Harga Ranjang Rumah Sakit/Ranjang Pasien

Kebutuhan akan ranjang rumah sakit kini telah melebar ke berbagai sektor. Tidak hanya rumah sakit (RS) ataupun klinik dan tempat-tempat medis lainnya, kini ranjang pasien juga dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat umum untuk di rumah mereka.

Umumnya masyarakat membeli ranjang rumah sakit dengan berbagai alasan, antara lain :

Pasien (keluarga mereka) menderita penyakit yang memang membutuhkan istirahat (bed rest) untuk jangka waktu yang cukup lama, misalnya untuk pasien store, kanker, kecelakaan, penyakit gula, penyakit menua yang diderita pasien berusia lanjut, dsb.
Keluarga pasien menganggap biaya sewa kamar RS cukup mahal sehingga muncul alternatif perawatan homecare (perawatan di rumah) yang membutuhkan perlengkapan ranjang rumah sakit
Sebagian masyarakat juga ada yang menginginkan keluarganya dirawat di rumah mereka karena ingin bebas berinteraksi dengan pasien tanpa dibatasi jam kunjungan/jam besuk RS. Alasan ini umumnya muncul dari masyarakat yang tergolong sangat mampu.
Berbagai alasan lainnya.

Melihat kebutuhan ini, maka kini tidak lagi mengherankan jika Toko Alat Kesehatan juga menyediakan jual beli dan sewa ranjang rumah sakit. Ada beberapa tipe dan merek ranjang rumah sakit, namun secara garis besar dapat kita kelompokkan menjadi dua bagian besar berdasarkan fungsinya, yaitu :

Ranjang rumah sakit sistem manual, yaitu jenis ranjang rumah sakit yang digerakkan secara manual dengan sistem crank/engkol
Ranjang rumah sakit sistem elektrik, yaitu jenis ranjang rumah sakit yang digerakkan secara otomatis dengan tenaga listrik

Sedangkan berdasarkan tingkatan jumlah fungsinya, ranjang rumah sakit juga dapat dibedakan menjadi beberapa jenis, yaitu :

Ranjang pasien fix (tanpa engkol)
Ranjang pasien 1 crank (hanya bisa menaikturunkan bagian kepala)
Ranjang pasien 2 crank (bisa menaikturunkan bagian kepala dan bagian kaki)
Ranjang pasien 3 crank (bisa menaikturunkan bagian kepala, kaki, dan tinggi rendah ranjang/Hi-Low)
Ranjang pasien 4 crank (bisa menaikturunkan bagian kepala, kaki, tinggi rendah ranjang/Hi-Low, dan kemiringan bagian kepala/Trendelenburg)
Ranjang pasien 5 crank (bisa menaikturunkan bagian kepala, kaki, tinggi rendah ranjang/Hi-Low, kemiringan bagian kepala/Trendelenburg, serta kemiringan bagian kaki/Reverse Trendelenburg)

Untuk harga ranjang rumah sakit, bervariasi berdasarkan lokasi, merek, jenis, dan jumlah crank. Semakin tinggi rendah jumlah fungsi ranjang, maka harganya akan semakin murah. Demikian juga untuk sistemnya, ranjang pasien tipe manual akan lebih murah dibandingkan ranjang pasien elektrik.

Disamping tipe sistem ranjang dan fungsi ranjang diatas, masih ada lagi satu perbedaan yang sangat mencolok, yaitu dari segi material. Kini ada beberapa jenis ranjang berdasarkan jenis materialnya, yaitu :

Ranjang rumah sakit stainless steel, yaitu ranjang pasien yang bagian frame & head/foot panelnya terbuat dari steel, sedangkan guardrill (pengaman samping/bagian tangan) terbuat dari stainless steel
Ranjang rumah sakit steel, yaitu ranjang pasien yang hampir keseluruhan bagiannya terbuat dari steel atau besi
Ranjang rumah sakit ABS, yaitu ranjang pasien yang bagian head/foot panelnya terbuat dari bahan ABS yang telah dilapisi anti bakterial di permukaannya.

Mengingat jarangnya penjual ranjang rumah sakit dan minimnya stok yang beredar di pasaran Indonesia, maka ada beberapa tips yang perlu dipertimbangkan sebelum membeli ranjang rumah sakit, yaitu :

Usahakan untuk membeli ranjang rumah sakit dari Toko Penjual Alkes yang menerima jual kembali ranjang rumah sakit jika suatu saat tidak terpakai lagi. Kini ada toko yang terima jual beli ranjang rumah sakit
Jika untuk kebutuhan yang singkat (kurang dari 2 bulan), sebaiknya cari alternatif sewa. Kini toko alkes ini juga melayani sewa ranjang rumah sakit.
Pertimbangkan membeli ranjang hanya sesuai kebutuhan fungsinya. Jika kita hanya butuh yang manual maka sebaiknya tidak memilih ranjang rumah sakit elektrik karena harganya terpaut jauh. Demikian halnya untuk fungsi ranjang, sesuaikan jumlah crank dengan kebutuhan saja.
Teliti apa saja yang bisa Anda dapatkan dari penjual. Kadang ada yang menjual ranjang pasien terpisah dari harga jual matras/kasur dan tiang infus. Namun ada juga yang menjual ranjang pasien dalam paket lengkap termasuk matras/kasur dan tiang infus. Sebaiknya cari yang menjual ranjang rumah sakit yang sudah dilengkapi kasur dan tiang infus. Jadi kita tidak perlu mengeluarkan uang lebih lagi untuk membeli aksesoris tambahan hospital bed tersebut. Jangan terkecoh dengan harga, tapi amati apa yang Anda peroleh dengan harga tersebut.

Kapan kita lebih cocok membeli ranjang rumah sakit manual?

Jika pasien sudah sangat tidak berdaya dan minim gerak.
Jika pasien selalu didampingi oleh perawat/petugas paramedis/keluarga yang selalu bisa membantu pasien jika ingin mengatur posisi ranjang
Jika kondisi listrik di tempat kita tinggal tidak stabil bahkan sering mati lampu.

Kapan sebaiknya kita memilih ranjang rumah sakit elektrik?

Jika pasien perlu banyak gerak/aktivitas
Jika pasien masih bisa menggerakkan bagian tangannya
Jika pasien tidak didampingi perawat/petugas paramedik/orang yang selalu bisa membantunya setiap saat dibutuhkan
Jika kondisi listrik di tempat tinggal kita cukup stabil.

Pendet Dance : The Story

Pendet initially is a worship dance that many exhibited in the temple, a place to worship of Hindus in Bali, Indonesia. This dance symbolizes the welcoming of the gods fall into the natural world. Gradually, as the times, the Balinese artists change Pendet be "welcome", but still contains elements of the sacred-religious. Creator / choreographer of modern dance forms are I Wayan Rindi (? - 1967).

Pendet is a statement of the offering in the form of a ceremonial dance. Unlike performing dances that require intensive training, Pendet be danced by all people, men and women, adults and girls pemangkus.

This dance is taught simply by following the movement and rarely done in banjar-banjar. The young girls follow the movements of the more senior women who understand their responsibilities in providing a good example.

This daughter dance has a movement pattern that is more dynamic than Rejang dance that performed in groups or pairs. Usually displayed after Rejang Dance at the temple yard and generally facing the direction of the sacred (pelinggih) with ceremonial dress, and each dancer brings sangku, jars, bowls, and other offerings equipment.

Explosion at The Ritz Carlton and JW Marriot

Friday, 17 July 2009 explosions occurred twice in the Ritz Carlton Hotel and JW Marriot. Almost be an explosion came from the bomb.

After the long calm, the blast occurred more likely to come from the bombing occurred in Indoesia and in the same location the last time the explosion occurred in Indonesia in the Mega Kuningan area.

For information, Ritz Carlton Hotel is a hotel that will be used as a place to stay in the Manchester United team that will play an friendship games with Indonesia Team in Jakarta.

I so remember, yesterday a bomb threat which overwrite the KPK building. So I think if this as a red herring. Remembering KPK at this time is become a main concern.

Hopefully conditions remain conducive. Moreover, it is still hot on the case of President Election and firing in the Freeport area, Papua.

Will Komodo National Park Lose ?

When I visit the official website of New 7 Wonder Campaign about three days ago, I was upset because Komodo National Park was at 15th rank, last time I visit the website for voting, the rank was at 12th (the rank decreased !!). It's really not a good position if we want this national park go to the next phase. Only top 11 in each categories will be eligible to the next phase.

Voting for nominees will continue through July 7, 2009. The top 77 nominees by group categories (the top 11 in each of the seven groups) will be eligible for consideration by the New7Wonders of Nature Panel of Experts, under the leadership of Prof. Federico Mayor, former Director-General of UNESCO. The Panel of Experts will review these 77 nominees and choose from them the 21 Official Finalists, according to published criteria. The selection will be announced on 21 July 2009, and the 21 Official Finalists will then enter the third and final phase to vote and choose the Official New7Wonders of Nature.

So, let's vote for our nominee (oh...vote..vote...vote.. a very popular word in Indonesia now). And tell others to do so.

Komodo National Park is unique and has a plus point because this place is a habitat for a living proof of the big lizard that ever live on earth.

Holding Pain

A time, held high-level meeting attended by leaders of three women from three countries. Margareth Thatcer represented the UK, represented India Indira Gandhi and Megawati's Indonesia representative.

They inspect their troops together. In front of the famous Green Baret from the UK, with fierce Margaretn strike and hit a soldiers in front of her.

"Feel pain ?" asked Margareth.

"No, Mom!!!"

"Why ?"

"As a soldier of the British sterling, we use to keep our pain."

"Good."

Indira Gandhi did not want to lose. Rows in front of her troops, she was taking a rifle from peleton commander, and strike it to a soldier's face.

"Feel pain?" asked Indira Gandhi.

"no, Madam!" the soldier's rough, even his face is bleeding.

"Why?"

As a country's economic, culture and political centre, Jakarta is always bustling, never sleep. Just like other big cities in the world. Its become a magnet to every people from other side of the country to come to try their luck, hoping to change their destiny. I wouldn't know if i didn't come to this blog today, that there are a campaign for new 7 wonder running on. Indonesia has sent 3 names with different categories, which were Krakatau Island, Lake Toba and Komodo National Park. As the campaign is entering the second phase, only Komodo National Park that still remain as a candidate now.

Last time I visit the official website for voting which was today, Komodo National Park is at 12th rank. And It's really not a good position if we want this national park go to the next phase. Only top 11 in each categories will be eligible to the next phase.

Voting for nominees will continue through July 7, 2009. The top 77 nominees by group categories (the top 11 in each of the seven groups) will be eligible for consideration by the New7Wonders of Nature Panel of Experts, under the leadership of Prof. Federico Mayor, former Director-General of UNESCO. Batak is one of the many ethnic groups in Indonesia with region of origin is North Sumatra (one of Indonesia's province) and live mostly around Lake Toba (a famous tourism destination).

And this blog is all about this ethnic group. The culture, habits, history, songs, traditions, even famous people from this ethnic group, etc.

It's a recommended blog for those who want to know more about batak. And I think it's a should to visit blog for batak's people who lives outside their origin, so they don't forget their culture.
Especially for those born in foreign.

World's Richest People Decreased

Forbes Billionaires 2009 : Global Financial Crisis Affect

Forbes has released its annual list of the world’s richest people, and it’s a bit smaller than usual. The number of billionaires in the world has dropped from 1,125 last year to only 793 now, forbes reports. And the total wealth on this year's list registered US$2.4 trillion, down from 4.4 trillion last year, reducing more than 45 percent and marking the worst reading since Forbes began compiling the list.

And so the worst economic crisis in decades has taken its toll on billionaires, the richest people in the world. The number of such people has decreased and their wealth has shrunk by nearly half.
(but hey..don't worry they still rich people and of course it doesn't mean that they could not eat)

Most of Indonesia's area is the central triangle coral reefs (The Coral Triangle Center) together with the Malaysia, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Timor Leste and the Solomon Islands, covers 5.7 million km2 of sea.

Wakatobi National Park (TN) in Southeast Sulawesi, which is located in the center, continue to seek salvation and preservation of natural wealth for the sake of balance and a better future.

Mainstay for Various Sectors

Defined as a national park in 1996 by the Ministry of Forestry when its still a part of the Regency of Buton, Wakatobi fate, which is a cluster of four large islands-Wangi-Wangi, Kaledupa, Tomia and Binongko-wasn't much different from other national parks in Indonesia. Beside become the object of living in the surrounding community, it also relied in various important sectors. Viewing the area which is 97% sea, marine and fisheries sector are the main after tourism.

With 1.390 million hectares area of which has 39 islands (only seven uninhabited islands), three char (shoal), and five atol (coral island), TN Wakatobi store the overflow property. Have recorded 942 species of fish and 750 species of coral in it. Compare this with the Caribbean region that has only 50 species of coral and the Red Sea 300 species of coral and in the world only amounting to 850 species of coral.

Based on the Operation Wallacea research- research center that based in the UK that opened research center on the Hoga Island, Wakatobi - assumming that 90% of those natural wealth of the world are on this national park. Beside, inside the area of 90 thousand hectares of coral reefs, there is 48km atol at Kaledupa, the longest in the world.

With its position surrounded by the Banda Sea, Flores Sea and the Buton island, it has a distinctive feature compared to other areas because of its ability to provide food security and the ability to recover the species level for coral reefs if damaged. That is because the pattern of water flow to maintain this area is also make role so that not easily affected by the bleaching due to global warming.

It is not excessive if this national parks declarated as an under the sea paradise for divers of the world that provided a 29 point dive in the region. Wealth of biodiversity is not necessarily swing to continue to use without limit. Fishing practices that harm, such as bombardment, the use of toxic cyanide and other destruktif activities, become a threat that continues to haunt. However, such that conditions have formed the paradigm of the importance of the conservation potential of biodiversity in the future so that he can still keep the Waktobi community and at the same time remain the most important part of the Coral Triangle Center.

A role for the Conservation

The beauty of Wakatobi TN also encourage the observer and the environment conserver either from government, non-government organizations (NGOs) and communities together to do conservation in order to prolong life until the next generation.

From review on Visit Wakatobi activities with WWF-Indonesia some time ago had formed an understanding in managing the conservation of TN Wakatobi between the government and related organizations, or NGOs, which then form a community initiative to make wise.

After establishing the new districts, namely Wakatobi Residence (Kabupaten) in 2004, local governments increasingly serious in managing conservation on these important assets. SOne of them is to apply the zoning system which was the formularization has been agreed between central government, residence government and local communities. Produced through a public consultation process involving many parties, including community groups, particularly groups of users of marine natural resources in the Wakatobi.

The zoning system which was signed together with the Director General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation Ministry of Forestry (MoF-PHKA) on 23 July 2007 is one of the strategic way that believed can guarantee the preservation of natural resources biological and economic sustainability for the community and for the residence.
Zoning regulation consists of core zone : disallow capture and disallow traffic, and maritime protection zone. Daerah larang ambil, boleh lintas dan zona wisata mencakup 36% dari total target konservasi. Disallow capture area, crossable and tourism zone covers 36% of the total target conservation.

This zoning regulation become unseparated part of the Spatial Plan Area of Wakatobi; residence government then prepare the development vision of the two superior sector, tourism and fisheries.

Airfield at Wangi Wangi built as a support in infrastructure area - operated in early 2008. According to Wakatobi Regent Huguan "With this airfield Wakatobi no longer so isolated, more easily achieved by anyone who would like to visit, especially tourists. For the fishery sector, residence government directing the transition from coral reefs fisheries to deep marine fisheries and marine commodity cultivation."

In the case of providing conservation, TN Wakatobi Hall as the managing board of conservation area has 3 main pillars. As stated by the Head of Central TN Wakatobi Wahju Rudianto, "3 main pillars that had mandated consists of the protection of the area, preservation of natural resources and the utilization of natural resources sustainably itself."

Then, Wahju Rudianto explains that from the zoning drafting there are 11 important resources that become conservation priorities, they are the coral reefs which consists of three kinds; edge coral reefs, barrier coral reefs and atol coral reefs. Then SPAGs (Spawning Aggregation sites) which are the location of fish breed, turtle, mangrove, migrant birds, upwelling (the increase of water mass from depth to the surface that bring the burly substances), traffic line of the sea mammals, seagrass and seaweed.

The formulation of conservation concept is not released from the active role of the organization or environment lovers NGO. Information from the Project Leader Program Co WWF-TNC (The Nature Conservancy) Wakatobi, Veda Santiaji, the field survey started in 2003 together with Central TN Wakatobi for early exploration and feasibility program to apply. From there, focused on three things to be more optimized. First, make the design of the planning area more comprehensive that also reviewed from the ecological consideration, social and economic interests and the target of development. Second, the continuous monitoring activities as basic management considerations, including the provision of security equipment and its operations and human resources. Third, counseling and organizing community groups to the point that awareness of the potential TN Wakatobi is a part of their lives therefore must be maintained its preservation.

The efforts made above at the end formed equal understanding between communities in the management of the potency of TN Wakatobi. They who are thinking more about the sustainability of the future immedietly establish small organizations to support such as Forkani (Forum Komunikasi Tani / Farm Community Forum) and Komunto (Kelompok-Kelompok Nelayan Tomia / Tomia Fishermen Groups.

Thanks to the ideas and energy that they did above, it is not impossible if TN Wakatobi continue living. But the most important is how to keep the preservation spirit light although many are reluctant or do not even care about the fate in the future.

Provinces of Indonesia

Before 2000 there were 27 provinces (bahasa = provinsi) in Indonesia. Since then 6 provinces have been created (Banten, Riau Islands, Bangka Belitung, Gorontalo, Maluku Utara and West Papua).

Each province has its own local government, headed by a governor, and has its legislative body. Further more province divided into regencies (bahasa = kabupaten) and cities.

Cell phone has become a need for many of indonesia people, maybe because of indonesia geographical that consists of archipelago.
