Numa tigela coloque 50 g de manteiga, raspas da casca de 1 limão e 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite e misture bem.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque numa frigideira a manteiga aromatizada e leve ao fogo médio até derreter. Adicione o lombo (sem a marinada) e doure todos os lados (10 minutos). Retire a carne da frigideira, despeje o suco de 2 limões e deixe reduzir. Retire do fogo e sirva em seguida.&lt;br /&gt;

Numa batedeira coloque 6 ovos e 1 ¼ xícara (chá) de açúcar e bata bem até dobrar de volume. Adicione 1 ½ colher (sopa) de amido de milho e bata até misturar. Ainda com a batedeira ligada junte o chocolate derretido com a manteiga, 50 g de nozes picadinhas e bata por 30 segundos. Desligue a batedeira.&lt;br /&gt;
Transfira a massa para uma assadeira retangular (29 cm X 19 cm) untada com margarina e leve ao forno médio, pré-aquecido a 180°C por +/- 25 minutos. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar. 3 - Depois de frio, com as mãos untadas, pegue pequenas porções, modele no formato de cajuzinho e banhe no chocolate meio amargo derretido. Decore com uma castanha de caju e coloque sobre o papel manteiga até endurecer o chocolate. Coloque em embalagens próprias. Abaixe o fogo e deixe ferver por + 10 minutos ou até o suco engrossar e formar uma calda com cor de caramelo. Transfira o caramelo para 6 forminhas ( 4 cm de diâmetro X 5 cm de altura) e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;Creme&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque numa tigela 3 ovos, 3 gemas e ¼ xicara (chá) de açúcar e bata bem até formar uma mistura homogênea. Adicione 4 folhas de gelatina incolor picadas, misture e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Numa outra panela coloque 2 ½ xícaras (chá) de suco de maçã e leve ao fogo médio até ferver. Retire do fogo e adicione, aos poucos, a mistura de gemas misturando bem até ficar homogêneo. Transfira porções deste creme para as forminhas com o caramelo (reservadas acima). Coloque-as numa assadeira em banho-maria e leve ao forno médio pré-aquecido a 180°C por 1 hora ou até ficar firme. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar. Leve para gelar por +/- 6 horas. 2 - Com as mãos untadas com azeite, pegue pequenas porções da mistura de carne e faça bolinhas. Em cada bolinha pressione fazendo um buraco no centro e vá modelando até formar um copinho. Dentro de cada copinho de carne coloque uma bolinha com +/- 2 cm de diâmetro, feita de papel alumínio.&lt;br /&gt;

3 - Numa assadeira untada com azeite, coloque os copinhos de carne (com a boca do copinho virada para baixo) e leve ao forno alto pré-aquecido a 250°C por 10 minutos. Retire do forno, vire os copinhos, remova as bolinhas de papel alumínio e recheie a gosto. Sirva em seguida.&lt;br /&gt;

2 - Numa tigela coloque 1 tablete de caldo de caldo de frango dissolvido em 80 ml de água, 1 colher (chá) de molho de pimenta vermelha, 500 g de farinha de trigo, 250 g de margarina e misture até formar uma massa homogênea.&lt;/div&gt;

3 - Abra a massa entre dois sacos plásticos e com 2/3 da massa forre o fundo e a lateral de um refratário retangular (34 cm X 22 cm X 5 cm de altura). Pincele metade do ovo batido, adicione o recheio de frango (feito acima) e cubra o refratário com papel alumínio apertando nas bordas. Vire o refratário de ponta cabeça sobre uma assadeira e leve ao forno médio pré-aquecido a 200 °C por 1 hora e 10 minutos ou até a massa ficar dourada.&lt;/div&gt;

4 - Retire o refratário do forno, volte-o à posição normal, espalhe sobre o recheio 400 g de queijo cremoso, cubra com o restante da massa fechando bem as bordas, pincele o restante do ovo batido, fure a massa com um garfo e leve novamente ao forno por +/- 30 minutos ou até dourar. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar. Sirva em seguida.&lt;/div&gt;
