Project 3 Final

2011-11-11T15:30:00.000-08:00

All done. Not anything as spectacular as I'd like, if it's one thing I know I can't do is backgrounds and environments. I usually just do floating character designs. Ah well, practice practice practice, right?

Painter Eyes

2011-11-04T21:19:00.000-07:00

From last weeks homework, I guess one thing good about being sick, is that you can catch up on things.

Van Gogh

Marc

Leyendecker

Rembrandt

Magritte

These are all terrible, I know.

Playing with the Famous Eye

2011-11-01T21:12:00.000-07:00

Filter effects, black and white, and levels. I still need to do the five painterly eyes, but with my computer in and out of the shop, it's been really hard. I'll get there.

Value + Color Studies

2011-10-27T21:21:00.000-07:00

Value and color studies for Project 3! It was a little odd, since these character designs have colors I wanted to stay true to, so I mostly played with their environment.

Candle and Fruit Homework

2011-10-26T16:53:00.001-07:00

Decided to color this one how I normally would for personal stuff in PS.

Candle and Fruit Exercise

2011-10-21T11:25:00.001-07:00

Classwork stuffs again, I guess I'm super slow. Obviously, not done.

More Spheres

2011-10-21T10:26:00.000-07:00

I feel I did way better after class explanation! I totally don't paint this way in PS when I do personal stuff, so new to me.

Project Two Finale

2011-10-13T10:12:00.000-07:00

Not as happy with this as I could be, but. After my desktop crashed and going through just trying to get my lappy to recognize my tablet and run Illustrator. That'll have to do.

Eyeses

2011-09-09T08:00:00.000-07:00

The three eye homeworks for this week! I have no idea why they gave me so much trouble. Oh, no wait I do. It's called Illustrator.

The "essence" of an eye.

Additive eye. (It's supposed to be "eye candy". But those hard candies are...hard to draw for some reason.)

And the subtractive eye. This one is a little easier I think, "stars in their eyes".

Illustrator Profile

2011-09-07T16:58:00.000-07:00

I am so frustrated with AI that I want to throw my computer out the window. Hnng. I'm sure this could use lots of work, but, at least it's done. Now for those eyes.

The realistic self-portrait eye from last week's homework. Pretty much it, yeah.
