Last Wednesday i mentioned that Tennessee would be the number 1 defense. There were number 2 only behind San Fran who i am sure not many played given their match up against Arizona's high powered offense.

In every league i played in i played Tennessee as my defense as they were playing the rams, and that was before i knew that Noll was getting the start for St. Louis.

Another trench gold at this time of year was Rob Bironas. Once Tennessee fell off the charts and were getting dropped i kept my eye on everyone because Bironas and the Defense was ranked in the top 3 coming into the year. When they started to win i checked their match ups and realize i could use them in week 14 to get me through the week. And that it did as i Knocked off THE CHAMP in one league who was the reigning 3 time champ. The same expert fell to me in another league making my domination of him throughout the year come to an end in both league as i move on to the semi finals against other great managers.

As for my week 15 and 16 trench use Arizona in week 15. Houston is a good play as well.

Week 16 has two options as well Arizona again and San Fran as a second option.

Week 17 for those who play in this week will find some good numbers with San Fran.

Of course there are the Saints and the Vikings that can be played each week but are dangerous as they might be resting some players late in the year. The teams and weeks i have mentioned are free agent options that i planned in using since week 9 as i have played this year with the free agent of the week on defense strategy.

Good Luck All

In the last five weeks we have watch them lose to the KC Chiefs, Oakland Raiders and the Cleveland Browns. All three of these teams have at one time or the other within in the year been called the worst in the NFL and there is no one that can dispute that they are within the lower end of the league. So, if a team loses to all three including the team that is called the worse, and is statistically the worst on offense and defense, than shouldn't that mean that the Pittsburgh Steelers are the worst in the NFL regardless of the six wins they can boost about?

Aj Pelletier of
NFL Fantasy Playbook
Fantasy Sports Fanatics

I will give you the stats, the facts and then my opinion.

ADRIAN PETERSON TOTALS
230 rushes, 1084 yards - 27 catches, 233 yards - 12 TD's - 5 fumbles - 5.1 yards per touch. Adrian fumbles the ball every 51 touches on the ball and leads the NFL running backs for fumbles.

CHRIS JOHNSON TOTALS
217 rushes, 1396 yards - 33 catches, 294 yards - 10 TD's - 1 fumbles - 6.76 yards per touch.
with only one fumble in 250 touches the math is easy.

Chris Johnson plays on a less productive team whose air attack is very weak meaning teams stack up the box.

Adrian Peterson plays on one of the top passing teams which could mean that everyone's concern of Peterson is allowing the air attack to have weak coverage.

They are both great backs and every team would dream of having them. In my eyes Chris Johnson would be the MVP of these two players for what he means to his team and the simple fact that he leads Peterson in every category other than TD's.

If i knew who was going to win this one i would think i was special as this game will not be easy to say how it will go. both teams can run, throw and both have used one and surrendered the other to win. Here are your week 8 match ups and the strength of schedule breakdown to help you make all your picks. Weather is now coming into play so keep track of weather for all the games this weekend at http://www.fantasyfootballsearch.com/draftkit/weather_report.asp

For the most current and up to date Injury News from our very own Ryan Hallum go to
http://www.fantasyfootballsearch.com/injury/injuryreport.html

Denver (6-0) at Baltimore (3-3)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
10/09/06 BAL 3 - DEN 13
12/11/05 BAL 10 - DEN 12
10/26/03 DEN 6 - BAL 26
09/30/02 DEN 23 - BAL 34
09/30/01 BAL 20 - DEN 13
12/31/00 DEN 3 - BAL 21
10/20/96 BAL 34 - DEN 45
10/30/94 BAL 14 - DEN 26
11/07/93 DEN 29 - BAL 14
09/27/92 DEN 12 - BAL 0
The Broncos lead the series with 6 wins, but Baltimore leads since 2000. This will prove who are posers and who are for real. The Ravens, if they lose will pretty much be playing catch up all year while the Broncos can pretty much lock up the division with a win here. Broncos win as the Raven defense isnt what it used to be.

Houston (4-3) at Buffalo (3-4)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
11/19/06 BUF 24 - HOU 21
09/11/05 HOU 7 - BUF 22
11/16/03 HOU 12 - BUF 10
10/13/02 BUF 31 - HOU 24
With only 4 games ever played the Bills are winning 3-1. Buffalo will be trying to hold the power of the Texans offense to few enough points so their weak offense can win this one. I like the Texans here as they have been playing with more confidence with each game that goes by.

Cleveland (1-6) at Chicago (3-3)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
09/03/09 CLE 23 - CHI 26
08/28/08 CHI 16 - CLE 10
08/30/07 CLE 19 - CHI 9
08/31/06 CHI 20 - CLE 7
10/09/05 CHI 10 - CLE 20
09/01/05 CLE 16 - CHI 6
09/03/04 CHI 10 - CLE 24
11/04/01 CLE 21 - CHI 27 x
08/12/00 CLE 6 - CHI 19
08/28/99 CHI 24 - CLE 35
The series is tied at 5, but Da Bears will look to bounce back after a terrible lose last week to the hands of the Bengals. Da Bears win with huge fantasy numbers from Cutler.

Seattle (2-4) at Dallas (4-2)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
11/27/08 SEA 9 - DAL 34
01/06/07 DAL 20 - SEA 21
08/12/06 DAL 13 - SEA 3
10/23/05 DAL 10 - SEA 13
08/22/05 DAL 18 - SEA 10
12/06/04 DAL 43 - SEA 39
10/27/02 SEA 17 - DAL 14
12/16/01 DAL 3 - SEA 29
11/22/98 SEA 22 - DAL 30
07/31/98 SEA 20 - DAL 19
Dallas will have to win two in a row before i will think they are a contender and they will win this one as they own the Seahawks with 7 wins of their last 19 match ups.

St. Louis (0-7) at Detroit (1-5)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
10/01/06 DET 34 - STL 41
08/29/05 STL 37 - DET 13
12/28/03 STL 20 - DET 30
10/08/01 STL 35 - DET 0
11/07/99 STL 27 - DET 31
09/02/99 STL 17 - DET 6
10/24/93 DET 16 - STL 13
11/17/91 STL 10 - DET 21
09/11/88 DET 10 - STL 17
12/06/87 STL 37 - DET 16
GAME OF THE WEEK. Well if you start at the bottom that is. Someone has to score fantasy points here and the past is just that, the past. I look for the Rams to get their first win here with Jackson running crazy all day.

Miami (2-4) at N.Y. Jets (4-3)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
10/12/09 NYJ 27 - MIA 31
12/28/08 MIA 24 - NYJ 17
09/07/08 NYJ 20 - MIA 14
12/02/07 NYJ 40 - MIA 13
09/23/07 MIA 28 - NYJ 31
12/25/06 NYJ 13 - MIA 10
10/15/06 MIA 17 - NYJ 20
12/18/05 NYJ 20 - MIA 24
09/18/05 MIA 7 - NYJ 17
11/01/04 MIA 14 - NYJ 41
Although the Dolphins have only won 3 of the last 10 against the Jets, they have won the last two. Make that two of the last 3 as the Jets win at home.

N.Y. Giants (5-2) at Philadelphia (4-2)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
01/11/09 PHI 23 - NYG 11
12/07/08 PHI 20 - NYG 14
11/09/08 NYG 36 - PHI 31
12/09/07 NYG 16 - PHI 13
09/30/07 PHI 3 - NYG 16
01/07/07 NYG 20 - PHI 23
12/17/06 PHI 36 - NYG 22
09/17/06 NYG 30 - PHI 24 x
12/11/05 NYG 26 - PHI 23 x
11/20/05 PHI 17 - NYG 27
Phily has only 4 wins in the last 5 years of divisional matchups, while winning both of last years games. This game will be close and I think the Giant defense wins this one while Eli does just enough to not give it away.

Jacksonville (3-3) at Tennessee (0-6)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
10/04/09 TEN 17 - JAC 37
11/16/08 TEN 24 - JAC 14
09/07/08 JAC 10 - TEN 17
11/11/07 JAC 28 - TEN 13
09/09/07 TEN 13 - JAC 10
12/17/06 JAC 17 - TEN 24
11/05/06 TEN 7 - JAC 37
01/01/06 TEN 13 - JAC 40
11/20/05 JAC 31 - TEN 28
11/21/04 TEN 18 - JAC 15
The break will have done nothing but save the Titans from a beating. MJD runs crazy on them. the series is split at 5 each.

Oakland (2-5) at San Diego (3-3)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
09/14/09 SD 24 - OAK 20
12/04/08 OAK 7 - SD 34
09/28/08 SD 28 - OAK 18
12/30/07 SD 30 - OAK 17
10/14/07 OAK 14 - SD 28
11/26/06 OAK 14 - SD 21
09/11/06 SD 27 - OAK 0
12/04/05 OAK 10 - SD 34
10/16/05 SD 27 - OAK 14
11/21/04 SD 23 - OAK 17
With the Chargers in control 10-0 not much will change here even if the Raiders should have won the season opener. Chargers destroy them here with the run. SPROLES has a big day.

Minnesota (6-1) at Green Bay (4-2)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
10/05/09 GB 23 - MIN 30
11/09/08 GB 27 - MIN 28
09/08/08 MIN 19 - GB 24
11/11/07 MIN 0 - GB 34
09/30/07 GB 23 - MIN 16
12/21/06 MIN 7 - GB 9
11/12/06 GB 23 - MIN 17
11/21/05 MIN 20 - GB 17
10/23/05 GB 20 - MIN 23
01/09/05 MIN 31 - GB 17
Another series split at 5, but the Packers have won more in the last 3 years. Wont matter here as THE GAME OF THE WEEK and Favres return will see a great football game for all and the Vikings celebrating the return to winning ways.

Carolina (2-4) at Arizona (4-2)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
01/10/09 ARI 33 - CAR 13
10/26/08 ARI 23 - CAR 27
10/14/07 CAR 25 - ARI 10
10/09/05 CAR 24 - ARI 20
11/21/04 ARI 10 - CAR 35
12/14/03 CAR 20 - ARI 17
10/06/02 ARI 16 - CAR 13
12/30/01 ARI 30 - CAR 7
11/19/95 ARI 7 - CAR 27
The Cards only have three wins and only 1 since 03. That wont matter. The Cards will destroy them on both sides of the ball. If you have a Cardinal, play them with confidence.

Atlanta (4-2) at New Orleans (6-0)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
12/07/08 ATL 25 - NO 29
11/09/08 NO 20 - ATL 34
12/10/07 NO 34 - ATL 14
10/21/07 ATL 16 - NO 22
11/26/06 NO 31 - ATL 13
09/25/06 ATL 3 - NO 23
12/12/05 NO 17 - ATL 36
10/16/05 ATL 34 - NO 31
12/26/04 ATL 13 - NO 26
11/28/04 NO 21 - ATL 24
The Saints are winning this divisional battle 6-4 and will win again. The Falcons defense is not able to control the Brees Machine and this will be fun to watch. Hey does anyone know where the real Michael Turner is. Oh wait. Maybe this is who the Chargers let go and last year was just the chip on his shoulder getting him into the endzone.

Here are your week 6 match ups and the strength of schedule breakdown to help you make all your picks.

San Francisco (3-2) at Houston (3-3)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
01/01/06 HOU 17 - SF 20 x
San Francisco: 4-2 last 6 league games
Houston : 3-3 last 6 games
With only one previous match up in the short Houston franchise they will face the 49ers for the first time at home. Has San Fran fixed what went wrong before their bye? If not the Texans will expose it much like the Falcons did. This will be a tight game i give to the home team.

San Diego (2-3) at Kansas City (1-5)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
12/14/08 SD 22 - KC 21
11/09/08 KC 19 - SD 20
12/02/07 SD 24 - KC 10
09/30/07 KC 30 - SD 16
12/17/06 KC 9 - SD 20
10/22/06 SD 27 - KC 30
12/24/05 SD 7 - KC 20
10/30/05 KC 20 - SD 28
01/02/05 KC 17 - SD 24
11/28/04 SD 34 - KC 31
San Diego : 2-4 last 6 league games
Kansas City: 1-5 last 6 games
Upset spacial. I look for the Chiefs to be on a two game winning streak unless the Chargers can at least get better on at least one side of the ball.

Indianapolis (5-0) at St. Louis (0-6)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
08/10/06 IND 17 - STL 19
10/17/05 STL 28 - IND 45
12/30/01 IND 17 - STL 42
10/01/95 STL 18 - IND 21
09/17/89 IND 17 - STL 31
09/21/86 STL 24 - IND 7
Indianapolis : 5-1 last 6 league games
St. Louis: 0-6 last 6 games
Wow, could life get worse for the Rams. YUP. Here comes Peyton Manning and crew. if you have any Colts, play them with confidence.

New England (4-2) at Tampa Bay (0-6)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
08/17/08 NE 10 - TB 27
08/10/07 NE 10 - TB 13
12/17/05 TB 0 - NE 28
08/25/01 NE 3 - TB 20
09/03/00 TB 21 - NE 16
08/20/00 TB 31 - NE 21
08/28/99 NE 14 - TB 45
11/16/97 NE 7 - TB 27
12/11/88 TB 7 - NE 10
10/27/85 NE 32 - TB 14
New England: 4-2 last 6 league games
Tampa Bay: 0-6 last 6 games
How does the NFL schedule these England Games. Please, they couldn't tell last year that the Bucs were going to be bad and the Pats good. This is ugly and ugly fast unless the league steps in and asks for Brady to cool it a little given the location of the game.

Minnesota (6-0) at Pittsburgh (4-2)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
08/23/08 PIT 12 - MIN 10
08/19/06 MIN 17 - PIT 10
12/18/05 PIT 18 - MIN 3
08/29/02 MIN 14 - PIT 17
12/02/01 MIN 16 - PIT 21
08/16/01 PIT 10 - MIN 24
09/24/95 MIN 44 - PIT 24
12/20/92 MIN 6 - PIT 3
09/24/89 MIN 14 - PIT 27
09/21/86 PIT 7 - MIN 31
Minnesota : 6-0 last 6 league games
Pittsburgh : 4-2 last 6 games
Could this be a super bowl preview? Going into the season the NFC EAST was given the fortunate schedule of playing the weak AFC WEST. I myself would have give the NFC EAST a minimum of 10 win of the 16 it is scheduled to play. In week 3 the Eagles beat the Chiefs giving the East a 1-0 lead. Then in week four the Chiefs lost to the Giants while the Broncos beat the Cowboys. In week five the cowboys won in overtime over the Chiefs while the Giants won over the raiders. East 4- West 1. Then in week six we saw the Raiders beat the Eagles and the Chiefs beat the redskins to make it 4-3 East. In week nine the Chargers play their first inter-conference match-up against the Giants in NY while in week ten the Broncos play the redskins.

I could go on, but i guess what we can take with us after 6 weeks of football is that all the research and match up breakdowns we do pre-season and even before each game can change in a heartbeat. Before the season started everyone was predicting that the Titans would win their division and the Colts might miss the playoffs. I myself thought the opposite because of the manning factor. And really, the biggest surprise is that the Titans are 0-6 and lost 59-0 this week while the Broncos are 5-0 and could be 6-0 after tonight's game (which i believe will happen).

The point of this is to not always write off the weak or crown the strong as on any given Sunday the best can fall to the worst as it is still played by men who make mistakes and can empower themselves to do extraordinary things. As we sit on our couches and yell at the players for their faults and at the refs for losing our team the games we must remember that if every game was to finish the way we all predict none of us would have a reason to watch the games.

Here are your week 6 match ups and the strength of schedule breakdown to help you make all your picks.

Houston (2-3) at Cincinnati (4-1)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
10/26/08 CIN 6 - HOU 35
10/02/05 HOU 10 - CIN 16
11/09/03 HOU 27 - CIN 34
11/03/02 CIN 38 - HOU 3
Houston : 3-3 last 6 league games
Cincinnati : 5-1 last 6 games
To think if it wasn't for the weirdest play in 09 the Bengals would be 5-0. Their Defense will be challenged here and if they continue to play well you should see the Bengals at 5-1

Detroit (1-4) at Green Bay (2-2)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
12/28/08 DET 21 - GB 31
09/14/08 GB 48 - DET 25
12/30/07 DET 13 - GB 34
11/22/07 GB 37 - DET 26
12/17/06 DET 9 - GB 17
09/24/06 GB 31 - DET 24
12/11/05 DET 13 - GB 16 x
09/11/05 GB 3 - DET 17
12/12/04 DET 13 - GB 16
10/17/04 GB 38 - DET 10
Detroit : 1-5 last 6 league games
Green Bay: 2-4 last 6 games
Detroit will be able to run on the Packers but the Packers offense is too strong and will dominate in time of possession as well as the scoreboard.

St. Louis (0-5) at Jacksonville (2-3)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
10/30/05 JAC 21 - STL 24
10/20/96 JAC 14 - STL 17
08/09/96 JAC 10 - STL 17
St. Louis: 0-6 last 6 league games
Jacksonville : 4-2 last 6 games
Jacksonville will look to rebound from last week embarrassing 41-0 beating. The Rams will continue to lose and will challenge the all time losing streak record if they don't get this corrected soon.

Baltimore (3-2) at Minnesota (5-0)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
08/16/08 MIN 23 - BAL 15
08/25/06 BAL 7 - MIN 30
12/25/05 MIN 23 - BAL 30
01/07/02 MIN 3 - BAL 19
12/13/98 MIN 38 - BAL 28
12/09/95 BAL 11 - MIN 27
11/22/92 BAL 13 - MIN 17
12/17/89 MIN 17 - BAL 23
10/26/86 BAL 23 - MIN 20
Baltimore : 3-3 last 6 league games
Minnesota : 5-1 last 6 games
The Vikings will be able to run on the Ravens and will move to 6-0 before going to the hardest part of the schedule.

N.Y. So far the Redskins have helped 3 opponents get into the win column and if i am write it will be 4 of 6.

Philadelphia (3-1) at Oakland (1-4)
Last 10 match-ups: Date/ Away/ Home
08/06/06 OAK 16 - PHI 10
09/25/05 OAK 20 - PHI 23
10/28/01 OAK 20 - PHI 10
09/24/95 PHI 17 - OAK 48
11/08/92 OAK 10 - PHI 31
10/22/89 OAK 7 - PHI 10
11/30/86 PHI 33 - OAK 27
Philadelphia : 4-2 last 6 league games
Oakland : 2-4 last 6 games
If you have a Eagle play them, if you have a Raider WHY????? That is 2 games. Denver is better on defense while the chargers are weaker on defense. Look for another high scoring game on MNF.

Good Luck Everyone.

Bears should win this one.

Pittsburgh (1-1) at Cincinnati (1-1)
Last 10 games:
Date Away/Home
11/20/08 CIN 10 - PIT 27
10/19/08 PIT 38 - CIN 10
12/02/07 CIN 10 - PIT 24
10/28/07 PIT 24 - CIN 13
12/31/06 PIT 23 - CIN 17 OT
09/24/06 CIN 28 - PIT 20
01/08/06 PIT 31 - CIN 17
12/04/05 CIN 38 - PIT 31
10/23/05 PIT 27 - CIN 13
11/21/04 PIT 19 - CIN 14
Pittsburgh: 5-1 last 6 league games
Cincinnati: 4-2 last 6 league games
Steelers will look to get back into the win column but the Bengals looked much better last week. Steelers win but it will be closer than most think.

Denver (2-0) at Oakland (1-1)
Last 10 games:
Date Away/Home
11/23/08 OAK 31 - DEN 10
09/08/08 DEN 41 - OAK 14
12/02/07 DEN 20 - OAK 34
09/16/07 OAK 20 - DEN 23 OT
11/12/06 DEN 17 - OAK 13
10/15/06 OAK 3 - DEN 13
12/24/05 OAK 3 - DEN 22
11/13/05 DEN 31 - OAK 17
11/28/04 OAK 25 - DEN 24
10/17/04 DEN 31 - OAK 3
Denver : 3-3 last 6 league games
Oakland : 3-3 last 6 league games
Last year both teams won on the road and this will be the true test from the Broncos. I like the Raiders run game to win this game.

Miami (0-2) at San Diego (1-1)
Last 10 games:
Date Away/Home
10/05/08 SD 10 - MIA 17
12/11/05 MIA 23 - SD 21
10/27/03 MIA 26 - SD 10
11/24/02 SD 3 - MIA 30
08/18/01 SD 23 - MIA 20
11/12/00 MIA 17 - SD 7
12/19/99 SD 9 - MIA 12
08/21/99 MIA 13 - SD 10
11/05/95 MIA 24 - SD 14
01/08/95 MIA 21 - SD 22
Miami : 3-3 last 6 league games (one lose in playoffs)
San Diego: 4-2 last 6 league games (one lose in playoffs)
Miami has won the last four match ups and i like them here to run all over the Chargers with the wild cat.

Indianapolis (2-0) at Arizona (1-1)
Last 4 games:
Date Away/Home
01/01/06 ARI 13 - IND 17
09/01/96 ARI 13 - IND 20
12/20/92 ARI 13 - IND 16
12/02/90 IND 17 - ARI 20
Indianapolis : 5-1 last 6 league games (one lose in playoffs)
Arizona : 4-2 last 6 league games (one lose in playoffs)
The Cards will look to continue what they started last week and a healthier Boldin and Breaston should help them serve the Colts their first lose of the season.

Carolina (0-2) at Dallas (1-1)
Last 10 games:
Date Away/Home
12/22/07 DAL 20 - CAR 13
10/29/06 DAL 35 - CAR 14
12/24/05 DAL 24 - CAR 20
01/03/04 DAL 10 - CAR 29
11/23/03 CAR 20 - DAL 24
10/13/02 CAR 13 - DAL 14
08/17/02 DAL 19 - CAR 16
10/01/00 DAL 16 - CAR 13 x
10/11/98 CAR 20 - DAL 27
12/08/97 CAR 23 - DAL 13
Carolina: 2-4 last 6 league games (one lose in playoffs)
Dallas: 2-4 last 6 league games
Both teams love to give the ball away, but i will give the home team a big win.

DeAngelo Williams, rb, panthers. This is only a hunch, but I look for Williams to get hurt and once he does Jonathan Stewart will take over as the starting back. Williams has only had a good half a year really so i refuse to draft him as high as everyone is putting him.

4. Jamal Lewis, rb, browns. Jamal is done and playing the Vikings, Steelers, Bears, Packers & Ravens who all have great run defenses all within the first 8 games will see them playing from behind and airing it out.

3. Matt Cassell, qb, chiefs. Matt won 11 games and still didn’t make the playoffs and if he didn’t have the worst red zone percentage in the league then maybe they would have been able to win the division. His success is merely a sign that BB is the best coach; regardless of what he is dealt he makes a winner out of it

2. Chad Pennington, qb, dolphins. Chad had a charmed year last year and was his only injury free season since who knows when. Injuries, the wild cat, Pat White, the worst schedule imaginable and the rest of the defences in the division improving are all reasons he will bust.

1. Antonio Bryant, wr, bucs. Lightning will not strike twice and he will not be worth the value he brought himself to late last night.

Had a great year and will continue to get better especially with Brett finding him in the middle. (written in July as NFP never once thought Bret wouldn't be the qb)

Chris Henry, wr, bengals. If Palmer is healthy Chris will prove he is a stud as he has done a good job of staying out of trouble as he had his first off-season without police trouble so he should become a target of value for Palmer.

Jonathan Stewart, rb, panthers. I look for Jonathan to prove that he deserves to be the starter in Carolina, and yes, in front of Williams who has only been healthy for one year and only had a good half a year.

Anthony Gonzalez, wr, colts. Third year guy ready to fill in for the lose of Harrison and is becoming a favorite target of Peyton Manning.

NEW ADDITION TO THE LIST SINCE IT DEBUTED ON FANTASYFOOTBALLSEARCH.COM

1. CHAD JOHNSON, wr, bengals. Chad embarrassed himself last year and non of us thought that was possible. But he is going to put up numbers worth where he is getting drafted and will be a good #2 receiver even though you will already have 2 by the time you draft him.

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS - New Coach,. Quarterback, Tight End and lots more. Looks to be what many say a long season.

4. CLEVELAND BROWNS - New coach has brought over many of his Jets and moved stars out. Will it work? Only time will tell.

3. OAKLAND RAIDERS - Cable had the silver and black to 3 -3 in the last six games and won the last 2 of the season. Can he keep them winning is the question.

2. SAN FRANCISCO 49ers - Coach Singletary instilled many new thoughts and discipline principals last year and now the 49ers look as ready as they have been in years to make a play at the division.

1. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS - No Holmgren for the first time in years. Will the fresh blood bring them back to the glory land? A healthy Hasselbeck is a start.

Actually i couldn't keep it to 5 and i had to step it up to six

6. BENGALS - Ochocinco, Coles, Henry and Simpson. Chad 85 will see a spike in targets and Henry who has been good for 12 months now should become a fantasy target. Coles will also see a lot of targets. Look for the Bengals to score points.

5. TEXANS - Johnson, Walter, Davis and Anderson. Andre Johnson is my number 1 receiver and Walter will continue to see more fantasy value. Davis and Anderson can go to the waste side. Owen Daniels is the deciding factor of making this list.

4. COLTS - Wayne, Gonzalez, Hall and Garcon. Reggie is still a stud and Gonalez is a 3rd year receiver ready to age and will see lots of catches with the departure of Harrison. Hall and Garcon have not value as we wait to see where they play into the new offence. Clark is a stud at tight end.

3. SAINTS - Colston, Henderson, Moore and Meachem. Colston is back to health and should be a top receiver again. Moore should have some value as the number 2 receiver. When Shockey is effective they could go off no matter who is catching the ball.

2. PATRIOTS - Moss, Welker, Galloway and Lewis. Moss and Welker will and rightfully so get drafted early but if you are looking for late round value look at Galloway who is an ageless wonder and will see minimal coverage thanks to the other two big shots. Greg Lewis has no value. Add Watson in the mix and this could be the second strongest in the league.

1. CARDINALS - Fitzgerald, Boldin, Breston and Urban. Best receiver group without a single team coming close to them. Breaston is a flex play at best due to Boldin and Fitz both being tier one receivers.

Coming up next, Top 5 coaching changes that could produce fantasy numbers.

All these back ups have shown starting promise in the NFL from one timehttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif or another. Don't rush to handcuff, but always be ready to replace your starter if a bad situations happens. To get the full TOP 10 list go to http://www.fantasyfootballsearch.com/playbook/playbook_81.asp where you will get the top 10 plus another 70 pages of information. Check back daily as i will be giving you more top 5 need to know lists.

5. BROWNS - Quinn and Anderson. Quinn will win the job and will have a top end tier three value.

4. BENGALS - Palmer and O`Sullivan. Palmer is a steal right now and should score points now that he is healthy. This duo was even a surprise to me making this list, but O'Sullivan proved he can start in this league.

3. CHARGERS - Rivers and Volek. Rivers is also playing out a contract and will have a great year thanks to a weak AFC West. Volek is a great back up.

2. CARDINALS - Warner and Leinart. Warner is a stud and will have huge numbers again. Leinart will see good numbers as well if needed at all.

1. COWBOYS - Romo and Kitna. Romo is a lower end tier 1 qb with a good qb behind him if he gets hurt. always be ready to get Kitna if Romo goes down.

HTML clipboard

HTML clipboard

HTML clipboard

HTML clipboard
