In the past, it required creating a new profile and copying data across. But this time, the problem persists. My emails don't always contain large attachments that get jammed up by the mail servers. Done that! I've checked time out settings and they're now at the maximum. Done that! I've even checked that the recipient emails are correct. Done that! Ok, with all that being said, why could this still be happening? I can remove the file hung in the Outbox. That's not the issue.
