Chile). Bastante gastronômico com ótima indicação para carnes brancas grelhadas e molhos cítricos.&lt;/div&gt;

Já o espaço deste ano, era apertado, quente e estava tão ou mais lotado, com muita dificuldade de circulação e sem cadeiras para sentar. Tinha uma área ao ar livre também, mas como vou explicar adiante, totalmente mal utilizada. Se no ano passado havia fartura de frios, pães e queijos que podiam ser apreciados à vontade, neste ano todos passaram a pão e água (e pouco), literalmente. Na parte externa montaram umas espécies de food trucks que vendiam, caro, basicamente sanduíches, que incensavam todo o ambiente com cheiro de carne e gordura, o que dispensa comentários sobre a inadequação, quando se vai provar vinhos! Parecia um ambiente de saída de estádio de futebol onde os ambulantes preparam sanduíches de pernil ou churrasquinho de carne. Péssima ideia!&lt;/div&gt;

Na boca é muito intenso, os taninos são precisos e estão bem domados, bem como a acidez, que é muito bem colocada, traz muito equilíbrio, muito sabor, é encorpado, enche a boca, é um vinho instigante e impactante. Curiosamente surgiram algumas notas de frutas amarelas como carambola e damasco, como a de algum ótimo vinho branco. Um vinho que realmente surpreende. Apresentou uma forte evolução ao longo da degustação. A acidez é tão intensa e saborosa que dá frescor, complexidade, intensidade e persistência. Na boca tem taninos suaves e discretos, médio corpo, boa acidez, sabor frutado, bom frescor, macio e persistência média. Um vinho que pode ser apreciado com carnes vermelhas pouco gordurosas, hambúrgueres e queijos curados. Agradável, aromático e fácil de tomar, unindo certa leveza, com um bom sabor e um custo benefício bem favorável. Embora o preço no Brasil seja o dobro, ou mais, que o praticado no exterior, onde realmente é muito barato, ainda sim é bem acessível por aqui.&lt;/div&gt;

Na boca ele encanta, com uma maciez, um equilíbrio e um sabor excepcionais. Um vinho envolvente, divertido, com uma acidez muito especial, grande persistência, intenso, volumoso, encorpado, levemente adocicado e taninos extremamente macios.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Um vinho que consegue ter muitas virtudes técnicas, sendo ao mesmo tempo bem descontraído, o que certamente agradará muito, tanto a iniciados, quanto a experientes degustadores. Esclarecendo que isto nem sempre ocorre, pois já foram várias as experiências em se reconhecer um grande vinho na análise técnica, super pontuado, mas que pode ser demasiado austero, ou, às vezes, nem tão agradável e prazeroso quanto poderia, mesmo sendo um grande vinho e por mais paradoxal que pareça, isto ocorre bastante. Seria mais ou menos como obras de arte em que se reconheça a genialidade do artista no resultado apresentado, porém, você não colocaria na parede de sua casa. Este é um &amp;nbsp;vinho que, metaforicamente, você coloca na parede da sala de entrada da casa.&lt;br /&gt;
